I am registered job seeker of naukri with fast forward service also
From morning on wards i was getting continuous calls to register in various websites and pay registration fees online, i rejected so the calls are more from different website names telling that they got my profile from naukri.co, if this type of fraud not stopped by naukri i will complaint

I've been getting calls in the name of naukri.com. They ask me all my preference for job searching and then finally take me to payment of 90000 however i've emailed naukri and confirmed that they don't ask their employees to make such calls. I wanted to file a complaint against whoever they are to stop them from further fraudulent activity. I've got calls from them like 3 times till date.

Sir i am looking for a job very badly. I update my detailed resume everyday after that i get a call from consultancy consultant. After that they say you have to come to our consultancy for the interview. I travel long long way to attend the interview. They make me wait for 3 to 4 hours and they don't even call me after that i had to leave by evening 5. I get a call from consultancy for interview. They take my phone interview 2 to 3 round then they say i will get back to you. After that i don't even get a call from them. Whenever i call them back they disconnect my call. If i say why you disconnected my call they say that again i will call you again and they don't even call back ay all. I am in search of job for my family. If i don't get job how will my family run. I don't even have my father at all. He is dead my father is dead. I hope after hearing n reading this mail hope you understand my problem.

Nokri.com is very bad n fake company told me it's pay to 1100 registration fee... I provide ur best job...& it's refundtable amount... I pay on this amount 20 feb 2018... Then after that they demanded 6700 rupees and i have pay, then i refused them and then they said that you will get 12500 rupees. But i have not got my money yet... Please refund my 7800 rupees help me

My name is tulika ganguly and i am a respectable person in society with a regular job, living in thane, maharashtra. I have been applying for jobs abroad, and was seeking naukri.com’s help for it, along with other sites. I got a call from one of your agents today, saying hat i had applied for jobs abroad. I said yes, and then he explained me a procedure in about 15secinds that was not clear to me and then said you would have to pay 6000 rupees as charges. It was unclear as to what he was trying to say to me so i said, i am not interested and that i have his number and would contact him if i wanted to go further either this. He then started talking to me rudely saying ‘if you weren’t interested, then why did you apply’ ‘go and look at yourself in the mirror and then go apply for all these jobs’ i don’t think this is a good way to talk to customers, or anyone for that matter. I ended up messing up my mood and got angryfor no reason. I shouldn’t be put through all this for nothing because of the lack of manners and training from your agent. I am highly disappointed and want a apology from him or from your company!!! I am not scared of going to the media and talking about this. I do not know his name. For assessment test i asked him i have paid on 10/05/2018 than he told that that for assessment test1

No phone calls from them, when i called them daily and they are telling that we will call you tomorrow but that tomorrow never comes. I have phone to them sometimes they lift the phone and some time not
On friday 18/05/2018 i have talked to mr sunil. He promised me that they call on monday and my work will be finalized for conducting interview today that’s is on monday i telephoned to them mr sunil lifted the phone and told me that he will call back within one hour.
Like this i have paid total amount of rs 51290/- to naukari.com hoping that i will get job as per their promise. It seems that after receiving this huge amount no one is caring about me.
On 21/05/2018 again i have received call from mr rajiv alias mr sunil that you have to pay rs18999/ for swot don’t know what is this when i have asked they told me that this security deposit where i will do the job. After asking several times than they disclosed the company names bajaj fincance, aditya birla finance, and one more. Any how i have refused to pay further amount. Again received call from mr rajiv alias mr sunil that to pay the required amount. Again i have received call to the required amount. When they need of money they will call many times but after payment of money no one will lift the phone calls.
Again on monday i have received phone call from mr rajiv alias mr sunil kumar that he will arrange me the interview with aditya birla finance hr mr. Jayesh thakkar. Don’t know to whom mr rajiv connected me with his phone and took some formal interview about my self. I asked him from which company you are talking and what is your name, he has not disclosed the company’s name nor his name. He told he is agent of company recruiter. Further i asked about the money he told yes you have to pay. I have requested him that i will pay secutiry deposit after joining the company. He refused and told me that you have to pay now only.
After interview again i have received phone call from mr. Rajiv alias mr sunil to pay the amount and after that id and password will be generated, when he is saying that this security deposit than why i will pay now i can deposit after joining also.
I have no so plenty amount of to pay for this kind of action but keeping faith on them i have paid such huge amount. Sir if i have money than why i will bother about job why not sit idle after retirement. Because of need of money only i am trying to do job and applied in naukari.com. By taking this advantage they are duping the customer. Till demand of money i have received phone call every hour daily. After they have received the amount there is no phone calls nor lifting the phone, if lifts promise to call tomorrow which never comes.
Please understand the matter and take action against them and ask them to refund my amount.. I am attaching all money receipts with reference number with this mails.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. If this type of customer services is provided by your company than no one will have faith on naukari.com.
Please do the needful and ask them to refund the amount which i have deposited.

I received a call from an unknown mobile number saying its a call from naukri.com and that my cv has been shortlisted by tata motors and m&m. They sent me an email regarding the same and also requested for a payment of rs 2250/- either to be paid via neft or paytm; if i agree for a telephonic interview followed by a face to face personal interview. They informed that once i revert my confirmation they will provide with a file number which will be confidential. Also if i do not take up the job or if i am not selected, so full amount of rs 2250/- will be refunded.

