    nokia n91 8gb — Manufacturing Defect

    I had purchased Nokia N91 8 GB (IMEI NO . [protected] ) cell phone from M/s GRACE COMMUNICATIONS , NAGPUR, MAHARASHTRA (NOKIA Priority DEALER) On 26TH September 2007. From very next day I am facing a problem of hanging the cell. On 27th of September the problem was reported to M/s Grace Communication but they ask me to go to Nokia Care Center. After reaching to Nokia Care they simply replied me that they don’t have software to test Nokai N91 and request me to wait for 15 to 20 days.

    On 25th of October the cell was given to Nokia Care ( R J Trade link, Mahajan Market , Sita Buldi, Nagpur) ASC No. : 511_434038 . They tested the set and return to me with formatting the Hard Drive. Without solving the problem.

    Again I went to Nokia Care to report the problem on 06/Nov/2007 and they told me that there is hard drive problem and it will take 1 month to repair it giving me a target Delivery date of 6th dec 2007. Of which the Job Sheet No. is[protected]/071106/22 dated 06/Nov/2007.

    The Same problem is also reported to On line Service the Complaint ID is 2-2L6ZKH
    With regular follow-up with Nagpur Nokia Care Line and On line service they replied me that you will get your cell by 15th of November, 2007.

    On 16th Nov when I went to Nokia Care Line Nagpur, they again ask me to wait for 3-4 days. They same Matter is also informed by me to your On line Care center to your various representatives ( i.e. Ms. Komal,Ms. Yogita, and so on various dates) and they gave me a new promise date i.e. 5th December 2007.

    While checking with Nokia Care on December 6, 2007 they again ask me to wait for 5-6 days.

    As it’s a manufacturing defect in the cell phone please arrange to give me New cell or repair the cell within a justified time period and till that time provide me a stand by Cell.

    I am bringing this matter to your notice and wish avail natural justice and some action from your side.

    I trust that I will get some proper reply so as to satisfy that you are providing good service to your customer.

    nokia/ N 91 4 gb — service problems

    I have submitted my N 91 on 7th february 2008 for service, after almost 7 weeks I have been informed that it is best to swap this phone with N70.
    Of course this is a ridiculous suggestion.
    So pathetic is the atmosphere in the service station that I advice not to buy nokia products at all, it seems the company is just interested to increase sales and not create infrastructure for service, surely if it can appoint even a paanwala to sell phones and make money then it can as well create better service conditions.

    nokia n91 8gb — Replacement of my hand set asap

    We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased (N91-8GB on 22nd Jan 2008) the Nokia N91 8GB set which is infested with certain technical problems. The phone regularly hangs. My hand set often hang and everything keyboard/keypad freezes after some interval. I'm not able to open Messages, clicking on open gives no response. Many of times the hard drive shows unavailable in the phone. It happens of because of regular hang of the phone. I gave it to Nokia care (HCL Nokia Care - Noida) but after one week they have returned me my set and told me that problem solved but the same problem is existing again and again.

    Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

    nokia n91 8gb — scrap handset

    Hi,
    From the first day of my prchasing of NOKIA N91-8GB, I am struggling with the troubles, I am facing so many problems like it hangs up always, It generally not working proper, its keys are wrongly works like its '4' works as hash key and its red button works as'9'and sometimes its hard drive crashes. I submitted it two times in Mumbai Andheri-Foneman. Once it took one month and after sometime again it happened and it took another 3 weeks to make it repair, again the problem is coming that its hard drive crashed.I can not access my very urgent messages even.
    I am fed up with this NOKIA customer care and not getting any proper solution to find out my money back, I lost my Rs.12000/-, So much time and already I took a new handset for standby so that in case when NOKIA goes to repair I can use the another one.
    I am in planning to go to consumer court and apply a rit for my money refund, because it will be happen that my warranty perios will be finish to do this all things and then you people will say that now we can not do anything because its not in the warranty period.
    I am requesting you to give me proper response, or else I will go to consumer court.

    nokia n91 8gb — Bad product and services

    I would like to put how the hell service NOKIA is providing to its users.
    I had bought one NOKIA N-91 4GB grom NOKIA priority dealer 'Netra enterprises' Invoice No-11107 and IMEI No.-[protected]. after some months it started facing so many problems(within warranty period), like hanging every now and then, switching off automatically, and finally its display went blank. I had to go to NOKIA care, where i had been told that my hand set is to be sent to Delhi and it will take 20-25 days to get it back. I asked for any alternate handset so that i can remain in contacts. They told we dont have any stand-by set in stock. Then i had to bought another cheaper handset. On 20.09.07 i lost my handset, and asked NOKIA for assistance to trace it. they regreted.
    In the another story i bought another N-91 8GB from the same shop on 24.09.07 with IMEI No.-[protected]. Again after few months o[censored]sage the same problems started surfacing within warranty period. I repented a lot why i believed in NOKIA again.
    Moreover, if you ask, i can give you so many examples o[censored]sers with contact No. who have faced similar problems with their NOKIA sets and all are bound to suffer and no one is there to take responsibility, as is very much clear in the replies from NOKIA. They are saying display is a Cosmetic item, so its beyond warranty. i want to ask, Have i purchased the display from some other company? wasn't it a part of the set i had bought? And is this set usable at all if display goes blank?
    In minor cases these might have been treated as a by-chance case. But i have a huge number of similar examples. This means this is pre-planned by NOKIA that if someone buys a NOKIA set they have to buy many pain-bearing problems also, and NOKIA is not responsible for for these. And if these type of problems start once, these keep repeating as per my records. This time I had been charged 1500/-. And I am sure that now every now and then i will be paying this sum, otherwise i have to buy another handset.
    I'll request you to make a survey of NOKIA users and unearth this NOKIA. They are just using the poor population, for their recurring incomes with one handset.
    Anyway even if i pay the sum charged by NOKIA care, who is going to take responsibility of our harrasment? I had been using my cell phone for more than 90% of my jobs. Right now i am totally cut-off of the rest world. I am not able even to perform my duties. I am totally incompetent now for my organisation. I want to assert that NOKIA care is providing a hell of services. They dont represent NOKIA at all, otherwise i must have found any complaint register over there provided by NOKIA. No one receives any call there on the Nos. provided in their service sheet. Lastly we have to take leave and go there, that also goes fruitless, and they tell you should have contacted first before arriving here.
    Hope a positive and rational action by your team.

