No.1 fraud fellows - i have paid rs.21, 895/- on 19.04.2016 for taking steps to get a job. Till today, they have not contacted/they have not done anything.
They are cheating the public by false promises and swallowing their hardearned money. Somebody or the government has to take steps to arrest the people involved and get back our money. The activities are not to be allowed further.
An advice to nownaukri people - "pegging is better than cheating"

Nownaukri also cheated me. Its steve philips & sachin chauhan gave a lot of false promises & job opportunities, after getting 12k from me, then sachin chauhan just started giving any random mails to me & even ask me for more money. Both steve & sachin must be booked under fraud case, else in india such fraud people will be encouraged causing bad image of indian society. Even their whole family & nownaukri must be booked who support such people to execute such cheat & fraud business. Govt has to take strict actions against such people.
We people keep on writing against such people & govt doesn't take any action against such people then it is very sad.

I am living in uae by profession i am engineer in the month of may 2016 i had received call from nownaukri’s service executive mr. javeed (delhi regional manager) called me before five month back on[protected] regarding for new ready job opportunity to me in uae. he brain washing more than 2 hours with various service number[protected],[protected],[protected]-604) with false promises and more pressured me for registration fee taken one by one without 1st order taken time (ie.. invoice order no invoice 1 : nn[protected], product : international highlighter | senior level (+10 yrs), amount : rs 5999, date :[protected]., invoice order no invoice 2: nn[protected], product : global highlighter/ india + international, amount : rs 9598, date :[protected] invoice 3: nn[protected] product detail profile completion, amount rs 15891 total grand total rs 31, 488 please refer my attachment for your reference. order taking time he given more promised offer in 10 to 15 days for arrange the offer any one company for above noticed one. or paid your refund money. after online payment, nobody response but i followed regular day status. result is failed from nownaukri. i sent many remainder emails but no response, time only lapsed.

Two weeks later mr sachin sharma called for additional money to certificate verification but i am not paid and more shouting to him, already paid money are no service. 15th day i received call from nownaukri’s miss priya malhotha (service executive) said i am follow up your job and i give you fruitful result as soon. she asking my resume, i also immediately sent another couple of hrs. next day i received nownaukri’s modified resume (resume build) for my verification / confirmation purpose. i give the clearance for my resume. after 10 days (25 days over from my order booking date) no response but i followed regular day status.
One month later nownaukri ‘s nothing doing only confirmation from my side regarding for resume builder service nownaukri are noted in three time but i received only one time for resume build confirmation 15th day but still not updated. live interview preparation is still, i don't receive any information / commitment from nownaukri still no activate. resume broadcast international is still, i don't receive any information / commitment from nownaukri still no activate
I am understand my job status from nownaukri side is zero, so i am requesting through indian consumer complaint forum please return back my money, immediately otherwise i have to take action against you through court.

Please disconnect the call, if anyone receiving calls from nownaukri. It is a fraud placement agencies. They take money by saying that: they will arrange interview calls from overseas. They told, already few companies of canada shortlisted my resume and then furthur false information given by them and finally I trapped by them, They have taken rupees 10, 500/- from me through online transfer. After that no response from them. So never ever trust any consultancy who asks for money at begining before scheduling any interview calls.

This is with reference to my complaint dated 24 march 2016 and reply of now naukri customer care follow up action intimated on 26 march 2016, no further action has been taken by the company. Even the customer care department is not monitoring the complaints. All the facts have been given to them and i am no more interested in their services. I was contacted by nownaukri.Com in jan 2016 with a promose to get me job in middle east in a senior position. One person calling himself rahul khanna contacted me. Over a period a period of 4 months, i paid him more than rs.470, 000.00 on several installments. The last he spoke to me was in may 2016 when he said the employer will contact me in few days. Afterwards, his mobile nos. [protected] and [protected] are switched off since last 2 months. I have not got the any job and i am clearly cheated and want refund of my money back. I would like to inform you that your sales team Mr Abhay Mathur and Aman Srivastav had told me a bunch of lies to enroll me and to accept your services. On 5th March 2016, Mr Abhay Mathur called me stating that I had been short listed for Tatas and to process it I had to pay Rs 15947. Initially I was hesitant to pay later on trusting the name of Naukri.com I had paid the amount. After payment, he insisted to pay further to verify my certificates, then to verify education then to appoint relationship manager, etc. with a promise that within a month I would get a job in India. I had paid totally Rs 1, 36, 000 (approximately) and so far no fruitful result. I inquired from the other sources and I came to know that they been doing like this since a long time. Kindly help to recover my money.

