Sir, there are many stalls like matoshri tea stall, wadapav, pan tapri etc .and rickshaws are parked on sec 2 turn near rajdhani sweets...they spits all over road and spreads waste water on road which is very dirty and drunk people stays near tea stall making bad atmosphere for women passing that area.
Request you to please visit any evening and see the situation.

Dear team,
As I am permanent resident individual on the above mentioned address, daily observing a black dog in our society's premise which is unlicensed. He is very hazardous and sick. Daily at night time he is barking with other dogs which creates irritation and causes sleep disorders to us.
Also there are lot of straying dogs around our society. Everyone is barking unitedly which creates a loud sound.
The speciality of these dogs are, they are barking on normal peoples and not on burglars.
Humble request you to do some arrangements for this serious issue.

We are facing the stary dog problems in sector 15, 15A, 15B, 15C, TTC industrial area, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.Appro.15 to 20 street dogs are roaming in side the premises continuously and have the chances of dog bite. So it is very necessary to take immediate action to control the stray dog so as to prevent health hazard to us as well as to nearby society.

This complaint is about merchant chamber association Navi Mumbai in Apmc market the shopkeepers are using society passage to sell there goods little space for public to walk along the lobby and the shopkeepers are taking rent of the area under society premises this building has 400+ offices but there is no parking in the society why is this had happen how this building got legal permission plz take some action around this and some of the Parking space is acquired by shops in this building by doing illegal stucture in society premises

I had some urgent work at Dr.D.Y.Patil dental college office and had my car parked outside the dental college building where there were more than a dozen 4 wheelers parked at 2.40 pm.Unfortunately I failed to notice that most of the vehicles had drivers outside or inside the vehicle.and the no parking for 15 m board is well hidden, you cannot see easily due to tree overgrowth.After 15 minutes when I came out my vehicle was locked out by probably traffic police officers.Not sure because there was a telephone number stuck to the door which neighbouring drivers told me.After calling for about 25-30 times and after 30-35 minutes 2 boys came and told me to pay Rs 200 which is absolutely right and I paid as a law abiding citizen of this city.The lock was immediately removed, but no receipt was given, no I card was shown, My query is Are these boys officially collecting fine, if yes why no receipt.why I have to fight to get a receipt ?Number called to pay fine is [protected].
Another query is if I had a driver then is it justified to park in the same place for a couple of hours extending to 7-8 hrs.
If it is really no parking why so many vehicles are double parked in this same area so much so that the entire lane is 75% blocked,

I am resident of fam society in our society bldg no 4 and 7 nmmc has taken action against illegal work done that is good but why this town three people are punished why this type of partiality done from nmmc illegal work done in terrace flat done from bldg no 1 to 9 than why only bldg no 4 and 7 are punished please take action to all others also.

Sir i m living in sec 10 in my area there are many no of furtinure shops which are making too much of noise they have alloted their licence of selling thier goods instead they are thinking as if its the factory place wher they make their they are making lot of trouble tu us the sound of banging is miserable everyday from 10am till night they work and disturb the peace of our area please look into this matter urgently as 10 12 board exam are approaching please find a solution

Dear Sir,

I ordered a pizza from Laziz pizza outlet today i.e., 05/02/17. The owner gave me a hand written bill on a normal paper. On demanding on proper bill, the owner said he doesn't give a proper bill and will give hand written bill only. He said if I wanted a proper bill i should have asked if they provide a proper bill or no before ordering. A picture of bill is attached herewith

Please remove stray dogs from Sector 3 in Kharghar Belpada. They are causing big time nuisance and frightening people and disturbing whole night sleep by barking full night. We are unable to sleep for nights due to this problem and they are dangerous.

Please help resolve this issue at earliest before we approach Court.

For the past few months filthy materials like unused bamboos in larger quantity, cement Bags became hard which cannot be used again lying at plot 25 Sector 21 Nerul navi Mumbai has made surrounding Area unhealthy. Please try to help as early as possible since, stray animals come make area more dirty. Moreover, adjoining Society are troubled with the sight.

We are having small shops in this shopping . Our shops get cover due to the permission given by NMMC for HOARDING in front of our shopping. WHY ITS NOT BEEN INSTALLED IN FRONT OF DMART ? THEY INSTALLED HORDING ON TREE ALSO. AND ITS A MAJOR PROBLEM IN OUR SHOPPING. CUSTOMER CANT EVEN SEE THE SHOP FROM THE ROAD WHILE PASSINGBY THEIR CAR. we cant even do any thing

We the commercial property owner at nerul MIDC plot no.PapD.15, 16, 17, 18 we are facing tremendous drainage problem .All the gutter in this area are chowk and are getting overflowed due to which many insects and mosqito and which is affecting the health of the people living.

I had conversation with one of the cleaner yesterday and asked for the Dustbin to be placed in the area, Near Rajiv gandhi Bridge, Opp. Idea Gallery, Shiravne Village. As there is lot of problem faced by us to throw the garbage due to the lack of Dustbin in the area and forced to throw on the roadside.
Please look into it as soon as possible.

Today the municipal authorities of Navi Mumbai Municipal Co-orporation removed the watermeter of the society M/s.Progressive Royal Castle Co-op. housing society in CBD Belapur, Sector 19/20, Navi Mumbai. It is a residential cum commercial complex (33 Flats and 10 shops). The reason being that we did not fit the new AMR meter. The NMMC staff refused to hear the Society authorities and forcefully removed the watermeter cutting the watersupply to the society instantly. Whilst we appreciate the Navi Mumbai Municipal authorities efforts to ensure compliance with various norms, cutting of the essential service like domestic water is not acceptable. This water supply system also supports the fire fighting system and the authorities MUST give another 24hours notice to the society Secretary and/or the chairman and in their absence to the executive committee member. Our building complies with all other mandatory requirement and it is unacceptable that the NMMC staff do not speak to the Chairman, Secretary or any of the executive members.
This way of working is equal to harassement and they should be a little bit softer to the residential complexes.
Hat's off to NMMC authorities for ALL their efforts and we do stand by with them. Such cases need to be dealt in a more mature manner. We will support.

We all appreciate the work you have done in navi mumbai and due to this reason i truly believe that the nalla dividing sector 28 and 29 vashi can be used for parking or garden purposes, also it will reduce the littering done by people and mosquitoe problems that we face in general. This is to bring to your notice the urgency of speed breakers in Ghansoli sector 5. The share autos, bikers speed up in the narrow lanes of sector 5. The area has many Playgroups and school such as Tilak. Small students are most seen in this area. Due to rash driving of these autos, it has become a menace in the area. They purposely make racing noise adding to the sound pollution. Since the main road of ghansoli is full of double parking leading to traffic issues, the share autos and bikers have diverted their route from the smaller lanes near station. I request you to kindly look into the need of setting up speed breakers in this area and help reduce the stress faced by the residents.

My name is kiran and I live in kamothe sector 34. I normally go for walk in the morning and evening, I have realized there are too many street dogs, and they are so huge, which makes me scary. Atleast there is more than 5000 dogs in kamothe and they are very scary. Especially near liquor shop which is in main road. Please help.
