Transfer Respected Sir, I am sumit barik GNIIT student of "Chandannagar NIIT Centre(west Bengal)" I have Complete my second semester and I want to get Transfer from "Chandannagar NIIT" centre to "Tollygunge NIIT centre(west Bengal)".Personally I fell some problem for my future.and I have given forth semester fess but our centre did not given transfer advice and also my fess.all time there are told its processing by head-office. we are start our class in tollygunge NIIT centre but there are can not start our scheduled because we did not get transfer advice. I have been face that's problem in 3 month.Already I wasted my 3 month of time.our centre head can not give properly answer about the transfer report, and our batch have been in trouble. so please sir try to solve this problem immediately, as soon as possible.otherwise I will take strong against niit. To whom it may concern, I, Tapan Kumar Pal is currently residing at Anubina Apartment S.F-B, S.C.Rakshit road, Barabazar, Chandannagar-712136. In 2014 I admitted my son Ankush Pal to Niit chandannagar branch at Bhudev Mukherjee road, courtmore, chandannagar; for Gniit software engineering course. For seat booking i paid rs 10000 by cash to that center in advance. They gave me a slip regarding the monthly installments that i have to pay in the future. Accordingly i cleared the installments of 2014-15 through cheques in favour of M/S Kokom Info Pvt. Ltd. but the first 4 cheques were submitted to them without favouring anyone because they said that they will put the name in favour of whom they will draw the money; by themselves. In 2015 my son took transfer to NIIT Camac St. Branch as he decided to opt for Gniit banking track for the 2nd semester which was not taught at Chandannagar center .But of all the payments that i have made to chandannagar Niit Branch they showed only rupees 25000 in the transfer copy instead of Rs.64865, the amount i actually paid to Niit Chandanangar in favour of M/S Kokom Info Pvt. Ltd. ; as per bank statements. Mr. Arunangsho Ghosh, the Center Head of NIIT Chandannagar had assured me to refund the balance amount of Rs.39865 within October 2015 after their audit. But unfortunately i havent recieved the amount still. Infact the Center Head took all the receipts of the installments i paid from my wife threatening that my son will not get transfer to camac St. if we didint submit the receipts to them. Later i came to know from Niit Camac St. that it was totally false. He cheated us. I called him repeatedly but he didnt receive the calls for a single time. He had also cheated another student of Chandannagar branch who took transfer to camac st. like me. On 3rd december i paid visit to his home but he was not there . I talked to Mr. Suvajit Paul, the cashier of NIIT Chandannagar Branch who also lives in the same house and he is Mr. Arunangsho's wives brother. He asked me to be present on 5th December at Niit Center Chandananagr which is recently shifted to Boubazar Khalisani Chandananagr at 11 am. They will come and pay the very amount to me. I went there with my wife at 10 : 30 am and waited till 12 45 pm but there was no sign of them. They are ignoring us and not giving my money. I would, therefore, request you to help me in your way in recovering my money. Your cooperation is highly solicited. I am a student of Niit, Bandra (w), student id- S[protected] .Previousely i was in Churchgate branch but due to shut down of Churchgate branch in our half Sem1, we all team members were transffered to Bandra branch.we were said that transfer will take some days but it took around one and half month.after going to Bandra branch we had to repeat our exams that we had given in Churchgate thrice in Bandra due to which our marks were affected.And our 6 months sem 1 course took around 1 year.Its been 4 months we have applied for refund.we have completed all procedures for it n also we were said we l get certificate for sem 1 as we had given all exams time to time.On 9 th november we had gone to niit, bandra and our maam said it will take 10 to 15 days(maximum) for cheque to be released as it has to come from Gurgaon and today is 1 december we still have not got our cheque nor our maam has any idea about it.We students have paid our fees from time to time but niit people give so much reasons.Hope so my complaint gets resolved soon by giving me my refund back along with certificate.

Before 3 years I was taken admission in niit institution of Gwalior branch in mp but they have not completed my course diploma in information technology and taken and I had deposited fees approx 70000 rs .my name is arpit gaud so I just want my money otherwise I will complaint on consumer forum.

actually i have joined for the advanced java and andriod corse, and i have paid the full amount during joining itself.
they only taken class for java and they are not starting android classes.it has been 1 and half years that i have joined. the couse time has also been completed.
and the course fee is about 7, 500 and i want my money back.

but they are not responding properly and they are not refunding it too.no respect at all.

i want my money back .please take necessary action regarding this issue.and iam having all the evidences like bills.

