I have purchased Nokia 3500 two months back. As I always buy Nokia mobile, same this time. But, I am utterly disatisfied regarding the battery back up of the same. Cooporate with me, as u do always.

Nokia 3500 mobile — having problem in battery

Dear Sir,
I purchase nokia 3500 (Grey) Mobile on 03.02.2008 for Rs.5900/- Item No.[protected] from Mobile shoppe, Santacruz (West) shop. but only after 5 month i am facing problem with battary. I went to the shop but they are not responding to my complaint they are not ready to replace the battery also after warranty of 1 year they are missbehave with me.

even i had the same problem(one day battery backup) with my nokia 3500, i knew that nokia wont respond to m so wat i did is i found out my own solution for this problem. i just exchanged a battery from my friend and now i'm getting two days of backup with full usage of m phone.
wat u've to do is replace ur battery(BL4C) with BL5C battery. either u buy it or better if any o[censored]r close friends r using nokia 1600, take that battery n giv urs to him/her. thats it, i'm using from past 8 months and i luv my mob now.
the battery wont fit exact as it will be little tight but make it fit.

    I am Aman kumar, Manager in 6 ten outlet at palam vihar, Gurgaon. I puchased a mobile Nokia 1650 Black in Rs. 1850/-from your outlet situated at shop no. s-87, Palam Vyapar Kendra, Gurgaon, against vide receipt No.[protected] on dated 19/12/2008. Customer ID is-[protected]. At the time of bying i told the sales man that I dont know the Market Price of the specified set. So plz charge the competetive price. sales guy told that We are taking the gurantee of the price. It means if you will get it from outside market in the lower rates then either your will refund me the excess amount you charged or you will do the sales return. then I told ok fine. After that all my friends told that its market price is Rs. 1750 and a connection is also free in the outside market. I confirmed the prices in market, It was really availabe in Rs 1750. I went to your outlet again but they refused to refund the excess amount charged or the sales return. they agreed that we had taken price gurantee but you will have to purchase a another set then we can adjust this amount. this is not necessary that I am requiring another set. Its not a compulsion. Plz. refund the excess amount or sales return it. thank you.

      i have given my cell to local nokia care center(at junagadh) for repairing the speakers of my phone.
      they have kept it with them for 3 days and told me that they would try it on their own and if thy could'nt do it they will send it to further authority.
      and it happened so..
      i received my cell back after 20 days.
      this all happened about 3 or 4 months later,
      today i went local nokia care center & they told me that i have got repaired my cell at anywher other else nokia care, but i haven't done so..
      they show me some part of chip and told me that it is not done at nokia care center but i argued with them, , ,
      then they have insulted me...
      but i only got my cell repaired from local nokia care center only...
      now they told me my warrenty is finished
      it is really cheating with me...

      nokia6233 — cheated by nokia care

      Respected sir,
      i had purchased a nokia6233 on 12/12/07. after 4 months its speaker got damaged.and i had given to the nokia care centre(clarity cells, # 342, Dr raj kumar road, 6th block, banglore)
      i had given the cell on 9 th may 2008, the manager named Mr Ajith told that it ll take 20 days for the repair, and they had given a target delivery date of 29 may 2008.when i went there to recive my cell i found that my cells key pad was damaged. when i asked them about the key pad the manager told that it was a mistake done by the head office in chennai, and so he told that it have to send again to the head office in chennai for the repair.then he told me to come after one weak, but later i came to know that he didnt send it to any where and also found that the manager is using it for his private purpose.again and again i went there to collect my mobile, the manager is misleading me by saying that the head office will send the key pad after a week, so many weeks over, so many months oner and today is16/07/2008 and i lost my faith in your kind less customer care in rajaji nagar bangalore...
      i just used that mobile only 4 months, but now it looks like an old cell phone which was used by the manager for his private use today also i didnt get my cell back, he is harrassing mentally also by these kind of service now my kindly request to you is please return my cell in a good condition or provide me a new cell.
      my phones IMEI no is [protected]. i am begging you to have mercy on me, because Rs 8000.00 is not a small amount for a middle class guy like me...

        Really frustrated by the service centre of nokia located at c-4 sector 2 noida by the name of micronas telecom.