    nokia cell phone — manufacturing defect of software

    I have purchased Nokia cell phone model No.N-72 from The Mobile Store, S.V.Road, Goregoan(West), Mumbai.vide Invoice No.MH/01147/00001/3642 dtd.02/02/2008.I have visited the Nokia care centre, M/S.Sarvesh Telecom regarding the software problem, but the gentleman insisted that it is not any manufacturing defect, it is an memory issue & application user fault, take it or leave it, hence in the absence of any alternative, I agreed & within 30 Minutes it was rectified.I have paid under protest Rs.281.00 invoice no.407.dtd.04/08/2008.The same problem is surfaced again i.e.within just Ten days of the so called repairs. I request the Company Nokia India to kindly Replace the Defected Product or Refund the Amount Paid with cost.

      NOKIIA 1650 — worst mobile

      I have purchase a nokia 1650 handset from a hotspot mobile store, EDM Kaushambi, Gaziabad on the date of 28/06/09.when I reched home after the insert a sim card I switched on the mobile phone but the display light has not be on. I called up the hot spot shop they said they want to see that.when I reached the hotspot shop after 2 days they said we cant help you please visit the NOKIA CARE .I took my phone and I have discuss in NOKIA CARE kohat inclave Pitampura Delhi they said you have to submit your mobile phone for their head office I have submit my moble on 10/06/09 an my job sheet no[protected]/09070/45 and after 20days I have done a call to nokia care than they said your moble is non repairable and collect it..now mobile is useless.I have lose my Rs.1700/-
      I too have the Nokia 1650 handset. I'm 100% sure that it has some manufacturing defect in hardware and software. Radomly the handset used to switch off automatically and it comes up again.

      Problems with Nokia 1650:

      1. After 3/4 months my phone was not at all coming up even it switch it on. I reported the problem in Nokia care Chennai. They told handset has some hardware issue and said they need to send it to delhi and asked to wait for 2 weeks to get the problem resolved. So finally they given me back. It is finally coming up when i try to switch it on and vice verso. So i was happy that time. Bad thing they don't even provided me any stand by mobile as it is their fault.


      2. After 4 months my handset is again giving me problem like auto switch off and auto switch on while i'm on call, while charging, etc.

      3. The other problem each and every time it prompts me to enter the security code when it is being switched on. That too other problem is i'm not able set the ring tone. Under my ring tone no "ring tone" is being selected which inturn the phone not even rings out when i'm getting incoming calls. Even i don't see the vibrate mode works under this condition.

      4. Worst key pad not able to detect some key press.

      Again i reported all these problem to Nokia care, they took the keypad detection problem and they said water went inside the keypad which leads to rust on the board. So we can't even upgrade the software. If we try to upgrade the handset may go to dead state. (Your warranty got cancelled as it got rust on the key pad.)

      How Nokia customer care people in chennai are. Smartly they are escaping from customer.


      So Frndz, pls don't choose the NOKIA 1650 model. It is worst model in NOkia.

      Very worst customer care for Nokia. They don't bother about customers. They need to replace the handset. To escape from that these guys are playing cheap tricks in Chennai Customer care.

      Hi... i have nokia 1650. i m not able to set the ringtone. whenever i try it automatically switches off & when it restart it ask me for the security code. i put the default one & it works again. but phone will be always in silent mode without vibration. i sometime missed important calls. please suggest me the solution.

        Hi,
        I have a NOKIA N73 mobile which i got 1 year back so the warranty has expired. I had given it Nokia Care(Shilak, 80th Ft.Road, Next to Pizza Hut, R.T.Nagar, Bangalore, Phone:[protected].
        My complaint was only the camera working condition there was problem.
        These people took almost a week and later they said we do not have technicians to fix this issue.
        when i took back my mobile even the keypad was not working not even the joystick they have scrapped everything. they said the board is having some problem.
        I am really worried please help me out.

