Respected sir there is no swachta in our area in seawood sector 44A . please see it seriously . there is tree's wastage leaves and some cutting tress are thrown on the road and there is no safai karamchari to look upon it .so pls sir take it seriously note and it is our prime minister dream about swach india n our nmmc not looking upon it. we paid taxes .05 percent on swach .pls sir its our humble request to see the area of seawood sector 44A specially near PANDURANG APARTMENT PLOT NO.23 & 24.

Dear Respected Sir/ Ma’am,

I am writing to you with complete faith that you will take up this matter on serious note, because it is defecting our young generation and their future. This is to bring you in notice that there is hookah Parlour named as “COMRADE”on 11th floor in our Society (“The Corporate Park” located at Plot No 14 & 15, Sector No.18, opp. Pudhari Press, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400703) due to which lots of nuisance is created in our society even complaints are been logged in the local police station for the same. They are illegally serving Drugs to school & college students over there which is not only spoiling their life and future but also ruining our culture. It’s also about women safety because several cases of women molestation has also happened over there.
So I request you to look into this matter and take necessary action immediately and please shut down the hookah parlour to avoid any criminal offence or incident over there.
As a responsible citizen of my country I did my duty by informing you, hoping a positive action from your end.

We reside in a flat 603. The flat is facing leakages due to the lady staying above us. As she floods the area by giving any excuse. As a result the pot is vacant. We have requested her since 2 year for allowing us to repair the place at our own expenses but she is not cooperating. The plot is in seawoods. The lady is asking us to repair her entire balcony which is not possible for us. And it is not our flat. Even though she is causing the leakages we have to repair it. It is causing great loss to us.

There are around 20-25 stray Dogs in the area or you can say in a sector itself. Also I suffered from a Dog bite 3 months back when I was returning home around 11:30 pm. Dogs keep barking continuously throughout the night and this affects the sleep cycle. Also Dogs keep barking in the day time. Please take this request into consideration before they harm anybody else. Near water tank, Sector-3, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

I the undersigned leaves in Swami Complex, plot no D 119, SEC 20, Nerul W. Our neighborhood i.e Binash building plot no D 96 nerul W has drainage problem and due to which the bad water from it is getting stored in our compound. Due to which there is lot of mosquitoes coming in. Even after numerous complains from our society no action has been taken by them. It would be very helpful if you could intervene and solve the issue as soon as possible.

It has been informed by water department that, our society has to fix a new digital water meter for which we have to pay rs. 14, 000/- including fitting.
Our society consist of only 18 members, current water meter is also in working position, so for what reason water department want our society members to pay such unauthorized charges for no reason

Hello NMMC concerned authority, Greetings of the day!

I have observed that in entire Navi Mumbai brokers charge minimum 45 days rent as fees from tenants but take no brokerage from the landlord.
This is not fair for the tenant as at one go he has to arrange for Deposit amount, Brokerage as well as manager shifting charges.
Can any action be taken?

Hello sir/madam I'm resident of shri krishna kunj society, plot no 80, 81, 82, sec23, juinagar, navi mumbai 400706.I renovated my flat so I want to dump the waste material it's nearly a ten to fifteen bags so many days has been pass. I asked for help from nmmc worker but they asking for my two days salary even if could be negotiable I can give money, please help me out from this situation or let me know we're to dump.

This is to Inform you that there is a irregular water supply in old panvel near Bandar road and kachhi mohalla, we have been continuously doing a followup with the local authorities who are responsible for water supply but no action has been taken and the people who are assigned the responsibility for releasing the water are drunk everytime on duty and that is the reason why water supply is irregular, we have been paying water tax regularly but if this continues the whole area people will not pay the water tax.
Kindly look into this matter and take immediate action against the local authorities and make sure the water supply is regular.

Stray dogs in sanpada sec 5 behind golden palace hotel. There are 10 to 15 dogs here who are giving trouble to people like barking whole night. Bitting children n tearing seat covers of bike scooty. Plz solve this problem some of the dogs are aggressive n they directly bite children n as here are chicken they provide them left over chiken so they are increasing day by day. I would request to send a dog cather van n take them away so that we can stay in peace.

There is a sick stray dog outside our home entrance. We tried several times but he doesn't go away. There is a bad smell because of him and our family members are scared because of him.

I stay in juinagar where i feel that there no restriction on people putting hoarding on footpath.Last night when i was walking on the footpath there was a big hoarding that came to my head due to which i got hurt this hoarding atached near sector 24 juinagar petrolpump .

Kindly have law and order to be circulated for all those who thinks that the roads belonhs to their property and mnmc cant do anything.Please take corrective action against hoarding and people behind to it.

There are about 35 adult stray dogs in sector 28 nerul. Today for the third time an accident occurred. All these dogs have severe illness and a bite from them would definitely cause rabies and many other diseases.. For the safety of both, these dogs have to be taken to some other place and needs severe medical attention. The severity of the problem may not be well defined in this text, but ignorance will be regretted definitely in this case. Please take action for the safety of our people and the dogs.

Dear sir, it is noticed that stray dogs population has increased too much in koperkharine sector 6 near to laxmi park.this is creating lot of problem for the inmates of the colony.Requesting you to kindly look into the matter.Kindly get the dogs carried away from laxmi Park, Koperkharine.they are unnecessarily creating problems in the society.

I, the resident of Airoli, Navi Mumbai have a small tourism business consisting of 3 small vehicles which is being used for public tourism purpose. i used to park my vehicle in front of my society during night time and during the day all my vehicles goes for the tourism work. a month ago, one civilian from the same place filed a fake complaint with wrong details to your division regarding parking of my vehicles. He claims his name to be Mr. Sudhakar Joshi but when enquired I found that there is no person residing with the above mentioned name. We are now continiously being harassed by your department in every coming week. Now my question is, how your department can take action on the basis of a fake name and complaint.
I would request your department to investigate the person so called Mr. Sudhakar Joshi and make him present at your department and me as well.

My compliant is related to the CIDCO playground attached to the Tilak College located in Sector 28, Vashi. I would like to bring to your humble notice that the said playground though located in Sector 28 is not kept open to general public of Sector 28 and is always kept locked as a reason people have no place to walk or roam around and children's also have no place to play. I request you to look into the matter and ensure that the said playground is atleast kept open for residents of Sector 28, Vashi.

Illegal sheds on open terraces and the shops also have illegal sheds which covers pavement and caused trouble to all residents. We have filled complaint several times in ward office A in 1-6-2015, but the official neglect our complaint and no actions were taken on it. Then we filed a RTI[protected] to understand what actions have taken.[protected] after awaiting for almost one year we sent a reminder letter addressing the official, asking them about actions taken against the complaint but all in vain. We have facing the problems as we can't use the pavement outside our building neither we can access our terraces as it has been completely enclosed by illegal sheds... looking forward for solution So that all the residents of Progressive group villa I plot no 77, sector.19/20, Belapur will be happy and it has been a inconvenience to all o[censored]s.
