Dear sir,

There are lots of stray dogs at sector 16b, ulwe, navi mumbai and they keep on barking continuesly at night which is too much disturbing. Also few of them seems to be much aggressive and there is always fear of getting bited.
Please solve the issue as soon as possible as it is threat to our children also.

Sir please do something about street dogs, they used to live in our society.
We are very fed up with this.
They bark and run towards us whenever we go down to parking area. Earlier I have placed the complaint

My property code is gh[protected] in ghansoli sector 11.
I have made online payment of rs 5495/- on 18/08/2020 through credit card.
Though i have received confirmation from my banker that payment to nmmc is successful no acknowledgement was generated for th payment made.

I would like to know whether the payment has been credited to nmmc.

When I went to your hospital in Sector 21, Plot No. 112, Ulwe to inquiry about Is a fitness certificate issued at your hospital? But your female staff, who were there to hand over the case papers, said in a loud voice without giving a proper answer that Ulwe was completely closed and no one could go outside. My suspicions were not allayed, but the arrogance of the staff had to be heard. I was abused in this way.
Sir, the staff concerned do not seem to have any training on how to interact with the citizens and they need to deal with each and every citizen with love, empathy and any doubts they may have. However, I humbly request you to change the behavior of these employees.

The water overflows for hours with no one taking care to close.

On june 08 2020,
I've given one month notice to my owner for vacccating flat as am not in mumbai.

Within notice period i've tried multiple times to vaccate by taking a help of my freind by taking my belongings from flat.

But doesn't cooperate and now asking to pay rent and than allow to take away my belongings.

Am vacccating flat because of financial issues.

Despite of taking my security, still he want money till date.

Please help.

Stray dogs in sector-12 kharghar plot no-a-60
Dear respected officer,

This is regarding increasing problems due to stray dogs in our society there because of two members one who do dog lodging in the society and other one the member of society keep the stray dog in the shelter in the society that’s intolerable. I have been complaining about the stray dog who’s health is totally in bad condition he may die in two to three day so kindly take necessary action and take the dog out of the society plot no-a/60 sector-12, kharghar.

Request you to kindly help us and mobilize the dog catcher team in this area in order to make area safe and nuisance free.

Please help us... Citizen life is more important. (Dog health is bad we can’t say it’s covid-19 take fast action)

Plastic use has been banned in Navi Mumbai but from long time i'm seeing that "Fresh chicken centre, Ghansoli sector 4" is using plastic without hesitation.
Inspite of requesting shopkeeper to discourage the use, they are indifferent.

Please take appropriate action as soon as possible as it is a matter of great concern and will definitely lead to mindless plastic pollution.

Everyone loves dogs including me but doesn't mean i have to get bitten by a random dog to prove my love for them.

Today i was attacked by a group of six dogs and thankfully was not bitten, but on enquiry found out that these attacks anre common and nothing has happened yet.

I don't want to wait till i am bitten to prove them wrong.

I hope the authorities take note and help us live in peace by removing the dogs from the building to prevent a future attack.

Please help urgently.

We stay at hill view 401b, agroli village, sector 29, cbd belapur.
The owner of flat no 301, given his flat to tenant on rent, due to lockdown tenant are not leaving at house. There is dump of pigeon dung into his balcony, the same is not cleaned by past so many months. Now due to rainfall the dump. Is smell very bad. We had requested to owner on call as and put message to clean the same. Owner is not listen, even used rashed words and ask us not to disturbed him by frequent calling. We need your help to resolved the problem

I stay at riddhi priyanka complex, sector-10, sanpada, navi mumbai. Infront of my gallery there were 2 badam trees out of which 1fell on 3rd june due to heavy winds on our roof top and the other tree is about to fall which is very hazardous for our lives.10 days back, nmmc came to prun the trees of our locality but they leftout these 2 badam trees near our house. So i kindly request you to cut that tree which is too big and can fell on our roof in near future or take the necessary action for the same.

We wish to draw your attention towards the meat shop opened in front of a residential building Sar Park View Co-op Housing Society, Plot No 31 and 45, Sector-30, Kharghar-410210.

Our country is reeling under the crisis of Covid-19 and Maharashtra being the worst affected state is under high alert for maintaining social distancing and following norms to limit and control a spread of deadly virus which now started spreading in community.

In such times there are few people who are leading to super spreading of the virus. One such example is a butcher cum meat shop opened in front of a residential building in Kharghar Sector-30, even being a residential zone there are many number of illegal meat shops which have not been acted upon by government agencies, hence the number of these unauthorised illegal meat shops occupying public space have multiplied.

But the recently opened meat shop is at the front wall of a residential building wherein butchering and cutting is in open, this leads to lot of nuisance among children and people of the surrounding community. The waste disposed from the shop has created lot o[censored]nattended waste with foul smell with lot of bacterial and viral load. The condition becomes worse when people working at the shop do not follow either norms of social distancing and more gather during the day challenging any one dare to stop them for following social distancing.

We kindly request you to immediately take action against this unauthorised illegal meat shop in front of Society Gate.

A stray dog has been infected worstly. And it roams all over the building 's parking and it spreads a bad smell. And often it's skin sheds off everywhere.

I have made transaction to pay the property tax through online payment. But after making payment it gives me the message that online payment service is unavailable.
