    Hello, on 9th august 2022 i went to Latur authorized Nokia care named Mobile link. I went there for Nokia 8.1 battery replacement. They said the Battery isn't available and they will have to order it, so they created the Job sheet and i paid the advance Rs.1000. They said it will be received within 7 days. But after 7 days when i contacted them, they did not yet receive the battery and also they were not keen enough to help further, they just kept giving assurances.

    It has been 17 days now, and i haven't received their call, nor the battery or any sort of resolution, i also mailed and contacted the Nokia care through the mails many times, but also no any help provided yet.

        I bought nokia mobile and it has an issue with the speaker within 3 months . I asked nokia for the warranty (repair/replacement). And im speaking with customer care for more than a month . But their response is same. They are always sending the mail like "wait for sometime". Very worst response ever. I have a mail communication with more than 35 replies with the same content "wait for sometime".

          I’m Aman Agrawal, I made a warranty claim request a few day ago, then I made a device pickup request using nokia ebuilder on 6th July.

          And a E-COM delivery boy came and picked up my device forward it to the nokia on 7th July.

          But when I checked the status of repair using order number, I got to know that my order has been cancelled on 7th July.

          It’s so much Frustrating, Nokia didn’t gave any update regarding that, and why my warranty order got cancelled.

          Then I contacted Nokia care using their Toll free number and he told me that I’ll get update regarding that issue, but till now 2 days has passed, but no response.

          This is something that I didn’t expected from Nokia Care.

          I just want to know, when I’ll get my device repaired/replaced.

            I purchased Nokia Nokia 107.9 cm (43 inches) Full HD LED Smart TV on 13.06.2021. Within one year I faced a display problem. I registered a complaint on 12.06.2022 and the tech arrived on 15.06.2022 and told parts to be replaced.

            On 22.06.2022 I received a mail from Mubeena - Team Nokia Product Support by Flipkart (attached below the mail details )

                    I bought Nokia 139cm 55 inch Ultra HD 4K LED Smart Android
                    TV with Sound by JBLOrder from FlipKart with order

                    The purchase made on 25/12/2019 within a month TV started reporting the screen blackout issue. Issue was reported to Nokia / Flipkart. Nokia engineers reseted the TV to default and request us to keep it under observation. Within a month's same issue was reported .Then in March Lockdown imposed due to Covid-19 hence technician did not visit due to lockdown by the time the default warranty expired. Luckily we had an extended warranty. Then we reported the issue to Nokia and they requested to report it to their support partner Jeeve. We reported issues on Jeeve multiple times. They attended and replaced the main board but the issue was not resolved. Almost every month we report the issue but the issue is not resolved.

                    This is a manufacturing defect as per the review provided by other customers hence I would request to replace the product with a good item or provide a refund. I can share my Invoice copy if needed

                        I brought Nokia 105 dual sim phone through Amazon.in on 19/01/22. I made the complain to Nokia customer care for malfunctioning of phone. Phone shows the signal bars but we cannot make calls and caller gets the notification that phone is either switched off or out of coverage area.
                        I have provided all relevant documents and details to customer care but they are asking for video of complain which I have sent twice.
                        I am not here to do their job. Their product is faulty and they must take the pain.

                            I have given for service from nokia ebuilder site https://nokia.ebuilder.com
                            on May 14th it was showing created and i opt for taking my product from home. After a week ecomm express has picked up my phone https://ecomexpress.in/tracking/?awb_field=[protected] this was the tracking ID after some two days it was showing the phone is delivered in service centre. This i can track in my nokia ebuilder website now two weeks over everyday i will send mail to [protected]@hmdglobal.com to understand the status past two weeks i am getting only one reply . Now they are not replying to my mail aswell.
                            i am understanding that my phone got lost. Otherwise they would have given an update.nowadays they are not giving me reply aswell.I am really frustrated and stressed sending mails and not getting replys.                                 I bought Nokia 5310 dual sim keypad phone white on August 27, 2021 . The phone didn't last for more than month. The keypad is not working. I didn't even use the phone properly. This is the most trash phone I've ever used. I can neither call anyone nor run any application.                                   It’s been more than 1 and half month since raising the complaint with nokia care that my phone nokia 215 4G is having a display issue . They always reply on email asking me to wait for some time but no one contacts me. Only once their logistic team has contacted me for pick up which I couldn’t respond to them due to my work (that too only once) and they cancelled the pick up on their own. I have attached the screenshots they have initially replied to my complaint on 10 Apr 22 and nothing has happened since then . Today on 26 May 22 they are still saying me to wait some more time. They are unable to contact me or give me confidence that the phone will be replaced within the warranty period. Plz do the need ful

                                    My Name is Kushal Vir SIngh Order ID[protected] dated[protected] bought Under Complete TV protection(3 years) vide Jeeves consumer service pvt ltd. Invoice no. EAAAAB[protected] dated[protected]. I have made complaints so many time with [protected]@flipkart.com as well as on your portal on dated[protected]. that my faulty TV picked by Jeeves consumer services pvt ltd. vide their job sheet No. /N43F20A03TD02488 dated[protected]. but still I have not receive any refund against my product, as I updated my bank account details also with them, when I contact to Jeeves they ask Nokia will refund and when I call to Nokia customer care they ask Jeeves will be refund, I am fully disappointed, what should I do, I lost my TV as well as my money too. pls help to get my money return.

                                        Promotion 2010 and I completed all the needful requirements for the recieval of the cheque but UpTo No any respondate, lastly talked I was told the cheque is in Kenya Narobi but Not yet.
                                        I would like to know the cause of the delayment???
