I would like to bring into your notice that there's a miss selling happen with me at vip road showroom by mr. Arpit srivastava and other staff members are trying to defend him.

I bought a go + car on 22nd january 2017 from vip road showroom and at that time i also faced some problems from showroom employees now again i found that nissan's employee did mis-selling and unethical practices to sell the commodity to customer.

When i talked about regarding this falls selling and ms shivangi (Crm executive) didn't ready to provide service (Anti rust coating) at patna location. According to her when i will visited lucknow she will provide me the service.

If i will not come lucknow in next 3-4 months than what?? You will not provide me the service???
Rain season also to be start and "anti rust" will prevent car from rusting, which was not provided from you.

I need a solution in patna itself and i had already shared the patna nissan service center's contact no and some employee's too.

    Please i bought almera tino 2005 make.
    The atf is due for refill but i have no idea of the ideal type for the vehicle.

    Again i do here a cracking sound from the engine especially when revving ascending a hill. The fact is that non of my local garages have been able to identify the problem. Someone told me is the exhaust pipe connected to the engine while another said its the manifold issue. Just getting confused by the day.
    The fact that the car came without the owner manual it an additional problem.
    Please if you could upload the owners manual over my email will assist me alot.
    I love the car and would love to give it proper maintenance.

      I just bought a terrano car week back and unfortunately while driving, my car was scratched by one jeep. I found my car party damaged with minor scratched bumper and dented fender on front and rear. My expectation for body works was 10k to 15k (As comparing with renault and maruti suzuki body service charge), but was shocked to find out that the company is actually charging 46k. I complained to the service manager, but said that this is the actual amount their company are charging. Since my car is insured, i had to pay only 10% of the amount but i am totally not satisfy with their high rate servicing charges. So, bro next time if you have a major accident, better you consider your damaged car as scraped value or buy new one.

        Today there is call from service centre to delevery my car but found the alingnment is out and the car noise at the wheel side still occur... Im not sure how nissan can delevery the car in this condition. Are nissan managment try to play fool with customer??? I have came to nissan for more than 7 time due to same issue but not solve. I feel very desprate and make decision to publish nissan having a very bad and worst servise as i also need to bare the alignment cost all the time i came for this problem. I think the only way is media and facebook. I dont think that nissan have a very bad quality untill make customer missarable.. Now my car only 1 years old and the vibration looks like 10 years car. How nissan control the quality and take good care of customer satisfaction???. I think the whole people now around... I want the feedback from nissan by tommorow!!!. Nissan better paid for my losses!!! The manager nit showing and responce on this issue and as customer i spend my working hours and sitting in nissan till morning to evening like security dog!!!. Care your customer than it will increased your sales. Nissan prove that only focus for sales not for services. No point nissan hiring 1000 manager whereby cant solve one customer issue. I need action to be taken and recovery plan for my car!!!

          Hi sir,

          Im from malaysia. I would like to bring my dissatisfaction after purchase a nissan car from nissan tan choong butterworth penang. My car registration number is pmf 723. Currently my car having a problem at the wheel parts from with vibration and till now the problem not able to solve by the service centre. Feveral time im sacrifies my working time to bring my car to service centre. I not believe that nissan quality will be worst than my locally manufactured car. All the time after checking the service advisor will only inform they fix to tighteen and adjusting but end of the day the problem not solve. As nissan customer i never feel the satisfaction to drive nissa n car. I need the managment to take immerdiate action to solve this problem before i publish to media.

          Problem findings..
          1. Break caliper noise
          2. Vibration on the stering.
          3. Suspention noise
          4. Noise from the front wheel position.

          I want nissan to reply my complaints.
          Now my car in nissan service centre for 5th time inspection. If nissan fail to solve i will send this complaint to media and consumer as well.

          I feel like im stupid to purchase nissan modal when feel i came for 7 times for the same issue and the problem not solve. I not sure how can nissan can delevery the car without checking the condition of the car. Are nissan trying to sell all the defective car condition to customer here??
          I will publish all tge details in media and face book let all otgers aware the capability of nissan to care customer when raised complain. Now my car was parker in servise centre without solve the problem for 2 days. I can i will take my lawyer to issue case on this issue. As i can understand now no quality product and quality care to care your customers.

