And i oder nightwear and in the parcel sari what about my nightwear and i want my ₹ ok other ways i compline in the court i want ₹ other why’s my nightwear. I returned my parcel i don’t want to your sari. Only 200 sari i pay 1300₹ i don’t want ok 😠😠😠😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 this website is fake bcccc

This website is fraud. They show something else and if we order they deliver one single cloth that too way different product we have actually purchased.
And once we tend to lodge the complain they do accept the complain and they tend to call the person and ask us to download team viewer app saying that they do our cashback using that app and ask for the unique id, once we share the id they hack our phone and every bank details. So be very careful all. "number is from west bengal"

I have ordered four tops. Bt i got wrong product delivery. They delivered me suit instead of tops. I have paid 1196 rs for this order. I mailed them regarding wrong order. But tgey are mot responding. I m going to attach some pics s of that order. Kindly take a llok on this matter.

I had ordered a combo offer of night suit and i received a saree.

I ordered two pajamas worth rs 1300 from nonstopwears through social media handle named instagram. Despite of making payment online and doing all the necessary procedure what i received was a saree! After receiving saree i was shocked to see myself. The order conformed was of 2 pajamas (Combo of two) even in the package which contained saree had a title bearing combo of two pajamas.
Hereby i am even mentioning my awb number [protected].
I have mailed the site and called them i didnt receive any answer from them.

I ordered 2 women t-shirts and paid 498 rupees and i didn't get a mail. They notify me with a message that we inform you when order is ready for shipping. Given contact no. Is off. It's a fraud site

I have sent emails twice regarding my order delivery confirmation but have not received any revert.

I had ordered for night dress combo of rs 1300 and after 3 weeks of waiting got lehenga choli. Inspite of sending continuous mails to the company there is no response and no contact number is available where i can reach out. Please help to stop such fraud from happening and help me get my refund

I had ordered 5 different items from nonstops wears of nightdress and tops however when i received parcel it contained 1 saree that to of lowest possible quality. On this i immediately tried to book return of this parcel but there was no such facility on their portal, only way to reach them is through email, i sent emails thrice but ther is no response - i have been duped of 2900 rs

I ordered some tops and a jeans total worth rupees 2602. I received the order after few days and got a saree instead which is worth rs 500 or less than that, this is just so inconvenient. And when i mailed them about all of this they gave me no response, i've been mailing the same thing to them everyday but received no response at all.

I made a purchase of rs. 1495/- from this website on 6th july. I had ordered 5 tops. I received my order confirmation on email as well as shipment tracking details on it. Today, on 11th july i received my parcel but it was a wrong product delivered to me as i got a saree in it. I emailed them regarding the same but there was no response from their side. Also, the contact number give on their website is switched off hence, it's of no use. Somehow i found another contact number on google, when i called up on that number the person asked for account details to refund the money back. How can we trust them on this? They do not update us on exchange or return of the product but are ready to refund the money back instantly by asking our google pay or phone pe upi id. There are many things written on their website for refund and exchange but in real there is nothing like that. It's just for looting money. This is how i found that i was been spammed just like many others. I want them to be found and want my money back.

I came to this website through instagram ad i ordered 2jeans and a top all worth 1297 inr, witin 4days the order got delivered with wrong product (Some low quality piece of cloth)
This is a fake website, and they're running similar websites with different names. I wanted to return the product and wanted refund but they won't reply. Please helppp!!!

I ordered product but now i'm not able to contact the customer care or track my shipment.

I came through a shopping site ‘https://nonstopwears.com/’ on instagram and i ordered two nightsuits combo, but after 5 days i received wrong product that too some old saree. I paid 1300 in total. I tried reaching out to the customer care, but they have switched off their mobile phones. Both locations seems to be surat, gujarat.

I came through a shopping site ‘https://nonstopwears.com on facebook and i ordered two nightsuit, but after 6 days, all i received is just a net piece of cloth. I paid 1300 in total.
I am tiring to reach the customer support, they have switched off their both mobile phones.

I had ordered 7 items, 5 tops and 2 sets of night wears from the facebook ad of non stop wears on 8th july worth rs 4093. Today i got the courier from exim express. I got a saree insted of what i ordered.

I have ordered 2 set of pajamas and 2 set of suits bt i was delivered a very different suit that i didn’t ordered.
I have complain on their site bt nothing is being done neither my money has been refunded nor the order is greeting cancelled

This company is filled with frauds.
They send me an otp and asked me to type my number so that they can refund the money since i cancelled the order but they hacked my bank account through my number and stole the entire money i had in my bank account and changed my pin too.
The next day i got a torn saree delivered at my doorstep from this company.
I don't expect anything from you by sending this complaint. But i'm sure there plenty of people like me who trusted that company and i hope it doesn't happen to anyone again and if this complaint is of any use i really hope you would do the needful and take severe action for illegal transaction and fraud business.
