I made a purchase of rs. 1495/- from this website on 6th july. I had ordered 5 tops. I received my order confirmation on email as well as shipment tracking details on it. Today, on 11th july i received my parcel but it was a wrong product delivered to me as i got a saree in it. I emailed them regarding the same but there was no response from their side. Also, the contact number give on their website is switched off hence, it's of no use. Somehow i found another contact number on google, when i called up on that number the person asked for account details to refund the money back. How can we trust them on this? They do not update us on exchange or return of the product but are ready to refund the money back instantly by asking our google pay or phone pe upi id. There are many things written on their website for refund and exchange but in real there is nothing like that. It's just for looting money. This is how i found that i was been spammed just like many others. I want them to be found and want my money back.
