Respected sir/mam,
I have been receiving a job offer from indigo through some clients and even we have paid 36 thousands till now as fees and all but till now they are saying that they will call us and they will take face to face interview but again and again they are postponing it so we are having doubt that is genuine or fake so we need your help to get out of this sir/mam please..

I enrolled for a naukri.com priority applicant service on 29th august 2017. One day later i get a call from a naukri.com customer service person and she tells me that this service is only for freshers i. E people with 0 experience which is not mentioned anywhere on their website. Now i want a refund of the money i paid for this service nad they are refusing saying that they dont have a refund policy but they can adjust the amount for some other service that they can offer me. I dont want to pay any more money to this company as i think its all fraud adjust want my money back. I paid rs. 900 for this service and i want it back. I have attached screen shots of the service they are offering and no where it says it is for freshers.

I agree they are giving any preference to speak after subscription. I have called to toll free and they said to mail to service @ nukari.com. I sent nearly 9 mails and no one is responsible.

I have not received single call from any of the hr team.

I have total 15 years experience and worked in reputed company.

This is totally was of money.

Sir, first of all they call me and told your resume has been selected for the dell, only you need to submit your document like photo, cv, higher education, and id proof on " [protected]@engineer.com. There will be a telephonic interview followed by technical. Technical round will be in company. They told me pay 2500 and that will be refundable. They call me again and but then i had checked the detail that it fraud call. I tod them no i dont want to join your job offer is fake and you have good fraud compony. She got angery on me and speaked abuse word. She blackmaild me too that she can do case on me.

Please help me out. They have my all documents. I want to get sure that i am safe and i want that they dont call me again, not even me or anyone else.

I am minakshi from bhubaneswar, and i want to make a complaint against the fraudster which is referring naukri.com for which i am suffering from emotional trauma from past few days.
10 days back i received a mail of being short listed for the post from a person named dr. Ahmed shahid who is claiming that he is the hr manager of higher colleges of technology, abu dhabi, uae.in the mail he has wriiten that he got my application from their job consultant "naukri job portal". And seriously i get into his trap as because few years back i had applied for the same organization.
In that particular mail he asked me several job related questions which needed to be answered and reverted which was done from my side later. As a result he again mailed me as for the selection for the so called post and instruct me to contact with their registered travel agency (Also fake). But when contacted they charged me for $1450.00.
At that moment my mind strike, i feel suspicious so i investigated that on 2015 i had tried to apply in hct but due to some reasons my application was not submitted. So how can one be so exact about my interest they found guilty and i can affirm them fraud. But i urge that the person behind this fraud should get what he deserves and fraudulent practices should be stopped.
Now i can't rely on any job search portals including naukri.com. Many questions arouses in my mind like whether you are verifying any organization authencity or not, is any staff from your organization is not trying to trap. Etc.
So, its my request to take this matter seriously and investigate the same and trace and identify the real culprits.

Sir, they introduce with me as a naukri service.they provide two mail [protected]@india.com and naukri.com. they accure me to provide a job in l&t but we have to register 1st with RS2500 and then for documents verification RS.3800. after that they arrange a telephonic interview then give me a confirmation mail through l&t. then they told me to pay RS.10500 as a security deposite.
i mention the contact number where i pay money through paytm-[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. they promice me that after security deposite they will provide me joining latter on 28.08.2017.so please help me

Just now i had got a call from [protected] saying that i'm from naukri.com and your cv has been shortlisted for the bajaj electrical company and asked me to mail my mark's cards of 10th, 12th, and degree to mail i'd [protected]@job4u.com, after mailing they called back and said that you have been shortlisted for telephonic interview for which she asked me to pay rs 1800 providing account information as:company hr rahul agarwal a/c n. [protected] ifsc code sbi000627 amount 1800. Is this a true (Genuine) call from naukri or its a fake?... Please reply me

I had taken payment option for construction of cv, resume display for abroad job in the month of jan'17.
But following grievances experienced during these period.
1. I have not got a single interview call from recruiters since jan'17.
2. My age is 52 years but as per targeted country age criteria, i am not eligible for the job due to over age, then why cv was constructed for abroad targeted country.
3. I had been given the service of recruiters connection and resume display but one of the service already exhausted and another service is near to expire.
4. If i am not eligible for the service of abroad, then why i have been charged rs 6500.

