We stay at Sanpada Sector 2 next to Oriental college there are nearly 10 12 dogs continuously shouting at night and day time also. We are not getting enough and sound sleep and facong health problems. All residents are very much feustrated. We feel Navi Mumbai is a reputed and well organised city but now we feel we are staying at a place worst than zopadpatti, we are paying all taxes regularly but nobody is solving our probles.

It's really annoying and disturbing here in sector 23 due to illegal food stalls opened in our locality. After complaining for so much times still no action has been taken. It creates a atmosphere where many are falling sick most of days times due to rotten smell of eggs and other such stuff. Request you to make survey and take necessary and strict action against such foodsellers..

Just want to bring to your notice.In spite of your good work against illegal food sellers. Nearby my society a egg stall and chinese food stall are still operating. By the time you come for visit they remove that stalls and once you go back they r back in business. And they r opening the food openly which is creating health issues for us staying nearby... Request you to please remove that food stalls at the earliest. Children's also find it difficult to study also because of that noise which is created till late night around 2am..

Dear sir,

We are the residence of satsang society sector-9a vahsi navi mumbai-703.

In the road near the sneha kunj society the people feed the street dog and the it create great trouble for the people specially to the children on cycle and try to bite. The complaint given earlier (The one dog having 3 legs) about this to the municipality they took the dog but after the street dog lovers they letf it again there with belt. However, it is still creating the trouble even it try to bit me at two occasion. The incident was brought to the notice of the local corporator mr avinash lad but no action was taken.
If any person resist for removing the stray dog from street pl ask them to keep it in their homes
Also there are so many stray dogs in the area pl do some thing to get rid of these menace including feeding to dogs on road which create the hygiene problem on road.

I am a resident of Sector 21, Ghansoli near Talavali gaon.From the last few days i.e. from 5th of August 2016, all the societies of sector 21 are facing issue of low pressure water supply or no water supply amidst.The pressure of water is not appropriate.Even the timing of water is not known definitely.
Due to this the societies are not able to keep appropriate water stock.Please provide solution for the same as soon as possible.

We society members of sector 20 Nerul (west), navi mumbai, near talao - swami complex, plot no. D-119, are facing water shortage problem due to low pressure of water.
Due to low pressure of water does not get filled in our over head tanks and hence we don't get water for a hour.
please look in to this and do the needful, as after heavy rains we are still facing same problem, which we have suffered before rainy season.
I hope you will take some action for the same ...

We society members of sector 11 vashi near shiv sena shakha plot no. 844, ravikiran apartment are facing water shortage problem due to low pressure of water.
Due to low pressure the water does not get filled in our over head tanks and hence we don't get water.
We don't want low pressure water for 2 or 3 hours but with full pressure.
Please look in to this as in last week about water but we are still facing same problem, which we have suffered also rainy season.
I hope you will take some action for the same...

We society members of sector 9N north, CBD/Belapur are facing water shortage problem due to low pressure of water.
Due to low pressure the water does not get filled in our over head tanks and hence we don't get any water.
We don't want low pressurie water for 24 hours instead give water for 2 or 3 hours but with full pressure .
I hope you will take some action for the same .

I would like to submit one complaint against our society member mr. Sandhu. He stay in building number 3 and room no. # 4 of garden view society. Sec. 16 airoli navi mumbai. Mr. Sandhu’s flat come at ground floor.

He fixed one jumbo water tank outside of his home and store extra water for gardening and car wash purpose. At the time of fixing this tank he not took any permission for society. Due to limited water supply from nmmc all other building members facing lot of water shortage issue.

Some society members try to talk with him but he is not ready to listen anything. Since he is senior citizen always give threat to other members about police complaints. From the entire society i would request you to please view this point on serious note and take necessary legal action against him.

The abandoned msed cabin/ sub-station between panchkamal chs and prem sagar chs in sector-29, vashi, navi mumbai, is being used as a toilet by passers by. This is causing nuisance and developing into a health hazard.
Earlier when it was used by msed, they used to keep it locked. Ever since they have discontinued its use, the lock has been removed. The open door invites passers by to use it as a urinal and even defecation. It has now stated smelling.
This problem requires to be urgently addressed. At the minimum, it should be locked after cleaning up.
Response will be highly appreciated.

