Cheating & Misguiding. Never Join NIIT, NIIT's fake 99 days 100% placement program Hi, Every One I am Nikesh Neelakantan. This is more of a warning to others than a complaint, because it is no much use complaining about things like this. Well, I graduated from college in year 2008, yes, the time when recession had just hit and I was looking for an IT job. I went to Greater Noida and was staying with my friends to look for a job of software developer. But, there was no luck. Then I began to get worried because 2 or 3 months had passed and I was not doing anything technical and i kind of felt that sitting idle will make my skills weak and I should at least join for a course to keep myself engaged. I searched for a training center near my place and got address of NIIT, Greater Noida. I went there and met the councilor or someone (this is the person who has the ability to talk very well and trap you, I remember her name very well, but i am not saying it because I think she was doing her job). I asked her what the courses they were offering are. She told that there is program called GNIIT Diploma and the fees was Rs. 1, 50, 000. I asked if there is any other course, she said there is a GNIIT Diploma as well, but chances are better if I do it in Java (only latter I realized that one reason for saying that might be they already had enough students for .NET and they needed more people for Java). I asked her if there is any other course available in Java other than this GNIIT Diploma and she said there is not other course in Java, and because I am a graduate I should go for a GNIIT Diploma and this is the only course in which they give placement guarantee. I was so desperate for a job and was not in my smartest wits. I fell for it. I said ok, i will come back with the money. Now comes the next step of strategy to extract your money. Next day was a Saturday, she called me and told the admission date is getting over and the class is already started, so i need to make it fast. Now I have got no time to think and has to act fast and I withdrew money from bank as fast as I can and gave it her. The class started and the class was good actually. I though well, NIIT has got good standards in teaching. But after a week my time was changed from weekends to weekdays. In the time of enrollment I had told her I can come only for weekend classes and she said they have got a weekend batch. But not when I asked her she started talking in a circle and was not talking clearly. I knew she had played with me. Then with the weekday batch came these teachers who actually didn't know much about the technologies and obviously didn't know how to teach. I found myself sitting in class with a dozen of desperate jobseekers trapped just like me. Not even a single person in the class understood anything about java, j2ee, struts, jsp or ejb or tomcat or anything. There was no project. And the course was supposed to get over in 99 days, but after enrolling I found out that they themselves have got no time table or no clear idea about the schedule or exams. Finally after me asking very objective questions they had to decide that it was a 2 year course. I didn't even plan to stay in Greater Noida for that long without a job. And soon I realized that there were other courses in Java as well for 50, 000 rs or 60, 000 rs. But she wanted to sell the most expensive one to me and when latter I went and asked her directly that whether I did or did not ask you if there were other courses available in Java, she said an inaudible 'yes' and I asked her did or did not you say that there were no other courses? and she said 'but this is the best course for you!'. Somehow I went through the depressing NIIT sessions blaming myself every second for wasting money and time. After 2 long year, I finished the course and now was the time for placements. Suddenly somehow they made me realize that what they promised was 100% placement assistance not 100% placement guarantee. What the hell is 100% placement assistance? Some kind of a joke? But anyway they told me addresses and time of some job fairs and all. But it was all BPO and Data entry kind of jobs. I got fed up after a month, by that time I got a job in a computer networking company in Kerala (not through NIIT). I wanted a job in software side but took this job because sitting idle was not helping anyways. I called and asked for my certificates many time, but it hadn't reached from Greater Noida for at least 5 or 6 months. Then after I called to get the certificates. They told the certificate is ready and I must go there personally to collect the certificate. From kerala I went to Greater Noida and got the Rs. 29000 (flat rent and other expenses extra) certificate and the title said "GNIIT Diploma in Java Technology". I was like, ok, i will not say shocked because I had started to understand NIIT, but I was taken aback because I was expecting "GNIIT Diploma in Java Technology" to be written on it. After staring at the certificate for 5 minutes I went and asked the present councilor if there is some mistake because my course was a GNIIT Diploma. She said they never gave any GNIIT Diploma course and it is only a diploma. I came back and with much pain corrected my resume to Diploma in Java Technology. 1. Complete information on courses available was not given. Told me that there is only one course in Java when there were many other less expensive courses available. 2. Placement guarantee is not there. Its just placement assistance. Nothing wrong in that, but you are impressed that it is placement guarantee when you go with an inquiry. 3. Wrong information was given about the duration of the course and the timing of the course. Told that there was a schedule that suited me, but found out latter that was just lie. 4 A diploma course was sold to me saying it was a GNIIT Diploma. 5. Teaching standards are very low. Just showed power point slides and gave vague explanation. Could not clear majority of our doubts. A girl got fed up and stopped coming to the class. Do not join in NIIT. Inquire around and find a place that has got some good teachers. Need not be a big name institute and do Certification courses like SCJP etc. At least there is some values for the certificate. NIIT camacstreet kolkata just a [censored]ing training institute in kolkata.. They have taken lotz of money from students bt could not provide any kind of job.. And if a person get a job from NIIT the salary will be 2000 or 4000 per month.. the placement officer Rupa is [censored]ing in NIIT.. she is just a bloody busturd.. And the leader Mr Snehajit Nair is a thief nd also a lier.. he is also a bloody busturd.. Main leader Mr Debiprasad is a very cleaver person.. he is a father of all is NIIT..Dont expect any kind of job from NIIT camacstreet branch.. most of time company is also fake type..

