Nissan Motors — Dealer not issuing refund on account of booking cancellation.

I have cancelled a booking of Nissan Magnite in March 2021 due to some personal reasons. I have given written request to dealer (R.C Nissan, at Solan District in Himachal Pradesh.) for cancellation and to issue the refund money back. However, already four months are passed but due to unjustified one and other new reasons dealer is not issuing the refund amount to me. I called them around more than 50 (Fifty times) but nothing happened only got fake assurances only.
I believe that the dealer is not intended to refund the genuine amount and dealer integrity is doubtful and questionable.
I therefore urge to the responsible/competent authority that kindly arrange to refund the amount back to the tune of Rs 11000/- immediately please.
Or I will left only with legal option for compensation of mentally harassment, time waster, dealership barring and all the covered subjects in the matter please.