I received this above described call on "28th may, 2018" at "10:30a. M." from "[protected]" and the person i spoke to was named "aditya bansal". I received an email regarding the same from "[protected]@india.com" and the content of the email is as follows:

Gd evening sir, my name is shubhangi pandey, sir i got the call from naukri.com and they said mam u r selected for naukri.com...in which field u want to work i said sir quality manager ir qualitu assurance they they said k mam we are refering ur profile for mothet dairy regarding quality control managet so firstly u have to submit the fee 1650. Next day they said u have to pay 12950 for verification fee then next day he said 16750 for some ther fee nd in last they said u have to pay 16750 for hr fee and today he said submit 32950 for medical and health assurance... Bt i have not given the 32950. Except this i have paid all the 57300 money and i am sending u all the details... Nd today one of employee from naukri.com talk to me very rudely sir... i have sent you all the proofs and everything regarding fraud money nd sir also i m sending u the recording... That one of my family member called to motherdairy tht if they hired anyone through naukri.com. They denied tht we have no connection with naukri.com. This isfraudd. U can listen the recording sir.

Hi i received call from ms aayushi mittal whose phone no is [protected]. She organized telephonic interview for me and next day i got to know i am selected.

They even sent me emails regarding my appointment letter on hdfc bank letterhead and first asked me to pay 8, 500 for verification out of which 500 will be taken with them but 8000 they will refund.

Afer that they told me that they will send me a training...

Hi have taken naukri paid services on 25 april and paid 3500 rs for the services but when the service got activated they are sending me whatever # they have like jobs in it, green belt, black belt n so on. I told naukri so many times i am from insurance industry and in back office profile send me those openings only but every time they say the same after a month i haven’t received even 1 good opening. Worst customer care.

I received a call from ashish sharma from naukri.com and he said my cv selected for hdfc bank but before the telephonic interview i'll have to ragistartion in naukri.com and paid a 2500 after that he'll generate reference i'd then conduct telephonic interview after that he provide a reference id and i get a call from taniya sharma she said for telephonic interview again i'll paid 5000 this is bank jobs so u have to paid for this and after i'll conduct interview and after that total amount will be refund its my responsibility she said but after telephonic interview again i received a call and again demanded 12500 for appointment letter when i said i'll not paid and she says i'll confirm then she'll call back but no response after that i called taniya sharma she said she would confirm to her then confirm and she said i'll have pay so i said i'll not join so please amount refund kar do she said i'll talk to ashish sharma for this when i talk to him he said amount refund nahi hoga and both are rude behaviors now i want my money back other wise i'll have to complain the police please help.

Dear sir/madam, l have opened naukri.com profile for my wife satabdi karmakar by email id [protected]@gmail.com. On 01/05/2018 she availed naukri.com fast forward service for better job opportunity. On 02/05/2018 one lady name aparna call her from ph no.[protected] and told that she is from naukri.com and she she had good opportunity nearby kolkata. She informed that naukri account is operated by my husband. So, she give her my no. She called me and tell about the opportunity and request to transfer of rs.2500/-to their hr account no-[protected] ifsc code-sbin0003201 account holder name-mohar singh after sending money she sent acknowledgment to my wife mail. Then sent application form to appy for job. When we sent filled up application to her ph no through whatapp she again asked rs.8500/- for telephonic interview purpose and every time they said that these amount are refundable. These amount also paid to same account no-[protected] ifsc code-sbin0003201 account holder name-mohar singh on 04/05/2018. After that they taking false telephonic interview and told that you are selected for one of the best school of kolkata. We will sent offer letter shortly. Most of the time the are contacting with us by mobile no.[protected], [protected] (Protected). After that they have sent offer letter for joining on 09/05/2018 but surprisingly when we want to open it, it password protected. We asked them to provide password then they asked rs.12700/- for password and rs.4400/-for file handling change on 09/05/2018. All amount paid to same account no-[protected] ifsc code-sbin0003201 account holder name-mohar singh. After that on 11/05/2018 they called us to remit another rs.7500/- for salary account opening with kotak mahindra bank. Total amount i have paid to same account no-[protected] ifsc code-sbin0003201 account holder name-mohar singh is rs.35600/- after that incident one lady named neha roy called and asked which date conveniences for you wife to join the school but you have to send another rs.36000/- after joining they will return back the money. When i have informed i am unable to pay any money they have closed mobile sim. But yesterday they called us to refund the money from unknown no.[protected]. But for refunding they asked for details of credit card, debit card which is some thing fishy. So, we request please take strict action against them help me to recover the money.

There is a man mr. Abhay gupta he has transfer the amount of he transfer the amount rs7000 for account link process. He didn't refund this money as he said. I transfer the money to mr rahul kumar account senior hr of naukri. Please look after this matter. There are another rs2500 for registration. And rs 4500 for document verification. Please help me.

Fake requirement too much going on in naukri.com
You have a good name in field but some of bad peoples its happening. And i have got toooooo much fake requirements.
What to do? How to believe you further?

Applied from your website several times for different category. There mention whats app number. And i contact them as "hi" than that guy asked to send resume then he sent me all derails of job with account number. I attached with screenshot. You can check

I had availed naukri paid services 2 months back by investing rs.4500. But after that all the non relevant job updates were coming where not even a single job relevant call i had receive. Rather than calls from immigration agencies had increased, now they were asking for another lac. The daily update what i receive was having all below standard name of the company.in my case this is a bogus and irrelevant service what has been offered by naukri team. After repeated complaint they were not responsive to the same as the money is fully paid. I had all my mails sent to naukri.com i want make sure either they improve their service or i they provide a money back guarantee.

Received a job application form from apotex a canada based company from this mail id - [protected]@gmail.com
Kindly clarify whether its a genuine mail or not. Have attached the application form they had sent me. I was asked to reply to [protected]@apo-tex.com.
I found that there is a complaint already on this mailid sent my ms. Malathi loganathan.

Please look into it and take necessary action and avoid naukri website being misused.
