Company has taken money of Rs.6799/- from me on 16/11/15 for sending me the Companys in which vacancies exist. Anju Tyagi is my relationship Manager & the Company is a fraud Company. It takes customers for a ride. pls make sure that u donot fall in the trap of this fraud Company naukri.com (VINOD SAHNI) [protected]

Ms. Karishma from nownaukri.com called me on 24.12.15 around 11.30am & told me that my resume has been shortlised for a good job. She told me that she had to work on my resume to make it suitable to the employer's requirement & so asked me to pat Rs. 4, 299 towards their service titled ' resume broadcast India & International'. after I releuctantly paid it, she transferrred the line to Mr. Gautam, seemingly her boss telling me that he will provide the offfer details. He started off by asking me to make further payments of Rs. 5, 299/- for a service titled ' dream job finder senior'. then he collected Rs. 6, 799/- for another service titled ' resume builder + dream job finder + resume broadcast'. then he brainwashed me into paying a further sum of Rs. 16, 404/- for what he called ' profile completion' . then, he made me pay another Rs. 27, 999/- for what was called 'profile completion'. all the above payments were made online thru debit card totalling Rs. 60, 800/-. then he made me cough up Rs. 4, 599/- for a service called ' social media profile'. again, he made me pay Rs. 2, 499/- for service called 'education verification', Rs. 1, 999/- for a service called 'previous employment verification' & Rs. 4, 999/- for service called ' live interview preparation'. This totalled Rs. 14, 696/- & was paid thru internet banking. The total amount paid was Rs. 75, 496/-. The total call duration was alomost 4 hrs. he then sent me a list of documents he wanted regarding my education, ID, CTC etc. from the mail id harpal.[protected]@nownaukri.com which I sent across. Gautam told me Harpal was his team member. the email from Harpal was signed off as 'Gautam'. he then said that he would arrange a call with their verification officer wherein he asked me to just say that I agree to avail of the services so that they may be activated. on 25.12.15, I received a call from one Ms. Priya, who explained a few services within a couple of minutes & told that I would be provided with a relationship manager to take care of my specific needs. She said that she would send me a 'CIS - client information sheet' to be filled up & sent back to her. I received this email from the mail id [protected]@nownaukri.com. after i sent the CIS form duly filled up, she replied back from the same mail ID acknowledging the same. but she never used her name to sign off, but just signed off as ' team nownowkri' on 26.12.15. I again received a call from Gautam around 13.30 hrs & when I questioned him, he said that he would send the invoices for the payments received, activate the services & provide my professionally written resume latest by Monday (28.12.15). he also told me that he will be sending me the list of potential employers for me to indicate my choice. he said he would call again at 16.00 hrs to check on my choice. but despite calling him repeatedly on the toll free number[protected], unable to contact him. the operator lady who picks up says that the call can't be transferred & that she will pass on the message to him. he hasn't called back so far. have sent a request to them @ their mail id [protected]@nownaukri.com for refund. don't know it's outcome yet. Nownaukri.com is totally a fraud company and fake people initially a lady will call you from [protected], they would have got your CV from monster or naukri.com .They will ask you for your experience and job interests.Then they will transfer your call to some manager who will ask you to pay some payment on their website www.nownaukri.com After which they will ask you to make another payment, then another in chunks of INR 4498 5399 7199 4599 I have become a victim today of such frauds, Please dont respond to such people who ask you to pay online for any job.Please disconnect the call and complain to police if they try to harass you .This is totally fraud, still cant believe i have lost about Rs 22, 000 .Not sure if i may be able to recover from them but i really dont want anyone to get cheated like this.A person may call you pretending to be Amit (Mr. Sekhar Malhotra as per true caller) [protected], who will give you a Job id and ask you to use it during payments. Please be careful to such fraud calls and never make any online payment.

I got call and during conversation I felt fraud during the talk by them as they were asking money. I blocked their no and got ten calls in two minutes. I apreciate afforts of this portal to display such activities. They were promising a Job and charging company also. Within five minutes of their call I tried to check their details on net and realised about the fraud.

Called me by Tel.No-[protected] and [protected], convinced my that there is good offer from Gulf, like dubai, Singapur, Kuwait etc having job for sr.Finance & Accounts manager, they told the company name and detail, but asked for one time payment IRS 5999/- and they take care entire procedures untill get the Job. I made the payment via Debit card via VM-PAYUMN ( [protected]@payumoney.com) ID 83921515 and once compelted another payment they taken in to another payment mode through their site www.Nownaukri.com convince full and final payment for no other payment, u will see the result will get very goo job, this including all documents and other chargers. so again paid IRS 6799/- id 83928569 vais same payment mod dated 19.12.2015. that completed they again taken in to another payment for IRS 12, 199/- then I confirmed, I have trapped in to a fraud team, they cheated me.

