joined NIIT IN June 2011 at the SDC centre, the programme I opted for was GNIIT (software engineering) and I paid Amount Rs. 164575 as the fees, the entire amount of the programme as the counselor requested us to. The Reason for choosing the Satya Niketan Centre was the proximity to my college and tuition classes. Also the course was said to make a good addition to my CV/Resume. It saved a lot of time and also allowed me to pursue Software Engineering along with my Graduation degree . All was well But due to the unexpected and sudden closure of the SDC centre without prior notice caused me trouble. Within six months the institute was shut down at satya niketan and all the children were told to continue classes at a different centre. Most of the people who paid in installments chose to leave or join somewhere else . I attended the First Semester or till the First MT at the SDC centre and attended classes till the time it suddenly closed down. I was told that classes would now continue at south extension centre, but due to traffic and distance and my other classes in satya niketan i said i cant attend and it was not economically or practically feasible. So i requested the people at the new centre for my refund which to my shock they were apprehensive of doing. I explained my situation and that i had paid the entire fees and not taken a single rupee of service after the first six months of the 3year course. I went along with my parents numerous times to talk and inquire about my case but they always chose to either avoid or request for time to ask higher authorities for the refund process. since the closure of the institute its been 3 years since 2012 (The institute centre at satya niketan closed) i have visited their office (regional and head) emailed all people, called to talk but to no avail. They give me a figure that they would refund which WAS far far less than what i had paid. But after suffering so much and also having lost my time money and patience i said okay. But after having committed to pay me back the amount, they have ignored my emails and calls . Even after i visited the regional of office of my region and getting a word from the incharge there my efforts have bore no fruit At this point of time i have completed my graduation and looking for Job making travel even more problematic . It would only hamper my life more if i keep going and requesting them with little or no faith for a response All my efforts of so many days are going waste because of the sudden closure of NIIT Centre.

I appeared for ISTQB Certification on 10 Sept. 2014 from college more Kolkata centre. I got a print out on successfull completion which would act as temporary certificate until i receive the formal certificate. I was told i would receive the formal certificate from ISEB within 4 weeks. But 4 months have passed and i am yet to receive the certificate. Upon contacting the POC of the centre i was advised to contact ISEB. I did as advised but of no help. Now the POC is telling he can't do any thing, how this can be. I am not the only one who is facing this issue there are few others also. I need the certificate as soon as possible.

We have registered for the NIIT CTET training program on 24 Dec 2014. Till now we have not received the Printed training material. Below is the detail. I m varsha parasher student of diploma in finance accounting course my registration code is R[protected] . My problem is I had started my course in aug and my classes only had taken place for 2 mnths after that the head told me faculty staff is changing .your class will take place in nov 17 .on 24 I called them and ask my batch and timing . The head mr. Gaurav told me the batch had gone very far why u didnt ask us on 17 .I will make a new batvh ur next class will be on 2 dec 2014. Class started .the teacher they provided us for tally didnt hv enough knowledge about accounting concepts and how to apply them in tally . More often he searches tally entries on google in front of mr and thrn teaches . I m not at all satisfied with the teacher mr. Narender .I complaint abt him to mr. Gaurav . He told me to ask a teacher who teaches another batch in early mornkng at 7.30 am in niit . Then I called him many time he ignored . Laterely I got to know there was no teacher and batch of early morning . I called mr. Aman director of niit rohtak. He convinced me to wait and he will arrange a professional teacher till 2 jan . But there is no col no msg from the centre . This kind of behaviour would not be tolerated by me . I left my job even forr this bloody course and this was not going in any direction . Do concen about this and it you not take any step ..then I have to take a legal step for the nonsense happening in tht centre . Thank you

I am registered student of niit from 2007 and still I am not getting my certificates from my center. If i dont get any response within 3 days than i will go ahead to court for justice and compensation. My niit center is dehradun chakrata road. Regards, Rohit juyal