          Hi,
          I am writing this post to caution all of the people who want to buy mobiles from sangeetha mobile stores.
          I went to buy a Nokia 5320 Music Xpress phone on 04-Jan-2009(Sunday) at about 8.30pm at sangeetha mobiles @ Indiranagar, Bangalore. This mobile costs around Rs. 11, 100/- in Nokia Priority Shop. In sangeetha mobiles, they offered it for Rs. 11, 350/- with some kind of Insurance. Actually, the main reason why I came here was for the sake of insurance. There was absolutely no question of bargaining. So, I thought I`ll spend around 200-300 extra for insurance. I asked him to Bill.
          So, nicely and innocently those sales guys packed my mobile. I paid my bill using my father`s credit card. I simply happened to check the IMEI number of my handset and that which is printed on my Bill. To my shock, both these numbers were Different. I was completely tensed and felt cheated. Really, Tears came out of my eyes as I am purchasing this phone with my first salary. I went to cashier and asked him for a explanation. He is asking me "Why are you bothered about IMEI number on the bill?" I immediately warned all the customers there and we opened the box.
          You won't believe, it was clearly a duplicate Chinese make phone that doesn`t have an IMEI number when we press *#06#. I`ll tell you, SANGEETHA MOBILES ARE RUNNING A FAKE MOBILE PHONE RACKET. ALL THIER PHONES AND SEALS ARE TAMPERED. I threw the bill on his face and cancelled my credit card transaction. Please, Please, Please, don't buy Mobiles from re-sellers such as Sangeetha, Univercell, Mobile Stores, Subhiska, Hot-Spot. Just shell out 200-300 Rs extra and buy it from Original Nokia Priority Dealers. All these offers of insurance are just gimmicks. I hope my experience will teach you people a lesson and save money and time. I don't want to disclose my name or identity as I spoke the truth.

          This is really ridiculous... i bought mobile from there last month from FORUM mall showroom... am shocked now... i havn't checked those IMEI numbers... today i have to check... But i paid Rs. 1000 extra for insurance unknowingly...

          We should make a joint complaint on these kind of open cheats. Their shops are supposed to be closed and sealed... Alarm to all new buyers... Dont go to these kind of dealer shops ... they are literally cheating customers...

          with reference to your comments that you have posted in the website, i would like to clarify that - all handsets sold @ sangeetha are original and authentic certified by nokia, which are under warranty from nokia itself, just becuase the bill had a different IMEI number it doesnt mean that it is fake handset. you can take your handset to any of the nokia priorty dealers or even service centre and get it certified to be original handset. if the nokia priority dealer or the service centre says it is a fake model, then i shall give you one more same model free of cost.thats my challenge. the issue was in the bill were in it showed different IMEI number due to system billing error. please match your handset imei number behind the battery cover and also in the box sticker.
          henceforth i request you to not to just judge and give baseless comments without proper verification. if this continues then i shall take legal action against you.

          with reference to your comments - i would like to justify saying that the handsets bought @ sangeetha are covered under INSURANCE, the INSURANCE covers under - THEFT, WATER AND PHYSICAL DAMAGE. all claims will be settled in record 72hrs time. we have proven records and list of satisfied customers whose insurance have been claimed less than 2hrs time.no other retailer has this kind of INSURANCE option.

          therefore kindly request you to not to panic and just post comments without any verification. if you have any problems regarding your handsets, then please feel free to mail me - [protected]@sangeethamobiles.com

          and please you can check your imei numbers again and again for your satisfaction :)and if you would like to see all original certificates from nokia - you are always welcome.

          This happened to me a bit differently a long back. Nokia gives a National warranty. But when my mobile had some screen issues i took the mobile to Nokia priority, they said that mobile doesn't have National warranty. I have some friends who brought the mobile in india and when they had problems got it fixed for free out of india as well. But the mobile i brought in bangalore sangeetha doesn't even cover the national warrenty. So its apparently a fake mobile.

          I have also encountered problem from this retailer

          I purchased Nokia 3110 from Sangeetha, Srinivasanagar outlet. I was covered under insurance against theft, physical and liquid damage. Unfortunately my handset got damaged due to minor accident and key pads started working abnormally.

          Day 1: I approached Sangeetha, I was advised to get the phone serviced locally and not approach nokia care as it was minor issue (???)
          Day 2: I approached nokia care and got to know that the board was damaged and cost of the same would be Rs. 4350 which was equal to the cost of new handset
          Day 4: Having known that my handset was under insurance cover, I approached Sangeetha for insurance claims, I was advised not to make the claim as it would void from further coverage but when I forced them then I was told to approach Universal insurance pvt. Ltd. at Cunningham Road.
          Day 6: After processing my request and collecting all accessories along with the box, universal insurance pvt. Ltd. told me to wait for 3 days.
          Day 9: when I called up the insurance company they told me that my claim was approved and the amount awarded was Rs.4331.
          Day 10: when I approached Sangeetha to collect my new mobile, they told me that the claim was still pending, later when I conveyed the staff about feedback given by insurance company on the same day, then they told that the insurance company might have approved but they have not receive any communication from Sangeetha, Head office.
          Day 11: Same reply
          Day 12: when I approached Sangeetha the next day, the staff told me that the claim amount was only Rs.2300 and I was supposed to pay additional amount of Rs.2000 to get my new hand set. when I requested them to give the email copy sent by Universal insurance pvt. Ltd. they refused to give the same and started using abused language (????) with this I concluded that some thing was really fishy.

          Total 12 days completed but until today I have not got my claim, this shows that the advertisement of making the settlement in 72 hours is completely false and also it is just a marketing gimmick to fool the customer

          Yeah the Sangeetha mobile retailer are cheat ! I did buy a mobile there ... which had come with a free gift... for which i happened to drop down for 5 monrths regulary... also for the promised gift, i had pay almost 2.5 rs... Whats the point in giving free gift ?? I have seen several pplz... who have chased them for it... Even my friend had faced the same problem... Till date he did receive the FREE GIFT... almost 1+ YEAR over...

          Ha ha... they are making the customers a big jokers... If they give a gift it should be without any extra cost...
          Smart retailers... No wonder that they sell duplicate mobiles...