Now i have two options :-
1. Either my money rs 6500 refunded becoz i have not got any benefit of this service or
2. Another 6 months validity should be extended.

I shall be thank ful if any one of the above option agreed otherwise i have no option other than to take lagal action against the company by taking help of consumer court.
Hope my case would be considered on genunity and sympathy ground.

I was contacted by a person from contact number - +[protected] and he gave the name of your company mentioning that I was selected for Asian Paints company and asked me to pay amount for recruitment purpose as my post was confirmed. By misguiding me he made me pay 1800 though online wallet and asked me to send all my documents to this mail ID - [protected]@gmail.com.
After doing the transaction his no. is not available. Please help me in getting my money back from this fraud who is using name of your reputed company.

Your customer satisfaction % is 41 still there is no improvement at all. I have also made a mistake buying your paid services. Everyone from top to bottom called me and assured me for best possible services but once i have made payments, all of them have forgotten about their words. Worst experience and advised everyone that don't opt for this. You can check the number of recruiters viewed my profile before the services and what happened after. Waiting for the response.

I have paid an amount to naukri.com about 15000 approx. I have paid an amount on 22 june they may be provide an job on 16 th august but his number will be switch off his number if [protected] rahul and ashok [protected]. They make an company website i. E directnaukri.com i have paid an amont to this company only not any individual account or paytm. They provide me a job in axis bank as a assistant manger post

I have uploaded my resume in naukri.com, then i get a call for job interview on 18 aug 2017 as they said my resume is get selected in hcl technologies, jaipur. And i have to pay 2000 rupees in advanced which is refundable after interview. They conducted an interview and told me that i have selected for job and now submit 9000 rupees as training security amount and some documents. I have not deposit that so now they are not communicating not via mail or call.
I can provide their contact details also but i want proper strict action against it. And want my money back asap.

I am complaint about naukri.com they call me and say that u r selected for job and for registration rs 1500 submitted then i submit the money and then they blocked me after some day today they again calling me from another no [protected] and say that i am from icici bank mumbai branch at manager post and confirm your bank detail then we share a bank detail but i know that so i share 0 balance debit card.
So finally i say that many student sufferd from these fraud so please help me and all other person which is sufferd from this fraud.

I am ibm employee. By mistake i sent a resume to one of the company due to which i am getting different mails to my official mail id. Which is high risk for me. So kindly respond me and help me in this issues.

As i am calling to customer care no one are responding to my call.

Abhishek saxena named representative called and asked for 2500 or job in l&t and infosys. When told don't want started using abusive words like # off and other unethical talks.
I am very disappointed with the quality of employees you hire the worst service ever.

I would request you to take immediate action against him.

While applying for job through specific page or through multiple select, it shows update details popup and gets updated but after clicking applied job companies it again ask for apply option repeatedly not showing applied/applied already error so from my point of view it not getting applied so please check that issue and clear it asap.

My misguiding me he deposited rs16, 500 into paytm wallets and payu money wallet through my credit card and when yesterday i told him to return my amount he started to again misguide me. Please help me in getting my money back from this fraud who is using name of your reputed company.

These people called me twice using your title saying " we are calling from naukri.com you have registered with us so we want to inform you that your cv has been shortlisted for the companies (First call was for tata motors and second call was for hal) and asks if i am interested or not and after i say yes they start giving details.

Ex. You have to go through 2 round interview first telephonic and second face to face and then they ask me for mailing copies of my documents to them and they asks for some registration fee to pay some rs 1800 to rs 2700, which they say is refundable in any case whether i join the firm or not.

So, i want naukari.com to track these people whoever they are because they are using your banner to fool people, which may endanger you reputation and if they are not fake then i want the full details mailed on my e-mail id regarding the so called registration fee and why it is added to the procedure of the recruitment.

I saw an job posting in naukri for various position posted by a recruiter named shalini from tcg, coimbatore. When i call that no she ask to register first rs 2000 to soorya foundation coimbatore. Account no[protected] iob, race course branch, coimbatore.
Her no[protected]. Actually she is fraud. I paid because she said she will arrange interview according to prefered location. Now she never attend my call. She didn't arrange for interview. She got my id proof too. Since i see this posting in naukri. I trust her. Please take necessary action.