        I submitted my cell on 2 dec for a correction as the cell was unable to access the hard driveand the message displayed on the cell is "MUSIC PLAYER UNABLE TO ACCESS HARD DRIVE REPLACE BATTERY COVER".

        got it back after 7 days but the problem was same they asked me to purchase a battery cover from nokia priority that is in sec 18 noida when I asked the concerned person at nokia priority the gave the same reply and asked me to go to the service centre I tried to purchase a new battery cover from the market but that was a PIRATED one.

        Then I had a word with the customer care and they told me that my cell is under warranty and can be repaired or the battery cover can be replaced by the company itself, this time the service centre refused to accept the cell for the same when I asked the service manager to give a call to the customer care she refused to talk and accepted the cell on 10/12/08 and told me that it will be forwarded to the head office but today i.e 20/12/08 they asked me to collect the cell but again the situation is same and the told that the head office has refused to repair the cell.

        kindky take the issue under consideration asap.

          Dear concerned.,

          I wish to bring to your notice about my unhappiness about the service levels, skill of your service centre personnel’s and also the quality of your product.

          Am posting below the entire case history of my complaints

          Issue Started Date:-01/11/2008

          YET TO GET AN ISSUE RESOLVED PHONE, AFTER 3 REPLACEMENTS

          BACK!!! AND ITS GOING TO BE ALMOST MORE THAN A MONTH!!!



          FIRST ON THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCT

          I had a bought a nokiaN70 Music Edition on 07/06/2008 for 9, 600 rs and in the month of November with 7 months of left warranty period my phone got an issue people couldn't hear me and i couldn't hear them sometimes, and the phone gets hanged some times when press the GALLERY button, and the Phone does not ring the ringtone set by the user..



          SECONDLY SERVICE SUPPORT OF YOUR PRODUCT

          I had approached M/S SimTech Computronic s Private Limited for servicing my mobile phone, I had given a Token number and after waiting for a couple of hours observing a ration shop environment and fishy market, I was called up by a front office representative for explaining my issue in my mobile

          With half baked understanding of the issue by the front office persons, a manual job sheet was indent ed, and when I requested for a system wise job sheet, there was no provision currently available, for as the person responsible for entering the system updating is one leave,

          Manual Job sheet number 4591 was given to me…



          Went to Simtech Computronics on the assured delivery date 03/11/2008, after 4 hours of waiting, I heard from one of their engineers, that the mobile is not ready as they tried updating the software, it is not accepting and they escalated the call to L3 support (HCL )

          Further there was commitment from one of their engineers Mr. John, they had requested for mobile replacement and positively it will be given on 08/11/2008

          As per their words, went to service center on 10/11/2008 for getting the replacement, But it was informed to me the replacement was not yet received form Nokia, and the given me a standby phone 1200 to use until they confirm me with the replacement, (Standy phone given details are written in the job sheet and the scanned copy is attached for your reference)

          FIRST REPLACEMENT Date:- 26/11/2008

          After a weeks of following and tired some run to their office to get back my phone they came with replacement phone with the IMEI number:-[protected] in response to the manual job sheet number 4591 on 26/11/2008

          This IMEI number when inquired for warranty the warranty status in Nokia web site shows expired



          After two days of working in that phone, I faced some other problems, the phone gets LOUD speaker getting activated automatically, and MUSIC button gets activated when making phone calls

          Handed the phone once, and asked them to put the JOB sheet as per the Nokia process, but once again the same reply of manpower absenteeism was informed,

          Understanding absolutely hopeless answers ...of the bunch of peoples having an IQ of an ape, I agreed for manual job sheet

          SECOND REPLACEMENT Date :-17/12/2008

          MY second manual job sheet number is 2453 on the date 28/11/2008, and the expected date of returning the serviced mobile is 06/12/2008, But it was not done and after new weeks of following to their office, they came with the standby phone for my usage until the issue get resolved, and given me a commitment date on 12/12/2008

          Went to their office on 12/12/2008 but the mobile was yet to be send to nokia, as the had some internal auditing, and there was a delay, totally fed up with those useless creatures, the call was taken to the next level escalation person of M/S Simtech computronics Mr.Surgeet

          As per his promise, the issue will be resolved within 31.12.2008, and got back my standby phone, as Nokia process will not allow providing standby phone to customers, As agreed upon with him, A system wise job sheet as per nokia process was given with the delivery date of 31/12/2008 with my second IMEI number(Up to that employess of Simtech does not know the Nokia process)