This is JP, I got call from NowNaukri (Paras) saying that my profile got shortlisted for several companies in GM, L&T and M&M as well but i didn't interested to pay 7k that he was asked but after 40 min- 50 min brain wash i paid 7000 initially and day by day he called me asked for the amount till it reaches 94295. After i paid i did get update from them and ask for 11999 for final profile completion. I did not pay them and sent request email to [protected]@nownaukri.com with invoices detail for returning my amount for not require service from nownaukri.

Mr.Sekhar Malhotra who is telecaller in nownaukri newdelhi branch mislead me with wrong information.he told i have to pay only registration fee 5999 to avail nownaukri service to get a job.after paying 5999 again he was asking to pay another 11000 to get me job requirement which he didn't inform me before registration.later his manager Ashok benarji called me up and not to complain for anything cause they are going provide me services for 5999.i made the payment on 4th december but no response till now.i tried to reach them many time but no use.i tried send complain mail to all nownaukri official mail ids but every i am getting only one reply which is "delivery failure".please suggest me what to do to get back my money

Hi All, My present job was at stake and my situation was very bad, hence I had to find a new job which had become the most necessity to lead my life. I was seriously hunting for job and posted my resume in all the major online job portals. After few days, I received a call from Shivam stating that he is from Now Naukri and it’s a part of Naukri.com. He promised me to schedule interviews and also job offer from MNC stating that they have tie ups with MNC’s. Since finding an alternate job was more important for me, I agreed to pay the amount Rs.6799 through online. After I made the payment, there was no response from them, hence I tried calling the same phone numbers, each time phone was attended by different person and I had to narrate the entire story again and again. I was asked to make another Rs.8000 to get an offer letter, I disagreed to pay the amount and argued with them. Also I had asked for refund of Rs.6799 which I paid earlier. I was sending escalation emails to Now Naukri customer care, from whom I received initial emails and payment confirmation receipts. There was no response from them. I thought my Rs.6799 has been cheated by Now Naukri and left it. I was Jobless for 3 months struggling to manage my monthly expenses. After 3 months, I received a call from Vikram (phone No. [protected]) stating that he is calling from Escalation Team of Now Naukri and my case has been escalated and he is processing my refund of Rs. 6799. I was happy that though I did not get a job, at least I’m getting the refund of money. He told that he is generating a system ID from their server and he told me to go to SBI ATM and key in the Corp ID (SBI card# [protected]) and it will be card to card transfer. As per his instructions I inserted my SBI card to the ATM machine and keyed in the number he gave me and the amount as Rs. 6799 following his instructions with a belief that I’m getting my refund. While he was on call, he told me to stay on call (not to disconnect) till he is processing my refund and he told that the transaction is not processed due to Technical issue and he asked me to repeat the same steps again and again (asking me to retry) I kept following his instructions and redoing the same steps for 4 times and finally I got a receipt stating ‘Unable to process’. He told me go home and wait for 15 mns and the refund will be completed. As soon as he ended the call and I see message alerts stating that my SBI account was getting debited for Rs. 6799 three times. I called back the same phone number, he did not answer my call, after half an hour, phone was switched off. That’s when I realised that my SBI account was getting debited each time and was not aware of how Card to card transfer works. I lost Rs. 20400 (that was my SBI Account balance) Now Naukri is a fraud group cheating money not only by giving you a promise of getting jobs, even stating that they will refund your amount, they are trying to extract more money from your savings/current account. Please be aware of these frauds and do not entertain any calls from Now Naukri in the first place. They are cheating people’s heard earned money like this, but they are accountable to god and what they cheat like this, they should repay for this at one of time in life.

This is Sandeep, I got call from NowNaukri (Paras) saying that my profile got shortlisted for several companies in abroad and in india as well but i didn't interested to pay 7k that he was asked but after 40 min- 50 min brain wash i paid 7000 initially and day by day he called me asked for the amount till it reaches 317100. After i paid i did not get any update from them. Even when i am calling alos i did not get proper responce from them. I have collected invoices for some payments then i saw Complaint list about nownaukri then i sent email to [protected]@india.com with the invoices whatever i had then Nitin ([protected] / [protected]) called me about the details and gave me a complaint Id: MXW300 and he asked me to transfer initially 7000 then 5000 then 5000 and 3321 (total 20321) which are refundable amount as he said to account no:[protected] I have transfered intially on 11 Nov 2015 but i did not get this 20321 and the amount i paid to nownaukri also i did not get it. Mr Nitin Bhatia and Ms Premlata on behalf of ICF(Consumer Forum) had called us and have asked to transfer 8000 INR which we paid to Prem Lata SBI a/c [protected] on 6 nov 2015 from our SBI a/c xxxxx798898.against their procedure of Hitting account.They had given us complaint no. M1XW300 and their mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] But they have neither refunded our ammount nor taken any action to get our money back from www.nownaukri.com. Today after 25 days, no services are received. They had promised 3 jobs shortlisted for me where the clients have done initial scrutiny on my CV. Since then no proper response. Yesterday onwards they are not answering any of their telephone numbers.

