Nissan Motors — Booking cancellation amount not refunded

I booked Nissan Magnite in the month of December 2020 in the Ghaziabad agency . Later due to some circumstances I was not in a position to purchase the car. Accordingly I informed the Manager Mr. Ahlawat (Mobile:[protected] about the same and asked him to refund my amount. He asked me to fill a form for cancellation. My father obliged to the same and submitted the cancellation form.
However it has been more than 15 days and still our money has not been refunded.
Despite our visit to the agency there has been no action from the agency in this regard.
It is to he noted here that my father had to travel 50kilometres to go to agency as we reside in Meerut
Such a pathetic behaviour is not expected from anyone and specially from someone who is in sales.
Kindly look into this and take appropriate action.
