I HAVE THE MOBILE SET ESN/IMEI NUMBER [protected]..I HAVE BEEN HAVING THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROBLEMS SINCE THE LAST 4 MONTHS.

I have given the set for repair 4times at [protected]@nokiacareindia in these last 4 months.each time the mobile was retuned saying the problem was solved while it persisted.LAST TIME THAT IS ON 6/12/2008 PROPRIETOR ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD REPLACE MY HANDSET IN A WEEKS TIME.SINCE THEN HE IS BIENG GIVING EXCUSES EACH TIME I GO.AS A LAST RESORT I MAILING YOU HOPING YOU WOULD DO SUMTHING SO THAT I GET MY HANDSET REPAIRED/REPLACED

    I Purchase new nokia N82 on 1st January, 2009 then after i update my set by PC Suit i have losed display then after I go to nearest NOKIA CARE and give this set but passed 5 days they no give my nokia set please give my nokia N82 urgent and clean my problem first. sir I don't know english so I give same details about my nokia and your NOKIA CARE Please sent emigitely reply.

    Nokia N82 set — Missing of set

    I, Jiji Janardhanan, resident of Cochin, Kerala. On my recent visit to Thirupur, my new Nokia N82 set got missing while travelling in a bus. The IMEI number of the set is [protected]. I have lodged a complaint before the police also. Kindly help me in finding out my set.

    Nokia N82 — No display!

    My mobile diaply went off today. I tried with removing batter/memory card but in vain. I also tried after fully charging it and then tried to switch on. but i cannot see the display. surprisingly i can attend/make calls without the display with assumption.

    I have a concern which I need to put forward. My name is Julie Mascarenhas I was gifted a handset of my choice and very soon happend to be a proud owner of a N82 handset .Its been 10 years now I have never compromised on any other brands other than Nokia as it has always been my priority and it has given me 100 % satisfaction, and till the last year I didnt face any issues with any of the previous Nokia handset .Sorry to say this time im totally taken aback as it is the first time Nokia has created a piece has made me to think twice in future if would continue to go ahead n rely on the quality of Nokia products . I have gone through a lot a torture n pain the moment I got the N82 handset in my hand .

    The handset was purchased from FONEMAN- at address 17/18 Mangalkunj, Opp Indraprashtha Shopping Center, Borivali West, Mumbai 92.with Invoice number as 2642 dated 16/8/2008 .It has been six months that I owned this mobile, but have hardly got an opportunity to use it continously., Most of the time it has gone for repairs in the service center.and I get it back only after 15 days .The issue I face with this handset is mostly no display and hanging issues, and headset unclear. The headset has been permantly rectified after giving it once for repairs, but mobile hanging and display still continues to exist.When my phone use to come back from the service center I personally tried all posibilities to avoid my mobile from hanging, like tried not inserting my memory card, not going to any site thru my cell etc, but still problem continues to exist. There are times I have to continously remove and put the battery back again inorder to let it work in urgency. It has been the 4th time this piece has gone for repairs with the same issue .My warranty period is almost getting passed away with no results till date. I am a working woman with busy scheduled so have to wait for my days off inorder to get my phone serviced. Most of the time my phone is lying dead till my next trip to the service center. My detail of complaint are as follows:

    I dont think I should be logging so may complaints for having my new phone, which is under warranty and in proper condition work effeciently. This is the first time I am writing to a company regarding a complaint, as its time consuming .Im forced to make time to write to u as, Im completly surprised about the change in the standards of Nokia . I do hope ul will look into this matter urgently and find a fair solution to my problem. Im completly frustrated using the N82 .and would not want to go time and again to the service center .hpe u will consider this case with high priority n either give me a refund or replace it with a new cell with new warranty period . Please make sure if N82 handset that ul created is still goin to have the same issue again please suggest or send me a different model. l will be more that happy, as I would not like to go through the same thing again as its very frustrating.Since.my cell is again gone for repairs I continue to use my old cell which is a nokia 6270 which has been repaired only once and not given any major issues. Sometime I think why did I have a new mobile.Hope u consider my problem and look into the matter and provide a satisfactory solution where in future I can continue to rely on NOKIA

        Respected sir,

        I purchased Nokia 2680s-2, IMEI No.[protected] on 9.11.2008 from Anjusi Computer Incorporates, mahanagar Lucknow. A problem of “hanging of set” detected in the very first month of purchase. i contacted your Nokia care service centre "Aryan communications, lucknow "& the job was undertaken on 12.12.2008 & the set was handed over to me on 13.12.08.But the problem was still the same. Again my set was in the same service centre on 24.12.08 with job no.7. Regarding this I was informed that the set has been forwarded to Noida for repairing. It was given me back on 09.01.09. Again the fact is the problem is still persisting.This indicates clearly that the set is having some technical problem.
        At this state I request you very humbly that kindly arrange to get my set changed with a new one set as I am facing continuous problem & your company failed to repair this particular set two times, even the set could not be repaired by your head unit Noida. Kindly arrange immediate action to change my set With regards,