Respected Sir/Madam, I enrolled into the GNIIT (In 2011) having no prior knowledge about the IT industry. Putting all my trust and faith in this institution, I came into the institution with lots of hope in NIIT, however NIIT didn't live up to their commitments. The institution keeps on calling for every instalments payment and once the admission and money is paid to the institution they don’t bother to check with the student about their improvements. The service provided by these NIIT's centers are worst. After completing my fourth sem, I was asked to get into my Professional practice but I was preparing for my Post graduation entrance exam so I took a short term break, after I got selected for the post gradution opted out of Professional Practice given by NIIT. But The Center isn't ready to give my Professional practise sem money back. Money is their utmost goal and students are just their liability, in short to hell with the students. I was a student a NIIT Pune, Sagar Arcade, Deccan Centre Branch from 2006 to 2009 and I completed my GNIIT Course. Currently, i am having more than 8 years of experience working into IT industry and presently, I am working from Noida Location with IT Consulting Firm. I sent my experience letter, employment letter along with authorization to one of my friend at Pune to get my GNIIT Certificate but student coordinator said I would need to submit my Graduation copy too. I was informed earlier that either I should submit graduation copy or I should have atleast 1 year of experience to collect the Certificate. Please let me know if NIIT will not be able to provide me Certificate on the basis of my work experience so that I can take the necessary actions accordingly. My name is Suzane Jackson.I have done my graduation in zoology ..as per the NIIT faculty advice I took admission for post graduation in software engineering(.net) on 22/10/2014 in NIIT camp branch Pune maharashtra..As I was told that the course would begin from October 27/10/2014 .paying Rs23, 034 as my 1st Installment I joined Niit.At the time of admission I was told that there are 10 to 11 student in my batch.but after joining I got to know that the students in my batch had joined 2 3 months before.and they had already done with the initial portion i.e Critical thinking, Infact they had finished with all the test.but for me without conducting any lecture for critical thinking they made me to give the test with the help of other students in my batch..they told me they will they will conduct my critical thinking classes only when they get 2 3 students along with me, as its a group based activity.So the faculty started with the next portion, which was going top of my head.I was completely exhausted in just 2 days.so I stopped attending the classes. After facing so much of problem I am preferring not to do the course.I was told they will give me other batch, but I don't want to waste my time anymore and I want my money to be refunded as early as possible. They told me they will deduct my admission fee, course ware fee(books)which I havn't got yet, and tuition fee.after calculating I got to know the amount that will be deducted is Rs20, 499..so more then half of the amount is deducted..and I am left with nothing in my hand.I don't understand how can they deduct more then half of the amount..they can deduct my admission fee but not the complete amount as I have attended only 2 to 3 sessions..kindly help me to sort out this problem.

Dear Sir/Madam, Please take this complain on serious note. I had applied for "Oracle Database 10g ADMIN 1 (3rd module)" course at the jaipur branch (P1, Awadhpuri, Opp.- Shree Ram Mandir, Lal Kothi, Jaipur - 302015) for which the registration number was not provided to me at the time of joining.When i selected the course it was informed to me that i will be getting the certification from "Oracle" for the selected course but after successfully completing the course in August, I still have not received the course completion certificate from "Oracle". I have tried to contact the jaipur branch of NIIT but i have not got any response from them and there behavior is just like they are not interested in my concern. This course certificate is very important for me, I will be soon starting my professional career where it will be very important and right now i have to present it in my college as a proof of training. This is very disappointing for young graduates like me, who join NIIT because of its brand image but if the institute is not providing certificate after completion of the course, then it reflects highly unprofessional attitude from your side. If you are not able to provide my Oracle certificate then please revert back my money. I have attached here receipt of the course fee. Please check attachments. Please don't create a mail chain. I am Vishal kapoor belongs to very poor family has mud house. My father gave all their "Life earned" money for complete my course. According to NIIT Palampur one semester was compulsory in main branch ie Niit Chandigarh 32 D, Here, After completion of course, they told me"you have to face interview and you have to get selected in interview then u'ill get industrial training." After very very hard effort I got a job as data entry operator by own (Per month salary 6, 200 while I paid 5500 Rs for regular two years). Now, They handed over my Niit Certificate without industrial training after I paid for it.I have send mail to CGRSHO(Reference ID[protected] but they still i didn't get any response . NIIT Rajouri Garden is such a RIDICUOLOUS Study centre. There i have taken admission in september 2014 in oracle Admin 1 and that time their staff member Ms. Prachi assure me to start class till spt end but till there is no batch no class.. Even staf[censored]s so irresponsible that if we called them they have no answer or they have no time to listen us. The centre Head Ms Anita spoke with me when i applied for refund but till now her behavior is also same.. I never saw such s bad education partner.. Niit is here only for making money not ready to provide service but just want money from poor students. Niit has ruined my 3 months.. Such a big brand in education but serives are much much n much poor.. I want refund..

NIIT vikaspuri is just RIDICULOUS. i would never recommend any1 to get enrolled in any of the branch of niit. such unprofessional staff that misguide the students.i'v had sucha bad experience i regret so much entirely wastage of money . it's been 4months i havent got my certificate yet.

Really NIIT Is Great In Making Fake Promises . No Job or less pay scale, I have completed GNIIT (Software engineering) course from Dombivali (EAST) They are great it making in False Promise.They are giving very low pay sacle job after promising of 2 lacs, they prmoises they u ill get starting 15 k to 20 k as a fresher & know after completing the course they are giving 7 k to 8 k & telling u r a fresher & very less ppl geting job in IT company . And plz Don't Join NIIT Its my kind Request & Personal Experience. They all R Fake Peple & make All thing fake. Once They got a full fees they are not bothered for any thing & any problem of student. NIIT counselor said that after compliting the GNIIT program NIIT will provide me 15k to 20k job as training for fresher but i had completed my program & salary they are giving is 7k to 9k & forcing me to join the company or else we ill no provide u they placement .Really they are Harassing Mentally.this is not only mine problem. all my batchmates and each and every student has same problem...
