I got a call from [protected] this no with name Jigna. She told me that she was from naukri.com and for job placement in one companies. One is Om Logistics which is shortlisted my profile. She said me to pay rs 1180 for naukri.com registration fee, i paid on 10.02.2018 (paid through NEFT). On 10.02.2018 Abhay Chavan & Kunal call me from [protected] me and told to pay 3540 and 6490 for further process. On 12.02.2018 rs 12390 for document verification paid through NEFT online payment. After paying that amount I called her for recruitment then she transferred call to her hr and they told me to pay again rs 21000/- for Interview Process i paid that amount on 16.02.2018 through NEFT on line payment. When I refused and refund my money then he told me to complete my process with paid rs 13806+1888+20296+6490/- 28.02.2018 / 22.03.2018 otherwise you will not get refund. My deposited amount of Rs. 80590/-. Please take action to refund my money as soon as possible. I have a big trouble for that.

Actually I received a call from women. She said I got shortlisted in a company. I registered only on shine.com but she say I calling from naukri. I realise she is fake and then she said you need to pay 2500/- If you successfully paid then u recieve an call from HR. If you not selected we will refund your money. And also she said don't get hesitate to speak with HR feel free. It's really a fun moment on my life I can't control my laugh. Then she say first tell me your card details, CVV number etc. Then i harshly scold her for why do I pay a money for you. Then she also speak loudly like arrogant. Then suddenly she cut the phone after I tell I connected it to police. So plss guys don't trust this fake calls I seen some messages some people paid the amount what they said. Don't trust them ask some detailed questions. They getting confused and speaking with poor English. Naukri never get this type o[censored]seless employees.

The staff was asked to call back using call me back utility to understand the details of naukri services packages. He shared details and then asked to buy some. I was not ready to buy and asked him that send me details and i will go through.in case i want to buy i will call back or again contact. He was after me to buy it immediately.
I kept browsing the site and downloaded a few sample documents and other things available on site. He was tracking my actions. He kept calling me, but when i said i am not ready to buy and will contact myself, so that statement should be sufficient to understand.
He called me from differnt numbers, so i could pick.
Now next day he called again from a different number and then started fighting saying i should talk to him when he calls me and banged the phone.

This is unethical. For the same reasons that these sales people are after the public, the phone gets registered to dnd list. And if i have to ask thenm for packages does not mean that i must buy it.

The staff of naukri.com should be further trained to be curteious and the internet privacy of what i was browsing and other things should be confidential. This was a real weird incident.
I am never going to use these services.

This is with reference to Naukri Gulf job applications .It came of my observations few applications were send directly by the system and was not applied by me through my account .

Now a days such types of experiences are more and Complaint Board has to take such issues into consideration .

Please find the job application send to companies against my real role which is Consultant and above and these agencies are not serious s and account closing also they don’t guide properly .

20 Years before such job portals were not there and this type of issues were never faced before .The Online job portals have given Luxury to reach quickly to more companies at the same time if its done by the system the seen in worst and exactly opposite .

Over all result is now this Job portals are working for self not for candidates and this issue Government complaint board has to look seriously as it was not the real purpose of job portals 10 years before .

I hope this will be consider seriously and brought to the notice of Governments as well to take strict actions .

Tricked and did an unethical sale of the service on 11th april 2018, i have recorded the conversation and email communication the executive whom i trusted.

The executive explained me resume display and spotlight are two different and exclusive services for the naukari gulf portal, the service is sold to me at a much higher price then quoted at portal stating it include resume display service.

In multiple communication, he explains that the service will be activated in a day. Now today you have changed the explanation that there is no service as a display name in the gulf so he extended the naukri.com for 6 months.

I have email communication and recorded communication to prove my statement.

On 18th april 2018 i got a call from hr priyanka from naukri.com. She told me tht my resume got selected in wipro company and they will took my telephonic interview for tht i've pay 2500/- once i paid it i got another call from wipro's hr team he took the interview. After dis tht priyanka again asked me to send the security amt 10500/- i paid it also. Thn again they called me saying that they require some money for generating my salary a/c in hdfc bank and took another 15500/- rs. We have noticed that resumes in employment websites and job portals often receive offers of ‘jobs’ at Wipro at times that require payment of cash deposit into specified bank accounts.

These are fake job offers because Wipro never seeks payment of money from candidates and no selection takes place without completion of the requisite interview processes.

Some common attributes of these fake job offer emails/sms are:

• They come from public email IDs like Yahoo!, Rediff, Indiatimes.
• They claim to come from ‘Wipro Group of Industries Limited’ or some such non-existent organization but claiming to carry the name of ‘Wipro’.
• They call for cash deposit into a designated bank account (generally such accounts are opened with banks like ICIC Bank, Axis Bank, IDBI Bank).
• In the event there was already a payment made, please lodge a complaint with the nearest police station so that necessary action can be taken against the imposters.
• To make the offer seem authentic, the email will call for submission of ‘qualification documents’, ‘experience certificate’, photographs etc.
• The emails will contain numerous apparent grammar and spelling errors.
• Often, the contact address, phone numbers given in the email are non-existent and false.
• We realize that you were alerted by one of the above pointers. And in case any of your friends or acquaintances, complain of receiving such mails, please alert them too, and discourage them into not paying/depositing money. They must simply ignore such mails as ‘SPAM’.

Importantly, please advise your friends and relatives not to fall prey to such fake job offers. Also note that all mails to candidates have a clear warning against payment of cash for securing jobs at Wipro.

i have also experienced this. they told me to pay 1750 for generating reference id, 7500 for document varification and after that pay 15000 for the caution of training in wipro. But i already pay the full amount. so its a fake thing?

This is to bring to your notice the following facts;
1) i had opted for naukri fast forward service since 10 april 2018 for naukri domestic and naukri gulf by paying rs 7880/-
2) i was promised that the profile would be highlighted with coloured tags to stand out of the profile and would refresh the page every week.
3) to my surprise when i logged in to naukri gulf page it was showing "last updated 7 days ago" and fact of the matter is i called customer care of naukri fast forward to raise my concern and talk to the representative but again to my surprise i got response from naukri saying we cannot call back "you should call on the number shared in the mail" is what the response was.
4) job openings shared was almost same as what we get in free service and when i wrote below mail asking clarification on naukri dometic and naukri gulf below was the reply;

"dear team

It is with great pain i am writing this email where i am completely dissatisfied with the services offered by naukri.
1) job recommendation is the same which i was getting earlier when i was free member
2) no update on naukri gulf services, when i checked my naukri gulf profile on 19 april 2018 it showed last update 7 days ago which means no action has been taken on naukri gulf profile.

If this is the kind of service offered i wish to inform kindly refund the amount as i have no hopes on getting good service from naukri."

I received a call saying that they r from naukri.com and took an interview on call and said that i m selected and later told me to pay 2500rs for job confirmation. After paying they said me to pay 9600rs for security deposit of job for which i denied and told them to pay the amount back. So they said to me to pay refund charge of 1250 which i paid.