          The JOB Sheet Number:[protected]/081212/8 was produced system wise



          On 17/12/2008, i was confirmed by manager Mr.Keerthy Banerjee that the phone is ready and can be deleivered at any time,

          As per his words received the second replacement phone with IMEI number [protected], When enquired the replacement phone IMEI number for warranty, It show there is only one month warranty available, but my phone is 5 months old

          Further the IMEI number which is embossed and on the mother board panel is different form the IMEI number it shows when we use *#06#

          Once again Understanding absolutely hopeless answers given by their engineers, got the replacement phone and made some outgoing calls after few hours of working the Network got disconnected and the same cannot be recovered again

          Coming back next day after my replacement, it was checked by their technicians and confirmed there was Network IC problem in the mobile, ,

          THIRD REPLACEMENT Date :-18/12/2008

          Now the manager of SimTech comes up with the solution of given another replacement phone on the same day and convinced to use the third replacement phone,

          As iam totally exhausted and there is no other way with my imagination fueled to throw away the Nokia bogus replacement phones’ and put an end in future for purchase of Nokia phone I accepted to get the third replacement phone,

          Next day my third replacement phone had come with an issue of display problem…

          Its clear from the above issue the true reflection of the services that nokia provides to their customers

          My patience and co-operation in this regard is above the bounds and there is limit for pathetic service levels

          Kinldy look into the issue and provide use the possible good solutions, and I don’t need any more bogus replacement mother boards from your end, . no more my

          I want a brand new mobile phone with my remaining 7 months warranty period at the least, as said i dont want to extend my Continued

          patronage of Nokia products and services in future considerations

          nokia/N-70 M — VIBRATION PROBLEM

          Sir,
          I have purchased N-70 M[IMEI NO.[protected]] on 22-08-07 of nokia i am highly dissapointed with the kind of service they provided to me
          my handset creates a problem of vibration after recieving an sms this problem comes very often but when it comes
          it creates a big problem to us as the handset continues vibrate after recieving an sms until it is switched off.
          i have sent my handset to nokia care many times i have all the job sheets of the company. every time they say that
          we have repaired the handset but the same problem occours every time.this shows that there is the manufacturing defect in the
          handset and hence it should be replaced but on our many requests to the company they are not replacing the handset they are just repairing the handset again and again.
          this is my humble request to you that please help us to sort out this problem please get us replaced the handset.

I am not satisfied from perfectsalary.com services because I was waiting two months while thay found me an employer. i was promissed that the hole period will be no more than 3-4 weeks. they cheated me, so I cheated them too. I didn't pay to them any comission. As they were incorrect I am very disappointed to them.

          Nokia N70m — Cell Phone still not repaired

          I had submitted my Nokia N70 M at nokia care for repairing on 05/07/08 as repeated problem. But still i didn't got my phone back. I had also mail to nokia for the same but no proper response was recieved from them. I fedup with all this now i want my phone back as soon as possible.

          This is in regards to the chain of problems that I have been facing with Nokia E90 Communicator Phone, In last 30 days I have been continuously facing problems and there is no end to my problems. Every time there is a new problem with my phone, you can check your records with these 2 Job sheet numbers

          I have been giving my mobile at the following address:

          Now I am facing these following problems with the handset, When the mobile has been Swapped with the new phone .
          1). Bluetooth is not working
          2). Radio is not working
          3). Frequent restarting of mobile phone.
          4). Mobile phone gets hanged up whenever any application is started.
          5). Wireless LAN application is not working.
          6). Vibration mode is not working.
          Last time you had swapped my Handset but that was also a cheating game done with me,
          When I gave my handset the IMEI number was [protected], I got my handset back and the new IMEI number was [protected], on the exchange note it is written that my old IMEI number was [protected] which is not correct, you have changed some other persons mobile and have given me the Exchange note, I can go the court for this cheating.
          This will be the third time I will be giving my handset for servicing, But now I don’t want to give my handset for servicing because I know Nokia is not competent in proving any help and Nokia is helpless in technical support, because they don’t understand the basic working of the phone.
          I have given sufficient time and opportunity to your company to rectify your mistake but I didn’t get any solution. Now finally I have no other option other that approaching Consumer Court and I am doing that,
          I do not expect any courtesy call or anything of that sort now I want my full money to be refunded back and I will get that money only by approaching the court.
          I will be filing a case and you will be getting a copy of my legal advisor’s notice in a weeks time and within a month you will be getting a notice from the court also.