          Sangitha mobile store — SANGITHA STORES fake gifts and fake phones Its all adjusted

          I bought the Nokia mobile from Sangitha stores, srinivas nagar branch on 23rd june 09. They only sms ed my IMEI number to their server and it showed that IMEInumber was not valid. Sales staff told me to re sms again after some time. I did the same and I got the same reply that IMEI number was invalid. This was repeated on 24th and 25th June. When I contacted they told to visit same store where I was purchased. I viisted they did send the sms again from my cell and got the same answer. Then they told wait for 1 more day. On 26th when I called they are telling to come and take either umbrella or one glass ie means they only adjust the gift coupon and not to the customer. Customer gets only umbrella or small glass and they will adjust bigger ones for themselves. This is all racket in their circle to cheat customers.This means either their server or the IMEI number of the phone is fake. Beware of this store they are attracting the customers by offereing false gifts. I doubt about the genuinity of the phones too.

          Plz, Plz don’t buy any mobiles in Sangeetha...They are really FROAD, CHEAT...STUPID... Actually we (Me and Husband) Purchased Nokia E63-- for my husband... on Saturday 4th JULY, 2009 at about 8:30 PM. And on yesterday i.e. Monday 06th JULY, 2009 onwards, the cell is switching off abruptly. If we try to call them up for enquire they are not at all responding. Finally we tried yesterday night at about 10:30 PM one fellow receive and we explained the problem what we were phasing. But no use even after the conversation. So today Tuesday on 07th JULY, 2009 we went to that Sangeetha Shop, which they have started one more new branch in Basavangudi. That non -sense fellows are not all ready to check the mobile and we have spent 13, 000/- of that Cell.

          Plz dear friends be careful... Before going or buying any mobiles in that STUPID CHEAT SHOP "SANGEETHA"

          Nokia E63 — Please Don't Purchase mobiles in Mobile Stores.

          Hi to all,

          The persons who and all reading this. Please Don't purchase mobiles from the Mobile Stores, Pune Location. I've a very bad experience from this mobile stores. They had cheated me nearly 1000 rupees by providing a expired coupons.

          I've purchased Nokia E63 mobile on July 30th 2009 at the cost of 13,428/- rupees and they had given 1000/- gift coupons for me and said that these coupons are valid for 3 months. In that I got 750/- Recharge coupon. They said that i can recharge this amount for any prepaid connection across the India for any network.

          So, I had given this rechargeable coupon to my friend who resides at chennai. B'coz I'm using my Corporate PostPaid Connection. There my friend came to know that the coupon which I sent was invalid one. B'coz this offers was outdated last 3 months back.

          Then I went to mobile store pune location and enquired about that These people said to me, It haven't expired Immediately I said that So, Please recharge me 750/- to my friend mobile number who resides at Pune location. ThenImmediately they said that I will get 750/- discount after recharging the amount of Rs. 20,000 i.e.,within 3 months.

          It means that
          I will get Rs 50 discount for the Recharge of Rs.5000
          I will get Rs 100 discount for the Recharge of Rs.10000...and so far It means I've to recharge for Rs.20,000 within 3 months to get the discount of Rs.750/-

          My Queries are:
          1) Is it possible for a common man who can spend Rs.20,000 for Recharge coupons and make calls from his/her mobile.
          2) They are not providing the clear information to the customers. Once you go into the mobile stores first they give preference for swiping the card and billing.
          3) These people are not giving the clear information to the customer. They are giving the importance to business and daily rotation of money.

          AS I HAVE GONE TO SANGEETHA STORE EVEN I HAD A SAME PROBLEM IME NUMBER CITY CRIME DEPT SHOULD TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM .
          I also had the misfortune of buying a mobile Nokia 7210 on the 29th of march this year at Sangeetha at Chennaii and the reason was also because of the insurance they offered...Two days after purchasing the mobile i found that it was getting heated up very fast so i took it to them and they assured me that nothing was wrong and i it return it to them if I had any trouble in future. But the problem still persisted and I found that after using it for more than 15mins the mobile would automatically switch off and when switched on again all the data would be lost..When i took it back to them i found that the shop was closed for renovation and in the mean time tie problem still persisted and eventually the mobile stopped working and finally when the shop reopened today when i took it to them they were very rude and told me that it was not their concern and if i had any problems i could take it to the Nokia service centre..and when i bought the mobile they promised the earth and said that the insurance would cover everything and they would handle everything..They are definetly big cheats

          sorry for replying late for all the comments, i had left my mail id in this blog for all the customers who facing any service or staff issues and i was hoping that those who had problems will mail me and i would have solved the issue 110% guaranteed.

          Anyways - coming back to the point of clarification - "that we sell fake handsets and insurance is " - I still standby the comments i had made earlier that WE DO NOT SELL FAKE HANDSETS, ALL HANDSETS SOLD IN SANGEETHA ARE 110% GENUINE AND ORIGINAL which are purchased from the national distributer. just because the handset has few problems it doesnt mean that it is FAKE. any and every electronic item doesnt come with a guarantee, it comes with 1 year manufacturers warranty only, and any one facing any issue with the handset within 48hrs of purchase can visit the retailer and exchange the handset immediately and any fault after the 48hrs period should be taken to the nearest service centre of the manufacturer, and then after submitting the unit to the service centre you may take the jobsheet number and send it to our outlet or [protected]@sangeethamobiles.com and then we shall escalate the issue to the top brand manager and get it resolved ASAP. this is the simple procedure that we follow.

