Northern Railways — Discrepancy in pension ppo no: [protected]

I am a family pension holder from northern railway vide above ppo no in sbi a/c no [protected] after my husbands death in 14th nov2001.After the implementation of 6th pay commission my basic pension should be rs 4050 plus DR whereas i am being paid rs 3500. plus DR p.M.Also the commutation value is also being deducted since then which as per rules should not be deducted after the death of pensioner kindly implement correct pension along with arrears.
