SMS R NOT GOING. REMAINING IN OUT BOX. I AM USING AIRTEL PREPAID CONNECTION HAVE BULK CORRENCY. AND ALSO I HAVE TESTED THAT SIM CARD IN ANOTHER HAND SET. THEN MESSAGES ARE GOING. AND ALSO I USED ANOTHER SIM CARD TO THIS HAND SET, MESSAGES ARE NOT GOING.

SO I REQUEST YOU THAT MY SET IS PROBLEM WITH SMS BOX.

I AM A BUSINESS MAN HAVING MORETHAN 4000+ CONTACTS. I USE SMS FACILITY PER DAY MORETHAN 300+. SO U CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROBLEM I AM FACING.

    Hello,
    My self Amaninder Singh from Mohali i purchased Nokia phone modle no 5310 in june 2008 and after one month i got the problem in camera, After click the image when review it shows distorted the picture and the second problem while i am talking during the call it goes off and again i have to restart again Regarding this i gone to the Nokia care center Mohali Phase 7.The technical person told me that "it need to install the software then it will be work fine.After installing of the software there was remain same problem and at the end the technical person said that the final solution of this problem to send my set to Banglor and it will sort out in 30 to 40 days .
    It was really shocked me to listen that i spent Rs 9200 on my set not to wait for this much time, How can i wait for 30 to 40 days.I got very bad impression of NOKIA to solve the prob .Still my prob is pending because of nokia poor service, So can u solve my this problem MY set is still under warranty.
    Please solve my prob as soon as possible

      Subject-Complain about a new Mobile hand set N70 purchased on 19th Nov 2007 from Vijay Sales ( Goregaon West).

      Respected Sir,
      I would like to draw your kind attention that MY SON Imran Khan had purchased a Nokia set N70 via bill no 11921 dt 19th Nov 07-from Vijay sales, Goregaon west.[N70-1GB-BLK-F21]-[CHASIS.no.[protected]].
      It gives me immense pain to state that when this hand set was purchased on 19th Nov 07, immediately after that in June 08 I experienced that the hand set often use to get hanged, for that reason I was compelled to visit M/s Vijay sales at Goregaon on 25th June 08.
      M/s Vijay Sales directed me to visit Nokia Service center situated at Borivali, since I stay at Borivali . Nokia Service center –FONE WORLD, shop no 6, MURD KISHOR APT, Dutta pada Rd Junction, S V road, Borivali west, Mumbai-92
      After I visited the service center my hand set was checked and I was informed that the set needs to be send to Head office for proper check.[ Service job sheet No-[protected]/62]
      I was been asked to come back the next day.
      After I returned back home, the same day, TO MY UTTER SURPRISE with in 10 minuts, I received a telephonic call from the center stating that the Set Display screen requires replacement.
      Without sending my set to the head office how come they came to a decision so fast that my cell display needs a replacement and further to my surprise the reparing cost would be 1800 Rs. Inspite the New Set being within the Warranty period.
      So I had to bluntly refuse them any further service for my hand set.
      The next day (29th June 08) when I went to Nokia Service center to collect my new hand set, to my utter surprise I saw that the set display unit has been changed with a old display unit.
      I immediately sensed something fishy so I consulted the desk operater Miss Aparna.
      In reply she said that it was not possible that such thing could happen.
      Therefore I decided to go ahead with decision of repairing my hand set. And I handed over my set to them for further repair.I even paid a cash amount of Rs1800.
      On 7th July 08 I collected the repaired set and came back home.
      Immediately the next day I experienced the same problem, so I had to go back to them again.
      To my surprise I was told that the set display unit need to be replaced again . Such incidence happened more than three times.
      I was not able to digest the fact that such a renounced company like Nokia is showing such a irresponsible act.
      I was latter told that this set cannot be repaired, and the ultimate solution was that to send the set to Lower Parel HO service center.
      In the month of august 08 I visited the HO, Bright Point, Lowerparel service center and got my set checked.
      To my utter surprise I was told that my hand set display unit is a duplicate one.[which was replaced by m/s Foneworld, Borivli, while returning me.
      It is repaired by Bright Point, for that I was charged 1950 Rupees.
      I therefore would like to have an explanation from your that how come such a renounced institute can afford to do such act of negligence.
      I therefore request you to take up the matter with your higher ups and give me an explanation at the earliest.

