I have observed that in entire Navi Mumbai brokers charge minimum 45 days rent as fees from tenants but take no brokerage from the landlord.
This is not fair for the tenant as at one go he has to arrange for Deposit amount, Brokerage as well as manager shifting charges.

There is a sick stray dog outside our home entrance. We tried several times but he doesn't go away. There is a bad smell because of him and our family members are scared because of him.

There are about 35 adult stray dogs in sector 28 nerul. Today for the third time an accident occurred. All these dogs have severe illness and a bite from them would definitely cause rabies and many other diseases.. For the safety of both, these dogs have to be taken to some other place and needs severe medical attention. The severity of the problem may not be well defined in this text, but ignorance will be regretted definitely in this case....
