Hi team,
It is been 3 weeks since I had opted for this Naukri Fast Forward service. The sales team sold it to me by saying that they will help me in getting my profile shortlisted and one job expert will get it touch with me. I believed them and paid 3500/- for it. But after paying the amount there was not even a single call from them. I kept on calling them after that, initially they had told me that it will take 3- 5 days to get it activated then after 5 days they told me that it will take 7 - 9 working days then at last on the 10th day when I called them they finally made a job expert call me. When the job expert briefed me about the service I got to know that what the sales team had told me was completely fake. Then I asked them to de-activate my service and refund my money. Then they diverted the issue to another department where I had explained my concern, they told me that they will get back to me but in vain. I have been constantly following with this issue for 15 days but no proper response. Calls are constantly diverted to other departments and all are making a fool out of me. Extremely irritated, diasppointed and fed up. I want my money to be refunded ASAP. Please help me get justice!!! They have cheated me with this service.

I got a call from a girl and she said she's calling from naukri and my resume has been selected for cipla company and that i have to send all my mark sheets and pay 2500 to attend the interview and that the amount is refundable. I paid 2500 and an interview call came from a person and a personal interview happened through the phone itself. He said the result will be announced tomorrow and the next day i received a mail and recognised that it could be fake. Then asked few professionals about this and confirmed that it's fake. I called the girl from naukri and asked her for a refund of 2500 she said to call in 4-5 days and cut the call. I demand refund of my money or i wound file a complaint and start tracking the numbers.

Firstly, i got a call from naukri.com employee (priya) through [protected]
landline nnumber and she said me that my resume RLS_[protected]nokri.com has been selected and told me too send my two passport size photographs, id proof, marksheets and to attend tata motors telephonic interview, have to pay Rs. 2500 after getting selected they said me to pay 8500 rs. all amount through paytm and then i got to know that they e fake, i said them to refund my money then they said to paid 4789 rs then i did bt still they haven, t refunded they said to link ur accont to their account again pay 4370rs i did then they said again paid 2500 i again did for linkinking my account so that i can get my amount refunded. again the said to pay 3700 to obtain urs number i did but still they havent refunded yet.. and at last they said i am sorry we cant refund. they keep sending me fake mails of letters.

I am very regret to write you regarding your employee mr. Pragun chopra, who is dealing our account (Adept interiors pvt. Ltd). He misbehaved with me, gave me open warning to close my naukari account and lots of bad language, like you are # and all. Which kind of language he used i can not explain on email.

I asked him to open my resdex free trail yesterday he said ok will do by tomorrow and give me a offer to forward some cv also.

I am having the call recording if you required and email conversation regarding the free trail also.

I am not able to understand how you give the warning to your client, he will stop your services right now... It is ridiculous.

I need a intimidate action on it or return my money i don't want to continue with naukari portal.

Apart of that kindly open the resdex service for today and inform to me asap.

Assign me a another person to handle my account till then you are working on on it. Share the details asap.

Yesterday i got a call from this number [protected]. He told me that hei is calling from naukri.com & they have got my rese & giving me a job in jindal, odisha.
They asked me for all my documents & 500 rupees to be transferred to the account number [protected] & acc. Holder name is jyotiprakash sahu.
After i did all these i got a call from another number which is [protected], from this number he told me about interviews. First interview through mobile phone & other will be at company. And also he told me to give 4000 rupees as security money which will be refundable after 1 month pf my job. So that i request you to investigate about this information & kindly inform me is this real or fake. I'll be highly obliged. Thank you.

Sir on[protected] one lady name komal called me and she said that i am calling from naukri.com u hv been selected for the post of icici bank ltd and she told me u hv to pay an amount of rs 2000 for registration and after payment u will hv 1 interview which will be done over phone and after that u will hv to face another interview at icici bank... After that i have submitted that amount said payment is not done sucessfully so my account is debited four time total amount debitd rs 8000 but now neither we have placement nor my rs 8000 returned back. Now they dont even pick my phone call.

Naukri.com team please refund my 12000 rs otherwise i will complaint to police for cheating case..

