Like many aspiring applicants, I’ve been frequenting Naukri.com often when I recvd a VERY promising call from their sales exe informing me about benefits of their paid services.I signed up for various services like Jobs4U, resume display, Recruiter Cont.I was promised weekly personalized assistance & HI-LIGHTED resume etc.Much to my disappointment, in next 3weeks I got just 1 call from their end discussing my profile.Worse was that there is no way of following up with them.When trying to contact them, NO REVERT! Best was still to come.Yesterday I recvd a call from NAUKRI.COM & guess what, I got the same sale speech I’ve heard 3 weeks back.To my horror, the exec said your resume is "not highlighted", " hardly visible" etc.Such level of services offered by Naukri.com.When I informed her that I’ve already bought the services offered by them, she disconnected the call.I’ve every intention of posting this on all discussion forums for job applicants like me.Huge waste of money.Thoroughly disappointed

sir, this is aarti patel. i am talked to mr. gaurav sharma. mo no. [protected]. i talk him aproex more then 50 . he sugest me for job and he take me amt of rupee 1685(attach bank slip). he gave some bank same like icici bank hdfc bank for job but he didnt give me any job .so plz refund my amt as soon as possbile . other i will take legal action kindly help me. thansk and regrds aarti patel mo.no.[protected]

Once I have enter the user name and old password, application takes me to Rest your password screen, this is because of the security attack on April 2014. Here application is asking for OTP, But I am receiving OTP in my registered mail ID. Hence please take a quick look. It's a denial of service I am not able to access my own account. Please resolve this issue ASAP. I know Naukri providing a very good service to his customer. Hope Naukri will continue the good work and reputation . Please refer the below details. I am Mohammed Shujath as asked by a naukri executive Ms Anna and Mr Waqar from Noida (contact No. +91 [protected]) to subscribe naukri job mail and naukri profile highlighter i am highly disappointed with these services i see a lot of job profiles close to my profile and when applied i do not get response The same gets responded via other job portals and when i try to call Ms Anna and Mr Waqar (contact No. +91 [protected]) these guys never response from last 2 months from the date of Subscribe of Service. Naukri.com being a reputed job portal, such kind of harassment by giving constant calls to people in the name of offering job profiles to different companies, that too, without having any relevant job offer at hand is absolutely frivolous.

I hope after lodging this complaint, Naukri.com will take necessary actions against their executives because of whom the reputation of such a good job portal is getting highly affected.

Yesterday I have purchased Naukri.Com service "Resume Display for 3 months" online. After that I got a call from Naukri's operation department from +91-[protected] at around 6:30 PM and he was trying to insist me to buy some more services of Naukri.com but I had refuse to do the same. After that I'm not able to login my naukri.com account using registered e-mail ids: samir.[protected]@live.com and samir.[protected]@outlook.com. When I've tried to retrieve my password using forgot password with both registered e-mail ids, I've face error message: "The Email You Have Entered is Not in Our Records". So I've dropped a mail to [protected]@naukri.com regarding the same but no update till now. So Today I've discussed this issue with your representative by calling on 1800­[protected] at 11:00 AM. Interestingly she is updated me that my registered e-mail id [protected]@yahoo.com. I'm shocked as this is not my registered e-mail id on Naukri.Com. My registered e-mail id on Naukri.Com is samir.[protected]@live.com since 2009 and recently I've also added another e-mail id samir.[protected]@outlook.com and since then I'm getting jobs calls on both e-mail ids. One can also see the same in the acknowledge mail on samir.[protected]@live.com after purchasing the service. But after buying your "Resume Display for 3 months" yesterday, this ridiculous things happened. But now I'm smelling After that call this happened and my registered e-mail ids: samir.[protected]@live.com & samir.[protected]@outlook.com changed to FAKE e-mail id: [protected]@yahoo.com by that person. This is Naukri.Com??? I've very faith on Naukri.Com before this incident but definitely I've to re-think about Naukri.Com. I've to re-set my password using Forgot Password several times but every time I've face error message: "The Email You Have Entered is Not in Our Records". I've also tried to re-set password using my user name samirnigam, but succeeded as password re-set link was sent to FAKE e-mail id: [protected]@yahoo.com. Interestingly link was not sent on my registered cell no: [protected]??? Why?So With this ridiculous incident I'm not able to search desired jobs. i was asked by a naukri executive cchavi chaturvedhi to subscribe naukri job mail and naukri profile highlighter i am higly dissapointed with both these services i see a lot of job profiles close to my profile and when applied i do not get response The same gets responded via other job portals and i have examples to share 1. i doubt if the profile submission via jobmail works ? 2 i doubt if the profile highlighter works, there is very minimal recruiter views almost 1.5 months since i enrolled this is surprising When called the relationship manager Chhavi she did not answer or call back, tried close to 4 times Have emailed her twice there is no response at the time of subscription chhavi and her team called me to canvas but now its a no mans voice i suggest you repay my money and please go ahead and close the service i can be reached @ [protected]

Fraud service. Initially I bought Text resume writing service. That day I got a call from one 'Gautham' who introduced himself as Operations Manager. (He denied that he is from the sales & marketing team and posed as a advisor to help me take decision.) He initially boasted about the advantages of Visual Resume which he called as 'International Resume' that has a "globally accepted format". The cost was Rs.12000 with fast forwarding service abroad. When I denied he immediately offered 50% discount. I denied again and his offer came down to Rs1800.00 for Visual Resume (and free Text Resume) and 6 months fast forwarding within India. I fell in the trap. After I agreed and paid, I got a call from their Resume Writing service 3 days later. I got shocked to hear that I will get only Visual Resume and have to pay extra for Text Resume. Later I came to know that he is from Naukri's 3rd-rated sales division. After complaint, there is no response from them. Naukri is big time cheaters. Monster is a better job site.

