My self Nitin verma i deposited the amount 8200 hundred in icici bank by the name of A2z Solution and services for the post of back office in hdfc bank. I received the offer letter in my email but after few days they are saying that you have to deposit 13000 in icci bank to get the joining but there is no such discussion about that now they are not refund me the money back its been a two month Can you please help me

I have received fake call from a certain Anjali Sharma[protected]_, who claims to be an employee and promised me to fix inteviews with big companies like IBM, Capegemini, Tech M etc.

I was asked to submit my resume to [protected]@asia.com and pay up an amount of Rs. 1650 /-

I searched Google and it is fake as [censored]. Please take some action against these people. As I understand, this felony is increasing, more so, since you are a trusted brand.

Hi,

Payment made in full in advance on Sept 29, no service as yet, just a few hours service we received though paid for 3 days.

Their sales exceutive Animesh did tell me many time on the call that the service package is for the 3 days against a payment for INR 5748 which i did on Sept 29 and they said from Oct 1 as date set by us, they gave a service for a few hours and around 11:45 PM on Oct 1, they stopped all the service.

It's not even 24 hours and we paid for 72 hours.

No customer support on Saturdays we were not told too by Animesh the sales guy from them.

No official invoice has been issued to us for the payment we have made as Animesh told me that i would get it as soon as i made the payment.

Please help, i am very upset with Naukri.com services.

I have a call in the name of naukri.com for job from preety and vishal they tell me to submit some document for job search next day they call me n mail me that i m shortlisted for axis bank and registration with submission of rs.3000/-
After that they tell me for a call next day from the bank but next day they call me and told me that i have to pay more amount rs.6500/- for document verification when i reject for that they stop calling me and also not refund my amount.
Please take some action on such types of fraud n criminals

My name is saroj chowdhary. I registered with naukri on 26th feb 2016 for resume development and promotion service with the customer code: 160227cs2573875. My experience with naukri is very unsatisfactory and unprofessional the duration for promotion service was 6 months.

After the promotion services started, in the march month, i had raised my concern stating that i am not receiving the relevant job opportunities. Initially, i got the response that i am reacting and concluding that the services i have opted for are not useful. Later in june, i strongly asked to transfer the call to a senior executive and from then i was in regular touch with a person from escalation team. I shared my concerns and requested for refund, but the response i got is they will see to it that i get the relevant opportunities.

From july end, the executive was not at all reachable, every time i got the response, she is not in office because of her personal and health issue.
Now the promotion service got expired.

I am asking them to refund the amount as i had not got any positive response after availing the promotion services which they are denying to do so mentioning that services are expired and they are not responsible if i did not get any interview calls or job change.

Request you to kindly help me out to get my money refunded.

Got a call from rohit sharma (Ph # [protected]) from naukri regarding paid services.
He explained that i have to pay only rs.2530 for this service. Based on this i have paid the money through debit card. Once i paid the money the executive told i need to pay rs.3600 again to avail the service.
I felt cheated by this as the executive did not mentioned about rs.3600 till i paid rs.2530.
I'am unable to pay more rs.3600. I request that i get my money back which i have paid (Rs.2530)

My name is T.J.Sivaraj and I have been using the Naukri account for past 16 years for job opportunities. Mine is a premium profile and it has highly critical and client confidential information.

All my information was disclosed to public through one of the prospective client ( Man power Consulting company ) of Naukri. Someone from the consulting company downloaded all my information available in Naukri database and revealed that to the public. It is a serious threat as it contain lots and lots of confidential information.

I need your immediate attention to consider it as a high priority and investigate this issue to identify the people who were involved to steal all my information from the Naukri professional database and shared it in the public forum.

I called the Naukri customer care number to report this problem, they routed me to different people and asked me to send an email to [protected]@naukri.com. But I haven't got any response from any one yet.

Please call me urgently to discuss on this issue and immediately stop the further leakage of my information.

Naukri fast forward service is completely cheating. They will keep calling all job seekers and ask them t take fast-forward service to get more profile views from employers and chances of checking our profile is 5 times better than regular profiles. So we have to pay close to rs. 1400 dated 12 Sep -16 to get the service. JOBS 4 U. i have no any job mail & SMS received.

My personal experience after paying so much of money is...
I check my profile everyday twice and apply for the jobs relevant to me.
Result is only 1 recruiters checked my profile in last 15 days. Can you believe that..? I called naukri customer care service for the same. But they said my profile manager will look in to this and revert within 24 hours. I didnt get any reply and i dropped and email to profile manager. No reply yet. If they cant keep their promises, you guys should refund the money

And paid again she for conformation letter rs. 10200/-
But after 4 month she not any call and mail recievd.

They had been sending me job openings which doesn't fulfill my criteria and they are charging Rupees 5 every month.
