My Nissan Sunny Car hit at the back side of a truck(Of course with a good speed) and the radiator /coolant system and some of the metal parts broken along with a chassis damage . The service center has already given a estimation of 2Lack and they told it may increase if the inside damage is more. After raising the complaint with Nissan customer care, now they are coming up with explanation of "car should not hit in this way, it should hit like this, should not hit pole, should not hit a moving vehicles back.. etx etc " . As per my knowledge the airbag should work if the force of hit is more and damage to the front is more. I have the spot picture details and damage details with me. Please provide a proper clarification for this or compensation, as we are paying more for security ..

    I just purchased a 2005 Nissan terrano.
    It's is in very good condition.
    With a valid mot cert..
    I took it to my mechanic for a service.
    He called me told me to drive it home.
    Very easy. And don't take it out again.
    It is not safe to be on the road.
    Engine ok. But framework underneath.
    About to fall apart..
    It has only 70000 miles.
    Is there a recall on vehicles such as this..
    I was told there was..
    It a danger to be on the road..
    Or can I be compensated by Nissan???

      I the owner of the veihle no tn 56 h 3999 nissan evalia. We send my veihle to ramani nissan erode to clear the damage of veihle on the date 20.11.2017. They give the surity to handover my veihle 30 days. But last 70 days ramani nissan erode not clear our veihle. They told to me spares is not available in service center and company also. Is it true or not i didn't know. Please clarify my veihle posistion. This is our kind information to say the dealers promising. Oabo

        I have purchased nissan terrano due to a huge brand a big brand nissan but unfortunately jabalpur workshop disappointed me 4 times.
        There is no accuracy no proper cleaning no proper washing.
        1st time when i left car for servicing and when i came back to take back my car i found water spots on body no proper cleaning from inside i complaint they say sorry and promise me dil not repeat it again.
        2nd time when complaint for road assistance my car was taken to jabalpur work shop but when i came to pickup my car i found there was no feul in my car again i compliant for this but there was no response yet.
        3rd time when i drop my car under accidental claim after long time i got my car but again same thing no proper wash no proper cleaning and lot of noise i found many screws and nut bolts in dashboard which is negligence again same thing i complaint but same reply sorry sir.
        4th time recently this time it's gone worst i have complaint for combination switch damage while driving sudden there was an sparking and flame came out from combination switch after 15 days of my complaint a cal came from company and i send the car and after 10 days i got my car i found the spots on body was gone that's was good but another disappointed thing is that door was not getting closes properly but it was not so in beginning and my stereo system was not working which was not so while delivering this is the ignorance and negligence of services towards customer.
        Before delivery of my car from company i telephonic asked that is it car 100 % ok the reply was that sir don't worry i have personally checked the car and found ok and regarding combination switch wil replaced u new but it will tae time.

        My question and complaint is that is this is the services where nissan brand is well known as prompt services and care towards there customer, i have to take my car 140 kms it means i have to spend diesels for 300 kms and if it's happen so then why should i keep nissan.
        After this complaint if there was no action on my complaint and if there is no solutions taken for my problem i either i wll sale my care or will donate to municipal corporation for using to collect waist of my city and will suggest not to buy nissan cars.

          Sir /madam, i am bopanna kr i was approch to car service to honnassiri nissan service center from 150km at morning 0900hrs. But i didn't got car still 1400hrs & they had not much rush of vehicles. Totally they people not taking interest about costumers & vehicles. And no any deficiency during billing, meaning very costly... They put a advertisement infront of showroom i. E, "free service from 21st to 28th january 2018. But inside we have not get any free services. Please sir /madam don't ignore this complaint, try to solve. Thanking you.