            gave for repair ngage games was missing,wavesecure,oxford dictionary.indi sms,theme diy was missing

            i baught a cel n79 from a shop hellow world adyar chennai after 20 days it started hanging and became very slow so i gave it for repair he told me it wil take three days so i went after three days he said it gone to delhi for repair it wil take around 5 days after 5 days i got may cel but it was slow n was hanging they didnt rectefied the problem at all i bought that cell on 4th november 2008 .so i gave it at nokia care at 11 dec 2008 showed...

            I bought Nokia 5220 express musin phone and from that very moment the trouble started as the memory card was not getting detected.I got the memory cared replaced thru the authorised outlet but the phone started restarting(blackouts) after that.
            I made 2 trips to Nokia care cebtre in RT ngr and this is what they did:

            1st Trip: Reinstalled the Software
            2nd trip:Formatted the memory card and asked to observe and also suspected virus as the cause of the issue.
            What I dont understand that when the phone memory card is formatted how can we suspect virus in there.Anyways, i did what the technician said and still have no releif from the issue am facing.

            Weird logic, I am making a 3rd trip to the Nokia Care Centre tomorrow to see what he says this time.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I am sending this mail to you from INDIA's a state named WEST BENGAL specially from KOLKATA.
              I purchased a nokia mobile phone model no. 1110i, IMEI No. –[protected]. POP dated-23/12/2007 from
              MAA TARA TELECOM
              9B-Rifle Range Road, Anandapuri, Kol-122. (West Bengal, India).
              On 08/12/2008 i approached to NOKIA CARE CENTRE name:
              SYSCOMP INFOTECH PVT LTD
              32/2 Barasat Road, near 15 no. railway gate Barrackpur, Kol-122, with some quarry about MOBILE SET's performance .But I was informed that warranty for my MOBILE SET was expired on 26/08/2008 though my P O P date was 23/12/2007. Then I approached to Customer Care Tel[protected]. Mr. Sayied from Customer Care advised me to approached SYSCOMP INFOTECH PVT LTD and ask them to contact to him(Mr. Sayied) to facilitate the servicing. When approached to Saumendu Mitra. Sr. Center Manager, he refused to talk to Customer care & refused for servicing. After my repeated request an pressure from other customer he contacted madam Dipika (Customer care)and misbriefed her & she also refused to entertain my case & disconnected my call deliberately. While leaving the Nokia Service Center I informed Mr. Saumendu Mitra that I will complain about his refusal and misbehavior to the concerned authority he replied that nothing is going to effect him.
              I was refused the service vide -Job Sheet Number:[protected]/081209/5 Date: 09/12/2008.

              It is for kind, early and necessary action please.

              I am a customer of nokia . I have purchased a set 7310C on 22nd december from nokia priority dealer jain times 1 S.P Mukherjee road kolkata-700025. After using the set for 1 week on 7th jan its keypad becomes hard, when i go to the jain times they send me to nokia care AM MOBILE TELECOM PVT.LTD.

              They take my mobile and give me a jobsheet where the delivery date was given 23rd january, but after repeated times i have visited to nokia care but they didn't give me any positive sign from their side . On 2nd february they give me one number 30303838 . After calling on this number they told me that my set is ready for despatch . But till date i didn't get my set. From Delhi they give me a complain number 2-3T0DV5. Day by Day i am getting no support from their side They are giving me no positive answer .

