We are also facing the issue regarding sound...
If I increase sound from 5 to 6 level it will increase drastically...
Very worrest experience I am facing with Nokia TV...
I don't want to say any thing. Really I am fealing ashame because I am only suggested this tv to my brother with the brand name of Nokia. Now I am suffering 😫 😩.

    We have purchased nokia led rv 43 inches 1 year ago from flipcart at a price 22500 now suddenly it is turned off with out any physical interference now when we raised complaint to nokia company they are asking pay 20000 rupees for 22000 rupees TV this very worst service from nokia

      Nokia 5310 DS 2020 is my handset.
      The handset is not work properly, before few days it's stopped working.
      It has one year manufacturer warranty.
      Before few days I contacted NOKIA customer care but I couldn't get a proper solution from them !

        Software bug on Sound - TV

        We have a sound issue on latest software, i have this issue since March 2021 and now its been a year and no resolution yet.
        I am actively chasing this since October 2021 and still no resolution.
        Whenever we raise a complaint Nokia assign it to Jeeves now Jeeves visit home restarts, reboots tv i have explained him that its a software bug and he left as its not in their bucket. He closes ticket!!

        Hi Team,

        I purchased (Nokia 109 cm (43 inch)Ultra HD 4K LED Smart Android TV with Sound by JBL and Powered by Harman AudioEFX) Invoice Date:[protected]. Product is totally faulty and after two visit of technician it's not working properly
        1. Many time TV start time get stuck with blurred position or pictures get overlap.
        2. TV ON/OFF switch not working after 2-3 days and once battery remove and place again and reset factory it's working. so i need do this activity every alternate day.
        3. Nokia customer care behavior vary is irresponsive and irritating. They are denying to talk with senior person.

        Desirable Solution: I need refund my total amount with torcher compensation and warranty amount of Jeeves or replace this faulty product ASAP.

            I had bought my nokia 3310 phone from amazon on dated 18 july 2021 but after some time i am facing many problem from this phone I went to care but still not solved my problem after that I called nokia customer care many times aproxx 25 times they told me to first replace your battery from my specified given location, when I went to that location I found Nothng is there, after that again I called to customer Care They give me another Location When I went there They Refused to solve my problem They give me excuse of Battery is Not coming from Company from several Times.
            So I want to resolve my problem from Company because I had Frustated By Roaming here and there with my phone.

              I lived in Baruipur near Kolkata .pincode - 700144
              I have loudspeaker problem in my nokia 5.1 plus so I contact to the service centre in Baruipur. They charge 1380/ rupees to solve this. I pay that money and after 2 hours they bring my phone back. I checked it that the loudspeaker works as normal but when I came outside of the centre and try to unlock the phone to make a call but the fingerprint does not works ..the fingerprint setting option also lost from the settings. I bring my phone back to them about the fingerprint then they say there is little crack in strip of fingerprint. I asked them why they ignore this to tell me before the phone delivered though they know it . They say me to bring my phone back after 5 or 6 days to the care to change the fingerprint at free of cost. I go to the care today to solve this . After waiting of 2 hours they show me the damage back glass of my phone ..they tell me you have a little crack on your back glass and when we make it out to change fingerprint then it happen.. it is totally thier mistake not mine . They should be informed me before why after every mistake. Now they fit a white back glass in my phone which not suitable me . I say for the blue back glass then they charge 1000 for this. Why should I pay for their mistake? They didn't take proper care of my phone . This phone is specious for me that's why I didn't tell them anything.

                I handover blue color mobile but they replaced with black color without my knowledge . Secondly i checked that mobile also, fully charged and i switched off mobile. Later i tried to switch on the mobile same problem, not at all switch on. I don't know what kind of service their your doing. Really fedup. I purchased on 14.11.2021, still i didnt get my mobile. Not even single day use it. I told them to collect the black mobile and refund my money but they replied like this"In response to your concern regarding Nokia 110, we would like to inform you that there is no refund policy there is only 12 months replacement warranty for feature phone device and 6 months warranty for accessories if it meets all the warranty guidelines, that is there should not be any physical, cosmetic and liquid damage in device and Further, we would like to inform you that the replacement is depend on stock availably so we will not commit for the device color." i paid for blue panel device, not even single day used it. How can they say based on availability stock they have replaced with black panel device it seems. If i check third party portal still blue panel device stock is there, how can they blame me. I have sent more 30 mails for the solution, nothing happen. Meanwhile if they replaced with new mobile how that's mobile also facing same issue. Might be other person brought black panel, would have same problem, those stock returns to me by the name shake of replacement. I requested you to kindly look into this...

