I have given for service from nokia ebuilder site https://nokia.ebuilder.com
on May 14th it was showing created and i opt for taking my product from home. After a week ecomm express has picked up my phone https://ecomexpress.in/tracking/?awb_field=[protected] this was the tracking ID after some two days it was showing the phone is delivered in service centre. This i can track in my nokia ebuilder website now two weeks over everyday i will send mail to [protected]@hmdglobal.com to understand the status past two weeks i am getting only one reply . Now they are not replying to my mail aswell.
i am understanding that my phone got lost. Otherwise they would have given an update.nowadays they are not giving me reply aswell.I am really frustrated and stressed sending mails and not getting replys. Attaching same repeated mail i got till 31th May2022 from support team. Also enclosing my order number[protected] OrderNo:**65300

    My phone is not working which is still under warranty period.
    When i contacted the seller, they said that they need a service reply from nokia. When i contacted the service centre they are unwilling to solve my problem.

      I bought Nokia 5310 dual sim keypad phone white on August 27, 2021 . The phone didn't last for more than month. The keypad is not working. I didn't even use the phone properly. This is the most trash phone I've ever used. I can neither call anyone nor run any application. I took the phone for repair and they said the phone is completely damaged one. I just want to have refund money or a new phone.

        It’s been more than 1 and half month since raising the complaint with nokia care that my phone nokia 215 4G is having a display issue . They always reply on email asking me to wait for some time but no one contacts me. Only once their logistic team has contacted me for pick up which I couldn’t respond to them due to my work (that too only once) and they cancelled the pick up on their own. I have attached the screenshots they have initially replied to my complaint on 10 Apr 22 and nothing has happened since then . Today on 26 May 22 they are still saying me to wait some more time. They are unable to contact me or give me confidence that the phone will be replaced within the warranty period. Plz do the need ful

          My Name is Kushal Vir SIngh Order ID[protected] dated[protected] bought Under Complete TV protection(3 years) vide Jeeves consumer service pvt ltd. Invoice no. EAAAAB[protected] dated[protected]. I have made complaints so many time with [protected]@flipkart.com as well as on your portal on dated[protected]. that my faulty TV picked by Jeeves consumer services pvt ltd. vide their job sheet No. /N43F20A03TD02488 dated[protected]. but still I have not receive any refund against my product, as I updated my bank account details also with them, when I contact to Jeeves they ask Nokia will refund and when I call to Nokia customer care they ask Jeeves will be refund, I am fully disappointed, what should I do, I lost my TV as well as my money too. pls help to get my money return.

              Promotion 2010 and I completed all the needful requirements for the recieval of the cheque but UpTo No any respondate, lastly talked I was told the cheque is in Kenya Narobi but Not yet.
              I would like to know the cause of the delayment???

                I Purchased a Realme narzo 30 pro from a dealer and it was working perfectly fine untill now, but somehow it stopped functioning and I came to know that the phone was purchased from Flipkart pay later. The thing is I have made full payment while purchasing the phone and it has stopped working now. I want you to take a action against this matter as soon as possible as my important documents and Accounts/passwords are in it.

                  I bought Nokia LED 43” TV through Flipkart on 27/02/2021 in about time the TV encountered a picture problem on 18/11/2021 not replace given complaint on service they attend & not solved the problem Now again april month the same picture problem occurred and when complained to Flipkart a technician was sent and it was confirmed that there was a picture panel problem and it needs to repaired and since the TV is not covered in warranty I have to bear the repair on 20000 They said

                  Poor quality product... Same issue with my TV... The company technician said i need to pay 75% TV cost to replace the panel...

                  Nokia selling very poor product and not a trust worthy brand any longer

                    Iam ravindra i have purchased Nokia 43 inchs tv on 27/02/2020 it was a problem on screen I have complaint on Nokia service center service engineer received complaint update problem the manager on Nokia service center said their is no problem on this issue this is software update problem ut was automatically solved . But 5/04/2022 the screen was not not shown properly display problem i have complaint in service provider they said their is no warranty issued in this product .They are respond on certain time nov18th 2021 i didn't face in this problem now their irresponsible service i have loose 24999 rupees please refund my money or replace the product.

                    Dear sir/mam Iam ravindra i have purchased Nokia 43 inchs tv on 27/02/2020 it was a problem on 11/18/2021on warranty period screen I have complaint on Nokia service center service engineer received complaint he said there was their is no problem on this issue this is not a issue update problem ut was automatically solved . But now tv completely display problem please then he correctly respond on Nov 18th 2021 my problem wiil solve they tell lies they cheated me.                       Dear Sir,
                      with due respect i am soumyaranjan sia writing you on behalf i have purchased a nokia mobile 110 model from nokia.com (official website) on 13th march and after few days my product was shipped and delivered to me on 20th march.but when i have unboxed my phone, the phone was working well, but the network was not showing and when i go to phone settings then check for manual network it gives me error message that no networks available, so i had contacted their customer care they said me to type a code so that i can reset my phone. but after reseting the phone it gives me same error .

                      after a talk with them they said me to wait for pickup of that mobile and give me a replacement.but today is 3 april, but still my issue was unresolved.so now i know i am helpless, so i am writing this issue to you, please help me if you can

                      i am attached the video and invoice reciept of that mobile i purchased below.

                      i didnot expect this from them.

                                Nokia had rolled out a security update for 5feb 2022. There are glitches in the update and jio sim services are not available. The phone goes to emergency mode upon restarting, not allowing to use any services.
                                Many customers reported same issue and the have not rolled out an update of software till date.

                                It's annoying that they do not provide any support for this.

                                        I bought Nokia LED 43” TV through Flipkart on[protected] and in about 4 months time the TV encountered a picture problem and same was replaced on[protected]. Now again after 10 months in December 2021 the same picture problem occurred and when complained to Flipkart a technician was sent and it was confirmed that there was a picture panel problem and it needs to repaired and since the TV is not covered in warranty I have to bear the repair expenses. I am extremely shocked and disappointed when the technician said that the repair cost would be around ₹25000-00, almost the cost of a new TV. This is rubbish, Nokia has produced faulty and third rated quality product and has robbed us our hard earned money. Please is this the repair expenses for a no fault of ours, NokIa should come up with a better and cordial understanding with the customers.
