Address: Omkar, plot # 26, Sec. 8A, CBD Belapur

I'm resident of sec 8A, CBD Belapur. We request to trim the branches of a tall n huge Rain Tree & Sonchapha on footpath near our building. We observed that the soft n brittle branches falls very oftenly. Therefore it is necessary cut or trim its branches to avoid any mishap in future.

There is a heavy wasage of water for around 15-20 mins everyday in Om Triveni society at sector 20 nerul west and is a very frequent site.The society members are very much ignorant about the spoilage of water because of overflowing of the tank. Please look into this matter and take a strict action.

I am residing at vashi B2/9/room no 23 sector 15 for last one week the garbage vechical is coming in side our society premises and causing a very bad smell due to leakage of wet garbage water from the vechical request you to please collect the garbage from the main gate it self there are senior citizens and sick people who stay near by and causing an impact on our health request you to take action as soon as possible I have a video of the said compliant also

Sir,

There is lot of commercial vehicle parking on internal roads of Sector 21 opp Shree Ganesh Tower (Plot No 98). Today two 16 ton vehicles were parked alongside each other completely blocking the view while taking a turn.

Its a 4 lane road, people park vehicles (mostly commercial vehicles like busses, trucks) on both sides but now they have even started using the third lane finding no one is taking any action.

This situation where the view of driver is blocked at turn can result into fatal accidents for no fault of either of the parties involved.

Shakti Residency CHS has regular water supply problems.
Managing committee says water supply is irregular and with low pressure.
I own 2bhk flat in C wing. C 303.
There are 3 wings A.B & C
All wings have separate bottom underground tanks.
Bldg watchman is in charge of regulating supply to residents.
But C wing is the most affected.
I want to know if Society Water Audit can be conducted. What are it's charges.
I suspect some residents have created internal storage tanks of beyond their required usage capacity.
Causing shortage of water to higher floor residents.

C wing is facing shortage problem for past 6 months.

Hi I am staying in sector 38 seawood near don Bosco school. Next to my building construction work is going on due to which the road is full of mud as rainy season is going on the mud get wet and bike are slipping on the road there are chances of bike accident.

Request you to take some action to clean the same.

i am a resident of A/2 turbhe sec 20 there is a stall (shop no-308)beside our home which sells eatable in unhygienic environment which creates foul smell due to usage of low quality of oil used for preparing this stuff this is acting adversely on our healths cause due to thi residents in our area are having major health issues there is also illegal construction o[censored]nauthorized shade on foothpath and they use foot path as wash basin and wash there utensils on road side they are preparing eatables on very unhygienic terms we locals are undergoing certain problems as they have occupied much of foot paths area causing a trouble to take a stroll in our area and an obstarcle for daily members who use this path as there daily route

Shop No.1, named as Apana Bazar Store, has constructed brick walls outside his shop in the public walking area. Also used tiles to look the public area as part of his shop and captured the public walking area.

Also, this Shop has past history of illegal permanent brick construction to extend his shop and occupy entire public walking area. This was latter demolished by the Navi Mumbai Muncipality and also the top shed was restricted to 3 feet.

But despite of old demolish of extended portion, the Shop owner has still not demolised the brick partition fully occupying the public walking area. Also yestarday, 29 June 2021, the Shop has once again started construction & extended the top shed from old restricted 3 feet by Govt to now 8 feet from the wall.

Looking at Shop No.1, other shops in the building has also occupied the public walking space and modified the entire public space to look as their own shops.

Request to take immediate action on the same.

I have dropped this complaint to you telling that we are facing frequent power cuts in every alternate day for more than 1or 2days. We have complaint to electricity department (MSEB) but they have not taking matter into consideration. We are facing problems due to lack of electricity, children cannot attend online class and also unable to study in dark, laptops and mobile phones cannot be charged, due to which it creates issue for people working from home, many accidents are taking place as the street lights are not working properly. These problems had made our life difficult. Please take some action against so that the electricity department gets alarmed and take quick steps to solve our problems.

The contractor of NMMC garbage collection entrusted with the collection of garbage from village road opposite kaul ali shamshaan bhoomi area near Agri Chowk, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai is not collecting the garbages on a daily basis. The vehicle comes only after a gap of 2 or more days. As a result the garbage piles up considerably and thus poses risk to health and life of the residents. This has been happening for the last 4-5 months. Earlier for the last 10-15 years, the garbage trucks have been coming regularly on daily basis and sometimes was also visiting twice in a day. But now the service has become erratic. Would the concerned authorities look into this and ensure the truck visits on a daily basis at least. Or does the NMMC requires someone to file an RTI application and obtain relevant details of payments made to the concerned contracter on false certificn sufficient garbage collection bins in village road opposite kaul ali shamshaan bhoomi area near Agri Chowk, Ghansoli. Residents are putting garbage / waste materials on the middle of the road. This is creating unhealthy environment, particularly during rainy season it is the breeding point for diseases. Further stray dogs scatter the wastes and worsen the situation further. Because of the scattered food wastes, dog barking in night is common.
This problem can only be served not only by providing garbage bins but also spreading basic civic awareness. We have already complained multiple times on “Swachhata App” But still lack of garbage bins cause peoples to through garbage on road so Please listen and do whatever possible. ate of have done the job and then file an anti-corruption complaint against the concerned authorities.