Here myself one of the mechanical person working in a steel plant as a managerial post suddenly there was job change issue came so i got connected to nownaukari mr. aman shrivastava he given my case to mr amit kumar rana that fellow is taken the huge amount of rs.330000 from 12 th mrach 2016 till may 16 step by as saying that the higher post job is ready in arcelor mittal in dubai & u have to activate all our servics & he covered this huge amount through payumoney.
After several fallow up they appointed mr. ruchi sharma as my relationship manager they checked my all certificates & verified & tested ok but still no any positive feedback then i got realize that my all hard earn money was gone just passing my time by ruchi sharma & amit kumar rana.
Mean time mr. swati agrahari madam called me & told u r case is handling by the jobishh.com as nownaukri is no more just a month back also she told me that your money u have to fallow with the nownaukari so here requesting to refund back my all rs.330000 which i am in need to resolve my money related issues. u have to justice where the candidated will go if in such type of fraud & cheating his hard earn money.
Thanks waiting for the strong action to get back my money.

Jobishh.com is a fraud/cheating company - Please dont loss your money like I lost. Its time for all o[censored]s to join hands for the government to take action against them. We will approach our family lawyer and Minister for taking severe action against this company. For cheating so many customers, they should have been arrested and jailed until they refund all the money.

On 7th april 2016 i received a call from +[protected] and the caller identified himself as mr. Aman srivastava. He explained to me the procedure for registration and job offers and indicated i have to make payment of inr 5299 for a job interview. Subsequently the same person called again from the no. [protected] and repeatedly induced me to make a total of three payments (A total sum of approximately 18000 inr) and promised that an interview call will be immediately arranged.
No interview materialised till date. After i threatened to take the case to court an email came indicating a consultant has been appointed to take care of my profile but till date no interview again materialised. I did receive two documents pertaining to be job opportunities but they turned out to be a hoax. This company is a big fraud and the perpetrators of this fraud must be hauled into prison.
The toll free number given was[protected] which is non responding.

I was approached by nownaukri person to paid services to get job interviews. While I had a doubt the way the executive was speaking and the co. I was told that it is a sister concerned company of Naukri.com and trust the services. Till the payment was done I received calls. Once the payment was done, there were no calls or response. I was asked to pay further to continue the service.

1. please ref to your registration no nn001.

2. i wish to place on record my utter disappointment with respect to the services offered by your firm through your registered web portal. ie nownaukri.com. i was approached by your executive as my profile was available on the web media on another portal.

3. your executive had fixed up a tele appointment with me and assured me of explaining the procedure of registration. on the appointed time, inspite of my explaining my compulsion of finding time during the admission of my mother in law, i was able to attend to the call. i had been apprised by your junior executive that the u/m services/ terms and conditions would be offered :-

(a) resume and follow up services
(b) disclosure of names of professional companies where vacancy for senior executives existed.
(b) on deposit of an amount of rs 4000/ — 5000/-, a confirmed opportunity to an interview with the prospective high rating companies.