Before one and half a year I have registered for ISTQB Beginners level examination in Salt lake City centre 1 branch.On the particular date of examination they have told that our password is no more existing and they have to request for one new. After months of waiting they are saying the same.Now they are saying that you can report against NIIT about this but we have nothing to do.Everything they are trying is verbal communication and that too when we are making calls. They have not any responsibility to inform us either verbally or in written.The same case has been by some of my other friends also. I have tried to communicate with you several times .But as you were not busy I was not able to do so. My earnest request to you is either solve my problem or give back my money.

Sir i did applied for Software Testing Diploma in January 1 2013 but because of my family problems i didnt get to attend the class now its been 1 year since i couldnt able to attend cause now i need to earn for my family and i cant get time for the class so this is my humble request to u to please give me my 26000/- back and you can cut some processing amount like 5-6000/- i dnt mind that please... I have joined NIIT Technologies in the month of Jan 2005 and Left the organisation Dec2005. Organization was deducting around 500 rs from my salary for PF.NIIT was running their own PF trust in Delhi. When I left the company around 4 months later I have filled the PF form and Hand over the ICICI Bank cancelled check as well. I personally met MR.S.K.Chawdhary who handles such queries in Okhala office and ensure me that the amount will be credited soon. Its 9 years now over and NIIT never refund my PF. My PF number was DL/7658/PEEPF/020165. Please help me this matter

