We have been facing a lot of issues in supply water. The water seems to be very dirty which is not good for health or body. We also face itching issues with this water. And, the issue is not personal as I have heard the same thing from many people in the sector.
As it is a basic necessity for a person and we cannot do much without the help of government.

I sincerely request the concerned people to take a proper action and provide good water supply.

Encroachment of green belt in harola (khasra no 942) sector 5 opposite police fire station near Noida authority office sec6.

The green belt is being encroached by locals for a quite few time inspite of complaining of many times no suitable action is being taken.

The green belt is used as parking, cow stables, paid rickshaw parking etc by locals to their own personal benefit challenging the Clean Noida Green Noida...

The main sewer is clogged for premises D-327 leading to back flow to sewage dump in our premises.

I required completion certificate, building plan and occupancy certificate of above IRWO project. Despite several request to society and IRWO unable to get. They suggest approach to Noida authority for same.

I am resident of A 97 Sector 48 Noida. The day after holi people that came for garbage collection were asking for money (Holi Bonus). I gave them box of sweet and Rs. 50 but they were demanding more. I refused them. From that day they are not collecting garbage from my house. I request you to please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

Me uttrakhand se aaya tha sec 18 aur car park ki aur atm gaya and 2min aake deka to unhone mere car pe challan kar diya tba jabki wahan aur bhi gaadiyan khadi thi. But meri car UK ki thi aur baaki UP ki. Mene pucha to wo bahane batane lage ki shop keepers ki hai falana to kya shop keepers ki sadak hai kya tax to hum b dete hain. Ne aap logo ko batadun ki parking wale aur authority ki scam chala rahe hain. Me yogi jo ko complaint dalunga ki aap log kaise paise khaa rahe hain. Chee aap logo ko sharam aani chaiye ye paisa falega nai kahin na kahin niklega.।। Meri to mehnat ke paise to le liye aapne.।। Bas itna kehna chahunga ki ye achi baat nai hai ki aap bahar se aaye logo ke sath aisa karte hain.। Shame on you noida authority is very bad.।। Money minded authority.।।

To whom it may concern,

Our cluster has one big tree, in the park that has been encroached upon, at the back entrance of house number N-1. The cluster people living at the ground floor namely N-17 are planning to get it cut to suit their comfort, however, I don't want it to be cut or trimmed down as it is the only source of fresh air to our house as well as only source to prevent sunlight getting in our house during summer months. They have been trying to get it cut for years, each time prevented by us. This time too they are planning to do so which I again got it prevents led, but the support maintenance staff have suggested them to put salt at the root to kill the tree. I have notified out RWA about it and apprising you about the same. Be mindful of the situation and act accordingly. It is my humble request to not get the tree cut or trimmed. If it dies or get cut in my absence, then the sole person responsible will be the tenants to f house number N17.

Dated on 20th march, 2022 at around 7:30 am. I was present in Sector 135 at vegetable market near wazidpur.
I was coming my office after night shift so need to have some tea.
Street vendors treating me badly, shouting that none has power to touch them even though imposing wrong charges for regular tea/fruits and snacks.

The vendor street so called tapri wale misbehaved with me in morning.
They charged me for bad product and said that spread the garbage (tea cups)any where as they dont have a facility to collect for the same .

I asked for a tea and i paid as i was told but the lady and gent (thela chay wale) literally shout and started threating me.
I said that tea is not good as stale product was sold out even fresh one kept for preparing .still I had the same without issue.I was in my uniform so decently i asked to them for tea.
He poured the tea from his thermus.
The concern is that they behaved a like they are the owner of street/road as they are paying for the same to someone in administration.

So according to them customer should have to follow their guidliness as must kept mouth shut infront of them.customer pay whatever tapriwala served thenafter throw into garbage if not liked product .they dont care.

Customer is not valued for them and throw the cup of tea.he challenged no one has dare to touch them.as we know they were illegally doing business without having registration of their place and business.

People around calm down the situation but question is raised why they were confident and who gave them rights to do business illegally, setup tapti or thela and forced to sell product to consumer and cheat.
They were so confident about that. they sound proudly by tapping their chest that magistrate also has no power to touch their belongings.

Issues are:-
Passage obstructed, no concern about clean noida, illegally thela chay setupped, misbehaving, wrong charges,
Food safety also a matter.

I tried my best to have recordings and pictures but unable to had it as male and female both were threating me.
I dont want to indulge in this with them.

So Calmly, I left the place and choose this option to raise my voice as administration should take an action for incorporate and illegal system getting place in sector 135 near wajipur vegetables market.

I do agree that saturday market is necessary for availability of foods vegetables for citizens.But some of them misusing such facility

In a person I am ready to meet with concerned if need.
Kindly look into the matter please..

Few families have constructed their permanent homes on the land of Noida Authority and half of the land is already occupied.
They pay monthly charges to the Govt officials for the houses built.
Is it allowed to occupy the Land?

Noida Authority — Garbage collection not done and Secondly, the authority garbage collectors are very rude and speak very badly with residents and ready to pick fights and he told me to put the garbage in the van itself and denied to collected the garbage.

Garbage has not been collected from B79 Sector41, Noida. This is the second instance that the garbage has not been collected from the house. Earlier i registered telephonic complaint but nothing was done. Today i am registering an online complaint.

We are facing acute issues of stray dogs in our society 12th Avenue Gaur City 2. They keep barking, run to bite kids and adults and keep defecating everywhere. It has really become a mess now and people are actually planning to kill them now through poisoned food. Please take some action to get them moved from here before they are actually killed.

This email cum complaint is regarding a notorious enchroachment ongoing in our society, Express View Apartments, Tower No 9, in Flat No 36C

The whole issue satrted when a new owner of the said flat started constructing the common duct / shaft area which is left between the flats for
direct sunlight and wind circulation purpose on 4th Jan-22. The flat owners of the tower objected to same and complaint to RWA via society Watsapp group

On 5th Jan-22, a meeting was help with new owners, complainants and RWA president and Gen Secretary, post meeting it was amicable accepted
that NO further construction will be done. Meeting MOM was published by General Secretary.

But just 12 days after the agreement, the 36c owner breached the agreement made and again started enchrochment work (which is still going on),
the same was again apprised to RWA General Secretary and Predident through watsapp group and in person call, we were told that RWA can help no
further as its juridiction/power are limimted.

So we posted our complaint via tweet to Noida Authority and Chairman Madam. We received a acknowledgement, but no action till now.

And apart from the illegal construction one major issue surfaced whih is of bigger concern than enchrochment, it was dicovered that the said falt owner has even
changed the flat layout in a big way and had broken the major beams and structures, which is a MAJOR LIFE RISK for fellow residents, the pictures attached here of the same

So i would request a immediate visit to just cross check and validate because the pictures clearly suggest the changes done to vertical, horizontal and layout changes.

Note:- The pictures of the structural changes was taken by RWA appointed Supervisor itself. And all above said was posetd in society watsapp group and is very well in cognigance
of present RWA.

The sewer line is also closed, none of your officers is ready to work with us. It smells bad due to the Shivar block. Our children are getting sick because of this. The underground drinking water pipeline in front of D-37, Sector 20, Noida is broken and water is continuously gushing out of the same leading to wastage of drinking water as well as water logging which will create the risk of mosquito breeding. Please look into the matter and get it repaired as soon as possible.

I Ashutosh Sharma from E-115 Sector-41 Noida want to convey that my house is near T point and vehicles move very fast from this point. So both children and parents are afraid of fast moving vehicles.
With due respect kindly install a speed breaker at this point.