        Hi,

        I too faced the same issue with Nokia 2680-s. I bought it on the last week of oct last year. It was working fine for a few days. Then it started to hang up and i gave it to the nearest nokia care in alwarpet, Chennai. They told its a software issue and uploaded the new one and gave it to me. It didn't last for more than a day. Again it had the same problem and i gave it to them once again. They once again did the same thing and handed it over to me. But now this time the bluetoothe didn't worked out and the head set pin didn't showed up in the mobile. I gave the mobile back to them and they told that they are going to had it over to the head office. After a couple of weeks time they gave me a new mobile in replacement of the old one stating that the old one could not be repaired. The second new mobile which they gave to me didn't last for more than three days. Again the same hanging problem started and i gave it back to them. They once again sent the device to there head office. After 3 weeks of time they replaced the second one with a new one. It also didn't lasted for 3 days. The same problem, the same scenes, once again its been sent to the head office. I didn't used my mobile for more than 10 days. Most of the time it was at the head office. I am not sure why this problem is happening frequently with this mobile. If its a problematic set then Nokia should stop the particular model and has to replace the mobiles with another good model. I have to keep on changing the particular mobile with a new one till its warranty expires. and in the mean time the time that i used my mobile will not be more than 30 days. After spending some good money to mobiles it has to be worth for the amount that we spent.
        HI,

        I am tarun, i hv purchased nokia 2680s few monthes ago. since that time there is problems in handset,

        like bad radio signels, and slow processing. it is also show totaly white screen many times.

        I have an another cell of nokia 6070 its signel (RADIO) are perfect on the comman place and conditions.
        I hv not much time to leave the phone on service center is there is any other provision to solve this problem.

          dear sir, i m kamran, i hve nokia 3110c, i want to active my gprs and mms, on my mobile, pls guide me how i can. and when i online from cell in yahoo messanger, although i seem online in yahoo but if some body send me mesag i dint receive tht and if i send, they not get my message too, hope u will guide me, i will wait ur email

            I have nikia 3110 mobile . the problem is that i visited calender menu when i return back to main menu the calender menu still appear in the screen, i try all things but still it is in the screen. kindly send me the cause of it and tell me the way how i solve this problem.

            Save the contents of your memory card into computer drive, format the memory card and now the camera will be ok.

            NOKIA 3110 — Display problem

            From last 1 week my Nokia cell phone Nokia 3110 display not working, when i had gone to the cutomer care they told me the problem is physical damage but in actual it is not happened.
            I expect from you solve the problem as it is in warranty period. I have given the mobile phone to Nokia care, Malleshwaram, Bangalore where they are asking me to pay Rs.1300/- towards display change. I have not used the phone for 2 months also. Please do the needful & look in to the matter immediately.

              I have purchased the Nokia 2600 From Tharun Communication, Coimbatore 18 under the invoice no:405 dt[protected] for Rs 3100/=.
              The mobile started giving problem from[protected], when we have approached the seller, he has told that new mobile will have the problem and will be solved once you have switch off and remove the battery and after 15 min you can assemble the set it will be ok. Finally we have approached the Nokia Care and they have informed that it is software problem and repaired and gave on 26th Dec 2008 and it went on giving the problem on31st they (Nokia Care) service person told that it is beyond their capacity to resolve the problem, so we are sending to Ho chennai . This may take minimum of 15 to 21 working days or more so please contact after 15days and we will inform the status of the mobile because the model is having lot of problem. I have return and gave the complaint that the guarantee should be start from the date of handing over after repairs.
              So please take care in choosing new model of Nokia

                Dear Sir,

                I had given my Nokia mobile 5310 for service & the problem was that the SIM socket had come out & hence the phone was not reading SIM. I received a call from the service centre saying there is liquid lock & hence void of warranty & will put new SIM socket if agree for the charges of Rs.800.00. I contradicted as I was very sure there was no liquid lock, but with the primary objective of getting the phone back so that I can use, I said ok & asked them to correct the same. They used the same SIM socket & not a new one & charged me Rs.800.00 for the service.