                    Dear san,
                    This is karthikeyan boominathan from Tamil nadu. I bought my new nokia 6 before 3 years ago. recent time i had trouble in charging unit. so I planned to go for nokia care in my home town (karaikudi) for service on nov last week. i told them about my phone problem met. they told that they are collection point of nokia care so they need to send my phone to Chennai later they will give me suggestions what need to change etc.
                    after 4 days they reached me with phone that my charging unit was collapsed so they advised me to change the charging unit (2000rs + service charge 200rs) also I asked whether any other problem is there..? i.e display, battery unit. the customer executive from karaikudi told that No sir no other problem is there only charging unit is need to change.

                    then i made payment of 2200rs, i recevied my phone from collection point center karaikudi. two days later i found that dispaly is flickering contiously even i didnt insert sim. then i tried calling to their landline no response. so i went to center complaint about my problem i faced. the customer executive in collection point told 'okay sir, we will fix the issue what u will met'. 4 days later he called through phone that your problem was solved and asked me to collect my phone. i went to nokia care and i recevied my phone. but my problem is not solved so i asked the executive he told that i will speak to my higher officals later he will update what to do.

                    nearly 5 days gone i never got a call from executive of nokia care so phoned him. he told that there is no fault from their side. u need to change display unit i argued y u told that no other problem during changing charging unit.

                    i dont know what to do ? i was very ashamed and disappointment about nokia care service.kindly i need help from nokia care

                        With in four days after installation the screen blackslight is bleeding and cloudy and after putting the tv for replace the technician sag its not an issue

                            Its been 75 days now and I am still waiting for a solution from Nokia Care for resolving the 1% charging issue on Nokia 6 mobile.

                            When I initially handed over my Nokia 6 mobile at Nokia Care centre in Mysuru, Karnataka, India on 20th September, 2021, they gave me an assurance that the issue would be resolved as soon as they get a chip delivered from their Bengaluru centre and that the mobile will be delivered to my home. I was then happy with the promise of such personalized care.

                            However, even after one month there was no response and I raised the issue with the Nokia mobile care team ([protected]@hmdglobal.com).

                            Each time the online support team promises an early solution but there is no actual solution provided even after 75 days as on date. The chatbots are a novel way of repeating the same standard reply, without actually understanding the issue.

                            I hope this platform helps me in getting an early solution as the channels of communication with Nokia have failed badly and my patience is also running out.

                            Has the Nokia India lost all technicians capable of providing solution or this is the standard at Nokia.

                            The Nokia management team needs to look at this very seriously.

                            After making a promise once again for repair of my Nokia 6 mobile @ Rs. 3540/- plus taxes, the team offered a new Nokia 6 mobile @ Rs. 2100/- citing non-availability of mother board to repair my mobile. This was on 18.12.2021.

                            Today i.e., 03.01.2022, the customer care team calls once again and informs that they are unable to find stock of new Nokia 6 mobile for replacement and as such they cannot honour me anything.

                            It took 106 days from my initial complaint dated 20.09.2021 to come to the conclusion that no solution can be provided for my mobile issue. Pathetic service.

                            I am now contemplating legal action against them, as this forum has also failed to stir up the sleeping Nokia Co.

                              I bought nokia 105 mobile on 21st oct 2020, i am facing charging issue on that mobile i contacted nokia cuscare support they said provide replacement because still my mobile in warranty period.

                              From oct 7th onwards i am talking through mail and phone to cuscare but till date i didn't get my replacement. simply they send mail but action not happened my mother using this phone but past 2 months she don't use a phone many time i explained about this to cuscare but they said they will give replacement but i didn't get my replacement. so i don't know where i will go next that is why i raised complaint here, so i requested to you kindly do the needful. Thanks in Advance.

                                Hi Sir,

                                I have bought Nokia 105 mobile on august from flipkart and its display stopped working on October last, When i checked with NOkia service centre i got infomation saying that, feature phones wont service there only smart phones will be. So i mailed nokia customer care on November 2nd 2021 for claiming warranty. I got replay saying that, my mobile will be picked for servicing .i have been waiting for this since nov 3rd, but till now no one picked my phone for servicing .Please let me know how to proceed further?

                                  TVs display problem

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  I am Kishore Babu, bought a Nokia 108cm (43 inch) UHD (4K) LED Smart Android Tv with sound by Onkyo (43TAUHDN) and received it on 21st January 2021 from Flipkart. A week ago our TV had a display problem. I've complained to the Flipkart service provider. They sent a technician. The technician who tested physically said that the display problem was caused by the manufacture defect. He said the same thing to the Flipkart...

                                  I purchased a Nokia G20 on 11/09/2021, two and half month ago from Kishore mobile, Khalifabag, Bhagalpur. Within one week so many problems arise in that mobile. Firstly, it is restarting by itself during call. Secondly, apps like youtube or any video apps close suddenly by itself. Third point, play store app is not opening. Fourthly, it is always asking for factory reset so we are losing all the data . So many other issues are also there. Also the service centre (Anand Tower, Near Bhikanpur chouck) situation is so pathetic. I visited there personally three times from last two months. But every time they refused to service. My experience regarding nokia mobile and nokia care at Bhagalpur is very much painful. I visited the service centre (Anand Tower, Near Bhikanpur chouck) three times. You have given the responsibility to some blustered People. They always refused to service and talked very rudely as I have done some criminal activity by purchasing the Nokia G20 Mobile.
                                  My request is please replaces my mobile set or return my money. Because I became fade up to handle this type of arrogant peoples.
