Hi, i am also one of the culprit made by now naukri. Completely cheated. I got into their trap on 9th of february '16 at 5.30 pm. Paid for 5 serviecs amounting me rs 21, 195/-. They are looting job seekers and they should be brought to justice.

After seeing their fraudulent reviews and as per their site on refunds policy, on 10th february morning itself i cancelled the services ordered and sought refunds.

Atleast 50 mails are sent no action is taken so far, one mr karan saluja called me and told me that my request is being forwarded to refund department and within 30 days money will be refund, he is sending the refund form which i need to fill and send to them for refunds. That form is yet to be sent even after 4 weeks past when karan called me.

Even after posting it here, no progress happens will suitably take them and handle with adequate hands to take them to justice. They have dialed wrong no and they will repent for it.

One lady contacted me on 23 of april and given briefing about the job oppertunities what she is having. She told me to pay only rs 5999/-. After online payment she confirmed that one of her senier will call me for processing. Mr. Sekhar called me and after first round he asked to pay amount. Finally i paidaround rs 87000 total. Then i asked to send the documents and terms and condition. He informed with in minitues i will all details. Also he confirmed my profile in his network is 100% complete.

The next day again he called and asked for another rs39000, i feel suspecious by their behavior and again asked for documents.
Since no response received i send mail to stop the total activities and asked for repayment.
Again receved call from another lady saying that she want to prepare for lineinteview and told her, that first send the papers then go for online intervie.
After that i send two remainder mails but no action receved from their end.
I would like to raise the issue for my repayment.

A guy called on 7th May from No. [protected] stating they offer employment assistance. He told the service is for lifetime and only one registration is required by paying INR 5299. He told emphatically that there would not be any effort to enlist subscription for any other services of the company. I was told that during the registration process, before the call is completed, the official invoice from the company would be received. The call was transferred to another person calling himself Rajath. He urged to complete the registration then itself as the vacancies available would not be available if I do not register immediately. He told I would get a verification call immediately on their receiving the payment.

I made the payment for registration during the call. The invoice was not received till now. On 8th May I have sent a mail asking the company to refund the registration amount.

Today I received on call afresh for making a registration from another person called Shekahr. He canvassed afresh and transferred the called to a lady called Nabhis. During this call I informed her that I have already registered earlier and invoice and verification call was yet to be received.
She promised to revert after 15-20 minutes and disconnected the call.

After 5 minutes I got a call from one Monisha, calling herself relationship manager. She told the registration would be valid for 30 days. The terms stated by her differed from those stated earlier by Mr Rajath. So I told I want as per the original offer by Mr Rajath and otherwise not acceptable. She told she would verify and revert. She has not reverted accordingly.

Please take up in the appropriate level to help me to get the refund.

Today on 05.06.2016 at around 4:51 pm ISD I have had received second call (first in the morning time 10 am) from Mr. Sachin by mobile number [protected] for job placement services. Immediately after having a word with him for around 5 minutes, I got idea that something is wrong. I checked in portal name of company and I got so many complaints.When I told him about their fraudulence, immediately Sachin hung up the phone. All people who have got traped by them, this mail has been drafted in order to help them to call on the number provided for recovery or trapping this company.

There was a black friday for me on 06th May 2016 i got a call from Nownaukri and assured 100% job guaranty in oversees and taken my hard earned money 1, 49, 291 Rs. for saying various services.Immediately after paying i got doubt about their services i called customer care for refunding on same day they asked a mail to [protected]@nownaukri.com.I sent a mail immediately but there is no response till the time about refunding.But i am getting call from [protected] different persons convincing to go for services and Refund is not possible.
But there is no response from customercare, whenever i am calling customercare for refunding ''give me 10 min we will get back'' But i am getting call from [protected] refund is not possible.

