Since two days i have been trying to make an online payment on this website but when i click on making the payment tab the message 'connection not private. Hackers may be trying to steal the information...' pops up and also the https get canceled. Kindly try to rectify the problem because if the problem is not rectified i will not be able to make the payment and i don't think it would be fair on your part to levy late payment charges on us then. It is disturbing all the more as we want to pay our bills on time!

Nmmc site is not working and i am not able to pay on-line my tax. I am leaving in delhi hence i don't have other option for property tax and if i could not pay then late charge fees also need to be paid. This is also a extra burden on customer. Please look into this matter as so many customers are leaving outside of navi mumbai and want to pay property tax by on-line.

For the upcoming fifa u-17 football world cup, maintenance work done on palm beach road from sanpada signal to nerul signal has rather spoiled the smooth road & left different color roads as well as rough patch of bitumen on road.

The once so beautiful road has been left rough & bad looking. The layer of bitumen was not at all required. The road was broken only in some parts but the whole stretch was done. Why waste money without reason and that too didn't do any good rather spoiled it.

The nmmc website most of the times down or not functional. Many times it shows clock time error.
The apps are also mostly useless.
All this affects online bill payment (Water and property tax) and attracts undue fine though the consumer is not at fault.
Not at all acceptable. How can we enroll for green city???
Please upgrade on urgent and important basis.

The nmmc online property tax portal seems to be compromised. Google does not allow the site to be accessed. Can somebody please look into it.

This situation has not been rectified for a long time. Is there no check at nmmc?

Do they not monitor payments received via online? What kind of oversight is there?

What other payment options are available?

For the last 3 months, saiprasad chs, plot no.6, sector 48, nerul (West) navi mumbai is receiving very less water. There are total d type 128 flats in this society. Total population of this society is more than 600 male and female. Ihave lodged several complaints on sms b ward officer but problem is not solved till date.

Will commissioner, navi mumbai will personally look into this problem.

I am resident of h h madhavi chawl near mseb office rabale navi mumbai. We are suffering from water shortage problem from back many days but no one is paying attention over it even after complaining several times. Water arrive for just 15 min and almost 80 peoples live hear and only two taps are available hear even after taking new line water issue problem is arrving and water suppliers are not responding properly. So please i request you to take proper action.

Discription - since last 1 month above society members kept there nmmc dust bins (Shown in photographs) kept on road outside of their society premises. Further day by day garbage spilling over the bins which clearly seen in the given photograps. This results into the breeding of mosquitoes as well as bad smells in nearby societies.
Desirable solution : remove the dust bins from roads and should be kept inside society premises

I'm a resident of yashodhan chs plot no 2 sec 22 koparkhairane. There has been water shortage in our society since the last 2 years. No action has been taken since by nmmc to rectify this and the residents have had a lot of problems for even the most basic needs. There are senior citizens aged over 60 in our society and they have to go through a number of problems because of this serious inconvenience caused by nmmc. All other societies in the vicinity have 24 hour water supply, just our society doesnt. Please make our water supply 24 hours. This is just cruel partiality. It has gone too far now.

In vashi sector 28 one of the shop keeper is forcefully taking extra 50 pysa for each packet of warna milk while it's clearly written the mrp is 22.50. When the customer is asking about this his answer is 50 pysa is not acceptable in market so the customer have to pay this and arguing with us.
The same shop also have expired bread items also. If it is possible please look into this matter and do the needful on an urgent basis.

There is hardly any road in the the mentioned loaction that is near plot no w-50 b, rabale midc. During rainy season, all the drainage water gets filled up and it is difficult for people to walk and reach their respective companies for their job. For the past 2 years, i have been travelling here and today (12/10/2017) due to the bad condition of the road, i was badly injured.

Kindly request you to urgently repair the road in this area at the earliest, so that no such incidents are repeated in future with anyone.

Hello sir.. I m the resident of sector 19a. Koper khairane.in paratap chs.. Sector 19a. Behind rana devi mandir.. Sector 19a.. Nr.. Old talao... Flat renovation from one month is going on all debri throwing on pratap bldg footpath nobody is objecting may b due to maximum mumbai police staff staying in the same building.. Mosquitos increases.. Please do the needful.

The online site of the property tax is not working. Nmmc being such a big organisation and so many people complaining still nmmc is not looking into sorting out the issue. I am not living in mumbai and have no option but to pay the same only through the online system which i have been doing in the past.

In addition late payment charges also get accrued by nmmc on their clients outstanding bills for their incompetence of not sorting out the issue of the online system, it is really very sad and unacceptable.

Seeking for the issue to be sorted out and all late payment accruals reversed

I had send an dd no upx 149239 of rs.1, 22, 910/- draw at pnb bank delhi vide regd post no rd[protected]in on 25/09/2017 along with an letter of request. To issue the receipt for the same, but still no receipt was made or send to me. Kindly issue the same asap. As i am residing in delhi so i could not come personally to deposit the tax. Please help me getting the receipt for the same. Thanks

This complaint is regarding leakage of draining system on main road since last 6 months.

Location details : main road connecting from navi mumbai to shilphata, outside gate of millenium business park (Mbp), below fly over bridge.

Once you exist main gate of mbp and move ahead approximate 1 km from gate and reaching towards main road which is connecting navi mumbai and dombivali, below flyover, drainage line is leaking since last six month.

Commuters are facing difficulties and have to cross road by walking through drainage liquid. Some time human waste also floats on main road due to continuous leakage.

This may create health issue of commuters and also spoils image of satellite city.

Request you to look in matter on urgent basis.

I am bipin bansode. Yesterday (28th sept 2017) i went to municipal hospital (Raj mata jijau) at airoli sector-3. My daughter was suffering from high fever and she was vomiting as well. I asked one the doctor named dr. Agarwal (Mro) to check my daughter as she was suffering from high fever, he refused to check her and also started misbehaving with me. He said i am not child specialist and child specialist doctor is not here. Further, he said i will not even touch the patient. He started shouting on me and was very rude with his statements.

Need strict action against that doctor as this is not the way to behave with the people who are already in panic situation.

We are facing dog attack as a owner of greatdane is leving his dog freely and that dog is attacking our pets and us
We had asked the owner to tie leash several times but the owner acts as a goan wala a d deny to tie leach.

Kindly take action as we are facing difficulties.

Today i am driving on the road from nerul lp to uran phata service road. Road is very busy uran vehicle use that road and also there are showroom ofthe cars.
The condition of the road is very bad but don't know no one see that.
In some spot one feet and more deep. Water is on the road so there is no judgement how rhe deep the road i humbly. Request to make no entry for that road because...
If any one vehicle damage who is responsible for that i am the one of the victim of that

We, the residents of vireshwar dham chs, plot 290/291, sector 19 c, koparkhairane, would like to draw your kind attention towards the poor upkeep of streetlight on our plots.

The streetlight in our plot has not been repaired from last 10 months. Even we have completed more than 15-20 times to mseb to change the light or repair it, but every time we received messages that complaint was been resolved. But street light of our plots are not working at all. After repeated complaints mseb officials told us this comes under nmmc and raise your complaint to nmmc. This is why we are writing letter after so many months passed in to the dark. During the evening individuals frequently stagger down. Additionally, non-availability of proper lighting across the streets increases a further chance of stealing petrol from bikes, accident and other mishaps.

Also, this has added to darkness in the area as huge amount of area covered under this light.

We, accordingly, request you to kindly take necessary move to mend the ways so that people of the plot 290/291 and others have proper streetlights. Please take proper action on urgent basis as festive season is going on.