      Nokia set N-70 — Cheated by Nokia Company

      Dear Sir,

      I have purchased the Nokia Set N-70 on 6-12-07 from Electro world communication Solutions, Bill no: 8063, Amount: 10, 800. The N-70 Nokia set was in 1 year warranty. I faced a problem on the set and went to the Nokia Care Centre "NRI Communications". After 1 month of gap, they changed my set and they gave me another set on 24-10-08. After that on 10-6-09 the set get black and I can not see anything on the screen, I thought it is better to go to Nokia Care Centre( NRI Communications, 09 Lajpat nagar -II, New delhi -110024.) On 18-6-09, we went to the nokia centre, they told that set has some fluid in it and fight on Same. Please suggest what should be done.

        Dear sir,
        I have purchased nokia 1209 IMEI no [protected] from ms The mobile store, vide their bill no Tn 01964/00001/4588 Dt 31.12.08. I regret to inform you that the mobile instrument is not in good condition. The instrument got over heated and the back-up battery is not standing even for a minute. I gave a complient to Ms The Mobile store, velachery, chennai., here is no responce, so that i'll contact nokia care centre, M/s Rocky agencies, Royapettah, chennai. for geting it to service. The nokia care took the instrument for servicing on 13.01.2009 vides their job sheet no 12434506/090113/134 and gave me back on 27.01.2009. I found the same problem. The problem was not solved. when i called them again to Ms The mobile store, and the nokia care center, was irresponsible, and again taken my mobile for service vide their jobsheet no 12434506/090128/199 & battery jobsheet no[protected]/090128/202 Dt 28.01.2009 one of the executive Mr. Vimal he's the incharge of the collection at nokia care Rocky agency chennai is not responding & behaiver is not satishfied .Iam staying almost 25km from nokia care center ( wher I gave the instrument for service), and I made several trips and several phones to get my problem solved, but all my efforts gone vain. noe I am mentally and physically got disturbed I am not able to attend my day to day activities. I request you to kindly have a free replacement of the nokia 1209 modle with clear and good condition. I hope you must have understood my posotion and you will do a favour to me at the earliest. Look forward your earlier reply.

            My phone is not working properly. It switch`s off when we are trying to call or message.I have removed the sim card and inserted it back now it ask for restriction code.I have warranty card I bought it on 01/June/2008.I had asked the seller to repair the fault but he told us to go to Nokia customer care there he repaired it but after 2 days the same problem occured.Now I want you to replace the cell phone with new one.

            Please do this favour to me as early as possible.

                        I am sending the chain mail which i had with nokia about my Nokia N96 phone. My mobile phone gave me a lot of problem from october 2008 when i brought it and still it is not replaced.On top of it i am paying 1800 rupees for some Liquid issue in phone.

                        I want to get the problem resolved from you thats why i mailed you.Did you checked from your side how many times it got repaired or had problems. Again i will call and i will be called for checking it. Do i have to keep on doing this. I think the best option will be to log a complain.I mean when you know that piece is faulty why dont you replace it. Why wasting time in emails. Please do it.

                        You have mentioned about quality. I understand it but just tell me what kind
                        of quality is this when your product gives problem again and again.Initially
                        i use to get it repaired from Phoenix mill in Mumbai.I have changed the
                        display, the front keypad, backlight, frontlight from them. Even flashed
                        the phones Operating System from them.Here they took 15 days to change my
                        front keypad as the part was not available.Then the centre got close.now i
                        go to service centre at parel. I got the answer of changing the Piece from
                        the parel service centre. Even the support was not good as they dont have
                        counters for premium customers.You have to wait with other phones until your
                        number comes.

