Nissan Motors — Service and communication of lakshmi nissan, ambattur

I gave my nissan sunny for body work on last thursday 11 may 2017. And i gave authorisation to proceed the job on the same day also applied for insurance. The insurance was rejected and i gave permission to proceed the job. They promised to deliver the vehicle on saturday and it extended. On monday 15 may 2017 they said everything is over trying for the insurance once again. I said i will paid for the work. On tuesday 16 may 2017 i went to pick the vehicle they maid me wait for more than 2 hours and not given proper response and illtreated. Feeling very bad for this brand and the service

Bad customer service. No coordination within the employees. After changing to lakshmi nissan service is become very very poor