              Please look into this matter seriously

              I am one of the Nokia mobile users for the past 7 years. All my family members are using only Nokia mobiles and I also recommended my friends & colleagues to go for Nokia.
              I had trust on it before but not now… I am sorry to say that…. Because you people made me to do so.
              I am really Sorry to say that I lost all my confidence and faith with NOKIA..
              I never had such a worst experience from the NOKIA CARE..
              Let me explain the problem..
              " I purchases a New Mobile NOKIA - HANDSET - 6500s - from one of your vendor "vinayaka telecom at gumla (jharkhand). on july 15, 2008. after 2 month it starts to give ploblem (like sliding ploblem, network ploblem, sound ploblem and camera is going on stand by mode). then i took the mobile to the vendor where i bought, they redirected me to NOKIA CARE at poddar telecom ranchi. i went to nokia care ranchi (hariom tawar) on 24 november 2008 my (Job Sheet Number:[protected]/081124/31).
              At first they checked it and told it was a Software Problem . they took the mobile and ask me to come after one week. after some days i got a call from your nokia care that - "SIR YOUR HANDSET'S REPAIRING COST WILL BE RS 1500 IF YOU WISH TO REPAIR THEN PLEASE TELL" the i enquired about the warranty on it, the they replied it has the warranty but your "HANDSET PROBLEM IS NOT UNDER ANY WARRANTY IF YOU WISH THEN WE WILL REPAIRED IT." then i told the to repair but after some days i have got a massege from your nokia care center, " DEAR SIR, YOUR HANDSET NOT REPAIRED PLEASE COLLECT FROM NOKIA CARE, HARIOM TAWAR FROM NUMBER [protected] ON DATE[protected] Then I got annoyed and lost my control and went to the deler VINYAKA TELECOM GUMLA. he said i will enquired about it. after that i went to vinayaka telecom and nokia care many times but i didnot get any solution they always told - "WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING." only i have wasted my time and money over it. i felt very guilty to be a nokia customer because of very raugh behave and irresponsibility of both vinyaka telecom and nokia care (poddar telecom). (because i am a doctor by proffession at gumla which is 100km away from ranchi and it takes 3hours to cover the distance).
              because of mannerless behaviour and irresponsibility of both vinyaka telecom and nokia care (poddar telecom). i send a legal to the nokia care but there is no responce from your center.

              See I bought a mobile because of the Durability and brand name but... I lost all the Hopes and confidence that they will give my mobile ... Already four month of my warranty gone in service centre and I don't you please give Warranty and Guarantees of your products... I hardly used the mobile for less than 2 months only... but I had terrible and bad experience in customer servicing with the Nokia...Care... Not only me I found most of the people who come for serving face a terrible experience...Like no proper response when we give a call... or they disconnect the call while speaking... They spoil the name of Nokia...

              Note: Important: If I don't receive proper response from this Mail I am going to take severs action against the company through legally and also I am going to publish an article on all the local magazines and media. And I going to forward this mail to all the over web and also to all of my colleagues.
              And finally I kindly request you people all those who represent NOKIA to give right Information to customer and commit yourself what you say... Or don’t spoil the Brand name"...

                  whenever i try to save the configuration setting of gprs it shows a message "not enough memory please discard some data" but already i have enough free memory

                  this was happened to me 3 days ago, my phone model is 5200, but idon know if this work on your model, jus try it out, , 1st go to setting>configuration>default configuration settings= there will show a list, delete all of the list (option>delete)
                  2nd save configuration from service provider and tada!!

                      I have Nokia N-70(M) hand set, It has a problem of hanging some times and also some times images could not be stored when using camera, so I went Nokia Care dated 15-12-08, located in Janak Puri(GLOBAL COMMUNICATION, F-6/A, DISTT.CENTER JANAK PURI, NEW DELHI), my job sheet no is[protected]/081215/16 and Warranty Ref Number is APAINY[protected].
                      After checking my Nokia N70, repersentative staff told me that there is some problem of software so you have to leave this set for 4 Hr., and they give me service job sheet.
                      When I reach in evening to collect my hand set they told me that there is some Other problem in your set in hardware and that was not OK, when I saw my set in evening, it's body has been changed to other handset of N-70, after long arrgument I got my original body of my hand set but keypad is not .The technical staff accept that it is may be a type of carelessness(Mr. Ram Avatar).Now how can I belive on Nokia care, don't know there sholud be posiablity to cnage many new things by staff of Nokia care, All these things are mentioned by me on the job sheet and I have also photocopies of that, Now my phone is not working, so what should I have to do?