                On 03.01.09, I had a problem in my mobile that it the battery was not getting charged & hence gave it at the same service centre. I had checked with other batteries & the phone was working fine but once the battery drains down the battery was not getting charged. Once again I got a call from the Nokia care saying water has gone in & it is a liquid lock case. I am sure this time around that it is not the case. When I am asking for an estimate amount for the service over phone or mail they say they can’t tell the same as it is against the policy & will provide me the estimate in the job sheet only when I go to them personally.

                I personally feel this is a definite harassment from the company employees & also a tactic that people will shell out money if they keep saying liquid lock every time. Even when I know for sure that it is not a case of liquid lock, they try to convince you of the same & try to get more money out of each service being done. This is not a good practice on the part of the company employees & this will damage the reputation of Nokia.

                I expect the company to look into cases of this kind strictly & have monitoring process for the same so that the employees work with responsibility & do not adopt fraudulent ways of earning money.

                  Dear Sir,
                  This is to bring to you kind attention, problem which I have been facing problem last 15 days. I purchased a NOKIA 3110c (IMEI NO. [protected]) cell phone on 4th November 2008 which started giving problems on 29.12.2008 when put to charge. The Nokia Care Center Dhanbad returned the phone on 30.12.2008 saying that there was a minor software problem. However, on 04.01.2009 I started facing the same problem again and thus sent it to Nokia Care Center Dhanbad again. This time the phone was sent to Calcutta by them and on 09.01.2008 I am being informed that the phone has a liquid lock problem for which some charges would be taken. The phone is in the warranty period but both the Nokia Care Centers are giving me different answers for the same problem. Even Nokia Customer Care has been unable to solve the problem and are not giving proper solutions.

                  I thus humbly request you to kindly look into the problem and help/ suggest solving it at the earliest.

                  sir,
                  I too have a similar complaint my phone was brought on 4/2008 on 14/11/2008 my nokia 3110c on/off swith has a minor defect(had to press hard to work)and i returned it to customer care and they charged 300RS now it is again having the same problem. The quality of customer service has een declined too much. Hope it wont continue like that.

                    This set is not sutiable in this surroundig, bcoz no Voice clearity also having enhasment problem we can given the phone Nokia care 2-3 time for solve the problem but the technition not able to repair the problem so he send the set to company, company repair the enhasment problem, but set given the networing problem Voice clearity, this reinstall the software and told the your network problem not come again, but very next day same problem so i again gose to Nokia care for the same but his tecnition told this set is liqud damage so repair on payble base (when 3-4 time not solve the problem),

                    So i dont understand how to belive at this type of company

                    I'm user of Nokia 3500c.
                    My complaint is that I cannot edit my contact or cannot make back up copy to Pc.

                    Can u help me ???

                    Now 18 months over
                    I am having problem of network coverage in my Nokia 3500c mobile, the same SIM card works fine in other sets.

                          I have recently bought a Nokia E65 phone. It had a problem with RF transmitting, therefore it advertently closes off while talking. then it inhibits talking for a period.
                          ı have brought it to the technical service in Turkey(underdeveloped technicians!) they never satisfied my comlaint. even they alleged that I was lying or the actual cell phone was very succesful.
                          Moreover, I haven't seen any global help of Nokia. they remained their service in Turkey to some nasty people!

                            I own a Nokia 3500 classic. My recorded camera / video content is, by default, saved in my memory card.

                            Camera - I notice that every time after I snap 2-3 shots and proceed to click the next shot, the message says "Camera on Standby" and the shot is not recorded.
                            Video - About the same time, when I try to record a video, the message displays "Unable to save file".

                            There is enough space on my memory card to save contents and I am left wondering as to why this should occur. Kindly advise regarding the above.

                            Easy, go ahead and FORMAT THE MEMORY. How?

                            Access the main menu, go to Gallery, Options, read the list, it should say FORMAT MEMORY CARD, DO IT.

                            It worked immediately, I had to find this in SPANISH in order for me to get an answer from somebody. It worked.

                              Hi All,

                              I have purchased a Nokia Model no 5310 XpressMusic 13th of January 2008 from the Nokia Priority Dealer, Fatehgunj, Vadodara Gujarat. The last four digits of IMEI no is 0131

                              I used this mobile for 5 months it was working fine ... It restarts automatically ..but I ignored that problem...But now I m not even able to switch on my mobile phone...I bought it for 10000 bugs... and I m not even able to use that phone...I contacted nokia priority dealer, they told me to contact nokia cmr care support (L2). They checked my phone and they told me that there is no physical damage so they said they will send my phone to L3 cmr care support which is I think in Ahemdabad...They took 2 months in that procedure and now after 2 months they are saying that they cannot repair the phone as there is some water lock in that..but I really dont undersatnd from where that water came...when they checked my phone in baroda they dint find anything like that and your L3 support is saying that there is a water lock ... Did they find that water lock from some microscope or what I dint understood..