          my question here for all the customers who have mentioned "that the handsets are fake in sangeetha "- how come you have decided such a big decision that we sell fake handsets? by without even confirming from the service centre or supplier or retailer how can anyone come to a conclusion that the handsets are fake???? does it mean that all genuine handsets sold in other retailers are original because they dont have problems? are the handsets sold with guarantee instead of warranty in other places?

          coming back to the insurance point - we have settled claims not only in records 72hrs time but also in just 30mins time frame for a lot of customers who have also been interviewed in radio city and have appreciated us by giving us sweet boxes, especially the poor people who wouldnt have afford to buy another new handset after they lost the handset, we @ sangeetha have bought a smile on these faces by providing timely support. i agree that sometimes it gets delayed as there is documents and process and verification by insurance agents is involved, but these issues can also be sorted out if you mail or escalate the issue to the higher concerned if the store incharge is not taking any action. our support mail id and contact details are given in the website. i get good feedback as well as bad feedback from many customers every day to my mail id, and i persnally make sure to solve them immediately 110% guaranteed.

          Story behind the issue
          When I have the issue, I tried to call the Valacherry outlet, I could not able to catch them due to some connectivity issues, then I searched in the Google and got the site (http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/nokia-c125003.html). Where some discussion is going on about Sangeetha mobile reliability, when I read those comments I was bit concerned, But I have seen Mr. Ali himself has replied / clarified the doubts and gave the required mail id’s for contact.
          When I see Mr. Ali’s replay I got some breath and send the mail to him about my issues, next 10th minute I received a call from Valacherry outlet from Mr. Murali. He told me that my issues will be resolved today itself, as he said my problem has got resolved in the same day. Thanks Murali

          Special thanks to Zen mobiles for their quick response and support, this is a great mobile having a good functionality within the small budget, my suggestion for Zen X450 mobile should have the PC connectivity since it is supporting 8 GB memory. There is no sense if you don’t have the PC connectivity. Hope they will take care of the future products. Anyway thanks for the active support.

          All those who write nonsense about sangeetha Mobiles without disclosing their identity are coward.It may be the same person writing numerous times harping on the same useless issue which he himself know that it is not correct. It is because he would not have even visited any showrooms he may be front for someone or even a cheap competitor.Sangeetha need not responds to all the fake mails.Any genuine customer who has real grievance he should approach HO with his complaints or even write to the concerned mobile company about the fake issue.It is useless and only who has nothing to do with mobiles writes these fake mails.
          It is not correct to write that everything is wrong in sangeetha. I had a good experience while shopping with sangeetha.

          i claimed for insurance long back my case is not settled so for.latest i spoke to i/c of tamilnadu.i purchased from sangeetha moble kilkattalai chennai-600117.3 months completed kindly do clear my insurance claim.the case is well known to dilip at bangalore and i/c of sangeetha mobile kilkattalai branch.

          I want to bring out a similar experience which i had with sangeetha mobile store, I bought a c2 mobile on the 22nd of october, in around three days of purchasing my battery would not get charged and would get switched off, i went to the show room, after which they opened a new sealed Nokia c2 pack and replaced my cell battery with it, and in agin two days the same issue happened and got the battery replaced for the second time, and at last i was not able to switch on my mobile at all.
          I went to them for replacement for which they disagreed saying that it is not covered under their policy, and asked me to go to a nokia showroom and re-install the software, I blased those guys and finally they agreed to provide me insurance.
          Claiming issurance is another tedious process, We need to go to jayanagar get an estimation letter and then submit it at JC road office, and the timings to submit the insurance is from 10.00 AM to 3.00 PM and on Monday to Friday, only the concerned person should go and submit the docs, i had to take one day off from my office just to submit them. Now it has almost been around 3 months and i am still fighting for my mobile to be replaced.
          sir the fellows in sangeetha are too rude wen we return to ask any information. but at the time of selling they beg.

            Since july 2008, I have been facing problem with my Nokia 5610 mobile phone which is still under warranty.
            I have made many rounds to Nokia Care, written mails, called at 30303838, but nothing happened. I patiently followed every step which Nokia asked me to do. But my problem is not getting solved.

            Nokia seems to be fooling customers in after sales service. There is no responsible contacts to whom we can escalate our problem. As a customer I feel cheated by Nokia.

            After repeated unsuccessful services I requested them for a Handset replacement, but there is know one ready to listen. Everytime they ask me to submit my handset to nearby Nokia care and after a week I get the same handset back with the same problem.

            Its now not the issue of phone exchange... I can get a new phone also... but its now the question of Nokia taking its customer for a ride...

            I am determined now to prove that Nokia is fooling people by selling inferior quality mobiles in India and then does not provide proper service.

            If Nokia thinks it can easily make fool of an Indian customer... than you are wrong.

            I am fed up of their hollow promises and Nokia has troubled me a lot...

            I have no time to spend running to Nokia care and return with the same problem...

            I hope there is someone who will listen to my complaint and get it fixed, and dont allow these MNC companies fool our fellow Indians

              Some weeks ago I bought a Nokia N85.
              I tried to activate Tetris (and after other games) and I received the message "Timeout HTTP". I thought that probably the activation code was lost, so I bought the game. When I tried more and more times to activate the game the result was always "Timeout HTTP". I tried to change the N-Gage settings without any result.
              Please take note that the other connections run very well!!!
              After I tried to re-install N-Gage and then I re-installed Tetris too, but the results are always "Timeout HTTP".