                      Nokia N70 — bad servicing

                      Sir,

                      I have N 70 hand set. Purchased in Big c Outlet in Hyderabad. Recently I am getting technical problem with my hand set. I given this hand set in Tirupathi Nokia Care ( (cellular Care Agency) Near Leela Mahal, Tirupathi. Your staff are taken my mobile for servicing. That time they are taken one day time for identify the problem. But they are taken 2 days time. I called 6 times and I personally went after one day, they are giving negligence answer, (under process). Finally they are returned mobile with out servicing. They are told this cell is died. After, I given this hand set at road side repair shop that fellow is identified the problem and given to back with in 5 minutes. This service center is not doing proper servicing and behavior is also not good. I am not satisfied with your service. This is very bad.

                        I had purchased a nokia N82 from one of the major dealer in Chennai. I couldnt not use this mobile in India, because my project doesnt allow camera mobiles. I was using this on timely basis during travel etc. I travelled to US between september to November. My mobile developed a strange problem, that when some one calls me, or when I call some one I wasn't able to hear the voice. Either I need to use loudspeaker or headphones for this.

                        So after coming back i went to Nokia care Bangalore (Samvaradhi technologies, Koramangla, Bangalore). When they took my mobile for service, it had only audio problem the one i was facing. After an hour the guy came and told me that display is already broken.

                        i was shocked, I tried reaching Nokia care online to explain this. Nothing had helped me here. Only thing i need to shell out Rs.1769 for this. Can any one suggest how can the action be taken here.

                        Nokia N82 — Got Sick of NOKIA

                        Hi All,
                        I am Vishnu Chaitanya. I bought a NOKIA N82 BLACK model mobile phone on 1ST JUNE 2008 in RPG Cellucom India Pvt ltd, Brigade Road. WITH IN 2 WEEKS of buying the mobile phone, it started getting RESTARTING AUTOMATICALLY WHEN THE BATTERY IS NOT FULL. So I went to the NOKIA CARE which is mentioned in the opposite party on 16TH JUNE 2008 and asked the CENTRE MANAGER MRS. VARSHA for REPLACEMENT of the mobile as it was not even 2 weeks old. But they told that it is repairable and they wont replace the phone and took it for repair on the same day and asked me to come after 15 days and gave the job sheet. When I called them at their mentioned time, they told that the phone is repaired and asked me to collect it. I took the phone and checked it there itself for some time, but STILL I WAS GETTING THE SAME problem so they again took the mobile for repair and asked me to come after ANOTHER 15 DAYS. Again after 15 days for the SECOND TIME I went there and got my phone and they closed the first Job Sheet. But again from the next day I was getting the same problem. So I went there for THIRD TIME on 18TH JULY 2008 and argued with them to give the replacement for my mobile. They told that this time for sure they will repair or else they will give me replacement. They checked my phone there itself, FORMATTED MY MEMORY CARD AND REINSTALLED THE PHONE’S SOFTWARE, so they took for repair and asked for 10 days time. After 10 days I got my phone back. But again from the very next day I was getting the same problem. So I again went there for FOURTH TIME on 30TH JULY 2008 and asked for replacement as they promised me last time. The Manager told that they did not say like that last time and again took it for repair again assuring that if get the same problem after this repair and asked for 7 days time. The next time also the problem was not rectified. This time (FIFTH TIME) I went there on 8TH AUGUST 2008 and argued with them strongly for replacement. Finally they accepted to give me a new phone as replacement and asked for 10 days time. After 15 days I called them to know the phone has come or not. They told that it will come in 2 days. I asked if that is a new phone or not. They told that the same phone was repaired and sent back. I talked to the manager, she looked into the matter and asked me 2 days time to get back to me. In the meantime I called NOKIA CARELINE number [protected] and registered a complaint on the Nokia Care. But even from them I did not get any proper response. After two days when I called them they told they need 10 to 15 more days to get the replacement. So the next day 28th August 2008, I went there to ask them regarding the same. Finally they asked 4 days time and told that I WILL NOT GET A NEW BOX PIECE, BUT SOME PHONE WITH THE PANELS AS MY SAME OLD PHONE. After all this what has happened I lost my trust in NOKIA and wanted to get back the money I paid in buying the phone. Still my phone is with the same Nokia Care people. Till now the phone is with them only. The nokia care people did not even called me once regarding that. What kind of service nokia is giving for its customers. This is SHAME on part of NOKIA to treat customers like this. They should stop their products in INDIA for all the complaints they are getting on their products.

