      Most of them are facing this issue with a particular model of Nokia phone.

      Nokia 6.1 plus, Motherboard is dead. It was a total waste of investing in this phone.

      Since this issue is faced by most of the customers, Nokia has to address this issue.

      I don't want to pay nearly half of the phone price itself for repairing.

      Please Nokia help us to provide a motherboard atleast for Rs1000. It will be helpful for lot o[censored]s.

        Sir/ Madam,
        I had booked led tv on 29th July with a month it had been spoiled Nokia LED TV (43TAFHDN) has been registered with Jeeves (Case ID: Ending with UEQDHB9).
        Now more than 1 week has passed there is no tv to watch now delivery will be given on Tuesday and after installation person will take 3 to 4 days for installation I request you for refund of my money.Bcoz Nokia product and service Day by day becoming bad.

          Hi,
          I ordered nokia 65 inch smart tv from flipkart and it has 2 issues
          a. TV hangs while operating
          b. TV automatically restarts many times in a day
          It is hardly 10 days old and started complaining before return period was closed. But bythe time technician came return window was closed and technician is saying it did reset and issue still persists and go and deal with nokia. I have complained customer care more than 50 times but they stopped responding and disconnects calls. I called flipkart and raised complaint but still of no help.
          I never expected Nokia being such a brand will provide customer experience like this, i have invested 60000 rupees on the tv which is of a defect product and the company is not at all bothered to respond properly.
          Can someone please help me with this either by replacing the defect product or by refunding the money that i spent on this TV. I feel Redmi/Mi has better service comared to this branded products.

              I missed my employment office registration card due to my house broken because of heavy rain.

              Last I renewed my 10th and 12th mark sheet in the year 2014 May

              So my next renewal year 2017 I was not able to renew my employment card due to I missed all the details.

                    I bought this amazing and wonderful tv last year. on Aug 30th 2021, there was small sound and smoke came out of the tv and then tv screen started flickering with blue and red vertical lines. I have contacted Jeeves support as I have taken 3 years of extended complete protection plan by paying 3800 rupees on the day of installation. Jeeves just opened a case and there was no further progress, finally after 5 days and multiple follow ups I found a number of field assistant and called him. He came and open the back panel, took some snaps and opened a case with Nokia. From there again I started my new follow ups with Nokia customer care. Every time I call them, they are saying concern team is working, give us 2 working days. But no one knows who is working what. That too no respect to the customers, rude behavior and single line answer. Not sure when its going to be resolved.

                                Before lockdown, in may i got my phone checked for software issues with the nokia customer care in mapusa city(GOA). they said i would have to leave my phone for the replacement but since i dint have my data saved i took it back and unfortunately got infected with covid which was a month in quarantine. following which a state wide lockdown was imposed in Goa.
                                as soon as this lockdown was lifted i called up on [protected] and asked them if i could come back to get my handset replaced, to which the attendant replied that the engineer is gone back to his village and they have to find a replacement. she also told me that 'The warranty will extend by a month'.
                                my warranty got over on the 15th of august and today(01st sept 2021) when i went back. the attendant had the audacity of telling me thta she meant the warranty would extend one month from the date of the lock down lift. does that even make sense. i tried to find the contact no. of the manager but he is no more so im seeking some action from the company directly. Thank you for your time. everyone's time needs to be valued.

                                    I have purchased Nokia 2.4 on 26.07.2021, since date of purchase its gets hanged most of the time, network problem, screen flickering issues are observed. A very next day of 27.07.2021 i have submitted my mobile to nearest nokia care center. They have accepted the phone for observation. Same day they have retuned mobile saying its ok now we have updated the software. But the problems are still remain same as earlier. i have again submitted the phone and again they have accepted the phone and retuned as usual. Then again 3rd time i have submitted the phone. I request them all and to pls help me to get my phone ok. I have share screen recordings of mobile issues. But they have refused the mobile screen recording. they told me that we dont believe in videos. When i forced them, then they have accepted my phone to verify issue.

                                    But still all problems in mobile remain as earlier. A false jobsheet has also been provided me by them. they provide me job sheet, when i submitted it on 1st time. but in general they have to provide me latest current job sheet.

                                    They intestinally dont want to show on paper that mobile is faulty.

                                    A several mail has been also written to customer care email address but still i didnt get any reply from them. please help

                                        The Phone is not working properly and we have visited the Customer Service Center twice since then . Have been following up with the company since then.

                                        The company is repeatedly asking us to visit the service center however they are not able to provide the resolution for the same.

                                        I wanted to get the refund for my product as it is faulty .
