I've opted for Resume Writing Services with FastForward options with Naukri.com and paid Rs.1000 extra. After couple of iterations of resume (with me updating the resume), there is no follow-up in spite of me writing emails to call me on a certain time and its been three days since they approached me. On 22nd Feb 2013, I have paid for fastforward services of naukri.com which includes:
1) Jobmail services
2) Resume Flash
3) Resume display

I called customer care to know about the services, then and there he asked me to pay and I subscribed the services paying 2500 for 3 Months. Then I got a mail saying my services will be started in 4 working days. Now its 11th of March, almost...

With regards to naukri.com, it seems that all of the commitments with regards to Naukri's resume writing and fast-forward service were false as proven today. It's beyond the deadline and still naukri.com doesn't show any ownership and I have not had a single conversation regarding my CV, just false promises. When time is being committed, the calls are not made and the team lies and puts the blame on the customer.

I opted for naukri fast forward package and they took some 3k but they never gave any services and to my knowledge they never provided any services just a call from relationship manager and never received a call from her again....

Paid INR 10,000 Rupees ( March 2012) to Naukri for Resume and Flash Forwarding Services to get job.
1) Received resume from Naukri people with lots of mistakes and corrections.
2) No Interview calls from companies as I am an experienced person.
3) You will not get any updates from them once asked for it.

I took Naukri Fast forward services in the month of Nov and was quite skeptical after seeing all the negative reviews however thank god they all proved wrong and i got very good responses after availing the services.The resume was sent to prestigious consultancies and i got good responses from the consultants and have landed a good job for myself....

Hi, I have opted for paid job placement service calld FastForward from Naukri in Aug 2012. It has been 4 months now, but so far I have not got any calls for interview even though they have worked on resume and 'ramped it' up.

When I pointed this out they come back saying job is not guaranteed. They don't even guarantee a call or an interview. As it is their free services are pathetic. Expecting that their paid...

I had availed two services offered by naukri.com of Resume Display and Resume Flash.

No-one from their team has gone through the pains of going through my original cv in detail.
I am getting any call from any recruiters for interview....

Please Dont lift the call from Naukri services Hyderabad.They will cheat you by saying that they will provide direct interviews within a week but they dont.They will charge Rs.4000 for that.They didnt even response after taking money.His name is Vikas in Hyderabad Branch He will call daily untill you pay the money and dont even response after that.They will show the mails of fake consultancies and fake companies.

I have made a payment of rs.5500/- For package of resume development and other services on 20th september 2012, and was promised to have the process completed in 7 working days. Naukri.com is a very good job portal. The paid services have helped me get a very good job opportunity.

I was desperately looking for a job when i contacted naukri for its paid services and was thoroughly happy with the CV developed and after the CV was sent to consultants, got very good responses and visibility in the job market.

I recently got carried by a sales talk from this company naukri.com also known as infoedge solutions pvt ltd a publicly listed company, iam appalled to say that te services are fleecing money from public and no service can be so pathetic as this company is providing or to say not providing