                          I purchased a 3120 classic mobile on 7/12/08 from Balecha zell zone, Spencers Chennai.On the very next day it was found that my mobile charger was not working.Iam a busy person with my office works and I forced to go to the Balecha cell zone &Nokia autherized service centers for this charger several times.I am loosing the travelling expense &time .I handovered my original bill &charger to Balecha cell zone for warranty.Due to your rules &regulations I can get new Charger after ten days.At that time I will be in abroad.I loose original charger &the bill for my new mobile so I cannot get any warranty in future.I kindly request you to do the needfull to solve my problem as early as possible.On 22/12/08 I will leave Chennai.

                            I purchased Nokia E66 on[protected] from The Mobile Store wide Invoice no- gj/01384/00001/2845, set is bearing IMEI: [protected]. On[protected] the set fell down from my desk & the camera stopped working with LCD having problem, as it got a crack.

                            On[protected] I submitted my set at Nokia Care in Ahmedabad wide Job Sheet no[protected]/081107/51, they sent it to Delhi for repair & after 20 days I got a call from Nokia Care that there is an expense of Rs.3800/- towards repair for Camera, new LCD screen & belt. I gave my consent, but on[protected] I again got a call, I visited & came to know that Delhi office has returned the set with remarks that the set is un repairable.

                            Am unable to understand a set worth for Rs.20800/- is unrepairable, what is the promise of Nokia on product service, how can they sell a product for which parts are not available or it is un repairable.

                            Request your help in getting my set replaced or repaired.

                              1. Original job sheet no : 4500 (this no has been changed to JS 4824 by the authority - I don't know is this legal or something fishy happening)

                              2. Nokia 5610 - purchased on 24/5/08 under warranty - since the joy stick and the music slide got stuck, i contacted the above concern - i was promised that the keypad and whole joystick set will be changed in regards to my warranty

                              3. Target delivery date - 14/16 OVERWRITTEN by authority...anyways i will excuse this issue

                              Customers are to be contacted after the phone is ready or if there is a delay in their work. Here customers have to go behind the authority to know whats the status. I contacted them for nearly 4 times and i was asked to call the following day - "CUSTOMERS HAVE TO CONTACT THEM BUT THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN TO THE CUSTOMERS"-------This issue was dragged...Then phone calls were not answered...I went to the Nokia care, Simtech computronics - CHENNAI in person to find out whats the status. To my surprise there was a notice that its under renovation. Are we customers fool for these people? They are possessing our property and how can they be so lethargic with their work. No intimation that they will remain closed, no intimation that there is a delay, NOTHING AT ALL. Job sheet number sent as sms to 555, it states invalid usage. Job sheet number used at www.namscare.com, it states no data available. My phone was given at the Nokia care on 11th of November 2008. Its 17th of December 2008 and yet i haven't got my mobile back. WILL I GET MY MOBILE BACK? WILL NOKIA CUSTOMERS BE TREATED THE SAME WAY EVERY WHERE? DOES NOKIA CARE, Simtech computronics - CHENNAI, HAVE ANY RIGHTS TO POSSESS OTHERS PROPERTY AND HAVE A HAPPY HOLIDAY WITHOUT PROPER INTIMATION TO THE CUSTOMERS ABOUT THEIR CLOSURE. WOULD BE REALLY GLAD IF THIS CASE IS TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. Till date not a single call from them. Its really a shame to the Nokia care, which brings the company a real bad name.                                 In my Nokia 6030, Radio is not working inspite of pluggin in the headset and setting to correct frequency.But I am able to hear properly using the headset during phonecalls. Sometimes radio works but only for very few min. I assume it may be due to GPRS. It is enabled in my mobile.Can you please help me out in disabling GPRS and solve this issue (if there is any other reason).

