Hi,
I am paid user and my job advisor(your sales person) - 'Soumya Dutta' has made false promise. Before making payment he used to call me, answer my quries but after making payment he is not picking up phone. He is not helping at all. He is unfaithful and cheater.
I made complaints but customer care saying he will call me. It's more then a week I don't see any action on my complain.
Please help.

I purchased a Fast Forward service of Naukri.com. They took Rs. 6000 from me in order to give me the service within 10 working days. They took a telephonic conversation with me in order to take my details for the resume and after some days they sent me a copy of stupid resume with a lot of spelling mistake. Whenever I mail them regarding any correction in the resume or in any other service they didn't reply me or reply me to accept it. It became more 1 month to this conversation after that they modified some resume details and its format. But now, it has been more than 2 months to it and they didn't start it. In order to my money they give me poor service by upload my old data and poor resume.
Whenever I asked them for the refund they didn't reply me or didn't take my calls.
I have lost precious time due to their unethical and unprofessional behavior. I would say that stop fooling people by your unprofessional attitude since you are a service company you should have acted and resolved my queries immediately which did not happened. I am highly disappointed with this callous behavior and would like to take a case against naukri.com for cheating and unethical functioning.

If you want to throw your money in ditch then kindly join nauki.com.They even dont know what is the way to rander service.I hired paid services of naukri.com and they completed my resume writing in 2 months.Even a matriculate passed person can write such a poor and incomplete resume.They give you all previlages of equivlant non paid subscribers and you dont have any extra right.Now I find that Iam ditched by naukri.com so Iam filing a case with consumer forum for getting my hard earned money.Their enrolled girls even dont know the procedure of writing resume and how to talk to customer for collecting personal data.Their executives also misbehave when Subscriber is making any query or complaint .They dont reply your emails and never try to communicate with you.They cheaters need only money and money and they are expert in that.My subscription code is 130312TS 918297.Now I want only getting my money back.There are lots of other issues which I cant write it here even monster.com unpaid services are better then naukri.com.

We keep our Resume at these Job sites , they gurantee us that they will not use our personnel info for commercial use , well thats a Lie , here i am telling you a real incident involving Naukri.com ,

I was working in Pune , and a friend from My state was searching Job in Pune , i meet him very rarelly may be once in 2-3 months , and i did not had his email address and he too did not have mine ,
one day i got an Email , suggesting to subscribe to a cable connection , in the email the senders name was my friends name , and his mobile number , i was surprized , so i called him , and he told me that he got a Job in a cable company , then i asked him how he got my Email Address , and to my surprize , he said that he sent bulk email to addresses , and luckily my email was in the list , he also said that these Email addresses they purchased from Naukri.com , who sold it for 1Rs , par contact .
What a dishonest behaviour , they should be ashamed , and i think that everybody is doing this all resume sites or may be all are not as shameless as Naukri.com

i taken work from them of data entry and given registartion fee 1500. i given work to them with the accurary but they send me a report of out right rejected. they makes people fool and give promise of rs.40 per page. its a not register company, they have fake stamps. one mam is sitting on counter her name is menakshi [protected] and one sir his name is prabhakar [protected].

Reference to the paid services taken from Naukri.com Noida office, dated[protected], the package included Resume Display for 6 months, Visual Resume For Mid level(3-8 yr), Customized Cover Letter, Jobmail for 6 months.

My Customer Code: 120726CS621297; reference to this code my visual resume was delivered to me and my above services were duly activated with the time frame crossed with more then 3 months and 2 days till now.

The major problem which I am facing with the company is that the company keeps on computing to one point that the resume has been made according to industry standards, even upon the telecommunication or conversation over the email id [protected]@naukri.com; they are just giving one response that we have been sending you job mails which you need to apply & company would be coordinating with you if you are selected.

Till date have received 202 mails from Resume Display for 6 months service & 555 mails from Jobmail for 6 months out of which 90% jobs have been applied in which some jobs have been not even matching to the key words shared with the naukri team just to cross check the response with the company.

But in the end of the day if one is applying more then 400+ jobs in the time frame of jobs received not a single company is giving responses. Upon discussing with the company's team receive an response stating that we don't take guarantee of company response which was not stated at the time of subscribing with the packages.

The best part is that company states your paid profile is being viewed but seeing the performance sheet which is shared below :

But this month more then 90+ people viewed my profile for which the job mails were received, this is pure cheating with the part of the company for which they are not at all helping me out and waiting for the time frame to get over.

My previous resume & free services was atleast giving my responses from the company, this time with more then 400+ jobs applyed hardly any company bothered to call for interview, which states that the resume which was made by the team stating that is according to industry standards is not applicable to standards thus there are no responses.

Request you to kindly help me with the same as the money which has been paid is not an concern as it was paid for career building not for career ruining.

They don't search extra ordinary job for you,even they send the similar job which is available in naukri site free of cost.

I have paid Rs.6000/- for all the services but now i am sufferring .My humble request to all of you (specially who are thinking to opted this service,please never refer to this services .they don't do anything on behalf of your valuable money.

I would like to thank Naukri.com for getting job very soon after choosing paid services for Resume Display, Resume Flash and Job Mail.In a time when there is tough competition in the job portal market i feel Naukri.com is better than other job portals and mainly better than its next rivals because it has the most recent job openings pertaining to all major industries.I was skeptical about the paid services however they really helped me get good responses.thanks again.

I write this letter as a last resort to resolve this last pending issue with Naukri.com. They clearly mentioned on their website and verbally committed to be that their TAT for making a Visual resume is 10 days. However even 3 months after I paid them I have still not received a completed CV and when i asked for my money to be refunded they have taken more than a month however still not confirmed to me if they are refunding the same or not.