            I bought a 1.2 petrol qashqai platinum vehicle in 1 year ago from kavuklar otomotive in izmir/turkey.
            I noticed a detachment in the right anterior chest which was separated from the upper right corner. I took the car to nissan service to repair the the detachment. After repair, detachment was still continiung with little separation. Service man said that it is possible that this detachment might be due to the weight of the items that i put in the glovebox of the car (User's guide and music cds). Service man also said that we repaired this detachment as much as possible. There s still detachment. I sended 3-4 email nissan car company but they didn't reply my e mail.

              I am pradeep sehrawat, one of your customer. I know that nissan has the best car. That's why i bought nissan terreno three year back.
              Till one year before, terreno was the best car of my life.

              Nissan is a biggest brand in car around the world, and every one trust in nissan.

              But trust me few people are making fun of nissan, by giving worst service quality in the world. After sitting in such a higher position, they even don't think to respond the customer or treat him well. As you can see i have sent them lots of maill but no one even respond.

              I had bought nissan terrano three year back, and since last one year my car is in service centre. And still the service hasn't done properly. Every time when i took my car from service centre, they said they have resolve everything but, when i tried to took test drive, the problem was still same.
              They just didn't make me suffer for one year, they even fraudulent with me. They changed my car original parts also.

              And now after suffring for one year, with lots off loss, when i got my car back, there still some noise comming from engien, ac not working, car boady isn't fited.
              I don't know what you guys have done with my car, one year before it was perfectly fine, and now toady i even can't drive my car, its ac not working, some noise coming from engine, car boady is unfit, and again i have sent it to service station for repairing, which is not getting done from last one year.
              That's why i'll suggest to every one that don't ever go for nissan otherwise they have to repent like me.

              I hope there must be some responisible person in nissan, who can resolve my problem.

                I bought new nissan sunny through nissan dealer m/s mohan motor traders pvt. Ltd. Kolkata. (2016) and was to me on[protected]. It was found that car was painted before delivery and further interior was also very dirty and seat cover without wrapped with plastic which usually is found in new car. With our regular chase up with dealer it was conveyed today that as car was not kept properly at their warehouse its colour got damaged and as such they painted before delivery. We sent mail to nissan customer care but no response from their end till date.

                  I am sendhilmohan bought a nissan micra on december 9th-2016.
                  Just 1930 km covered when ii given for 1st service on 31st may.
                  The complaint i found was gear strucking and left over at pl. A. Nissan, trichy.
                  Almost 12 days completed but i have not yet received my vehicle.

                  May i know the nature and root cause of complaint found by your service team. Still how long it will take to complete the work and what the component they are going to replace. Kindly convey me as soon as possible.

                    I visit kanpur nissan showroom to book a car
                    Showroom taken me 5000 rs for booking amount which i submitted but after 2 days they deny me to finance the car..
                    My concern is this when i submit the document and told them my each and every statement clearly that if it is possible then take money.. They said no issue it will done.. Then if they deny from their side then why they are not giving me my money which i have submitted.
                    When i asked for my money they told me cheque is ready it will provide you till 4 june 2017 but when i visted on 9 june 2017 they denied.

                    While same car is financed by noida neo nissan showroom...

                    Please help me this is my money which i have earned by my hard work and nissan kanpur shiwroom want to loot it.

                      The datsun-redi-go has more than 30 design issues which were shared by me with nissan india who sent a team of techliners who only responded back that most of these issues are design of nissan and they cannot do anything about them.

                      Now, at only 7, 000 k. Ms., this vehicle has developed a burnt-out clutch. Nissan india says that as per company policy, the clutch plates are not covered under warranty, even if the vehicle has covered only 500 or 5000 or 7000 k. Ms.

                      For a person like me who is still running his tata nano after 65, 000 k. Ms. On the same clutch plate that came fitted by the manufacturer due to religiously maintained car schedule by the manufacturers, this spells out that at least i am not driving my vehicles with half clutch.