4. however, at the appointed time, mr akash, your senior executive took the responsibility of guiding me through the process of registration. at various stages of the tele conversation, i was made to believe that deposition of money for various services was mandatory and this would be the last payment. what was made to be a rs 4000/- rs 5000/- worth service turned out to be much more. please find enclosed receipts/invoices of money deposited amounting to rs 45492. until stopped and my grievance conveyed, this could have well amounted to rs 82000/- (approx) as mr akash was seeking another rs 32000/- as a final payment towards services likely to be offered. i immediately requested mr akash to stop further registration.

5. a few days later, i could reconnect with mr akash and i queried him on a number of issues concerning the the services offered and the fact that there was gross variance in what was told at the time of initial connect and at the time of registration. the invoices received bore an incorrect date as also the firms policy of any assurance in contravention to the executives earlier commitment. i requested mr akash to revert the money deposited but he after a lot of persuasion only disclosed an email id deepak. [protected]@nownaukri.com of the refund department, which apparently seems to be a personal email id. i have mailed the above matter to the email id provided on 06 jun 2016, but there has been no response even after a month also

6. it may be appreciated that this gross professional misconduct towards a serving govt officer reflects on the working ethos of your company, which needless to say is highly disappointing. therefore, i request you to revert the amount of rs 45492 /- paid back to me at the earliest. may i request you to depute an executive to contact me, if required.

Please be aware this is a fraud company. They are in the process of making money from every person who has aspirations to look for jobs abroad. I have fallen prey to them and paid 11000 INR and the scope of services were to find opportunities for me in MiddleEast. This is three plus months now and I have not got anything productive from them.

It took me several days before I could get hold of someone after the payment was made. Then i was engaged with a person who was supposed to write my resume. I was supposed to look at what he has written and then approve so they can go forward. The resume was written so badly that in my opinion the person who wrote it was a person who did not understand or read/write English. I took the pains of sending them changes line by line. and then i was pushed to another person who was supposed to be my relationship person.

I have been trying to reach this person frantically in the last couple weeks on email or phone and I see no response. Today finally I dropped a message saying if I do not receive a response or clarification within 48 hours, I will be forced to go to the consumer court and in the next ten minutes this relationship person calls me.

She tells me that NowNaukri company has some issues and they have been taken over (??) by a company i could not recall. She claimed she sent me an email on the change and I received nothing like this.

She has promised to resend the email tome. Still waiting.

My objective of placing this on record is two fold. (one) I want to take these guys for a task. they cannot be looting openly and be scott free. (two). This is caution for all others who may be getting in the trap. Please be aware and safeguard yourself against any such issues.

Had remitted Rs498/- (online transfer) to this company 60 days back, based on the assurances given by them that, there are employment opportunities readily available at Overseas & my resume was already short-listed by one of the employers.

With the pre-text of assured employment, they had forced me to remit the above amount within 2 hours of their discussion.

The above amount would include, resume writing 2 times(one is for domestic + another is for Overseas) and also resume flash to various agencies.

THE FOLLOWING IS THE CURRENT STATUS(AS ON 20.1.15)--(AFTER RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT FROM ME)

1) No one had called me from this organization till date
2) No mails/communications on status
3) No resume draft received -either for domestic OR Overseas till date
4) No mail communication on employment news/opportunities
5) Even if you contact them, there will be no response from this company
6) Whenever, you send a mail to their customer care division, a routine mail will be sent, AS PER BELOW
7) Their HR dept had contacted me and assured me that my amount will be refunded to me.(Mr.Nikil-[protected])--When contacted again, no one lifts the phone-- -Nownaukri refund section no [protected]
8) Plenty of mails sent to them complaining about their poor services & asking for return of amount, no one will respond
9) No senior officials in this company will also bother about the customer's complaints.
10) Nownaukri is not a professionally managed company and it is a FRAUD COMPANY.

I had paid for a job seeking service with NowNaukri.com in the month of Feb 2016. The payment was made online for an amount of 9797 Rs, but no one ever called me up to assist with job searches. I had filed for a refund and initially I was assured that a refund is being processed, but post that my emails are going unanswered. Im seeking assistance to get the refund processed.