Email Id : [protected]@gmail.com Complaint : I Enrolled for GNIIT in 2009 at kaushambi (Sahibabad Center), Everyting went fine till that center sold out and i get a new center at vaishali, at that time i was in middle of second SEM and my one-third of the course fee was submitted to the NIIT, I started my classes in vaishali center and i always talk to the main head of the center about my php and my sql classes which i enrolled in kaushambi center, bcause i didn't get my classes for PHP and mySql there also Excuse from the both centers that i got that they are not having a good teacher for the php and MySql that's why i m not getting my classes. ok that's fine, I continued my GNIIT and i completed my Last Semester, means my GNIIT was almost completed but there wasn't any solution for my PHP and MySql course classes. the New thing i Got in the last semester when i was going to pay the last second fee of my course which was 3200 according to me and my fee Plan (i got at the time of enrollment) they told that now you have to pay 8, 200 of the fees. I was shocked that i am having the fee plan and all the fees is completed except the last two installment of 3200 each but they told that you have to pay 8, 200 for each. when i asked why, then they told that we don't have complete detail for your fee and your course detail hand overed from previous center, even i was having the original fee plan and all original receipts of my fee. that i have given to niit. Means i was forced to pay 16400 in place to 6400 and then they told that they are not responsible for your php and MySql certificate and class. pay 16400 otherwise we are not going to start you PP and you won't get you certificate. that was horrible disaster for me, that issue took 6 to 10 months, between that period i interacted with that many times but i didn;t get any solution, instead of sometime they says your pending fee is 20, 000 and sometime they says that your pending fee is 34000 between that period i even interacted with a person from R.O, who specially came for my issue and he talked with me very politely and promised me to solve my issue within a week, but that didn't happened. means i didn't get my GNIIT certificate, my PHP & MySql Certificate and even any placement from NIIT You tell me that why anyone pay more than the actual fee now these things has gone far away now, that vaishali center also transferred from there to mahagun metro mall and now it is in mahalaxmi tower. between this period i talked with them many times but i m not getting any solution.now after 2 and a half year they says that you pay your remaining fee and we will start your PP and you will get your certificate after 1 year i am working from last 2 years as a PHP Web Developer and i m facing problems in switching my Job to a well reputed company because they needs an IT certificate which i didn't got.and they says that i will get my certificate after 1 year. means these things are spoiling my future this is my humble request to you that i am ready to pay my fee but i wants my certificate instantly i will provide joining letter from the date i joined for the job. please help me to get my certificate as soon as possible.otherwise i will lost 4 to 5 years of my life that i spent during the course and my job This is not good that you play with the future of a student, i know that this is not the fault of a single person but you tell me that what is the fault of a student who enroll for a course with a hope that he will get a bright future after that course, he will get a good job and will fulfill the need of their parent who collected the amount for his course by very very very hard work and not when its the time to pay back to my parents, i m getting these problem. This is the mail from NIIT to me regarding : They didnt conduct exam only for JAYANAGAR branch. They have many branches in bangalore and they are giving very silly reasons like server issue and etc.. Except jayanagar branch all other branches students wrote the exams They call 10 times for fees but they didnt call us once also for the postpone of exam this is what NIIT is. 3 Saturdays we got up early and went to NIIT for the exam sake but after we go reach there they will tell us as exam has been postponed for the reason of server issue When they call 10 times for the sake of fee why cant they call us when the exam has been postponed. After we make an big issue they are giving us an response { I request everyone : Not to join NIIT and waste your parents money } Dear Sanjay Greetings from NIIT !! This mail is regarding the actions which we have taken on the concern which you have raised to our Regional Head-Ratna Rajasingh on the delay of your course certification . Mail is marking to her as well. The Certificate in Digital Marketing Program which you have completed is also having an exam which is conducted by the Digital marketing client. Since there was a server failure issue the exam could not be conducted at national level and the same has been postponed. Due to different reasons you were not able to sit for re appearing this test in the next week. Since the test is scheduled as per the batch completion, we were waiting for the ongoing batch completion for scheduling your exams As per the concern which you have raised on the overall delay for the certification process, based on a special request and approval we have scheduled your exams today(7th June 2014) which has been informed to you and other students by our staff members but you have not turned up for the exam. Mr. Vijay & Harshavardhan also not turned up for the exam stating different reasons. Rest of the students turned up for the exams today Now we were waiting for your confirmation on how to go ahead with your certification process. The final clearance of your certification is based on the following 1. You will have to sit for the exam as per the scheduled given by Digital marketing 2. I am writing this complaint with such a great pain. I am Jestin Kunjumon enrolled with NIIT(VIKAS PURI) on the way back 2007, for a one year diploma course; later they convinced me to join GNIIT, though I refused every time however they keep on forcing me about GNIIT and they(RICHA, RUCHI and RISHI) visited my home many a time, which made me to join GNIIT with agreed T&C. Initially they were good with the classes and faculties.As the time passed on faculty keeps on changed wherein i haven't got any proper classes. There was a time I was not a getting a Proper classes for a long month which also led to delay in my course.Now its been 7 long years since i have enrolled with NIIT and still i am left with one semester and I have cleared all my dues(fees) very long back.Now i am not in a position to attending the classes, as i am working for now, where i have to do rotational shifts.So, when i went(JANAK PURI CENTRE) for the certificate, were asking me to pay Rs5000 which is ridiculous. This same situation goes with other students as well and they all are crying after joining NIIT. As I have planned to move abroad regarding my work, So i urge you to Please look into this matter and provide me with GNIIT certificate otherwise I have to move legally.

I joined .net they conducted c++ for a month just waste of time and just kept on dragging and by the time they started c#, I got a job and also coaching is really bad. Please I need my money back how to get it. Atleast if I get the partial amount I am happy.

On 3/4/2014 in NIIT, I took admission for Object Oriented Programming Using C++. However, they did not started the class till 28/4/2014, by that time I got a job whose timings clashes with class timing hence, I requested them to cancel the course and refund the course fee. But they clearly denied to refund a single penny. For Admission they have taken Rs. 7865 but in the invoice they showed only Rs. 3933. When I asked first they ignored my question and while insisting they could not give proper answer.

i had been enrolled at NIIT on 2011 nov, for oracle and SAS (Bissiness intelligence ) course. and had deposited around 50000 rupee. I got my Oracle certificate on may 2012. But till now i didnot get my SAS certificate. Now a days I am staying on gujrat, so, i had requested the branch to transfer my course to gujrat. But they did nothing. For this purpose i had Kolkata NIIt more than 3/4 times. But they just ignored and never reply to my complains. therefore i request you to give my certificate as soon as possible or give back my money, as 40000 is not a small amount.My niit student id is S1211127.please take a right action.

