I have an account on naukri.com and i have been actively looking for job opportunities since the last one year. However, it was only from the month of december that i noticed a sudden and drastic fall in the number of responses i am getting from naukri.com.

I am receiving calls to pay rs.2000/- as registration fees for naukri.com which will act as reference for getting me a job in mnc's. They asked me to send my cv, marksheet & photo. I sent them my documents. But now i dont want to pay that amount for registartion. I received a message from them that y profile is blacklisted and i cannot apply to any mnc's for 5 years. I got a call from a guy saying that he is in naukri recruiter team and asked me to pay 1500rs saying that my profile got short listed in tata motors he added that the amont is used for reference purpose and it will be refunded within a week. He also sent me a mail from ([protected]@india.com) i felt suspicious about the mail id and googled it and came acros one of a similar complaint in consumer complainints.com regarding the same mail id (I....

An hour before i got a call from [protected] that they are calling from carenaukri.in the naukri paid services site.
Then they demand for the paid registration of rs.2714. Then i make payment. After that they again demand for rs.10030 for id activation for interview and they told me that the 10030 rupees is totally refundable, so i again make payment of rs.10030.

Pls get my refund...

I got a job as work from home content writer with examfocus through naukri. I worked on 2 articles for 3 weeks and sent them. After getting my bank details they said that they can't work with me because my article is not upto standard. They refused to pay me for the articles. I have received call from naukri services.
They are having opening of maintenance eng. They have taken amount of 2500/- for registration. For document verification 4400/- and 6800/-.

Then they have conducted telephonic interview and asked for 15000/- rs for security of joining.
They have issued letter of intent in favor of ford motor limited.

They are again asked for depositing...

Naukri.com provide premium service which is extremely unprofessional.
They actually took over my profile and deleted my project details etc. The details they filled was extremely inefficient, as if a fresher graduate writing it.

Make naukri.com free profile, but don't go for premium.
Extremely inefficient employees.

I had to fix my profile myself after paying 2800/3 month...

I have tried to sent mail to them 3 times on given mail address and gave a call to their customer support no. also but still there was no resolution. I am just trying to delete my account from naukri.com but there is no support.
Chat support does not work, call services are only for naukri paid services and email support.
They just tell to hide the profile but do not delete our data from their database.

I got a call from stating well-fair department "+91 [protected]" the guy in the phone is very generous in refunding the fastfarward services amount back to me. Cause he says "their is a technical problem with the site, only the chennai location the jobs aren't updated as per my preferences" so he is refunding.

I am ashit kumar parida, a really suffering as the build naukri.com took my money by cheating which was discussed with build naukri.com team, they have agreed to return my money of rs.2714/- on sept 2017. Please look into it if the build naukri.com is a part of naukri portal.