We have contacts with HR off so many reputed companies .We will get you job from back door in your choice company .On repeatedly showing no interest also that individual lady contacted me so many times and told me .We are having very good opportunity in Singapore USA and Canada. Once I was not convinced that lady requested me please wait I am connecting to my MD Mr. Malhotra .Then Mr. Malhotra came on line and tried to convince me the same thing .Then also I was not agree to take their service then he has requested me that sir I am connecting to our international HR Head. He is having link with so many international company HR .He will get you directly appointment letter from SIEMENS in Singapore company by just for name sake there will be your telephonic interview and your payment will be between 18 to 35 lakhs /year with all other extra facilities i.e. Free well furnished ac family accommodation, food and transportation etc.
2. Then Mr. Amit Kumar HR International head came on line and he has also promised the same. He told I normally don’t talk with customer and Mr. Malhotra is very reputed person. We are in market since last 12 years and our is very famous company which everybody know .It is a branch of naukari.com. Even then also I refused to take their service .Then Mr. Amit Kumar again and again called me and forced me to avail this service. He has promised me to get very lucrative job.
3. After a long discussion approximately 01 Hrs telepathically Mr. Amit Kumar forced me to pay and i have paid the amount. Once I paid the amount he told me that with this service take this service that service. Like this once he has taken approximately 29 thousands Rupees he has forced me to pay 25 thousands more then I refused to pay .He tried to convince me all the way but I refused and stopped paying further. Then he has given me his personal mobile no which is [protected].He told me that I never give my personal no to any customer but as you are very senior person so I am giving you my personal no. If there is any problem the you contact me directly. Mr. Amit has promised me that your all service will be activated within 48 Hrs.
4. Mr. Amit Kumar also requested me about that after this call our verification officer will call you .Please don’t disclose that Mr. Amit Kumar has promised about the backdoor service. He requested me to co-operate with us as a senior person . I will get you direct appointment letter from SIEMENS of Singapore within next 48 hours. It shows that Mr. Amit Kumar was doing fraud inside company also.
5. Since that day i have tried to contact to Mr. Amit Kumar because he has promised me in future i will be in touch with you .If any problem is coming you contact me on my private no I will immediately solve.
5. Since that day they have not given me any service once I complaint this issue to customer care on mail of nownaukari.com and requested to pay my money back. Then next day call came from customer care .They have told that we are appointing one lady as a your welfare officer and she will contact you within 24 hours.
Next day one lady called me and told me that I am Akansha Sharma appointed your welfare officer to look into your case and requested please don’t take your money back avail our service.We will get you better than that job.
6. In all conversation with Akansha Sharma it seems she was protracting that particular individual and they are unable to help me out.
7. Till date they have not provided any service to me and even they stopped attending my calls.
8. So please can you explain me whether they are cheater or not.

I have not received single penny in my account and u are asking me to put the case as. Resolved I shall take it legally unless ur Now Naukri is shut down to stop looting money from innocent jobseekers I advise all jobseekers please do not ever trust these big goons they are minting money by looting I wasted almost 2 months to get my money but I have approached Delhi Police now to resolve

T has been more than a month since i have paid the money and till now even after several repeated calls and mails they have not refunded the money.
This clearly shows that this is a fraudulent organization which has been set up to cheat the customer. No wonder every day we see fresh complaints popping up.

This clearly is indication of how (un)professional you are. if you cant clearly track the money even after a month after i paid i seriously doubt how you manage the career portal.No wonder you are taking your customers for a ride.
Every time i get a response stating we will get back ASAP. Dont know what ASAP means to them .

Senior level manager working in buraidha, saudi arabia. Residence address 5/38-a, teacher’s colony, bharathipuram(Po), coimbatore, tamil nadu, india-641103.
I have received a call from now naukari.com on 08 th march 2016 offering very senior level job offer in dubai and singapore.
I have paid and amount of rs.1.83 lacs, registered my name in nownaukri.com for
Employment purpose according to mr.Akash mukarjee of now naukari.com for various service charges.
Mr akash mukarjee ([protected]) and his varification officers ([protected]) from this firm were calling me regularly for highlighting my profile to recruiters for that i have paid rs.96927/-, on 11/03/2016, rs50, 207/- on 13/03/2016 and rs 36199/- on 14/03/2016. All these amounts were transferred from my account to their account. Copies of each transaction is with me. After remitting these amounts, i came to know that they have not extended no service for me and it is a cheating company. Immediately i demand refund of my fund. Upto yesterday, the amount has not been refunded.
Till today i didn’t receive a call from this firm, i demand immediate refund of my fund and this cheating company should be blacklisted otherwise more people will get into trouble.
If my amount with interest so far is not refunded with in 24 hours, i will be proceeding to court till the culprits were punished. No doubt
This event will be your last cheating. This is not a reliable company. I am not agreeable to any compromise till receiving my money.
As on today 29/04/2016, they are not settled my amount, they are not ready to talk to me, especially mr.Akash mukherjee who has promised me within 45 days he will settle my account.
They are not having any humanity and born for cheating the poor. The company and the staffs are cheaters and wish to say shameful for india.