            Hello,

            Iam narsingam ponnam from warangal and i have nissan sunny xv dci model. I have facing a problem regarding pickup failure to my car. Actually, i have given my car for repair of bodyshop in one of your vibrant nissan service centre which is located in ramanthapur, hyderabad. The main problem is while handover my car in service point the pickup condition was perfect, but after the completion of bodyshop repair car was delivered to me. After that the car speed is not exceeding 80kmph, then i have informed them regarding the problem but they are saying it has been some switch problem, but while i have handovering the vehcle that problem is not there. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

              Hii i had serviced my micra vehicle in shiv nissan work done was service and clutch oh and bodyshop for noise from rear side
              Service and clutch work has been fixed properly
              But even after paying 1 thousand rupees shiv nissan baner sus road has not fixed it properly still there is noise from rear side

                Respected sir,
                This is Jyotsna from Gurgaon. I have had booking for a vehicle Dutsan redi-go through an agent named Harish who ensured to return back my booking amount if the insurance for car doesn't get approved. As he promised he will not be submitting cheque until the loan gets approved otherwise he will return back full amount. After he deposited cheque he started giving excuses that loan approvement is on process and thus he took numbers of documents including co-applicant's documents too. And finally he said he will not be able to make the loan process get done and thus did not return back my money. And since 5-6 days he had switched off his phone and hence i dont get connected to him anyway. I hereby would like to request you to kindly look after the matter and do the needful.

                  Dear nissan,

                  I'm facing trouble with bajaj allianz insurance to claim the insurance to my car datsun redigo vehicle number ts07fr3596 they are repeatedly asking unnecessary questions they are not able to solve the problem.in this regard i submitted all the require documents they sit idle and speaking rubbish from three days. This is the worst experience i had ever with nissan and bajaj allianz insurance.                     I purchased nissan micra from a outside dealer at karol bagh delhi. Car was given to me at running of 66000km. After one month when i take my car to service center, as per nissan service center car already done 266000km in july 2017.

                    My question is that why nissan allow the facilities of meter-back from outside. I washed my hard work money within a second. Its really very much disappointed that car can be tempered from outside easily. There should be security in the car. Now anyone pls tell me what will i do with this car which is already run more than 3lakh km. I just trap in fraud.

                      I have recently purchased a car from evm automotive (I) pvt ltd. Happy with the overall service, but have some concerns. My basic right to "select" the insurance provider for the car got denied. The showroom administration was stubborn and stick to their stand for providing me a particular insurance provider which i didn't like. Morethan that they have collected extra money from me and submit policy invoice and the rate mentioned there is 75% of what i paid.in this scenario, i am curious to know about the "policy" of evm automotive (I) pvt ltd for providing insurance to new cars. (This happened when nissan providing discount of 20, 000 as december offer, intensify the situation). Hope you will respond as soon as possible.

                      This kind of behaviour especially the lack of clarity in many things (cost of accessories, insurance, etc..will affect the sale of Nissan products even though the products are technically sound.

                        I am owing a nissan sunny car tn42f3232, which has been met with an accident on 28th october 2017 and the same vehicle has been dropped to ramani nissan only service center located in the town. It has been nearly 2 months. But still can't get my vehicle repaired.

                          Shiv nissan not improving customer service. High time action must be taken.

                          1. Car windshield was damaged during servicing, dec 23, 2017

                          2. Waiting time for car pickup still not below 1 hour.in fact car is never kept ready to be driven back home. 5th complaint in a row. Pathetic service, no value for customer's time and money

                          3. Car service center is way out of city limits. The pick and drop service offered but not effective.

                          4. Servicing and spare charges are costlier.

                          Please provide alternate service center for pune city else you will go gm way...

