Consumer no[protected] meter no 174874. I have paid my water bill of Rs 100/- three times but still it is showing -Rs 100/-.Please rectify.I have paid Rs 100/- on 28/12/2020, ;02/03/2021;& on 03/03/2021 by net banking reference nos [protected] on 28/12/2020:;[protected]n 02/03/2021 and [protected] on 03/03/2021...all Rs 100/- each thrice.Please expediate redressal and oblige.Thanking you in anticipation.

I have paid Property tax bill of Rs.872 for "NE[protected]" from SBI bank dated 14Apr2021 but payment status is not updated in the system and payment receipt not generated. Amount is already debited from SBI account (Transaction Ref - IGAKYNSEK1). Please update the status

This is the to inform you that in the cidco type society C6/Sector 6/ bld no 10_19, CBD, Navi Mumbai, many people are playing badminton daily inside society even after 08. 00 pm without wearing mask and even on weekends during complete lockdown.
When informed to society Manager they tell these people are not listening to them and they cannot control them.
During such rising covid cases these people can be Very dangerous and spread Corona.
Please take action.

My name is ashok khandelwal staying indu chs plot no 12, 13 sector 14 vashi navi mumbai. there are lots of stray dogs in entire galli. today morning one dog bite me oppoiste plot no 15 tata employees society scctor 14 . kindly remove these dogs. my mobile no is [protected]

Please note iam raising a complaint against Vishwajyot High School kharghar for being totally unempathetic towards parents and asking them to pay full fees even though working hours have reduced and its a difficult time for all. They are making a ridiculous demand saying if you pay all installments on time, you can be exempted of 15% hike for the coming year. So kindly ask the school to cut down on the following fees:-

a) full yearly fees, because the working hours of school have cut down from 8 hours to 4 hours. All the burden has come on parents to take class work and home work both.

b) 15% hike for the coming academic year. Which is totally uncalled for given the difficult financial crisis goin on.

c) The school is also asking parents to purchase uniforms, which is very irrelevant in the current circumstances. Children are attending from home, so why to pressurize parents to pay for uniforms.

d) Also the school is conducting activity classes like kathak online, which has no sense. How can a child learn the technique for a dance form when it is taught online in a batch of 35-40 students.

I request the NMMC to pressurize the school to cut down the yearly fees by atleast 30%, not to apply the 15% hike, and also not to pressurize parents for uniforms.

In vindya complex sector 11, two shop are open via their back entry.
Those shop names are Prince Enterprises and Patel Stationery. They both are having entry from backside and they are taking advantage of it.
During current lockdown period these both shop are working and other shop are been completely shutdown. This behaviour of both this shop is very unfair and unacceptable.
Other also have their home and employees to feed but respecting government's law and decision they are keeping their shop closed until future notice while these two are getting benifit from it.

We have already send two email on [protected]@nmmconline.com but no action where taken on them. They are continuously taking other jobs and submitting it.

They have closed vindya complex gate and telling customer to come via other gate location in tha backside. Once customer give thier job they are said to wait outside untill their work is been completed.

This is very unfair for all other retailers who are sincerely follow the rules.

We here only request you to please play a fair policy system for all. No one should take such advantage over other in lockdown scenario.

We cannot provide you any photo proof for sake of hiding our own identity but you may rush in from back side of vindya complex to check it yourself.

Not only in vindya complex but may on them many like sahara stationery mart located in Shop No. 3, Casa Blanca Builging, Plot No.45, Sarovar Vihar Road, Sector 11, CBD Belapur, are also working while keeping their shutter closed.

We would like to request you to kindly take strict action over them and make them pay for keeping shop open illegally and disrespecting government rules.

They should pay thier fine for violating lockdown policy.
If someone will pay a heavy fine for keeping their business open illegal then other will also get warned and will not make same mistake again.

For having a same trading right i am posting this complaint here.
Hope to see some improvement on this and make these three shop owner pay their fine.

If they won't pay their panelty then we will get very disappointed with NMMC fair policy decision. We will lost respect towards you.

As per state government guidelines on 4/4/2021, gyms are supposed to shut down but still one of the gym located in ghansoli is operational. One life fitness hub sec 3 opp dargah, ghansoli, Navi mumbai is operational for all members. Additionally, just opposite to gym there is covid center, which could risk the spread of Corona virus to people around. So, it's a complaint against gym who are not following govt protocol. Look after this

Sector 28 vashi, next to my building there is a piece of land where unidentified people throw waste and walk away.
This has never been cleaned in past 8 years.
I request the authorities to take action so as to clear waste as well as take measures that this problem does not arise ever again in future.

Next to my building is approximately 1000sq.ft open area (not part of our building) where waste is being thrown by unidentified people. This area is never cleared/ cleaned by NMMC.
It's been neglected for ages.

Have been seeing a water leakage on the service road garden just opposite my bldg, lot of water is wasted.. you have recently made a beautiful garden next to the service road, and have placed water tap for putting water to the plants. however the tap has broken and water is being wasted the whole day, we tried fixing the same but its in vain. please stop the connection, to avoid hundred and thousand liters of water from getting wasted.

Illegal construction resume again in New Alaknanda society MG complex sec 14 Vashi.

Despite of complaints in a couple of months back, the New Alaknanda society ignored the stop notice from NMMC & continue to do the illegal work.

Kindly do the necessary steps to stop the illegal work permanently.

The wire which is not underground in of mseb main supple of 300volt and its very dangerous to be on ground in open... on foothpath round help me with it. Thankyou

We have noticed several vehicles parked on road and on footpath blocking traffic throughout the day where mechanics carry out their work during busy hours due to which there is traffic congestion near the Taloja Panchanand Phase 1 Subway in NS View building. These guys are arrogant and will not listen to any one. Kindly issue NO Parking boards so that these activity can be stopped.
Kindly let them know if they want to work they need to carry out the working inside the shop and not on the busy roads which creates Pollution /Noise and even smoking cigarette throwing buds all over and eating tobacco and spitting /Not wearing Mask, which causes spread of Covid 19.

I m totally fed-up with street dogs in Airoli sector 8/9 . Near kesar sweet and apple hospital.

Garbage not picked for last 2 days. Garbage is lying infront of municipal hindi marathi school for last 2 days.

Complaint register on swatcha bharat app but NMMC marked it resolved without solving this issue.