I got a call from one executive (Samrat) and he told me that he got my resume from Naukri.com and he got many placements for me. If I am interested in that then he can proceed further process. I told him, ok, I want to proceed. Then he told me that I will have to make a payment as registration charges. I asked him, how much? He told me around 4000 to 5000 then I said ok and I made a payment of Rs. 5299 from my Axis Bank credit card but again he told me that 2 more payments I will have to pay but later on that amount will be reimbursed after my joining. I made that 2 payments as well and total amount of these three payments came around Rs. 15300 approx. Once I finished the payment that samrat told me that he is processing my file and I will get a confirmation call from his verification department. After 2 days I got a call from nownaukri.com and she told me that not a single payment will be reimburse. She also told me that whatever his executive told me was not correct. She said me sorry many times. Then she told me that please call me directly only for any progress. Again yesterday, I got a call from Samrat and he told me that he got some placements for me and he is transferring my call to his senior. Then his senior pickup the call and made so many things. Bla bla... at-last he told me that before proceeding I will have to make one more payment and he said that this is the last payment and I am having only 30 mins to pay this off. I denied directly that I am not going to make any payment. If you want me to make any other payment then you will have to send me all things in a mail what ever you will give me or about your services. He told me that I already made 75% payment and I am arguing only for rest 25% payment. I told him that without any written thing I am not going to make any payment because till today I did not received any mail from your side. He said that dont worry about the mail and why you want to loose your money. If you will not pay this amount then your all previous amount will be lost. I told him that you dont worry about that amount and I denied to make other payment. Now, I want to reimburse my all amount which I already paid to him for nothing.

NowNaukri which tells people that they are a branch of Naukri.com and calling people who are looking for a job are big cheats. If you update your resume on Naukri.com several times these people automatically get updates in their systems about people looking for a job change and constantly call them and try to sell their paid service. If you don't fall in their trap then they will be rude with you. Their system is incapable of taking updates if you have said no to their service offering and soon you will end up getting calls from several of their agents who do not know that you have already declined their services offering. One of the worst service providers in India and hopefully these crooks are caught and put behind the bars. Naukri.com is such a wonderful service provider and these people are putting their name to shame for the wonderful work Naukri has done over the years. NowNaukri Sucks Bigtime!!!

I had remitted Rs. 20895 (online tansfer) to this company 7 days back(29/10/15) based on the words of assurance given by them, that there multiple job openings which suit my profile in India and one company is ready to give the employment offer. I was again forced to transfer Rs15, 999 & Rs. 25, 999 for profile completeness on 4/11/15 by threatening me that my earlier product services will get resume only after paying this amount. The above amount would include resume writing, resume broadcasting, Verfication services, social media networking & Profile completeness. With the vocal assurance they had made me to make the payment during the long 1 hour discussion. The following is the current status as on (06/11/15) (After receipt of full payment) 1. No relation manager have called me regarding my services, even they refused to pick my call. 2. No Mails/communication on status. 3. No resume draft recieved. 4. No mail communication on employment oppurtunity. 5. Whenever you send the mail to customer care division there is no response from them. 6. Plenty of mails sent to them complaining about their poor services, no one have contacted me further. 7. No senior official from this company bother about the customer complaints. 8.Nownaukri.com is not professionally managed company and it is a fraud company. DON'T GET TRAPPED BY FAKE PROMISES FROM THIS COMPANY.

I got a call from[protected].It was informed that the call is from nownaukri and he transferred the call to another person to inform the details of available profiles.He quoted some organizations in the same domain and forced to transfer Rs 5199 immediately. I got a doubt and informed that I want 1 or 2 days time to go through now naukri site and feedback available on that company.Immediately the person become rude and disconnected the phone.So many complaints already available abt it.I don't know whether anyone is using now naukri name for fake calls or the company itself is like that.Be cautious before making payment.

Now Naukri is a fake web site, These guys make phone calls guide you how to pay their service charges then they will never respond.
Its a bull portal. Indian government should catch them up and screw them.
They are playing with un employed youth. Please never get into their false promises.

When I posted a Consumer Complaints, got a call from +[protected]. He was talking to me in a filthy language. I need a channel were I can put this across in front of media who can take immediate action on this.

This people are big cheaters they took from me 7199 for registration after receiving this amount they demanded 17599 for verification of certificates please do not pay them they are big cheaters they will not give you recipt for any amount you pay I am also one of the victim