                            I had a terrible experience today at "manumatic nissan" thotteda kannur, me and my friend visited the so called showroom to book a terrano as well as a micra automatic. The sales staff was too good that she offered us a test-drive on behave of our request. Unfortunately we had to wait for half an hour for the car. Finally mr harris. E claims to be the manager of manumatic comes in an arrogant manner, without even approaching us he directly went inside the vehicle as if we were his slaves or something. He was about to drive the vehicle by himsel[censored]ntil my friend asked him to move aside which took him a while to move, nevertheless he didn't even utter a word or greet us. Our bad luck a biker suddenly came in front and caused a "minor' damage to the vehicle. No one was injured as it was a small hit. We barely moved our vehicle out of the showroom. Then the drama begins manager started yelling at my friend and he even used some foul languages which was totally intolerant and rude. Being a manager of such reputed company one should not behave like this to customers. I hope nissan takes necessary action against such arrogance from their employees. Henceforth they lost their valuable customers and will lose many in future if they keep such illiterate employees.

                              Came to test drive and book terrano and micra and the showroom manager - harris e @ manumatic nissan showroom at thottada, kannur, misbehaved with us. He was rude to us in the start and while start of the test drive car just touched the scooter because of confusion while taking the vehicle as he was rude and not friendly while we entered inside the car itself.

                              Also the sales representative over there are frustrated because of this guy and they politely was saying sorry for his behaviour.

                              Never had a worst behaviour like this ever, that too from a showroom manager like this guy harris e. Kindly remove such people from such post or else nissan will lose new buyers like this.

                              Please look into the matter and let us know. I want to buy micra and terrano, so please get me a good dealer showroom where i can buy your car.

                                I am using nissan terreno xl registration no is mh10 bm 7005, my car still in warranty. On 12/12/2017 i been to shirin nissan aurangabad maharashtra for servicing my while they servicing the vehicle technician from shirin nissan told me there are few problems in my car as there is oil leakage from turbo, steering rack and brake caliper had a manufacture defect they need to replace but shirin nissan cant do it as they closing soon so they advised me to go to another showroom to get parts changed,
                                So called up nissan toll-free number[protected] and had a conversation with mr. Kumar then we both had conversation in shirin nissan regarding parts changed in warranty but shrin nissan refused to do it. Then after as advice by mr. Kumar nissan i spoke to your service center in nashik name as magic nissan on mobile no crm mobile no is [protected] they are ready to do my car work in warranty.
                                As my car has a problem of leakage oil from turbo car not in condition to drive to nashik is 180 km long from aurangabad. So called up rsa for towing car to magic nissan nashik rsa took complaint and raise me a reference no nis[protected] for dropping car to magic nissan. I spoke to mr. Prem in rsa
                                Early morning towing vehicle comes and took my car and they told me they are going to
                                Ahmednagar jai malhar nissan i tried to contact customer service but as it 6 am in the morning i did not get connected to customer service. Now my car in ahmednagar and
                                Service center not ready to service for my terreno as they are new opened service center they dont have equipment and trained staff and also not yet authorized by nissan india.
                                Rsa team want me to pay money to tow car from ahmednagar to another service as there is mistake happen by rsa team.
                                Please do take some action and get my repair in warranty as i need my car for day to day running.
                                It is my humble request please take my car to one of your authorized service center as i dont know which one is working and which one is not working.

                                  I paid a booking amount of rs.5000/- for datsun redigo 18/11/17. After few days i decided not to buy that car as automatic option was not available. I did not pay any downpayment or have made any commitment later. But the sales executive tusshar started to make an issue that he had fit all the accessories and i have to buy the car or pay for the accessories. I said i will not buy the car and submitted a letter for refund of my booking amount on 29/11/17 which had to be delivered in 7 days but they wantedly delaying it. Please help me to solve this issue and prevent the malpractice of this fraudulent company from other citizens of our country.

                                    Hi i have a nissan x trail hybrid 2016 model, i bought through an agent in sri lanka which carries 2 years warranty from kobe, the milage was very low as after around 5000 kms i heard a noise and the jeep started giving jerks and it was nearly impossible to drive in the traffic roads, i complained and sent 3 times to the garage at each instance they kept the vehicle for 7 days and sent it back to me saying it was repaired, now i am fed u with their services and excuses and hoping to take legal action against them in order to get it properly repaired