I had received a good job offer but they wanted an updated resume to be submitted for the same. This was the main reason why i decided to take the services of Naukri.com. I insisted that i wanted the resume to be made quickly and if possible to be delivered to me in 5 days. However they insisted that they would have to stick to their TAT of 10 days. However their team did not even start work on my Resume for more than 20 days. As a result i even lost the opportunity in hand and didn't get any services from Naukri.com. Advance money has been paid to them 3 months back. I would request you to assist me in getting my money back with the appropriate compensation for the opportunity loss and the interest for my money that they have used for this long.

Naukri.com has some really helpful services for job seekers.they help in making a resume and displaying your CV to prospect recruiters.they also send relevant jobs in your mail box and also on your mobile.I had availed their paid services and got very good responses from the jobmail service.I used to apply to jobs almost everyday and the also the service is extremely fruitful.

Naukri.com is the leader in job portals and provides excellent job opportunities matching to a job seekers profile.Even if a job seeker is very specific in finding jobs even then the responses are very good.They have also started a service in which they send jobs on your mobile twice a week by which you can easily apply for jobs through your mobile.I had availed their services for sending jobs on mobile and the response was very good hence i recommend all job seekers to avail naukri.com's paid services for a better future.

I have visited the Naukari.com office in Jaipur at crystal palm 22 go down Jaipur. On taking the paid services the lady Preeti Sharma promised me to offer 52 mails in 6 months contain 5 jobs matching to my preferred industry / location & package.
Since Jan-13 I have not received even one relevant job mail.
Now Preeti the concern lady at Jaipur is not picking up my phone nor I am getting any response from the corporate office.

Be aware of Cheaters naukri.com

I've opted for Resume Writing Services with FastForward options with Naukri.com and paid Rs.1000 extra. After couple of iterations of resume (with me updating the resume), there is no follow-up in spite of me writing emails to call me on a certain time and its been three days since they approached me. When I called the customer service and complained, there is no action from their side. I would like to request refund for the services availed. Thanks.

On 22nd Feb 2013, I have paid for fastforward services of naukri.com which includes:
1) Jobmail services
2) Resume Flash
3) Resume display

I called customer care to know about the services, then and there he asked me to pay and I subscribed the services paying 2500 for 3 Months. Then I got a mail saying my services will be started in 4 working days. Now its 11th of March, almost 12 working days are gone(including weekends 18 days) and still the status is "under Processing" for two services "Resume Flash and Resume Display". Because of my previous complaint in 4th of march they have activate my one service "jobmail" but still two services are under process. Do I need to drop a complaint for each of the service without that these people will not going to start the services. After that I have called them several times and they always use to say 1 thing that is they will start it tomorrow. Is this the new way to cheat people and earn money. Naukri.com is considered to be a trustworthy and reliable site but I guess people are wrong and everybody should have rights to know about it. So that from next time nobody will avail for such kind of fake services.

With regards to naukri.com, it seems that all of the commitments with regards to Naukri's resume writing and fast-forward service were false as proven today. It's beyond the deadline and still naukri.com doesn't show any ownership and I have not had a single conversation regarding my CV, just false promises. When time is being committed, the calls are not made and the team lies and puts the blame on the customer.

The team goes on to say that I did not answer my phone and that it was not reachable which is incorrect. Moreover, they state an email was sent, which clearly was never sent.

The money paid was for premium services (Premium Resume Writing for Mid-Level Professionals (3 to 8 yrs), Resume Display - 6 Months, Resume Flash, Job Mail - 6 Months) and I was expecting multiple interactions over the last week to finalize my resume in 6 days post which the other services need to be activated, which has not happened. Shouldn't I have rather paid Rs.2000 lesser and got the basic service. Even so, the team being so incompetent and unprofessional, I do not have any expectations whatsoever.

Moreover, every official so far has been rude and unresponsive, including Mr. Manish Aggarwal who was so committal when selling. He said - 'in case of any issues, please call my cell' and I will get it resolved. He never answers his phone especially my cell. When I called from a different number, that is when he answers and makes an excuse and a false commitment with 0 action. Clearly, an avoidance technique. Ms. lekha from resume writing service calls me and sets up a time for the service. She gives me a missed call. I call back, and no one answers the board number. I log a complaint and Ms. lekha again makes a commitment to call me at a particular time, and still no call. This is definitely a false and pretentious business model heading towards corporate malpractices and consumer fraud.

Moreover, as per the link - http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/naukricom-delhi-c427455.html - Naukri.com service is clearly in the market to cheat and commit fraud against customers.

Can the company prove it otherwise, and provide adequate compensation to me for delivering a lower level of service than paid for?

I opted for naukri fast forward package and they took some 3k but they never gave any services and to my knowledge they never provided any services just a call from relationship manager and never received a call from her again.

Paid INR 10,000 Rupees ( March 2012) to Naukri for Resume and Flash Forwarding Services to get job.
1) Received resume from Naukri people with lots of mistakes and corrections.
2) No Interview calls from companies as I am an experienced person.
3) You will not get any updates from them once asked for it.

Please do not pay money to Naukri for any kind of Services as their services are fake- Specially Resume Flash Forwarding Service.
Honestly- if they are taking money from poor people- I am sure they will never be satisfied in their life.

I took Naukri Fast forward services in the month of Nov and was quite skeptical after seeing all the negative reviews however thank god they all proved wrong and i got very good responses after availing the services.The resume was sent to prestigious consultancies and i got good responses from the consultants and have landed a good job for myself.

Hi, I have opted for paid job placement service calld FastForward from Naukri in Aug 2012. It has been 4 months now, but so far I have not got any calls for interview even though they have worked on resume and 'ramped it' up.

When I pointed this out they come back saying job is not guaranteed. They don't even guarantee a call or an interview. As it is their free services are pathetic. Expecting that their paid...