We the owners residing at sector-09, nl-05, bldg-01, flat-06, opposite nerul bus depot, nerul (east), navi mumbai, are writting the complaint against nl-05, bldg-01, flat-10, our neighbours. they are rented people and have rennovated their house recently dur to which it has caused severe damages in our flat and due to whoch our lives are at risk. they also did not pay the society deposit before rennovation neither informed about the rennovation being started at their residence. the society secretary and chairman also did not took any action inspite of giving them several complaint letters. request you to taleaction as soon as possible.

Want to bring in to your notice that i have found one malaria case in our building. I live in sect 18, plot-31, new yashoda chs, kopar khairne. Want your help that if your malaria dept can take some actions and send some one to sprinkle medicines in our society. We have many small kids in our society who can easily get affected. Hope you take actions as soon as possible

I am staying at bhumiraj meadows, sector 19 airoli. We are still receiving only 2 hrs of water daily (1 n half hr in morning) and half hour in evening as on july 23rd 2016. After confirming, this is the situation with many societies in airoli. Even after good rainfall, we hare receiving only 2 hrs. Of water daily. Even with current rainfall till date sufficient enough for revoking water cut, we are receiving only 2 hrs of water daily. Also it has come to the notice that water cuts are maximum in airoli than any other place. There was number of notices/protest done by residents of bhumiraj meadows in nmmc airoli office on water cuts but nothing was done. We need strict action against nmmc for not bothering to even listen to our grievance and take action.

Hello i am resident of airoli sector 5 from last 11 yrs now. Previously our water timings were morning 6 am to 9 am and evening 8 pm to 9.30 pm.
We are experiencing water cut from at least 4-5 months. We are having water supply only in morning for only for 2 hours. Now as the monsoon has begun water problem should be resolved. But still we are not getting proper water supply and having water shortage issues.
For the past few weeks even in the morning water is not supplied correctly. one day they supply water at 6 am, the other day it comes at 10 am. this is causing severe inconvenience for the residents.
This needs to be resolved at the earliest.

I live in sector 14, vashi. a building is getting constructed next to our plot (plot2-6). this construction has been going on for many years now, but the momentum has increased in last two years. as of now, ground +2 structure has been constructed. the ground as well as two floors have stagnant water throughout the monsoon. due to this mosquitoes breed and we have regular cases of malaria and dengue. i had dengue 2 years ago. also another building is being constructed in sector 15, a short distance away. both these buildings are being constructed by the government. kindly increase the pace of construction, so that the residents can live in peace.

Also there is always garbage next to hotel sandeep in sector 14. this attracts the dogs and disease causing vermin. are the waste bins not given to hotels? please instruct the concerned people to take care of it.

We have been staying in Airoli Sector 8 A Valkubai Housing Society and we have been facing lot of water supply issues though its raining now.

We have been facing severe water scarcity since a year now. When we ask the chairmen of the society they say, NMMC is not supplying the water. Now its a high time of Monsoon, none of the society are now facing scarcity. But our Building, Valkubai Housing Society, Plot 60 Sector 8 A Airoli is facing too much water scarcity issues. Please help!

Respected sir i m running dental clinic since 2010 from that time i was having board i was not aware it was illegal also without informing me or atleast one hr notice they take out board i feel i was informed i would have took inside also they took board which was legal so kindly see to that and please don't gave us feeling that it's no more democratic country kindly i request u to give notice prior doing anything

I the residents of navi mumbai are quite happy with the action taken by nmmc commisioner shri tukaram munde. with the same hope in my complaint i request you that in sector 21 at ghansoli node, there are lot of illegal encroahments and various chawls are been built illegaly which are increasing day by day. i request you to take appropriate action & demolish all chawls which are build illegally. i have seens encroachments.

I got to know through the officer visited out society that someone with ill intention complained to authority about the water sheds we put up in first floor. I however wish to clarify that these sheds are put up painstakingly to take care below mentioned long standing and practical risks:

1. We have kids playing in our balconies and the upper floor residents are dropping all things from top which could potentially inure my kids hence i had to protect them. There have been incidents o[censored]pper residents throwing heavy weight objects below - which if impacts can kill a person instantaneously.

2. We have been cleaning up all the dart that are dropped by upper floor residents on our balconies, at times these are breaking the ethical boundary when we had to clean up used condoms and eaten bones (May b of cow) and rotten vegetables / cloths.

3. The sheds does not negatively impacts anyone but saves us from these practical risks.

Under such circumstances we had to spend our money and destroy the beauty of open balcony and put up the shed to take care of out own security and modesty.

I hence request you to consider these practical issues and nullify the complain.

Please suggest how can we mitigate such risks caused by upper floors and stay protected.