                                  I purchased Nokia Headset HS-47 from CROMA inside Crown Interiorz, Faridabad on 12/07/2008. After 2 months of its usage, I found out that the upper layer of ear plug started coming out so I visited CROMA for repair but they advised me to visit a Nokia Care Centre for this. So I went to one of Nokia Care Centre M/S Simar Solutions, NIT, Faridabad (Ph No[protected]. They told me that it can't be repaired and need to be replaced only. So I gave them my Head Set along with the Pin which is used for N 95 as it was the part of headset that I purchased. I thought that as they are going to replace that so they will replace every thing which was the part of that headset. After nearly 20 days, they at last returned a headset (whether new or old.. I don’t know as it was not properly packed like the one I purchased from CROMA. When I asked them for Pin to connect it to N 95 as it cant be connected without that pin. He said that they have not got that. I told them I gave them every thing that I had in that packet. Any way, they told that they will try to arrange for a pin and asked me to visit them next week. It is almost 35 days from that day and in spite of my and my colleagues repeated visits, he is neither arranging for that nor responding to my phone calls. Also he gets very aggressive while speaking as if he is the one controlling whole NOKIA. I even alarmed him that I would complain about him to higher authorities in NOKIA but he remained unperturbed.
                                  I will request you to speak to him on priority regarding this. Although this is a very small issue but I want him to understand the importance of Customers. He must be doing the same with others as well leading to spoiling the image of NOKIA on the whole. Also please refrain from giving NOKIA CARE Centres to people like these without proper scrutiny. Looking forward to your prompt response.

                                  I agree, nokia are not attending to the compliants I had made complaint on 27.11.08 and subequently gave reminder to them but no reply has been given by them, now no option had left out for me to approach consumer court, as I purchased Nokia 3120 set on 31.10.08 immediately after 16 days it stopped function, on approaching to care centre they informed that LCD had gone and for replacemtn I had to pay 2500. I am at lost what for company gives warrantywork

                                  m not satisfied by the service given by NOKIA CARE BALLABGARH. I gave my 7210 to them for new software as it was lost due to certain viruses any how they put new one in it. But after 15 days from getting it repair that new software creating difficulties. Phone getting hang again n again unable to play songs. I went in care but they are demanding for RS250 for repairing it again .

                                    Nokia 1650 — SCREEN SAVER IS NOT FUNCTIONING

                                    DEAR SIR,

                                    PLEASE I HAVE PURCHASED 1 NOKIA 1650 (IMEI NO. [protected]) FROM THE MOBILE STORE, 95 SUBHASH CHOWK, M.G.ROAD, DEWAS PH.NO.[protected], VIDE THEIR BILL NO. MP/01460/00001/5921 DATED 27.06.2008.

                                    IN THE SAID MOBILE THE SCREEN SAVER FUNCTION (WATCH) IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. HENCE I CONTACTED TO YOUR ABOVE DEALER FOR REPLACEMENT, AS THE DEALER ASSURED THAT IF THERE IS ANY MANUFACTURING FAULT IN MOBILE THEY WILL REPLACE WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHSE.

                                    I CONTACTED ON 28.06.08 TO ABOVE SHOPKEEPER TO REPLACE THE MOBILE THAT TIME REFUSED TO DO SO AND ASK ME TO SEND THE SAME TO NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE AT DEWAS. SAME DAY I DEPOSITED THE HANDSET AN IT HAS BEEN SENT TO NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE AT DEWAS.


                                    TILL TODAY I DIDINT RECEIVED MY HANDSET OR ANY MESSAGE, EITHER FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTRE OR FROM DEALER.

                                    I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER AS THIS THE MATTER OF CUSTOMER FAITH IN NOKIA.

                                    I bought a Nokia 1650 mobile last week.It works better for somehours from Switch on.After that, its Automatic keygaurd gets disabled, then the 'Menu' button and 'Goto' button in the front page disappears and forms a single button-'Options'.
                                    When i'm trying to call some one, the 'End Call' button remains forever, even after the call ended.But the problem becomes normal after a reboot.What can i do for that?Is it is a mobile problem or sim problem?My friend's Nokia 1209 also having the same problem.

                                      nokia6233 — delay in service and incompleted service

                                      Sir,

                                      I am using a Nokia 6233 Mobile phone, made in Germany since 2006. Its working condition is superb and I am fully satisfied. I recommneded this model to my friend and he bought one NOKIA 6233 model from your retail outlet. But the same was not properly working after 6 months of purchase. When contacted your authorised Service Centre, they informed that the compalint is due to the water inside and no varranty will be given to the set and also demanded that Rs.400 will be (estimate) charged for that. After one week we contacted over phone to Service Centre, they informed that the mobile phone could not repair and asked to collect the same without repairing. We wish to know that, in these circustances what we do. Expect a reply soon.
