We are presently suffering from strsy dogs roaming within our soceity in jaypee kosmos sector 134. There are 10s of dogs roaming around freely in soceity and even in our car parking basements. This has made our life difficult as we are worried about our small kids . There is no way anyone is taking action on them. We request you to please help us by taking these dogs to some shelter homes.

I am resident of 57A MIG century apartment sector 100 Noida Gauram Budha Nagar .
In my society RWA is taking money from illegal constructed shops inside the society.
Kindly take action and remove the unauthorised construction inside the society.

Left Hand Side (LHS) of the road from round about connecting Antim Niwas Cremation gorund & Postmortem House, Sector 94 to Shree Jee Gau Sadan, Sector 125 is not constructed due to which 2 way traffic is plying on Right Hand Side (RHS) of the road. Vehicles approaching this round about to & from Kalindi Kunj, Noida Sector 37 road, Okhla Bird Sanctuary Metro station, Sector 125 must negotiate a dangerous turn at this round about, causing disruption in traffic movement. The major cause of concerns is:
1. Dangerous & slow traffic movement from round about & frequent accidents
2. Dust storms due to huge pile of dust accumulated due to proposed habitat center project
3. 2 way traffic movement on single side is dangerous as this road connects to major educational institutes and presence of lot of young drivers
4. Pedestrians are forced to walk on roads as there is no walkway
5. High number of pedestrians walk daily towards commercial buildings and educational institutes to and from okhla bird sanctuary metro station and such road conditions is an invitation for road accidents and is a question for pedestrian safety
I have been observing this from past two years and have seen no action from authority yet.

At D72, Sector 30, few workers made digging to trace the water pipe line.They did not cover the Man hole properly which is fatal for any passer by or animals Even water is leaking from pipe line which is prone to bacterial infections.Please repair on urgent basis and find out whether your employees came or owner arranged from outside as owner is not living and house is leaked.Please make necessary enquiry .

We are totally 60 families residing in our locality. We are facing a severe problem of growing problems of overflow of sewage for the last three months in our locality.

This overflow in drainage causes the problem of bad odour and leads to growth of mosquitoes which may lead to malaria. Small children playing outside the door have already been affected by diarrhoea. Sometimes we feel vomiting and nausea.

We have already given many complaints to our local authority. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing. So kindly am requesting you to look into this matter personally. If you do the needful then I shall be very much thankful to you.

In Durga vihar sadarpur colony Noida sector 45 sewer water is coming out from last 3 week and accumulate in a plot near by. It's very smelling and making difficult to live. Also causing lots of deases. We complaint many time but we don't get proper response till now. Please do something for this issue.

I am 75 years old . I visited your office in Noida to tender a RTI application. Counter staff referred me to kala kendra office, which is 200 mtrs. away. They handed me over three copies of the challan for depositing the same in the bank which is about 50 meters from that office. After depositing Rs.10/- I came back to administrative office and tendered the application. Lady at the counter refused to accept the application as the same was not enclosed with copy of RTI fees. I told her that only three copies of challan are given and Bank retained two copies and copy meant for the deposit as stated on it cannot be deposited, otherwise, I will not have any proof of deposit. She directed me to go to photocopy shop, which was at the back of your office and about 100 meteres away and get a copy. I refused and said that your staff should get the copy. if it is mandatory or 4 copies of the challan would have been prescribed. She asked me to leave the counter and not to argue with her. I eenquired about incharge of dak section, she referred me to the lady who issues the pass.
Firstly, she said that she does not know about the incharge and after a long persuation and consultation with her staff she issued a pass no. 479439 at 10.44 A.M for meeting Shri Indu Prakash Singh, OSD-1.
I visited OSD-1 office and fount that by 10.46 A.M he had not arrived in his chamber. I waited for 20 minutes but of no use . In the meantime one of the staff memebr of that department after listening to my story helped me in getting the copy from the departmen itself bu OSD-1 had not reached till 11.30 A.M in his office.
My complaint is as under;-
1. Why Senior Citizens are being asked to run from pillar to post.
2. Why polite and courteous staff with job knowledge is posted at the counter of public interaction.
3. If tendering of copy of the deposit recipt of RTI fees is mandatory then why authority does not give four copies of the challan or makes arrangement for copy at the dak counter.
4. Why officers does not reach office in time.