              I'm very disappointed; I hope someone can help me

                Sir,
                I had purchased a NOKIA Mobile Hand Set No. IMEI [protected], Model No 3500c from M/s HOTSPOTS RETAILERS PVT. LTD. Ashok Vihar, on 17.01.2008. The Mobile Phone started giving trouble from the very day of its purchase. It suffered from call drops and cut outs and would frequently hung amidst conversation resulting in immense trouble and inflated bills. I immediately approached M/s HOTSPOTS RETAILERS PVT. LTD., on 17.01.2008 for its replacement but they refused to do so and asked too to go to the nearest NOKIA service center the M/s Venus Communication M/s NOKIA Care Centre, Ashok Vihar for replacement/repair. I, approached M/s Venus Communication, the NOKIA Care Centre, and appraised of the defect in the set and deposited the same for rectification of the defect/repair/replacement on 23.02.08 and so as to remove the problem. Fresh software was down loaded by the technician on the Care Centre and after doing the job of removing the defect the Mobile Phone was returned to me. But the Mobile phone again started giving aforesaid problem, consequently, I again visited the service centre appraised the fact of persisting the same defect and deposited the Mobile Phone again on 07.05.2008 and requested for the repair of the mobile Phone and be returned only after checking that the defect has been removed and there should not be chance of any defect again. After taking the delivery of the Mobile Phone by me, it again started giving problem of “call drop, hang up and cut outs” and I again deposited the Mobile Phone on 31.05.2008, when they admitted that the defect had not been rectified and kept the same to be delivered 13.06.08 after repairing. I, in good faith, continued to make his best efforts to get the Mobile Phone repaired by the service Centre but the defect was not being rectified. I again contacted the referred Service Centre for replacement of the mobile phone and deposited it again on 17.6.08. However, incharge of the Service Centre realized and confessed this time that the set had got software problem and needs replacement and give them one last opportunity to get the same replaced from Party No. 1 and requested the complainant to collect the replaced Phone on 12.8.08. When I revisited the service centre, they informed me that replacement could not be made since it was unavailable. I was advised to take back the Phone for ten days with the assurance that since a replacement of the same could be made in 10 days when a new replacement with the same model number would be available.Accordingly I revisited the Party No.3 on 23.08.2008 for replacement of the Mobile Phone and deposited the same on 23.8.08. The delivery date given by the Service centre was 23.9.08 but no replacement was done on the given date. I have visited the Service centre several times but the replacement has not been done till date and all the assurances made turned untrue. The Mobile Phone is still lying with the said Service Centre.

                I am Nokia Customer and I have purchased a Nokia 1112 D Blue IMEI Number [protected] and battery number 06704954379950306111501236 from your authorized dealer M/S Shri Rajeshwar Telecom & Photocopiers at Jodhpur (Rajasthan) on October 10, 2007.
                I have felt some problems in this set after purchasing it. I told about the problems to your dealer. He has taken the battery for replacement but I observed that the Nokia Mobile set given to me has some problems and is not working properly also. I am not satisfied with this Set because I have tested this set with new battery from another new set. I again told about this to Dealer but he has refused to change this Set and told me that "Once we sold the set we do not have any responsibility therefore customer should go to NOKIA service center directly".
                Sir, I am Nokia Customer since last ten yrs and now I am facing the problems in your branded Mobile Set. I need your assistance for resolving my problem
                I have original bill of this set from your dealer's shop. Neither I have received replaced battery yet nor any response from the Dealer. These types of act are a type of cheating and it will be my constraint to go the consumer court against your branded Nokia Company for replacing the out of order Mobile Set.

                Kind Attention Sir/Madam,

                Kindly note that I had purchased “NOKIA handset 5310 Xpress Music” from Kanpur on the 12.12.2007. Soon after the purchase, I had a problem with the camera of my phone. Whenever I used to switch on my camera, it used to show CAMERA ON STANDBY MODE and at the same time the BATTERY OF MY PHONE WOULD DISCHARGE VERY QUICKLY. In idle state the phone would show low battery in appx. 10 hours. The reason for buying the phone was the long 22 hour playback music battery backup which proved to be false.
                With the same problem, I gave my handset at the APEX NOKIA authorized service centre at Somdutt Plaza, Kanpur on the 18th of January 2008. As per the desk occupiers of the service centre my handset had gone to the company for repair (i.e. Lucknow – as told by the service centre people). The set was in the customer care for appx. 2 weeks and was delivered to me in the first week of February with camera in a working condition. But as time passed by, I encountered the same problem in my handset within a week from delivery of handset. So I deposited the handset at the same service centre on the 15th February 2008 whose job sheet number is[protected]/080216/36. Till today, i.e. 19th April 2008, I haven’t received my handset. I am very dissatisfied with the service carried out on my phone. For the same reason I am not looking forward to collect my handset from the service centre and want my FULL MONEY REFUNDED as paid by me during the time of purchase. Else I would like to file a case in the CONSUMER COURT against NOKIA INDIA Pvt. Ltd for cheating upon its customers by publicising wrong information about the battery back-up and distributing defective handsets in the market
                As a matter of fact, even after shelling Rs. 10, 600.00 from my pocket, I have been able to use the handset in proper condition for less than 1 month.
                Also I want inconvenience compensation for making me visit the service centre for innumerable times and also calling the customer service again and again. Because my phone was new and I expected a reputed company like Nokia to solve this problem early, I couldn’t even buy a new handset and because of same I suffered huge losses in my business and personal affairs.
                Also I need a compensation for the mental torture and frustration for every time I visited the service centre.
                Kindly note, I don’t want replacement of handset because my 5 yrs faith in NOKIA handsets has been lost and I don’t wish to continue with any NOKIA handsets further.

