They are fooling everyone... I have launched a complaint against them cybecrime cell...
Urge everybody to do the same.

I ordered combo of night suite worth rs.1299/- but instead of that i received sarees with very worst quality (Not more than price 100-200rs). This is complete case of fraud as multiple users raised the same complaint. Attached are the photos for proof. Kindly take strict action on nonstopwears and help me to get my refund.

I have ordered a combo nightwear costing 1299. I have received a 3rd class quality Saree instead.

When somehow got a contact no, called a guy he picked up - I told the discrepancy happened.. he said sorry for the inconvenience LOL. I was simply hearing his suggestions after reading here all the fraud they are doing.

He said there was a system issue it seems(looks like he’s working in MNC) then he said he will refund asking few questions such as :
1) do you have phone pe/UPI ? I said NO
2) how did you make the payment ? I said Debit Card.
He said okay I will send you a form, fill it up.
Please have a look HOW THE FORM LOOKS LIKE ( while I was on call with him I saw the form and he asked me to fill it during our conversation)
Please look at the form once 😂
It says : Provide Debit card no, valid thru date, CVV. ##er ask PIN also.😡
When I asked why CVV ? He said madam we will make Card to Card payment ? Like seriously ???

Then I told him I was going thru google and read the CUSTOMER complaints. I would have understood if couple of them had got wrong packages but there are so many of them.
And why the ## I will share my CVV ? You guys are doing fraud and on the top asking detailed info about our bank records like really ??
I said keep 1299 with you, I won’t be sharing any ##ing details. He said if you don’t want then not my problem LOL.
I said If you have online website, make your system better so that people trust on you WWW.
Why Myntra or any such good ecom DONT gave this kind of system like you have ? Who asks for details ? On which era are they living.

On 6-7 -2020 I ordered on non stop wears for a combo deal of night suits. On 10-7-202 I receive a package o[censored]nstitched cloth. On calling this no.-
‭[protected]‬- a person named Deepak replies he agrees that a wrong delivery has been done, on asking for refund he says a message will be sent you fill the form and you will receive refund. As I don’t receive any message he asked me my debit card number on refusal he asked me to download airdroid app . For refund. When I continuously told him to do Paytm he refused. I said usually companies do refund on same debit card number then what’s the problem. He said no things like this also can be done. While not complying to his instructions he was rude and his language was not uptomark.

They are delivering wrong products to everyone and customer service is not answering the phone or mails...
In fact i[censored] have displayed ur phone no on any complaint website then frauds from bihar and west bengal are calling u saying that they r from nonstopwears customer care and u need to give them ur bank or google pay ids so that they can refund ur money.
Please do not fall in this trap and please complain in cyber crime cell...
I have already put in a complain... But police will take action if more people complain.

On 5th july 2020, i paid (Online) rs 1299 to order a pair of pajama suit set fromhttps://nonstopwears.com/ and today i received a used, old, saree in the parcel, instead of the pajama suit set pair, and on top of the courier the product details are mentioned same as of my order, but inside they have sent old used item to fraud customer. I this trend they are following with all the other customers as well i think.

Please investigate and help to block the website as they are completely fraud.

They do not have any customer care or ph number to complaint. Also they are not responding to emails.

Please find the attached photo to check what was ordered and what has been delivered.

I purchased through website nonstopwear.com, i orederd the combo of noghtsuits 1299, i paid amount to them because there is no option for cod, and after 6days i got delivery very bad collection, i called them somany times they r not responding finally i called customercare no, they fwd to this no[protected] his name is deepak, he asking about complete bank details, then we questioned y all u need this immediately the communication was switched off, plz refund my money back, like this somany people are losing their money do something this kind of people

I had ordered 8 tops worth rs 2, 392. But i have recieved one saree. I request you to please do the right delivery or refund me the amount.

I ordered 2 sets of pajamas and paid rs.1299 and i've received what appears to be a saree?! Apparently shipped from surat, gujarat.
Take this piece of cloth back and refund my money. Their phone number is also switched off.

Wrong product delivey

I had ordered some product from nonstop wears on 1st july 2020 and on 8th of july i received my product. When i was going through the product i came to know that its not the same product i had ordered for.

I ordered from nonstop wear site of 1299 but received a wrong product.

I mail them, tried to call but no is switched off seems totally a fraud site.

Tried reaching out. They are full on into phising. Asked me for my upi details and bank details. On top of not being helpful they are upto some fraud.

I had ordered a combo night wear and made online payment through debit card for an amount of 1299. But received a cheap saree from the company today. Tried to return but there is no return option available nor they are responding to the mail. No other point of contact as a result rs. 1299 is blocked and i was cheated with a different low quality product.
Please help either to get the product that i had ordered or help get the refund, we are ready to return the product.

I have ordered for 3 night suit combo ... but they delivered me some saree ... that too it has all marks on it ...

I had ordered a combo set of 2 night suits and instead i got some low quality unstitched suit. Have tried teaching out to them multiple times but in vain.. Their facebook page is also unavailable now

I ordered some clothing items from a website called non stop wears for rs. 2343 that i paid online. But i received a saree that i did not order for so i tried contacting them for exchange but there was no response from them. I want the full refund of my money that i paid for and i hope this will help me out. Thankyou

I have order set of two night suits, instead received a saree. The contact information seems wrong. This looks like a scam to me. My order was prepaid.

I had ordered a saree from Nonstop Wears few days back (https://nonstopwears.com/collections/saree/products/copy-of-baby-pink-hand-pain...⇄ at rupees 1299/- and received a totally different product which I feel not even worth the price I paid online. When I requested for return nobody gave any response. I do have the mail histories and WhatsApp chat. Their portal does not contain the Return form which they mentioned required for return procedure. It's been almost 10 days since I purchased and they say product is not returnable in their policy but how to proceed without their response.!!!?