                      To add to my voes, nissan india has not responded to my request for changing the clutch under warranty and also to the 4 reminder emails that i have written to them. This is the height o[censored]nprofessionalism and callousness on the part of a self proclaimed "car manufacturing giant".

                      This datsun redi-go car needs to be recalled back from the market.

                      Sir I am very disappointed about vehicle service and service provide by dealer. Alignment and balancing of wheel is not provided inside the showroom workshop it is done out side the showroom. Service provided by dealer was very poor. So please look the matter.

                            Around 2015 i met with an accident and got my car repaired i had my car serviing 2 times by then and then what my driver told me was there was no coolent in the car so i asked the nissan tepla from where i got my car serviced about this they said sir we replace it on every 2nd service but no they checked and told sry sir your coolent has not been replaced or i should say my car did not have any coolent in it. The technician told me that after the accident they have not put coolent in my car as there are no records.

                              I bought a car datsun go plus last month from petal showroom s. G. Highway, ahmedabad gujarat
                              Their services is too poor, they are not able to handle customer.
                              They were changed my car's spare wheel & gave me old damaged spare wheel.
                              Today morning my car was punchier when i had checked it i was surprised my spare wheel is old damaged.
                              Then i complain in showroom they were not react in this matter
                              Inshort i'll never trust on your company. Thats it

                              Have always got the Micra diesel car serviced through an authorised service dealer of nissan wherein they did not change the timing belt at 1 lac kms as defined and required. Thus, as a consequence, the belt broke leading to engine seizure. Request you to kindly look into the same.

                                I took delivery of Micra in October 2017 and received an SMS that my vehicle service is due on 14th May 2017 with a mobile no. to fix appointment.
                                I called them three days earlier and asked them to pick up on 14th May. When no one turned up I called and found that my call was not registered and I was asked about the name of the lady who took my call. Is the service center's mobile used by 7 crore people of TN?
                                Then this lady who took my call said that she will reschedule the service to Monday the 16th. Evening she called to say that she has fixed with Ambattur workshop(over 20 kms away), whereas my house is close to Guindy(just about 4 kms). The service center asks so many questions like Regn.no. address etc. can't they know which service center is closer? then that lady said that she will try to shift to Guindy wokshop and will call back in 10 minutes. I am still waiting(19th May 2017, 6:40 a.m). Her watch seems to have stopped and when that 10 minutes will happen, GOD only knows. DEFINITELY WORST CUSTOMER CARE. I feel sorry for opting for NISSAN by selling my Hyundai Eon. The service of Hyundai was best in the 4 years I owned their car and feel that I should stuck to Hyundai.

                                  1. With due respect i am stating following few line for your kind consideration and action please.

                                  2. I have purchase a datsun go+ registration no ka-12z – 8863 on nov 2016 from your showroom. At the time of purchase, company assured me that here total work after purchase a vehicle is free of cost as the vehicle is under the period of warranty and covered under the vehicle insurance.

                                  3. In the show room there are poster and banner showing that satisfaction of the customer is 90- 95 % and the company is providing free service if the vehicle under warranty/insurance.

                                  4. After purchase a vehicle on nov 2016, i have not recd my vehicle registration documents. On enquiry about registration not a single person of your company has taken initiative for my registration documents. After the lapse of 02 ½ months, i personally approached the rto office madikeri and got my vehicle registration done. It show the level of satisfaction of your company.

                                  5. My ibid vehicle met with a minor accident in mandaya on 09 apr 2017. I came with full documents as fir and all relevant documents. Company told that it will took 1 week for repair. Because they don’t have spare parts. Whenever i call they are in habit of giving excuse for each and every work. Minor spare parts is also not available in your showroom. Even a handle
                                  Grip is also not available in honnassiri motors. Then how could you say that the company satisfaction level is 90-95%. I have personally experienced the lacking of your staff negligence and giving excuse for each and every work that they don’t have spares so it will take time. After giving a hard pressure i have got my veh after 15 days.

