I placed an order for a jeans and a women's top both for a price of 798. I had to make an online payment due to no cod option available. I received a mail regarding the same. My order number was nsw0003367. Now it has been 10 days and there has been no update as to where my order has reached. I tried calling the contact no. ([protected]) that was provided on the site. However, the phone is always switched off. I have also written a mail to the email address provided. (Nonstopwears. [protected]@gmail.com). I don't want the items anymore but please refund my entire amount.
Please find attached the email received from them confirming my order, a copy of my payment done to them and a picture of my email trying to correspond with them.

As we have received a fake & wrong product from a online shopping website called "non stop wears" (Nonstopwears.com) & the payment has been already done. We had booked 6 dresses on 10th july 2020, & it was supposed to be delivered on 13th july 2020 through ecomexpress, but we received it on 16th july 2020 & those products that they have delivered is not ours & it is 1 product (Saree) instead of 6 dresses. The amount we have paid is totally rs. 1, 794.00/- & our order id is nsw0004154. & we have proof for all d payment & shipping details. & we are unable to contact this website as the website's ip address could not be found & the mentioned contact numbers are switched off. We here by request you to accept our complaint & take action on nonstopwears (Nonstopwears.com) [protected] nonstopwears. [protected]@gmail.com & the product is delivered from surat - bengaluru - hasan - mysore.

I ordered few tops long back nd have made the payment. But i din't receive any information after that.. They are not responding

These people are fraud af. I ordered a night suit combo worth rs 1299. What i got is 150 rs saree from them. These e-commerce monsters are looting the customers

I ordered some clothes long back but still not received any parcel or not received any tracking id for track also i mailed them on there official mail i but no revert. Still waiting for there response any waiting for tracking id for the same and also i made online payment for that clothes...

They took money and are not refunding me and not even sending the material

I have ordered few items worth rs 997 on 11 july 2020. No information about the order i have somehow found the customer care no. They picked up the call i told him the order no they said your order is cancelled i said but i didnot received any refund they ask for my google pay no i told him then he said i am sending an sms to your no please forward it to me then i will generate refund. I was worried might be its a scam i refused that i havenot received any msg. I received that though. Website is not working. Please help.

I have ordered 3 tops worth rs.897but there is no response from company. I had mailed them regarding delivery of products but no response for that too.
Is there any way to get my money back?

I had ordered combo night suit but received low quality saree.. I want to return it..

I ordered a product in nonstop wears website. They are showing good product and when it deliver it is the worst product and different product. When i was cancelling the product they are asking for bank otp, upi number and everything for their hacking. There is no option to cancel the product in their site also. That was the worst and no1 cheating site i have ever seen. Please take an action on that website to save many people's not to order in that site.

They have so many advertisements going on instagram. Now there website is showing unavailable. Ip not found. Tell me how to return this cheap saree and get my money back? Is there any check before a payment gateway approves payment to these fraudulent websites? How are logistics working for them?

Fraud website not responding nothing after sending many emails. Poor customer care service also in on one of the numbers from google is a fraud number ([protected]) he named himself as suraj sharma from kolkatta this was one of the number and i explain him how they delivered wrong product instead of 3 items. I asked him to check my order is number he says it was delivered so it's not popping anything on the screen not only that he said he will refund my whole amount which i asked do you know the amount he said server down. So i said the actual amount that was deducted for rs 2497. Later he said he will refund in google pay asking all banking details and all asking to click on links and unknowingly he duped rs 700 from my account.

This has to stop they are scamming lots of people in daylight by fake website and numbers

Scamming from websites that s dif fernt asking for banking details that s also different.

I'm really frustrated no idea of anyone is helping us to stop this kind of fraudulent website which is openly advertising in fb and instagram with different names, however same catalog.

I ordered for 3 different products instead i received old saree seems like it is already worn. I spend rs 2457. I tried reaching customer care no response to email or anything.

I'm website there were 5 to 6 differnt numbers i tried reaching it seems a guy name suraj sharma answered and i explain him details regarding my product. He started saying he will refund right away and send 2 different links unknowingly i did what he said slowly he asked more details about google pay and he duped rs 700 that s all i had. He started asking for more bank info.. Then he stated himself he was doing a fraud, a scam from kolkata.
Please do not ever ever order from here. Will end up losing more money.
Was first time to shop from here. Now never and no one shall.
No refund no response nothing.

I had ordere dnight suit but got a cheap skirt type thing.

I ordered 2 night suits from nonstopwears.com but they have sent me a cheap saree type dress material instead and their site is now not reachable. Pls help.

Now the website is not opening.
It is showing that the website is not found and till now i've not received my order.