I am one of the victim who out o[censored]tter foolishness who paid 33, 793 inr on jun 25th 2015 for services and have not received any services from them till now. I had also requested for refund as per their refund policy but still they havent refunded any amount. I also raised concern in the national consumer forum and now i got a call from asking me to pay extra 4790 as service tax to refund the amount. The amount which i has paid already is including 12.36% of service tax. Each time bank details of them varies, now they have shared the following account to deposit the amount: icici bank, acc/no:[protected], name: sonu, ifsc:icic0000288. This looks not to be the company account but some individuals. I suspect some illegal things happening here.

They are cheating the educated youngsters of this country by promising jobs, later when questions are raised on the same the answer is very arrogant.

I kindly request you to look into this issue to atleast save other people from being misguided and not to loose the hard earn money.


I have also sent registered post with complaint to the below address and they did not receive the complaint and it has come back.Also i registered complaint in http://pgportal.Gov.In/ which is sent back to karnataka with registration number:registration number : pmopg/e/2015/0132244 and pending in janaspandana.

I have been chasing the company from the time I was forced to buy their product and find each person calls and given further false assurance. These individuals balck my number thereby I cannot reach them again. I have written 8 mails and have spoken multiple times to their toll free number. Each time I have received assurance of revert and no response from Now naukri until today. Puneet Bhatia, Amaan, Rajath, Christopher are names who often propvide all false assurance, The company seems to fraud individuals in the market that needs to be stopped at the earliest,

Please have immediate attention to this and have some one look at my complaint

Nownaukri also cheated me. Its steve philips & sachin chauhan gave a lot of false promises & job opportunities, after getting 12k from me, now sachin chauhan just started giving any random mails to me & even asked me for more money. Both steve & sachin must be booked under fraud case, else in india such fraud people will be encouraged causing bad image of indian society. Even their whole family & nownaukri must be booked who support such people to execute such cheat & fraud business. Govt has to take strict actions against such people.

Mr Rahul Khanna from this firm were calling me regularly for highlighting my profile to recruiters for that i have paid Rs4299/-, Rs.6799, Rs.5299, Rs.7199 = Total Rs. 23, 596/- on 29/11/2015-ref. ID NN250613, All these amounts were transferred from my account to their account. Copies of each transaction is with me. After remitting these amounts, I came to know that they it is a cheating company. Immediately I demand refund of my fund. upto yesterday, the amount haS NOT BEEN REFUNDED.

I have sent a email to [protected]@nownaukri.com, [protected]@nownaukri.com, [protected]@nownaukri.com on 29/11/2015, 1.19 PM, 30/11/2015 9:59 AM, 15/12/2015 8:11 PM. I demand immediate refund of my fund and this cheating company should be blacklisted otherwise more people will get into trouble. I have receive the call from nownaukri.com on November 2015. they asked me again and again the money but after some transaction i came to know its fraud case. I have send a email after the 1 hours for refund my money but still after the 6 months still i have not received.

As per their website within 24 hours if we complain they refund the money but still they are refund the money.

I had received a call from nownaukari.com . First they told me to register with nownaukari.com. After that they dragged me into different payment areas and collected rs 106099. After this one mr.Sekar malhotra is calling again to pay 42299 as a interview arrangement with international client. I told very clearly that he is cheating the job seeking customers. I am not going to pay a single penny until i will get a order from the concerned. They will promptly send the bills for the amount the collected. I had seen a company working in the hotline number first time in my carrier history. But the nownaukari.com people will speak from 30024500. This telephone number is not mentioned in the website address. Government has to seal the websites and there payment collection options through credit card/debit card.

It has been more than a month since i have paid the money and till now even after several repeated calls and mails they have not refunded the money.
This clearly shows that this is a fraudulent organization which has been set up to cheat the customer. No wonder every day we see fresh complaints popping up.

I have got call from now naukri and started to go through their website and slowly and slowly they gone to payment page and asked to do the payment for some overseas jobs and all. I made the payment but now I am realizing that this is all nexus and bogus and fraud. Kindly refund my money immediately otherwise will go to consumer forum and cyber cell for this fraud.