GNIIT certificate not received since four years from course completion as VIP road branch of Kolkata has been shut down. Contacted with NIIT Camac street branch Kolkata but didn't get any proper response from the authority. I have contacted by mail as well as phone and most of the time I have been told to wait for a month and the matter is being dragged like this for the last few months. I am clueless if ever I shall receive the certificate in near future. I am in urgent need of the certificate as my career is getting hampered. Please help. Certificate Sir I have completed my diploma in Java long back. I didn't get my certificate yet. I didn't get any proper response for a long time. I used to visit my course center but all they did is to make me wait without any update about my exams and course completion. Atlast after one year of they asked me to complete my cycle test in Niit website. I started doing, after 4 days i got some note that am note and i couldn't do my process. I again send them mail and calls. Again no response. I started my course on 2012 and ended in 2014 because of no proper staffs available. I have paid total of 34, 000. Since i am working right now far away from my home town i am enable to visit the center. Hello Sir, My name is Lokesh Gour. NIIT Delhi called me for job interview in Relligare finwest Pvt. Ltd and i got selected in the interview. They told me that you have to deposit 22472 rupee as security amount and that will be refundable after completion of training and issued offer latter. The date of joining is 27 April 2015 but the joining had not happened. Now NIIT delhi is not refunding my deposite money, they always say your refunding process is running but they not cooperating with me. Please help...

I registered for a GNIIT course with NIIT, grant road. ..i had completed 1 sem after that i had financial problem i told them to adjust my time for new batch they told me that they are conducting a new batch and 2 years ago they not even conducted my batch and telling me that u did not visited campus, i had joined niit on 2010 it almost 5 years ago . I don't want to continue with such a horrible institution as I have lost interest in the course. What course of action should I take? I think it's fair that anyone in my place should get a refund from such a third-rate institution. Please help. khan ajju [protected]

Other student marksheet came my marksheet still not come in NIIT Rajouri Garden. As I taken admission in Teerthankar Mahaveer University MCA(Lateral Entry). They asking me to submit marksheet as well as Migration Certificate this Month. Otherwise they will cancel my Admission. Please sir/mam. Help me out. I was employee of aparajita corporate ltd in himachal pradesh w.e.f.1.7.2005 to mar. 2009 under sarv shiksha abhiyan which was undertaken by niit in Apr.2009 .my EPF no. Is tn/42446/3827. I have applied for EPF withdrawal but the epfo has intimated that the EPF has been transferred to niit pf trust, so kindly look into the matter and help me to transfer my EPF amount

How many times u people want me to come n ask for the same, its too irritating. I have not yet received my "Core Java" Certificate. Last time u have sent through courier but courier person called me and asked my address and asked my Student ID before delivering the Certificate, I have given all the details but he said that your Student ID is slightly mis-matched, I have even cross checked in my ID card and the receipts which I have received on my e-mail, it was correct but the courier person refused and said that he will deliver my Certificate in NIIT Adyar and asked me to collect from there itself. I have joined NIIT near Richmond road institutes for GNIIT courses Information system management programe duration for 36 month. I paid fee for both courses. I attend only one year courses. I need money back for remaining. i studed in year 2006. receipt no[protected], student Id no : S[protected], registration no R[protected]. So Please i would like to have my Money refund back And certificate, Placement. I have an seven plus experience in accountant.

Respected sir, i took admission in NIIT mylpore branch in chennai for c and c++ course, i want the weekend classes as in weekdays i am having college, so from the admission dept they told dat plzz deposit the course fee as some summer offers are going on, when the weekend class will start we will inform you, i wait for 2 months n i used to call in the centre in the weekend but they r giving the same ans that weekend class didnt start, when it wil start we will inform you, but suddenly without any information the branch has been shut down, but i paid the whole course fee of rs6179, as i didnt attend not a single class so i want the full refund of money. I tried to conform my certificate but there was some network issue so it didn't get conformed. i again later tried for certificate confirmation but it's displaying that " Your SOL has expired and hence m not eligible for certificate confirmation."

My name is Souvik Kundu. I have done a C and C++ course from NIIT Selaiyur Chennai.From the past two years they are harrasing me tremendously.They didnt provide my certificate uptil now.My register number is R[protected].They are very much reluctant about this matter.Whenever i tried to call them or contact them they are simple refusing to take calls.I really dont know whether they have taken a valid exam or not. I am really fed up with this.Please dont trust these type of fraud institutes.

sir/ma'am, this is to inform you that i SHUBHAM ANIL GROVER has done the course of "info-edge" from NIIT nirala nagar lucknow Its been more than 4 months and still i have not been provided with certificate. please take charge against this. and provide my certificate as soon as possible
