Bldg society member or bldg owner not take care about drainage water overflowing. Water overflowing from last 2 week. Beside e wing nana complex. Also garbage, grass and water pond in juinagar sect 23 beside hariom mandir, has become great health hazard to the residents of e nd d wing society, sect 23 juinagar, navi mumbai. Lmmediate action for removal grass and clean the environment. Nmmc has not spread chemical on open water pond to stop mosquito bteeding. Pls take necessary action asap

This is to bring to your kind notice that kindly refer to my written complaint regarding encroachment and unauthorised construction in the society premises and construction o[censored]nauthorised basement by removing building plinth and mezzanine floor in shop shankar bar & restaurant, plot no.87, sector 3, savera chs ltd, koparkhairane, navi mumbai – 400709

It is observed that following dangerous illegal and unauthorised works are carried in the said shop.
1. Removing the building plinth to construct a basement of approximate 400 sqft area in the shop.

2. Constructed a mezzanine floor of approximately 400 sqft. (I. E increase in fsi)
3. A underground (Basement) + 1 (Mezzanine) floor in the bar & hotel is been operated on the said shop unit by making the above unauthorized and illegal modification.

3. Also encroachment of society parking area for his business needs which is also illegal.
4. Further please note that this dangerous illegal and unauthorised works on such reclaimed land is a threat to the entire building and may result in collapse of our building causing heavy losses to life and property. At present cracks can be observed in walls neighbouring shops because of this dangerous alteration.

Now i heard that you are taking cognizance of common man's complaint and so i am appealing you again in this regard.

I hope you will take rapid action to remove the unauthorized construction in shop shankar bar & restaurant, plot no.87, sector 3, savera chs ltd, koparkhairane, navi mumbai – 400709. Considering the above, you are requested to take immediate and necessary action on the owners of the shop.

We reside at shree ganesh building, sec-22, plot no.8, beside us terna hospital and research center is creating allergic waste which is very harmful to our children as well as for us. They are openly dumping allergic and biological waste. Because of it we facing bad odour and mosquito problem and we can't able to open our windows. Please take an action and ask them to remove garbage from there. Even nmmc ghanta gadi is not coming to collect their waste for 3, 4 days and they keep dumping without disposing privious waste.

The big numerous potholes on road near Vashi bridge are causing huge jam. Please repair as soon as possible. Also try to manage it more efficiently as it is an annual recurring problem. If you do it yourself with the help of your own employee engineers or with the help of contractors, it seems there is a management problem. Please solve this problem and relieve citizens from jam, pollution, damage and wear and tear of tyres and vehicles and our backbones. We know if you focus on solving this problem you will certainly succeed.

There is only one garbage trolley provided in big area front of jyoti engineering (Near precision gears) rabale midc. The trolley is near to nallah hence every units nearby unload all disposable garbage including industrial waste near garbage trolley now the heap has risen nearly 4 feet & area spread to 30 meters x 40 meters this is further getting complicated as garbage is reducing nallah size & mosquito problem because of small water pond please do needful by cleaning present site & increasing garbage trolleys in this area

I am an employee working at equinox labs, rabale. There is a huge pile of garbage always lying in front of our company gate, filled with plastics, clothes and chemical waste. The monsoon has made it worse and now all we see is pigs breeding on them while we enter or leave the premises. We will be grateful if you could help us with cleaning the area. Our company employees would be happy to help.

Garbage, grass and water pond on terrace of illegal tower has become great health hazard to the residents of rainbow society, sect 10 vashi navi mumbai. Lmmediate action for removal is required by nmmc. As the building is illegal there is nobody to remove the garbage, grass and clean the environment. Nmmc has not spread chemical on open water pond to stop mosquito bteeding.

I stay at karave gaon gaothan building opposite mumbai zaika retaurant. Here we got small houses also. There is a very huge storage of stinking garbage. Whole day the bad smell comes from there. It seems since so many days the no municipal corporation vehicle had come to pick that garbage. Small kids play near that. The kids even the elder people get infected due to this stinking garbage. Please share the email i'd so that i can attach the images of that location. I tried to attach the image down but failed.