                        I will ask one thing why dont you people replace the piece when it is giving
                        the same problem again and again. i wasted so much time in service centre
                        for this phone.If you see the piece you will see it just looks like a brand
                        new piece. why you know?, because it was more in service centre then with me.
                        If you see the database of Nokia you will see how many times i have repaired
                        it.Two months back when i gave the piece to service centre it was fine .
                        they were ready to repair it under warranty .But i said i want to replace
                        the piece as it is giving the problem again and again. They told me to
                        contact nokia for this.I stopped using the phone at that moment. After one
                        month i gave the same piece to repair to the service centre . Now they say
                        me that it is liquid ingressed and it is out of warranty. Just tell me if my
                        phone gets moisture due to the rainy season. Is it my problem. I am a fool
                        to pour water inside it. This is how the support is given for premium
                        customers. When you people know that the piece is giving problem again and
                        again.Why you dont replace it. Why the blame is put on customers. i have
                        spend 35k for a mobile and what is the result . I am spending more on it. I
                        am also in the customer service industry. If a part of a machine doesnt work
                        due to moisture problem it is replaced and the machine is in warranty after
                        replacing.Nobody will put water inside electronic items. What is the use of
                        giving it to service centre when i know the problem is going to come back
                        again and again.This means i will be spending more and more on that
                        piece.This is not how support is given to the customers.I am in loss of 35k
                        due to negligence of you people.

                        always some problem in it. On top of it i have to shell 1880 rupees from my
                        pocket to get it repaired and after doing all this thing the warranty ends.
                        When i had asked service centre people replaced why was it not replaced.
                        they said to get it replaced from Nokia.If i have to get it replaced from
                        nokia then why Service centres are there. why cant service centers replace
                        the peice when they know its giving problem again and again. why customer
                        has to waste his time and money after the piece. Now the warranty has ended
                        and i will have to shell more money each time some fault is there. What is
                        the use of buying a phone of 34, 800 rupees when i am going to spend more
                        money on it again and again for the problem. This is how the ustomer gets
                        support by paying more money and not getting better service.Please call me.
                        I want a solution for this problem i will loose little bit of faith which is
                        still there in Nokia. .

                          Just make up a call he call to the customer-care center and get the GPRS settings compatible to your Nokia 3110 handset. After that activate the GPRS service.

                                Hey,
                                While i copied some MP3 files my memory card is showing me corrupted .What should i do any soft ware or any kind to fix it, (funny thing is in Nokia N70 help menu they have identified this failure mode & still didnt give any solution what a lousy company, it definetly spoils the good will & i have suggested all my friends to go for Sony Erricson which is good ).
                                What should i do its still a expensive product, of course with all problems...any one who reads this please do not buy a NOKIA product . I had enough of it & still struggling to fix it ...

                                MMC card is showing 680 MB used, rest free space. But its not showing contents of memory card anywhere. I tried other cards in my mobile, its working fine. My card was working fine few hours before.

                                    I purchased a new Nokia mobile from Srinagar(J&K) and after 2 days on;ly came to know that its camera was not working. Immediately I took it to the dealer who refused to attend me and advised me to take it ti the Nokia care cent re. The nokia care center informed me that it was a simple software problem a they will return it to me the next day after repair.But I am very sorry to say that till date after 4 months I have not received my mobile back. According to them they have send my mobile to Delhi to some concern engineer and nobody knows the whereabouts of my mobile. A month before I was telephonic ally informed by some officals of Nokia company Mr. Kalsi & Mr. Dheeraj that the company is replacing my mobile, but till date I have not received any thing. This is all disgusting and harassment It is very difficult to believe that such a reputed company cheat people like this. Now as no alternative is left I am. forced to approach law for justice.

