I bought this amazing and wonderful tv last year. on Aug 30th 2021, there was small sound and smoke came out of the tv and then tv screen started flickering with blue and red vertical lines. I have contacted Jeeves support as I have taken 3 years of extended complete protection plan by paying 3800 rupees on the day of installation. Jeeves just opened a case and there was no further progress, finally after 5 days and multiple follow ups I found a number of field assistant and called him. He came and open the back panel, took some snaps and opened a case with Nokia. From there again I started my new follow ups with Nokia customer care. Every time I call them, they are saying concern team is working, give us 2 working days. But no one knows who is working what. That too no respect to the customers, rude behavior and single line answer. Not sure when its going to be resolved.
