I ordered a product from non stop wears and as there is no cod option available, i paid while ordering the product. Later when i got the product, it’s completely different from what i ordered. (I ordered night suits and i got a saree). I tried to lodge complain in the website from where i ordered, but now website is not working.

I ordered a combo night suit. I have received a wrong product.
Please deliver me the right product order as soon as possible

I have ordered 3 tops and yet i havenot got delivery for the same.. Neither i got any messages about delivery. My order detail is order nsw0003961. And have paid rs.897 for the same.

I placed an order on 12th. Have been trying to contact the number given since then. But its goming switch off. I wanted to change dthe size of tshirt to xl. Sent multiple mails but no response.

Had ordered 4 nos of night suits on 27th of june amounting rs. 2598. Received the order today on july 15th, receive lehenga choli cloth piece actually. Very much disappointed. Would like you to refund the money asap or else your i will sue your company.

I ordered products worth 1500 from this website and i have not heard back anything from them yet. No one picks up calls and also most of the times there number is switched off. How can i get my money back

I ordered 4 tops amounting to rupees 1196 but i have received wrong product.
Iwant the refund immediately

Hey, i have ordered a night suit combo from theor site and what i received was an old cheap saree. When tried called them firstly they did not picked up the call and after some time i received a call back. I told them the issue and the person told me that it has been done by mistake and they will initiate a refund. They asked me for the account no. I preferred google pay over bank account no. Then they sent me a weird msg and asked to forward it to a toll free number which was a normal mobile number. They give you 25 seconds time so that you cannot see the msg whar it is. When i refused to forward the msg they told me that now your amount will not be refunded. Its their trick to hack people accounts. Stay away from this site and these hackers. They just want our money. Report them and lodge complaints against them. "beware"

I have ordered a combo of printed night suit but received a saree instead. I have also paid 1299/- will ordering.
Please replace my order or else return the amount

I order a top from www.nonstopwear.com on 1july 2020.
It's been a couple of week but they don't provide me any sort of information regarding my order. They are not responding my mails, my calls nothing.
Please help me to refund my money.

I had ordered a set of night dresses through the web portal, but i have received a filthy piece of cloth. I tried reaching them through their contact no. But it continues to remain switched off, i have also tried to reach them via email but as expected there is no response.

I have ordered a jeans from nonstopwears.com but i have not received my order yet. It's look like fraud wino

I ordered 7 items from this online shopping brand which was advertised in instagram.
But instead i received a cheap red colour saree.
As it was a prepaid order of rupees 3293 paid via. Credit card, as there was no option for cod. I receive continuous notification from this brand by a mail regarding my order but once i received the order and i checked the item packed inside the order, i immediately tried contacting them. But no one from their team has replied back to my emails and the number mentioned in their website is also a fraud which is switched off.
I turned down the number on whatsapp and contacted on that as well but no reply.

I had placed an order for 2 night wear clothing for rs. 1299 on 11th july. And i received the order on 14th which contained a very cheap and low quality saree.

So i called the store to ask for either refund or exchange. He answered and asked me for order details. And later asked me if i used google pay. I said yes, so he said he’ll refund the money. I said okay, later he asked me for a code that was sent to my mobile number linked to google pay.

I asked what “code” is this. And what is it regarding. He said it’s required to register this number with them to initiate the process of refund. So i went ahead and gave the code
He later sent me a link and asked me to fill my order number, delivery date, amount to be refunded. And he sent another code to my number and asked me to put the same in the next tab.
I got suspicious and asked “if you’re paying me why am i giving you number/code?” he says its a part of the process we need this code sent to your number.

After sending him this “code” my bank account got debited for 1400rs because that was all i had. If i had a larger amount the whole would’ve been gone in a second.
Later he acts surprise as if he doesn’t know what happened and said he’ll call me back. I called from another number pretending to be someone else and gave a fake order number, he agreed to refund the entire amount first and then again asked for my google pay details

I tried calling later and i was blocked.
-please be aware of such cyber crime.
-non stop wears is a fraud company

I came through a shopping site ‘https://nonstopwears.com/’ in instagram and i ordered two pyjamas, but today, all i received is just a piece of cloth. I paid 1300 in total. When i tried to reach the customer support, they have switched off their both mobile phones. Both locations seems to be surat, gujarat.

This is vasavi. Gorle, has ordered a women printed night suit in combo offer for 1299/- (Paid at the time of placing order) in nonstopwears site online. Order no. Nsw0003597 & found a saree instead of 2 night suits i have ordered. Please look into this & replace this saree with the night suits i have ordered. I'm attaching the images of invoice, saree received & the night suit i have ordered online or else return my money back. Please look into this and do the needful at the earliest.

Nsw0003660 order number has wrong product shipped to me. Please arrange for return or replacement immediately.

Saree was sent in place of pyjama set i had ordered.