I, the resident of navi mumbai is writing you this e-mail to inform you regarding an illegal water plant operated at plot no. 32, shop no. 9, sector 2, near rajdhani sweets, kopar khairane, navi mumbai-400709. They have also kept a huge water tank behind their shop in an open space. Our building society is very much troubled due to this.

There are some people who smoke weed, cigarettes and drink alcohol behind this water tank (Sintex tank). They have put up a gate in this place and locked it but still some people are taking advantage of this water tank and climbing over the gate to get to this place (Behind the tank). Please look into the matter and take some strict action against them as local residents are getting disturbed due to these people. There are families in this society and children are getting wrong exposure due to this.

It is observed that the stray dogs menace in sector 4 vashi is increasing. They bark loudly and disturb the sleep at night. I have already informed the corporator of the area about this about three months back but no action is taken. Sound sleep is a basic right of every human being and lack of it affects the health seriously. Corporation does not take any action to either catch the stray dogs or to inject them. Very urgent action is required to tackle the menace.

One stray dog living inside the factory premises got severe ear infection.
Though people working here feed the stray, but unable to catch and treat.
Past one week we are requesting IDA to treat the animals a they are equipped with the instruments but they are not attending the call.
Now the infection has increased too much, the dog running around with too much stink.
Requesting you to take quick action to treat the dog to save its life.

This is to inform you about bad road overflow of gutter and open pothole behind hotel monarch rabale navi mumbai. This road is near CNG and cars autorickshaw pass this way. It is difficult for office goers to go down this lane. Since its rainy season there is complete water logging and no other way to reach our office. Kindly look into the matter.

Garbage collection

Since last more than 10 days, garbages are not collected, (Cidco garbage collection truck is not coming) for last 10 days at navade road, navi mumbai area. Please take some immediate action. Due to rain the garbage accumulated is giving very bad odour in surrounding area. House flies are also increasing in number day by day. This is really causing serious health issues.
Please kindly look in to the matter and come out with permanent solution to this problem.

To the concerned authority,
The elevator at rabale foot over bridge is not working for weeks together. For anyone who gets down at rabale station, it is mandatory to climb the 3 floors of foot bridge to reach the other side. There is no road crossing available since it is a highway.
I see so many handicapped people, pregnant ladies, injured people struggling to reach the top as there is no other alternative.
This is a grave issue, please look into this.

Please fix the problem of stray dogs in sector 20 ulwe, plot 118. Sorrounding my apartment there are several dogs which keeps on barking entire night till 4 am no one could sleep in society. We work for entire day and come home to sleep but it's becoming much hectic everyday. Hope you would understand and please act before the dogs manage to hurt somebody.

I live in vashi, radha krishna bldg, near sapna lodge, sector 11, vashi, navi mumbai.
The dog here is badly injured near his ears and blood is clotted near ears. The dog needed an urgent medical treatment as his condition is getting worse. There are many children in our building and we are afraid of contamination spread by the dog..

Please come and provide medical help to this dog as soon as possible.

Intentially park their dustbin in front of our main gate all society members pass from same gate large amount badlly smells garbage dump same place
We request them many times to put your dustbin inside your society compounds but they are not understood.

Sec-5 ghansoli.. There is a new housing society shree mouli.. There are no residents as of now.. Every room has a 1000l syntex tank.. All the tanks overflow regularly.. Enormous amount of water is wasted.. I'm noticing this from last 1 week.. Plzz look into the matter.. Wastage of water in a state where we have conditions of draught is a matter of concern..

We are sector 16 c2 type building society membersn building no. 1 to 10.
There are 4 to 5 street dogs who are abnormal and ruin peace of our society. They are badly stinking and dangerous for kids. Kids are afraid to play in society premises cause dogs tried to byte and chase them. Plz do some thing before anything bad happens and then we take action. Please help.