                                  6. Work standard of your company is very poor. They changed my car dicky (Back side) and bumper. Now the dicky colour is not matching with the car colour.

                                  7. Honnassiri motors has took rs 6, 140/- (Six thousand one hundred forty) for the repair of my car which is totally insured and comes under the warranty period. Now where is your company free service process.

                                  9. Request provide following information under the rti act 2005 at the earliest :-

                                  (A) under which authority you have taken a amount of rs 6, 140/- (Six thousand one hundred forty).

                                  (B) if the vehicle is insured and covered under the warranty period why you have taken a charge of rs 6140/-. Please explain.

                                  (C) what is the terms and condition of the warranty.

                                  (D) please quote the rule that if a vehicle has any accident, the 20% of the amount has to be paid by the costumer as i have paid the 20% of the amount (Copy of receipt attached for ready reference).

                                  (E) please provide me a breakup details of my 6140/- which is paid by me. So i can put that list which is paid by me on internet so you cant fool the people saying free service/free insurance.

                                  (F) if the showroom have service centre then why all spare parts is not available for the vehicle which you are selling. Even a small part like handle grip is not available with the service centre as stated by your staff. Please clarify.

                                  10. To avoid legal notice or consumer court, please provide point to point reply and breakup details of the amount which i have paid.

                                  13. An early action is requested please.

                                    I hereby own nissan terrano xld 85ps with registration# rj48-ca-0013 owner name ram chandra kodwani (Kekri) district ajmer. I'm the owner of a footwear wholsale trading business. Daily car running is 150 to 200kms travelling. Car color (Sterling grey).. Distance between kekri and ajmer is 90kms.. I bought the car from rajvansh nissan ajmer in january 2014.. With a trust in nissan brand, but this trust gave us a beginning of losses per month regarding this car. We never get satisfied with raj nissan service centre.. The salesperson and the owner frauded us with local accessories in the beginning. After that the car faced a minor accident and caused some damages and dents in[protected]It took 10 days) we took the claim from our insurance company and got the car repaired and denting from authorised rajvansh nissan ajmer service centre.. It also proved to b misleading because the dents were not properly done and color is not matching the car color (I. E. Sterling grey) half of the car color is sterling grey and another half is blue, even it is done in authorised nissan station (Ajmer) when i complained about this color issue they said we will do rubbing then it will get fine. And car was kept there for 2 more days. Then after we found car color got white spots and till today its a big mis-match. Then also we were patient. After that in november last week after routine servicing in december 2016 we noticed engine oil red light, at the same time we stopped our car and we called up the rajvansh nissan service centre about this issue, they said there's not a big issue take it easy u can pour 1 litre engine oil and drive it to our service centre we will sort out this issue in minutes (Journey from kekri to ajmer service centre is 90kms) that day car's total running was 1, 04, 000 kms and we disturbed our business schedule and again went to ajmer raj nissan service centre.. They told us that u now have driven the car even after engine red light so car's turbo is failed. We asked for further assistance and their reply was as the car's turbo is failed (At 1, 04, 000kms) we asked about the expense for the same. They said it will cost you around 40, 000rs (Total charges including labour) and time of 3 working days.. We were ok with that. But when we called them up they said car's turbo is unavailable right now it will take 2-3 more days. But this all took 15 days. After 15 days they completed the car and generated a bill of 72, 541/- dated[protected]. When we asked about that they said whatever it is you have to pay it otherwise we cant handover your car back. At 5:30 pm we requested in bank to make a tranfer of 65, 000 in kekri and we paid raj nissan a sum of rs.65, 000/- on 9-1-2017 and promied them for the rest amount to b paid after 2-3 days and we did the same.. When we called up the owner (Mr pradeep garg) that why this difference (72, 541 in place of 40, 000) he told us to pay the full amount and promised us that nissan company will return you a sum of 25, 000rs. After 15 days by cheque but this never happened we did not get the refund amount which mr. Pradeep garg promised us to return and even he did not return us the old turbo. This all