                              I am very disappointed with Nokia as well as the way I have been treated by Nokia customer care and nokia priority dealer. I have paid Rs.10, 000 for a new Nokia 5310 Handset and I am not able to use it as it is faulty.

                              I have been a loyal Nokia customer for the last 10 years and Nokia has been synonymous for cell phones in India & have recommended Nokia as a Brand to my family & Friends and I'm very disappointed with this entire incidence and the way a customer has been treated. I would never ever buy a Nokia phone nor will I recommend any body to opt for Nokia phones after this incidence.

                                I completely agree. My phone is with the Nokia care Marathahally since Oct 15, 2008, and have not been repaired yet, despite numerous calls and follow-ups.

                                Nokia care centres in BLR is one of the worst managed centres, and is a utter disppointment to Nokia's brand image. The marathahally centre is by-far one of the worst service centre I have even seen.

                                I am having similar experience with Indiranagar service centre,

                                Every day they say tomorrow they will call but they never do, i call back each time.

                                They also have started to speak in a rude manner as if to threaten not to call again.
                                The service centres are a shame to Nokia.
                                The head of service in Nokia has no clue what is happening or simply is not bothered.

                                Can anyone please help by giving me a important contact in Nokia i can speak to NOT the useless call centers

                                    Since a few months the signal at my house (indor) at 1062, Sector 37, Noida- 201303 has become weak and mobile phone no [protected] is either NOT catching the signal while I am in the house or is too weak to be heard by calling/called party. May be some signal tower has been shifted out of our area or relocated that this defect has occured. No such problem existed before either with my old phone or this new phone earlier. I have been Air Tel pre-paid customer for a very very long time. I shall be grateful for early action. In case a visit of your representative is required to our house, it will be welcome.                                       I have purchased the above set during july, 08. It started giving problem sometime during the month of November, 08. I gave the handset on 18.12.08 to the nearest service center i.e SS Electronics, Secunderabad. They have checked the set and informed me that it would take two days for repair. After
                                      two day when I contacted them over telephone for my set, they informed me that it could not be repaired
                                      by them and same has been sent to Chennai to their factory. After 10 days I approached them again for
                                      my handset, they told me that it has not come from Chennai. After making number of calls on 3/1/09
                                      they have informed me that the set has come from Chennai after necessary repairs and it can be collected. I went to their service centre to collect the same and checked the handset by putting the
                                      sim and battery. The handset still giving the same problem and when I asked them about the complaint,
                                      they made me sit for 1 hr and informed that the set should be sent once again to Chennai for repairs.
                                      This is situation in the NOKIA service centre. I feel that they are very irresponsible with the customers.
                                      I also observed the customers, they are also facing the same problem. Once we are used to cellphone,
                                      communication has become difficult. Now I do not have the handset for almost 20 days. I do not know
                                      where to complaint. It is very difficult for middle class person like me to forego an amount of Rs. 3000/-
                                      (cost of the handset) and go for new handset. After seeing this message atleast NOKIA will take some
                                      action and do the needful.

                                      Nokia / 2600 C 2 — Refuse To Replacement of Mobile

                                      I brought Nokia 2600 C2 mobile in July 2008 and in couple of days I found some problems in my phone like periodically hang, automatically power switch off and continuous beep irritating voice.

                                      I went to customer care for twice and they kept my phone for one week and two weeks respectively but problem remained same means that they could not repair it.
                                      On third time i requested to change this mobile with new one and they refused by saying that company is giving warranty service but not guarantee.

                                      It is not customer's problem that phone is faulty but it is problem of phone manufacturer i.e. Nokia. So that they have accept this and replace their faulty phone with new phone.

                                        Hi,
                                        I bought my cell phone 4 months back. It was working in a very fine condition. But now after using the xpress music phone for around 4 months, i am facing lots of problem. I had bought the cell phone from Alfa store in Irla which is in Mumbai. Following are the details of my phone-
                                        FCC ID : PPIRM -303
                                        IC : 66 IU -RM 303
                                        [protected]/02/225264/8
                                        I had shown my phone to the nokia priority dealer. They had already charged me 1500 rs to repair it.
                                        But my cell phone is in same condition. First time they said that some socket has been damaged then second time they said there is some problem with the software. I do not know what the actual problem is??..
                                        When i had purchased my phone they gave me the warranty of 1 year.
                                        I want you to look in this matter and take suitable action as fast as you can. i have already faced lots of problem. Please replace my cell phone.