First of all NIIT IS D WORST INSTITUTION FOR LEARNING anything ...This is to Complaint against NIIT indore .. when i came to niit for enquiry .. the receptionist talked me so innocently .. she explained me regarding campus Placements and all ..and told me that their faculties are highly educated and all ..they are all oracle certified faculties .. OMG this woman lied to me to a great extent .. so i got entangle in her lies .. so my training started ... n that was d day when i was going to waste my time for upcomming days ..I find it so unprofessional way to teach... that stupid faculty dont have n e teaching experience .. so poor communication skill he has ...whenever i asked a doubt he ended explaining something else .. skipped most of the topics .. he even dont know what should he teach to d students .. he even dont know about d syllabus he had to exlpain to students .. they will teach in a way so that u should left d institution without n e complaints .. one day i argued him regarding syllabus ..i taught him a lesson and he will never forget to mess up with a person like me ..IN one word i can sumup and say dont waste ur time by joiing niit RR road centre Indore .. otherwise those stupid faculties gonna kill all ur professional skills u have !!

i am sumit pachauri . i am gniit student . when i was join niit . i was very happy to show atmosphere of campus . but after 1 year i realized campus is changing in a business. my supplementary fee is 1500 + tax . and my 1 sem have 6 exam . i also enrolled in graduation program. we have very much work load of both exams . there is a money of 1500+ tax is very high . many of students are disappointing to see that fees . many of students thinks niit is only a business there have no education. and many of students leave niit in half of year . and new students is not coming to join niit. i think you want to think about this fee structure of supplementary exam.

I feel Ashamed to say being NIIT student I have to complain for the company, My case is straight forward and NIIT should help me.I joined NIIT in Surat, Gujarat and in middle of my course I have to move from Surat to Ahmadabad and now i asked my NIIT branch head to help me with my transfer but he refused to do so. So I request him to provide me refund from Surat branch so I can go to Ahmadabad branch and continue my courses.My NIIT head Mr Rahul Khanna said to me he will provide me refund and called me in branch on Saturday[protected].So i went to branch to get refund and now he is telling me to come back after two weeks. It is so painful for me that I found I took admission in NIIT Surat at Athwa gate branch. This is the only branch whose center head is not helping student in any case. I went to Ahmadabad and I found Niit faculties and head over there so helpful. I would like to request you to provide me refund so I can continue my course in NIIT Ahmadabad. I do not want to complain against whole NIIT company because of one branch head. I hope I will get my refund back for writing my query here. It was my bad experience with such a famous Institute.I went there for JAVA and PHP certification course. They assured me that my java course will complete in 25days but they took 60days and did not complete the syllabus. Good thing that I got the java certificate but no PHP certificate. why? Is this the way to treat students. We come to you to gain some good knowledge but you people taech us cheating. I asked too many times to them for PHP certificate but all the time they made excuses. They gave me some fake Student id and Registration number which had not recognized by your website when I was trying to login.

I am noor husain from niit mazgaon centre.
I need to take a transfer with my cousin brother sameer qureshi to church gate branch.
As we both study in the same branch with same batches.
As we are not getting proper services here and nor getting proper studies. Its been 1 year and still no exams are conducted, we have our precious 1 year got wasted.
And when we go to complain our centre heads we dont get any satisfaction, they just say us we can't do transfer-its out of our rules.
So you please do the needfull and respond us as soon as possible.
And our parents to know about all this so they are shouting at us.

I took admission for GNIIT in Nov 2010 and was informed that it is a 2 year classroom session and 1 year internship. I was working then and requested for a morning batch. In Nov 2010, I was informed that they have a last morning batch and when i got enrolled, I was not given any batch till February 2011. I attended the batches regularly however, my name never got reflected on the attendance sheet as it was a digital NIIT batch and I belonged to a regular NIIT batch. When I spoke with the GL (SHILPI PANDEY) she asked me to change to digital gniit which i did after paying extra 33000 rs. I was also given an MTS datacard which never worked at all and I am till date not able to download my books or the NIIT software. In August 2012, I was fedup with all this so I spoke to the then GL (Saima Shamshuddin) and she said that if I leave my job, they can complete the entire module within 6 months. I left my job in Sept 2012 and till July, I was only able to appear for 1MTE. After a lot of monetory struggle, i gave up and started working again in July 2013 and moved to Bangalore in November 2013. I sent an email to CGRSHO but there was no action taken. I again spoke with the center heard (Shilpi Pandey) and she promised that she will help me complete my module by October 2013 but again was given an e, cuse that they are not able to find the information for the entire batch. Even my Reliance datacard form which was submitted in June 2013 was misplaced and I never received my datacard yet. I am now moved to Bangalore permanently and have started working overtime to overcome all the issues i faced when i left my job. I am no more in an interest of continuing my studies with NIIT. I need to get the refund as soon as possible failing which, you may force me to take legal actions. I registered myself in NIIT, Janakpuri on may, 2012 as GNIIT student and submitted my whole fees at once. According to them one semester is of 6 months but today (23 Jan 2014) I am still in 1st semester -_-. I don't want to continue with NIIT anymore i want to get refunded excluding first semester fees if they want to.