disturbed us mentally because of huge expenses day by day and a loss to our business bacause of not having car. So we paid them whatever amount they asked for. But all this proved to a curse for us after that too..in january mr pradeep garg suggested us that u have driven 1, 00, 000kms now u should sell this car out.. "that means there's no life of nissan's car after 1, 00, 000kms??? But when we bought the car rajvansh nissan salespersons told us that for next 5 years nissan car will not face any problmes."false promiseswhen on 9-1-2017 we were driving back to our town (Kekri) just driving 8-10 kms from service centre, we faced some problem in steering turning towards left. Hence we called up the service centre and asked about the same problem. They told us to return back and they fixed it up and so we did the same. Then they said take it easy and drive slow, when u drive it for 40-50kms. This problem will get sorted out. We said ok. But this did not happen. Steering got jam in left side turn after 40kms then again they asked us to come to the service station again and said take it easy and drive the car to ajmer (90kms from our hometown kekri) we faced all this expense again of 90kms run and when driving to ajmer because of steering jam when we were turning back and the back door got bent and car bumper got broken up. But thank god we all were safe. Then we went to the ajmer rajvansh nissan service station and there they told us that it must b a minor problem and right now they don't have parts of the steering available and they repaired the steering connecting a computer device so it was working properly that time. From 9-1-2017 we are facing these problems like:-1. Steering jam2. Engine voices3. Average issues4. And other several problems
                                    We noticed engine red light on 24 march 2017 when we called up the raj nissan service centre they said not a big issue u can drive it to ajmer. But we refused because if we drive the car it may cause the same turbo problem again. And then they said b patient we will send our experts to check your car. Bt after 5 days (29 march) they sent the person to check our car and he noticed that there's same problem of turbo leakage and the person said told us to tochen the car to ajmer service centre and we called up nissan toll free roadside assistance number and they sent crane and when the car reached there and from 29 march to 30th march we called up there to know the problem in the car but no satisfactory reply we received from their side and so we called up on [protected] (Nissan assistance) then on 2nd april when we called up mr. Pradeep garg (Owner rajvansh nissan ajmer) about this issue then his reply was shocking. He said as you have complained the company's toll free number so i'm not liable for any of your problems, nissan group will pay you for the days your car is in service station for this cause. Nissan group only is liable to repair and further decisions.. Even i'm the owner of this car still i cant take any use of it because half of the time this car stays in ajmer service station. When i dont have the car i hire a taxi which takes 2000 to 2500 per day. When i requested mr. Pradeep garg about the same loss i'm facing. He said whatever expenses and losses u are facing nissan company will pay you.. Since 29th march i'm regularly calling on nissan's registered assistance and complaints number ([protected]) but i'm not getting a proper solution from the same. This all is full of misleading and cheating. I'm facing losses and mentally i'm getting disturbed and it's been a big loss buying a nissan car because of the same. It's not our 1st carwe had mahindra scorpio, hyundai i20, mahindra bolero. We drove it 2, 00, 000kms but never faced this problem.

                                      I am so glad to purchase the Nissan Sunny XE-D (2016) from the show room Rami Nissan Coimbatore on 31 March 2017. The show room had discounted me 75000 on the total vehicle cost. Thanks for the discount but the braking performance of the vehicle becomes worst if I cross 100 KM speed. I would like to address this issue from the Nissan Side.

                                      The Price of the vehicle has been decreased to Rs 8, 85, 256/- but the amount paid for my Vehicle was Rs 9, 47, 000/- which we do not have any intimation about the price decrease. This is not fair if the amount is smaller it can be bearable but the 1, 37, 000 Rs is not bearable. I have paid for the base variant but now the price of the base variant is for the top end XVD model and it's been purchased through bank loan for 7 years. After five years the vehicle value would be 4 lakhs but the amount which have spend to buy this vehicle would be 12 lakhs. To compensate this loss please help me to change my model to XVD by changing the parts such a front radiator grill, fog lamps, dashboard, push button start, alloy wheel and which ever applicable to XVD.

                                      The Nissan is such a valuable brand so they won't disappoint their customers so expecting the positive feedback from your company.