                                      the person who was checking my cellphone took out the keypad with a blade and scratched the keypad and when i asked him to replace it he said its a cosmetic complaint n will not be considered even when he himself did it n was not admitting his mistake, later i complained the Head Mr Rajeev and he assured me he will get it replaced in 2 days n will contact me himself, he didnt contact me and the store also got closed for renovation so i dont know where to go, the keypad itself was stuck badly by the service guy n keeps coming out again and again.
                                      i have also faced few service related issues with my Nokia 6600 handset n its shameful to say it was laos done same way in another nokia care centre in lucknow, with this bad state of nokia service i surely dont feel like buying Nokia again though by now i have been buying Nokia handsets only. its a shame for the brand and i do feel u need to do something about it.

                                      I have given my Nokia 6260 phone with display problems for servicing on 19th Nov 2007. The phone was returned on 7th dec 2007 with a bill charging Rs 711.00 on account of Flex replacement. But the issue was not resolved. I returned the phone to the Nokia care unit for re servicing. The handset was returned to me the next very day. Still the issue persists. Is this kind of incompetent poor service expected from a company like Nokia. Henceforth I would advice people not to take any Nokia set which choosing for a new phone. My service job sheet no is[protected]/071119/53.

                                      I gave my Nokia N70 last Friday to a what so called "Nokia care", it was a display problem, other technicians from Kamlanagar also said it was a display problem, recommended me to take to Nokia Care on Mall Road. I was told that it should be ready in one day, Saturday 5.pm. i rang him on Saturday at about 2.30 pm. he told me to come after 5.pm. at 5.15pm i rang him not less than 15 times and had no reply at all. so i went to the shop and the shop was closed, i rang again and this time he answered ''come back on Monday your phone is ready and all'' i felt so bad. i said ok. Monday i rang him he said there is a problem and it will be ready next Monday". i was fed up with this. i told him to call me the soonest possible, he said he will call me on Friday, that is today. Guess what? he never did. i went to the shop, met him, he said come back on Monday or Tuesday. Do you think i will have it fixed then. i told him bring back the phone for me, he said he will bring back for me after 8.pm. i rang at 8.20pm after nearly 8 times, finally he picked up the phone and said the shop is closed come tomorrow (Saturday 21st).

                                      Can you, or anyone please tell me if i can get my phone back tomorrow, with same condition as i gave it in last Friday.

                                      Your company, Nokia needs to employ people with professional level to provide a reasonable services, customer service as well as better technicians.

                                      I do agree with the comments about the customer care and gesture extended by technical staff inside the glass cabin at Nokia care at C.G. road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad (Gujarat) India.

                                      I used to cherish my nokia mobile - model prism until one day it stopped charging and battery dried of completely. Since I was on tour, I had to go for another mobile which is undoubtedly Nokia 6300. When I returned from tour, I had contacted the above care centre where it was diagonosed that there is no problem in the charger but the battery has completely worn out and since the model is now outdated, the battery stock didn't at all existed. They infact refered me to some unauthorised dealer from where I got the battery. To my surprise, after installing the battery, I found the same problem, that it is not charging. Now I have purchased a charger for battery too to keep the mobile alive.

                                      Can I pray for any justice..

                                      Is the brand taking over me...

                                      i have problem with unlock key of nokia 5230. I have visited nokia care centre 5 to 6 time and they are just ignoring my problem by saying come next week. Please help..

                                        sir,
                                        i purchased new N5610 set on 2 oct 2008. after using 2 month it started giving trouble then i get it cheked from nokia care jalandhar.again after 1 day it started to give same trouble, due to which i hand over the set to nokia care on 8 dec 2008, under job sheet no. '[protected]/081208/47'. after that i visited/contected several time to get my mobile set back after removing trouble/repair but person incharge ask me the set is still under repair and on 14 dec 2008, the person inchare asked me that your set sent to chandigar. i contected many of time but still i unable to get my set back even after complition of 45 days. and get reply that your hand set is in under replacement and stated that the set is under dispached but yet not received. as and when the set recieve it will hand over but not sure when it recieve. after 3 days i call the nokia care but they not attend the phone.
                                        so please look into the matter and returnedmy handset immegiatly other wise i proceed legally.
