NMMC water bill & property tax online payment portal has not been functioning for years, several complaints have met with a deafening silence. We consumers should exercise the option of giving a negative vote when NMMC request votes for Smart city & swatch Bharat. A Municipal corporation which can't even run their own payment portal & keep on charging delayed payment charges penalising consumers for their own fault doesn't deserve to be a smart city. Please sent mobile nos to[protected] so that we can form a group & vote during the next survey for smart city & swach Bharat

We do not walk, the talk- its a shame !!! One goes personally to pay the water bill and stand s for hours and the situation is the same. " The Computers are running slow or its hung up, please come tomorrow" is the answer one gets. Come home to pay the same through online and the reply is the site cannot be reached. This is just the beginning of the New Year 2019 -

NMMC — sweeper not coming since 15 days.dirtiness all over

Sir, . i reside at koperkhairane sector -12a, near dinanath mhatre garden.since 15 days sweeper of munipal corporation not coming.so there is stincky smell & dirty gabrage all over.so please look in that matter. Regards Atul mhatre

NMMC — Unwalkable space on footpath at Nerul(e)

While walking away from Nerul(E) railway station on opposie side of the fish market( on footpath) there is a shop selling tender coconuts, which are kept on the footpath(gutter) and it causes hindrance .When this was pointed out, the Bhaiyya told to walk from down.
Please take action against the said vendor.

Unable to pay online bill for house tax

As per given bill property code is KOP-22-D-D/008-0202. But it is not taking that it is allowed only KOP-22-D-D/0 upto this and saying incorrect property code. Kindly help me with how to get property code to pay online bill.

Some people are throwing garbage outside our shop send someone to look after.
I asked them to throw it sums here else but there are like we are also Bmc people call anyone and do anything we will throw here only

Please note garbage is not collected for 3 days on Regular basis from sector 17 kamothe om shivam appts

Houses are fitted with water tanks which is causing more water shortages to people who have not installed the water tanks at home.

This needs to be taken care as soon as possible and people should be fined for these kind of offences. Need to take action as soon as possible.

NMMC — Sewerline is open

Near plot no.56, sec21, ghansoli, foul smell is coming from open sewer line, so many mosqitos r there. mr.Shankar khade f ward officer has no time to do servey in our area . We r suffering from 1 month

NMMC — damaged road on Thane Belapur highway opposite hyundai showroom sanpada olice station.

this particular stretch of road is paved with paver blocks ...and not yet concreted...it is just 100 metres.long. please arrtange to get it concretised as a lot of accidents are happening here.

Subject: unauthorised digging, construction o[censored]nauthorised basement and mezzanine floor in shop no 7, laxmi narayan hsg complex, sector 12, koparkhairane, navi mumbai – 400709 (Laxmi face and dental clinic)
It is observed that following illegal and unauthorised works are carried in the said shop.
1. Removing the plinth to construct a basement of approximate 200 sqft area in the shop.
2. Constructed a mezzanine floor of approximately 200 sqft. (I. E increase in fsi)
3. A ground (Basement) + 1 (Mezzanine) floor dental clinic is been operated on the said premises of a single shop unit by making the above unauthorized and illegal modification.
Please also note that this illegal and unauthorised works on such reclaimed land is a danger to the entire building and may result in collapse of our building causing heavy losses to life and property. Cracks have been observed on the walls of neighboring shop. Also water logging happened inside the said shop unauthorised basement and was removed using pumps.
Considering the above, you are requested to take immediate and necessary action on the owners of the shop

Water leakage after cleaning of meter

Hi my address is RH1 D-23 Sector-8 Vashi. Yesterday a man identified himself as a worker from the water department of nmmc had come to clean the water meter. Today as soon as water suppy was restored in the morning, there is a jet of water leaking from the meter. Kindly send someone to take a look at the problem.
