Nissan Motors — complaint against anand nissan indore

Sir / madam,

This mail is regarding my complaint of datsun go plus servicing in anand nissan indore there are some observation and issues :

Very worst servicing done by anand nissan and there is no one who take responsibilities of servicing and customer time.

1) in my first free service i was the first customer of that day for servicing but they were not deliver my car till evevniing 6:00 ' o' clock.
For this you check my feedback for this. After anand nissan executive request i change my feedback / rating.

2) my second worst experience was in datsun free camp for outer wash that they were take lots of time for delivery i. E. 5 hours approx.

3) in my second free service not done there work properly that i told them noise came from gear box but they not done work as i said. Finally second time i was again taken my car and lost my time again.

This is very worst condition that again was taken my car for same reason that i told previously.

In anand nissan indore my car accessories was stolen this was very very cheap thing that i was experience in any workshop, on that no one taken responsibility for that.
I told them for complain then they gave free wash and pendrive for that.

Because of this reason my first feedback for second service was very bad check that recorded feedback that i gave.

They again gave me free wash coupon for rating to change. Then i changed my rating for hoping that they will try that this was not done in future but they were not changed. Yesterday (08/01/2018) they again done the same thing.

Mr. Khanna and crm miss. Arti not taken any responsibility of work done in anand nissan indore there way of talking was very very cheap they were shouting on me and on my friend told me that they will not release my car finally i told them i will register a complaint against them after that they release my car.

Next time i am not refer any freind or in family go for nissan.

For this i will register court case in consumer forem.