I am senior Citizen and 75 years old.On 114h February, I visited your office to file RTI in repect of Supertech ltd. I was asked to procure a challan from nearby office and deposit in Bank. Kala kendra Staff gave me three copies of challan for depositing the fees in the bank. One copy for Branch, one for Noida Authority and one for the depositor. Bank people returned my copy and retained Authority's copy for direct submission.
After depositing the fees I tendered RTI request, the lady on the counter asked for the copy of the challan. I asked her it is my copy and cannot handover to you and bank will submit u the copy directly. She did not agree and refuse to accept the RTI application unless copy of my hallan is enclosed. I asked her that I want to meet the incharge of Dak Section, she asked me to go to the Reception. Reception staff did not divulge the designation of the incharge. After long conversation, she said that OSD-1 is incharge of the dak section and issued me entry pass no. 479439 at 10.44 A.M.
I visited office of OSD-1 and found that he had not yet reached office. I waited for 20 minutes but he did not reach by then. I narrated the entire story of harassment to one of the employee in that department and he was helpful in getting X_roxed copy of my receipt.
My complaint is to the fact that 1.when there are three copies of the challan, then your office assumes that the visitor should go to the copier person and get its copy. If receipt is mandatory then why you people give four copies of the challan or provide copying machine at the dak counter.
(2) Are officers allowed to attend the office with a delay of more than 1.5 hours.
3. Staff at the dak section should be polite and helpful.
4. Why make Senior Citizen to run from pillar to post .

From last 1 year no street light is working in our area, wire is broken, but authority in our area is not even seen naked, we all have complained many times, but there is no response. how long do we all wait

Hi, My home is in Z black house no 1 sector 12, That is in last home in that line. Front is online road. Garbage ban is not coming in my line, they are collecting Garbage from road side only. I did not get proper alert. Kindly look into the same .

The traffic lights are not balanced for green light timings seeing the load of vehicles comming from Sector 137 side to Balak college

Timings should be regularly monitored

The bandh road which runs parallel to Yamuna river from Okhla Bird Sanctuary is in very bad conditions leading to accidents, damage to vehicles..
There are no street lights..Also the grass on divider has overgrown blocking the road and view

It is requested that street lights be fitted, road repaired

On Friday 10, February Workers came for some sort of Repair work destroyed the road and left, nobody has come back since and the road is left in the broken state.

Dear Greater Noida Authority

I made several complaints before but nothing has been done.
There is massive tree in front of my house (40ft tall) which can cause the risk to the house because of the roots coming inside the house OR if any storm comes it can fall on the people/ house whoever comes under it.
Kindly take this complaint seriously and chop it short immediately....

Sewage ahead of my house is getting worse and flowing

Barbage collection vehicle in A block, sector 23 Noida not announcing anything. We are not able to give them garbage as we don't know when the garbage vehicle comes.

I m Soni Saifi from Sector 73 noida would like to bring to your kind notice the extensive overflow of the sewage in the lane.Due to this local residents have to face detrimental effects of polluted water.The increasing amount of contaminated diseases is a growing concern.The overflowing of the sewer line has been a concern for last week now.

Dear Sir/Ma'am
I am a resident of B-254, Sector-122, Noida upon checking TDS levels of Water Supplied by Noida Authority it was found that the levels are as high as 1200. This water is not safe for any use.
Kindly look into this matter urgently and resolve this issue.

Hi, I am writing from noid sector 45 where there are almost 15-20 street dogs who have been creating a menace and ruckus.
They have been living in the park near aamrapali sapphire and creating nuisance for residents and passerbys.
Please help provide them a suitable home and make it safer for the people living around.

Here in Sector-16B Gautam Buddha Nagar illegal patri encroachment is there by Kebab Van.
