Hello, I am a resident of Koparkhairane, sec 11, plot no 99. A new building is getting constructed behind our plot which is extremely close to our building leading to no air or light from all the four sides. As our building is already blocked on 3 sides, this extremely close building is a huge problem which leaves us no air or light. Also they have built a water storage tank for the construction which is left open all the time due to which there are lot of mosquitoes breeding in our area and cases of malaria and dengue are increasing. I have the photo evidence too. I kindly request you to look into this illegal construction and dirt with diseases in our area. Thanking you.

Hi i am working in TTC industrial area near Sharayu Hyundai TURBHE.

Last year in monsoon season the road repair work was in progress after 5 months the work was completed but the contractor has left the repair of half the work at road side.

No one has came back or verify whether the work is completed or not, due to the narrow road there is lot of work beside every road near by area is reconstructed but this road is left alone always.

Its been one year now no one is bother to repair the pothole and the half constructed site.

Beside people threw garbage at this side due to which it smells fetish, and leading to health issue and musquito rise in near by surrounding.

If the same is not resolved i have to highlight this things to print media .

Humble request to please validate the issue.

I am living at Koparkhairane goan sec-19 near NMMC School (Marathi school) navi mumbai. I would like to tell you damaged of Interlocking paverlock pathway. This pathway built by NMMC before 6 to 8 months 2 times rework NMMC person but problem not resolve but again pathway has very bad condition we peoples can not drive or walk as easily on this pathway. This is my third time complaint regarding the illegal construction happening in my society sec 28 plot 256 vashi and no action has been taken from your end. This is a complaint about Plot number 72 & 73 Row house of Sector 1 Koparkhairane. A mass gathering of South Indian Christians (Praise The Lord) takes place every weekend & sometimes also in the weekdays.There a Lot's of vehicle that people come in & park near the row house creating a chaos.Bike's are haphazardly parked.It is a very narrow lane.Car's & Bike's come is at early morning around 7 & leave mostly in the night at around 10.They have illegally built the first floor for this mass gathering.The administration is turning a blind eye towards this.People of nearby building's & row house are frustrated with this every weekend so many car's parked.Every Saturday-Sunday this is the case.Such activities should be carried out in a Party Hall & not a Row House.There are media person's as well who visit this Gathering's.Please ask them not to carry out this activity here & shift it to some other place where there is more space for their guests vehicles & does not create problem for other nearby residents.If there is a mishap here then the administration is to be blamed.You cannot allow mass gathering in residential place.Why should i face troubles for gathering from these people.Please take action immediately

To whom so ever it may concern, This is with regards to the accumulation of water in Plot No. 12 near my house in Shivam Galaxy, Kalamboli, Sector 17, Plot No. 10, Roadpali, Navi Mumbai 410218. Due to the amassment of contaminated water, there are mosquitoes and other insects and flies attracted to the same in huge numbers, which is causing Dengue and Malaria in the people residing nearby. It is increasing day by day and I am highly concerned about the spread of diseases in children and adults as a result of this. This refers to water supply in Arihant CHS, Sector 6 of Airoli Navi Mumbai. We are facing water shortage problem since last 3 weeks. The underground water tank is not receiving water due to low water pressure. Called Pump house in Sector 5, Airoli, as per the call they are supply water but the water does not reach till Arihant society. Further calls to local corporator and municipal officers did not help, hence rasing this concern with you. Kindly note that the residents of society is facing huge problem due to water shortage.

Dear Sir, This is with reference to the subject matter we have submitted written complaints several time but we are sorry to inform you that no one has shown any interest in solving our problem. The garbage bin which is placed just 3 mtrs away from our plot main entrance is nuisance and health hazard for people staying in the surroundings. There are lot of stray dogs, rag pickers and bad smell in atmosphere and due to the garabage lying around we have lot of mosquitoes and rat moving around that area. We had requested to remove it from that place and keep it in the area where human beings or people staying around are not effected. When the garbage truck and the JB come to collect the garbage there is lot of traffic jam and disturbance. Request you to please look into the matter and help us resolve this problem ! Dear NMMC Team, I live in Roop Darshan, Sec 11, Plot no 15/12, Koparkhairane. I would like to bring to your notice that increase of STRAY Dogs population. The dogs are creating a problem, it is difficult at times to go outside of the gate as they sit their and bark and try to bite the residence of this building, it is unsafe for childrens and adults. Please look into this issue. Thank you

The road from Seawood Station to Lotus Pond there are hundreds of people residing, including Presentation School - THE ROAD IS PATHETIC for last 2 years. Every time a complaint is made it is said 'Sewerage Work is going on' . How come this is going on for 2 years ? (When all the roads are done probably due to elections) why this road is unaddressed ? Every 2 months something is going on, in front of Geetanjali Society all rubbishes are stacked for months altogether. The whole place is full of dust. Kids are getting dust allergies for continuous dust existing there. People form Bangladesh have made huts here n there and keeping the place dirtiest. Then are you going to rehabilitate them ? There is no park/garden in the vicinity. Now for the road, children can not come down from their flats. Besides paying tax, we are paying Rs 10 for car parking everywhere in Navi Mumbai. Rs10 is not that less. Rs 2 was fine for 0-30 mins. A person will go for a photocopy, he will pay Rs 10 for car parking. Otherwise those contractor person will scratch your car. Where the money are going ? Where is the minimum care - forget development.

I had bought the said property from CIDCO, CBD in 1999. During my visits last week, I observed that there is very serious damage to the pillar below our premise. Also very sever water leakage problem and cement fall from ceiling. It’s because of two huge water tanks fitted just above the terrace part above our office premise and bathrooms. I would like to bring it to your notice that the tanks were fitted without consulting us. And once fitted it was never cleaned or maintained. Also consequences of fitting such huge tanks were not taken into consideration by the decision makers involved that time. Because of too much weight and continuous water leakage the pillar has been damaged dangerously . It can fall anytime resulting in collapse of one side of the premises . Its a threat to human lives and building is extremely dangerous to stay. Still most of the offices are occupied by people Also the ceiling has weakened causing fall of cement slabs from the top which can hurt anybody passing by. Also there is lot of misuse of central empty space inside the complex by shop owners on the ground floor. I request you to take the notice of it and take the necessary steps. People responsible for fitting the tank should be made to take them off immediately and should also pay for the damage caused . Number of dogs around sector 11, 12 are very huge. Many a time, people got bitten by time at the night. We are scared to go outside after 10PM as these dogs start roaming on the roads causing huge inconvenience and problem. Please some how, do some thing or else it will lead to a grave situation when people get bitten by them on a regular basis.

i live in sector 15 sanpada navi mumbai and there are increasing number of stray dogs and they very aggressively come after our childrens..so that they can't even play in our society compound or near by...and in the midnight from 12 to 5 am they simply start barking and it is also a big concern and i'm really amaze how NMMC don't have any helpline for the same.so i urge you to take the necessary sterps for the same before those dogs do some serious injuries to the people. thanks,