                P.S. i have spoken to the company representatives in gurgaon and also calcutta about the matter who diverted the problem to the UP cordinator who hasnt done anything regarding the same.

                Nokia N95 8Gb — DISPLAY COMPLAINT

                We have made a complaint on 20/05/2009 to your customer care centre, Kottayam for the display problem by NOKIA N95 8GB. They informed us that display components will arrive soon. Now 2 months over till now no response from your side.
                I have a nokia n95 and its flex got cut i got it fix but now the lcd is said to be malfunctioning also and when i went back i saw this other guy whose flex of his n95 is also broken. nokia should do something about this
                I had puchased a Nokia Mobile(6500) Hand set on 05-05-09 from AM Mobile Telecom Pvt. Ltd., Shop NO.039B, The Metropolis Mall, Hiland Park, 1925, Chak Garia, Kolkata-94. But from the very first day Battery was being out of order and some pushing problem was also occurs. I had already complained so many times but they advised for servicing. As I am in within warranty period so it should be replaced by new one because fault arise from the very first day from my purchasing day.
                So I earnestly request you to change my hand set by new one as early as possible.

                  I have purchased a Honda eterno scooter on 27.08.2007 from M/s Globus Motors (P) Ltd Saraswati Vihar bearing invoice no. 07IN02631.I have reported several complaints regarding engine oil gets exhausted after every[protected] Kms but no satisfactory solution has been recieved.When i approached to service center they asked me to come with the service booklet because your engine is having d problem if d scooter is in warranty it will costs u about Rs.1500 and if it is not in warranty it will costs you Rs 8000.On submitting the booklet and keeping the scooter for 5 days they have returned the scooter as it is by saying that your scooter is working properly.
                  Pleas give me some suggestions.

                      I bought a Nokia 3110 on 29.02.2008 from Cosmic communications, 56, Uttara Complex, Beltola, Survey, Guwahati (contact no.[protected],[protected]. The screen of the set was giving no display and was deposited with the Seller for replacement of the display screen. The dealer got it replaced from Nokiacare, telemobile, Guwahati. A bill dated 31.12.2008 on a ordinary paper for Rs. 1300/- was produced to me against job no. 452 and I had to pay the amount against my conscience.

                      The replacement was desired free of cost as it was within the warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase. I confirm that there was no mishandling ar intentional damage by me. I have not given anyone else for reparing.

                      I sincerely wish to get refund of the amount immediately. lokking forward to your early response

                        i have submitted my Nokia 6300 Mobile for repair on 8 Dec 2008, to MOBILE CLINIC, SHOP NO.4, GREEN MART COMPLEX, NEAR DERA SATKARTAR, BASANT CHOWK JALANDHAR, there is problem in the handset as its vibration is not working the concerned person there said that u will get your mobile within three days but after three days they have not respond me well .then i call at Bangalore office i call there for three time but even they not responded. my complaint no is 2-3mg8fr. now it passed almost a month to submitted mobile to nokia care as i call to Bangalore today they said your mobile have been repaired but at Jalandhar Nokia care concerned person person's is not attending his phone
                        our house is very far away from Nokia care so i can not visit easily there so at last i call again to Bangalore for knowing another contact no of Jalandhar Nokia care then madam Kavita who attended my call.she said to me that your mobile phone is not repaired, so you will collect your phone after ten days,
                        i am in the urgent need my phone, because i have only one handset and i have not receiving my clients, so my market value has diminished because of it, so please make quick, that i would received my phone .

                              This is true what you are saying my friend. Im having the same problem too with my phone which i bought in october in australia. This month, the right speaker has stopped working!!! When I go on the net, they were many to run into the same issue. It was always the right speaker. Some run into problem with the speaker after 3 weeks of purchase some after seven weeks.

                              For the battery they should give you a new one if they didn't give yours!

                              23/06/09. My new phone was opened and i was told that it will be sent to Head office for repair, which was really amazing to

                              listen for a new phone.
                              Queries i had was : 1> Phone getting heated up while video recording. 2> Keppad making noise as not fitted properly. 3> Error

                              msg while connecting TV out cable (USE PHONE MICRO PHONE). 4>Software not upadted. 5> Phone getting hanged while using.
                              I really wonder what quality checks nokia does before manufaturing phones. Since the time i have given my phone i am

                              following up with customer care, sometime they tell me 10 working days and sometime they tell me 15 working days to rcve back

                              the handset. And when i called up on 02/07/09 nokia care shop told me that it was repaired and they will call me when rcvd

                              from head office.
                              Is this is why i bought new phone so that after using for 4 days i give it back to nokia to REPAIR and the u repair and give

                              it back to me. I am really frustrated coz i being from middle class family cannot afford costly phones and after buying a new

                              phone so many problems and then nokia is repairing this and sending back. I really doubt what is wrong with such a big

                              company.who is not even bothered to do quality check of phones before selling.

                              NOKIA HANDSET N82 — delay in handover my set

                              before some day i switched off my cell phone. after that when i switched it on then it did'nt get on. then i registered my complaint with nokia care center solan himachal pradesh. they told me switch got broken i said them repair it after one hour they called me back and said your cellphone display got broken. I said them to repair it and give me my set back.they said to me that take your set after 2 days.But now one week spent no cellphone hasbeen given to me.They sying that only tomorrow tomorrow all thatTEEL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW...................how should i beleive that the dislay which is repaced by them will work properlly.....in between that i have only 5 month warranty left.