i got a call today saying that i have to pay Rs 2900 to the a/c naukri job alert services if they have to forward my resume to good companies for HR and technical interviews.When i asked for what purpose i have to pay, they said ill become a premium member of naukri and ill get better interview offers.i called your toll free number to check and came to know that naukri doesnot ask for any money. please let me kno what the truth is..whether it ws a fraudulent call Regards Mahesh

On 15th July 2014, I got a call from Mr.Deepak (ph no : [protected]) from Haryana on behalf of naukari.com for paid service of naukri.com. And when I refused his offer then he started using abusing words. This is really a cheap and insane behaviour of naukri.com employees. I want naukri.com to take a serious action against this employee so that other employees will behave nicely.

I am writing this mail with lot of disappointment and regret on th poor qulaity of service levels in resume writing .


You charge a premium for resume writing servive for a highly experience persion, you can not treat him like a freher executive,


Tessible resume writing quality, why some one uses the service because he may not hace quality time to spend on this and wants the latest techneques oreveilent in resume writing


The time taken is not at acceptable - they never call on times given to them, that do not even respond on the same day ????


The quality of resume is pedestrian


The writer does not know how to differenctiate between function


The writer does not know that resume for same function will be different for manufacturing industry and service inductry .


I feel very sad


I have requested pls give me sample resumes for following position in service industry, i will do the rest and i have lost my patience

Dear Naukri Team, This for your kind information, that with my several time attempt for log in I failed to do so. Then I opted for password change process in which there is a provision of sending OTP number to my registered mail id but I found it was false process bcz I have not rcvd any mail on OTP for following the process of password change....

In 2011, I availed the paid service from naukri.I am a salaried with 10 yrs exp. they used to send me jobs by sms and by email.most of the jobs were not related to my profile.
secondly, they promised me to help me in resume writing and then after till date not a single call i received from them.
ms. arundita (Legal Officer- Naukari.com) gave me so many times promised but no response.

I asked them many times regarding this issue.But they were not helpful.Once i paid the money, they are not going to help you after that.Most surprisingly, I have not received a single call from any company through naukri.com.

im requesting to you that help in refund of my money on urgent basis with interest or give me resume.

Dear All, I received call from your customer service team[protected] at 12:52 pm regarding some job change activity from Mr.Rahul, but the way of talking is very bad he dont know how to talk with your customer. He asked for some charges regarding the job change activity, when i asked for the reason he advise me that if me that he dont want to listen any thing and he disconnected the call, my question was why shall i pay from my side regarding the job change activity. Sir, i have got a mail n call from naukri.com on june 15 from Rajat Asst.Human Resource Manager mobile number[protected], [protected], [protected]. regarding job.They have told me that i have been selected for HCL Infosystems Ltd as a Network Support Engineer at
your preferred location Bhopal .and rajat told me to give only Rs 2600/-and he also told no extra cost .They guaranteed 100% placement n have taken from me Rs 2600 then i pay through sbi acc no -[protected] 18th june but after that he also told me to pay rs 5000 for document verification but when i denied them to give the money, so they r giving back my money back.I have the receipt of the transactions that i have done.
Sir, i kindly request you to take strict action against them as they are all doing fraud n they taking money from several persons and arrange get back my Rs.2600/ please.

I run an IT company and I got some requirement for Employee, I Purchased the Resume Search Package of Naukri.com for three days at INR 3371.00 on 3rd June. But when I tried using my service i found that Naukri server was not responding. There service was down and when i tried calling the people at Naukri one Person took the call and asked me about the issue.. she told me to call her after 10 minutes. but after that no one is picking the call.
I then used other means to find employees. I am now demanding my money back as when i need their service there site was not functional.
Naukri perople are not responding to our email.
Thsi is un professional.

Re : Customer Code 140129CS1129031 for 3 paid services - Resume Display for 6 months, Jobmail for 6 months and Jobs on the move(25 SMSs) started on 01/02/2014. I paid totally Rs. 3, 999.00 after personally visiting your Vashi, Navi Mumbai branch and having discussions with your staff Ms. Sana. I explained her about my requirement of salary and job locations. She asked me not to worry and assured me that I will surely get job by 45 days to 60 days. She also said that I will get calls directly from companies and recruiters but till today NONE. So far I did not get the job and no calls from companies and recruiters. Now I am really fed up and want to take up this matter to consumer court. But before that I want to be fair enough to give you a chance to present your stand. Looking forward for a prompt action.

I have paid Rs.4635 in 10th feb 2014 for 6 Months. And i have paid it online at the Pune office of Naukri.com. My service includes Resume writing, Resume Display and recruiters connections with offers of job. But from Fed i still could not receive a single call from recruiter. At the time of payment and taking service all the members from naukri office gave me big promises about job. But after that when i called one of the member of that office who gave me all details about it, he didint receive my single call. I tried so many times but he did not respond. Finally i called to main office of naukri, they also said that we are not assure about any calls and interview. We are not going to give any guarantee to any candidate. This is such a fake and fraud site to collect money from freshers or students.
