I received my order (Order no.[protected] yesterday. I had ordered a combo set night suit from this site worth rs.1299 (Paid by upi), i have received a poor quality lehenga skirt instead. I am highly disappointed upon receiving the wrong order. The phone number mentioned on the site is always switched off. Moreover they're not replying to any of my mails.

I have also ordered night suit combo along with 3 tops the cost was 2096 RS..
But I received wrong product and I just wanted to know how it has happened even I have not received any order confirmation SMS from their side the contact no has given always be switched off. ...pls reached out to me and collect the packet also provide my ordered products

I had placed a order of two topwears from this site few days ago and payed online as they said i have to pay online in order to ensure contact less payment. Even now i haven't received any message regarding shipping of my order. I am even not able to contact them as there number is continuously switched off. They are neither responding to my e mail. I either want my order to be shipped or i want a full refund.

I ordered night suit combo on June 25 and paid 1299 for two piece nightsuits as COD was not availabl, and got an bad quality clothing which I didn't even ordered. Tried reaching on their phone number but it remains switched off. I wrote an email about the same on nonstopwears.[protected]@gmail.com, but no reponse. I just have my order details and no confirmation about anything.

This is fraud site and should be brought down immediately.

It was sponsored by Instagram without checking the background.

Same happened with me.

I ordered 7 items from this online shopping brand which was advertised in Instagram.
But instead I received a cheap red colour saree.
As it was a prepaid order of rupees 3293 paid via. Credit card, as there was no option for COD. I receive continuous notification from this brand by a mail regarding my order but once I received the order and I checked the item packed inside the order, I immediately tried contacting them. But no one from their team has replied back to my emails and the number mentioned in their website is also a fraud which is switched off.
I turned down the number on WhatsApp and contacted on that as well but no reply.

Date of delivery- July 13th 2020
Delivery service- Xpressbees
Delivery address- 5000 89, Hyderabad, Telangana

We should lodge a complaint against this and get a refund.

I paid for 1300 for a pack of combo night suit but when i opened my package it was lehanga instead.
Am continuously trying to reach them out but they arenâ€™t responding. Neither they have any feature page where i can review my orders and request for exchange or refund.

I ordered from combo of nightsuit looking at instagram beautiful images.
They didnt have option to pay cod so i paid amount 1299 while placing the order.
I received the order and that has just piece of clothes in it instead of nightsuit.
I am trying to call on their number mentioned on the website and dropped an email too.. But no luck...

This very much pathetic and fraud.
I would like to get my amount back, please help with this on how this could be done now?

Wrong product delivered, customer service line are switched off. They are not responding to email. Rs.1299 gone for nothing. Stupid and cheap cheating

I ordered three night suits from this site. I had paid 2200 for that and after a few days i was delivered a very poor quality piece o[censored]n stitched cloth. There customer complaint number is always switched off, i keep sending them mails but haven't got any response yet.

Yes Nonstopwears.com is fraud website. They are actively promoting on Instagram nowadays with different names. Now they have made a new website named ynrlehengas with the same catalog. I had order combo of nightsuit and received a piece of cloth. I made payment online of 1300 and now not able to contact them even i tried reaching the courier company to trace their address but they dont have any.

Please do not buy anything online from these kind of websites.

Yes it's fraud, same thing happened to me I also paid 1299 for combo of noghtsuits after 6days I got 1 cheap quality saree, I ping them to so many times but today I called customercare no of nonstop wear, then it fwd to this no[protected], the man name is Deepak he is asking about bank details and everything for refund, I gave the acc no but he is asking about 16 digit no and cvv code also, then my hbnd talked with him he doesn't lift the call also plz any body help out this prob

hi, after seeing all the comments here i realised its a fraud site as the same thing happened to me, but i decided t not let them get away with it . i called the courier compny through which the wrong parcel came, i requested them to give me the address of the office of NONSTOPWEARS.COM, they did not give me in first 3-4 calls, i kept trying for 2-3 days . then finally they gave me and the address is from SURAT, and luckily i know someone n surat who visited their office and then i made them send me the refund of Rs1299/- via paytm .
so if you want to visit their office and claim the refund, the address is SHOP No. 215- SANSKRUTI AC MARKET SURAT PIN CODE - 395010.
I have also filed a online fraud complain with the police .