                                Dear nokia i bought my nokia mobile model 5610 XpressMusic on 2oth february 2008 but since 22nd december i faced a technical fault .The screen of my mobile turns blank and some times shows linning error i approached to the agent intercol for repair with warranty certificate but they could not repair it due to some liquid presence that caused little damages to its internal parts being honest my mobile is not damaged personally they also mentioned that it could be effcted by the weather as we have extreme damp in our invironment how can protect, i am very dissapointed about that please kindly look into this matter.(the agent asked for amount bd 30 that is equal to 100 dollars for repair why should i pay as i hold the validity of my warranty)

                                Nokia 5610 Xpress Music — improper working of phone

                                I am having Nokia 5610 Xpress music. it is getting restart often while speaking and while playing music also. I brought this phone in february-2008. I faced the same problem right from the first day. After 45 days, i got it serviced by nokia care.But after one week the problem restarted.the handsfree set also defective. it turns in mono sound from stereo sound while i am listening music after recieving a call.

                                I have purchased Nokia 5610 Xpress music on 2nd march
                                from that time it has gone to nokia care 4 times for the same reason.
                                It crashes and never start until it is sent to nokia care . I feel they
                                have sold me a faulty product and although in my third complaint I
                                requested them to replace my handset they never did that.
                                Consequences : Although I use to backup my phone data regularly but still
                                being unsure of the fact that when its going to crash i often loose
                                important contact along with suffering from being in a state of no
                                connectivity for 3-4 days when my phone crashes.

This was purchased by me at the the end of October, 2004. The entire application has been crashed. The handset has been given to M/s. MAA Communication, B-36, Guru Nanak Pura, Radhu Place, laxmi Nagar, Delhi on 4/3/2009. They have indicated approximate expdenditure of Rs.250/-.                                 I am facing the same issue. Its been twice that the phone has crashed, it keeps on restarting twice every hour and finally its the time of the 3rd visit in 1 yr. last time Nokia researched on this phone for 1 month and it still didn't run for a month.

                                Very unfortunate that after having been a Happy, satisfied and hence, loyal, to nokia for my previous models, 3315, 7650, 7710 and N72 &N70, I'll have to look for other options.
                                Navigation keys fault.

                                I brought Nokia 5610 last year 1st week of April for Rs.12.500 and today all of sudden the navigation keys are not working, Took the complaint to nokia care center and they say the inner cable is been damaged and they don't have any stock to replace it. Asked for 15 days time to repair it. when i asked about the cost the service center Manager said Rs.[protected] approx.

                                Cable cost Rs 2750 its ridiculous. I request the concern authorities to take necessary steps to stop these menace and take action against the Nokia Care Center who loots/cheats the consumers who do not know much.

                                Yes I too face the same problem of display for xpress music 5610.I have a dark display sometimes, an inverted display or a mixed colour display.My music slide bar is also broken.I have bought the phone from oman and it doesnt have a warranty in India.I'm trapped.What to do.
                                I know the nokia care centere at trivndrum sucks. to Replace a display and slider switch Nokia care at Pattom(Smart Care*) trivandrum quoted Rs 3500. Thinking its too costly i approcahed nokia care at Vazhuthacaud(M/S POWERLINK ). The first thing the service agent told was the device has come in contact with water and thats the reason its not working... which surprised me since the mobile never came in contact with any type of liquid. The service agent offered to fix the device in a week provided the spares are available. after 1 month and 2 weeks he still says the spares are not available or has come but all those came were faulty. Finally on Jan14, 2010 he reeturned the mobile saying spare not availabe. Disapponited by this i approcahed a private firm that reparis mobile at spencer junction, trivandrum and he said he would fix the mobile in an hour. In an hours time the mobile got a new diaplay a new slider switch and also the connecting wire and also an update of firmware. it just cost me Rs1500 and the mobile was in usable conditon. I suggest any one at trivandrum having problems with mobile arrpoch this shop. its in ANNAS ARCADE, SPENCER JUNCTION, M.G.ROAD, THIRUVANANDAPURAM, on first floor just opposit to lift

                                    I had given my Nokia N82 to Nokia Care Kottayam, Kerala on[protected] and the address of that Nokia Care is L M Service, Kochuparangottu Buildings, T B Road, Kottayam and the Job Sheet Number is[protected]/081224/24.They said that the complaint was something related to transceiver and asked me being unable to repair by them had sent it to Cochin Nokia Care with my permission.

                                    I had purchased this handset on 1st Oct 2008 from Mobile Planet, Chit Chat Arcade, Ramanchira, Thiruvalla, and billed on invoice no A195.The exact handset is Nokia N82- 1 Black/Black with IMEI [protected].

                                    On Dec 29, I called Nokia Care Kottayam to know my handset status and they told me its repaired and ready for collection.And on entering the Job Sheet No on Nokia site also said that its ready to be collected.I went Kottayam 35 Kms away from my place for getting my handset.I asked what they had done, whether replaced the part or repaired, they told its repaired and perfectly ok.I came back with it and when I checked it, its in the same condition with sound breaking, call drop etc.Now the handset is with me.Requesting you valuable suggestion what I have to do with it.In just 2 months time of purchase complaint came for a renowned brand and this is the action from their careline.Invite your immediate response.My contact mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no: [protected].
