Nissan Motors — service provided by the nissan dealer was unhappy and frustrated

We are un-happy to raise this concern on one of the Nissan service dealer -Jain Jubilant Cars Pvt Ltd located in Alamelumangapuram, Vellore, Tamil-Nadu-632009.

We are having Nissan Micra bought in 2014 (Veh:noTN23BC2687)

For last one month we are going every other day to the service station for one or other issues reported from the service.

#1st service in this month: 02/10/2018
We had requested for a general service dated on 02/01/2018 and it was billed around 14253 rupees. They said if there is any issues in service please call us and they will take care.

After that we are facing so many problems in the car which doesn't exist earlier.
Car stopped suddenly twice in heavy traffic and using road side assistance we did jump start and came back home.

#2nd service in the same month: 24/01/28
We called Nissan service station and reported the issue (vehicle stops for every 2-3 hours) and they came and took the car.

They started reporting the battery is problem and they need to send the battery to test for the respective vendor (EXIDE).
They held the car for 2 days in service station and when we asked they said vendor from the battery said it looks good only the "Timing Belt & Drive Belt" went bad and want to replace it. we agreed to do it.

The bill charged for 14055 rupees.
they came and delivered the car saying all issues fixed and they put our old batter saying battery life is good and report given by vendor.

Car was running for 2-3 hours fine and again it got stopped all of sudden. we got very much frustrated and we are suppose to travel for long using the car which made lot of confusions and last minute plan changes and more money spent using cabs (this everything due to lack of good technicians and worst management from the service station dealer)

Again we call the Nissan service station on 27/01/2018 and when i took to the station they said its battery problem and better told to change the battery. I had changed the new battery on that night from AMARON vendor and car was running just 1 hour and again it stopped in the traffic. (this is almost 5th time the car stops in middle of road and sensor getting completely stopped)

We are still not getting any proper service from them and they now saying the AC (Alternator) issue, i'm very much un-happy whatever they are doing and keep on changing the issues - this clearly explains that there is no very good technician to analyze and fix the problem in that service station and supervisor/manger is nearly not answering all this, when i asked the supervisor he says one or two operation can be failed and we can save 100% patient all time. i was very much upset with this response from manager and I understood how they are treating human life, we are really risking the life with this type of service given.

I just got the car back today and told to stop anymore service to do my car which i don't want from them.

I'm not sure how come one of the leading dealer/company can do this type of service and we really paying the huge money for a car and we are not getting proper maintenance from what we invest on buying it.

This really upset us and totally un-happy from this service station.