Sir/mam, first of all they call me and told your resume has been selected for the hindustan construction co., only you need to submit your document like photo, cv, higher education, and id proof on " [protected]@job4u.com. There will be a telephonic interview followed by technical. Technical round will be in company. They told me pay 2500 and that will be refundable. But afterwards i have cancel the interview because i was not in position to pay additional amount rs.8950 but they were putting the pressure by calling back to back and they call me again. But when i told them to refund my money they told that company can refund only when you have paid total rs.5000, so they told me to pay additional rs.2500 so that they can refund it to me total rs.5000 together, but after paying that they were just keep saying that it will be refunded and also they were keep saying sir has gone to conference meeting will soon bring them in contact with you, i kept calling them bt sometime they were ignoring by any reason and sometime they were not responding our call. There will be a telephonic interview followed by technical. Technical round will be in company. They told me pay 2500 and that will be refundable. They call me again and but then i had checked the detail that it fraud call. I tod them no i dont want to join your job offer is fake and you have good fraud compony. She got angery on me and speaked abuse word. She blackmaild me too that she can do case on me.

Hello this is mehraj from hyderabad i got a call three weeks before from naukri.com and they told me that my resume ia shortlisted for hcl company and they asked me to send my certificate details. I have sent them and later they asked me to pay 2100rs for security. I paid them. Till now i havent got a single call and the person who called me is not responding now. Plzz help me with my refunding amount

Hi i am dastageer. I got a phone call from naukri saying that my resume has been shortlisted for samsung electronics limited they took rs 2500 from me for the telephonic​ interview n promised to pay me back when its done. Later they asked me to pay another 10400 as a security bond which i agree to that and payed the money. And again they asked me to pay 18900 for insurance then i got a dout and rejected the offer and now they are not returning to pay the amount back. Please do something about it. Hii, with the refrence id :- (Nr98hr108) they have collected rs 2800/- with me, i have cancelled my request and told re-fund, confirmed that will be refund with in 45 days, the same as confirmed on apr 21st, but today we are in 17th june as on date still the amount as been not creadited to my account and still there is no call and mail revert on the same..

Note: this as been not credit to my account in next 48hrs, will log the fir on the same..

Joining in samsung and no offer letter provided to me and amount is not refunded yet and my joining date is 28 june and no offer letter send to me. Your employee not attend my phone and i already submit the complaint but no result is found so plzz check the details and tell me about the process. After that i can do my joining in the company. The naukri.com executives namely, mr. Siddharth malhotra mob - [protected] mr. Aditya chauhan mob - [protected] ms. Ishita mob - [protected], have done money fraudulence in name of giving job. They took money but even after cancellation of the term they are not providing the refund as they have promised. Infact they took another whopping amount to process the refund. I tried to contact them several times but they are not responding. They told to make the refund soon but its been days that they haven't done anything. I guess the names they provided for themselves much be fake too.

I have a call from naukri.com 6/06/17 the caller name is aman (Mob no-[protected]) regarding job in axis bank. Now you are shortlisted for account or cashier in axis bank. Them you have to pay rs: 1599 for registration to go for a telephonic interview from axis bank hr (Mob no-[protected]). Naturally, i gave him rs:1599 and my resume through paytm (No-[protected]). When i am calling this the no switches off. Now i realised too late. I called naukri.com he told that they are fraud. Actually, i don't know what should i do?

It has been brought to the notice about the nestle recruitment interview conducted in sco, ph 2, mohali dated 6/6/2017 by viacom solutions. One of the company assured that nestle company will carry out an interview through phone within 2 days. Since no reply cane from the company. Kindly look into this matter as i require this job very urgently. And they charged me 3500 rupees saying it is refundable with first salary.

Dear sir., at first i introduce my self, i'm m. Nagenthran from coimbatore... At recent before 3 weeks, i had visited your careers site and applied for a job role (Delivery boys supervisor)... And later, i got a mail from your company recuirement i'd ([protected]@snapdealcareers.in)... The received mail was... They asked to send my (Resume)... And by next day i got an another mail... The hr asked my certificates details of scan copy for certificate verification... I had maild the scaned copy of my certificates and photo including address proof... At next day i got a phone interview call from the mentioned number (+91 [protected])
They interviewed me by calling...3days later i got a mail that i have selected for a applied role... And they mentioned in that mail to pay (1650rps) for hr account... And they explained that after paying (1650rps) mail the scaned copy of payed receipt, and you get a courrier packages includes (T-shirt with company logo, and my joining details), i had payed the sum off amount and maild the scaned copy of payment receipt, by today evening i got the call from above mentioned land-line number... Again they are asking to pay (6000rps) for medic claim policy and salary account opening process by tomorrow between 2pm... My question was... I need to know whether it's was an trusted company call... Or fake call... I had attached the screen shot a mail clarification i had done between them... Pls do refer it... Im waiting for your reply mail as soon as possible

But now neither we have placement nor my rs2500+9500
