I received a call yesterday from NownNaukri.com regarding the jobs. They were asking for[protected] for registration purpose. I sensed that as fishy, despite showed my curiosity. They transferred my call to one of their HR manager and he shared 6-6 vacancies across India. There after, he wanted me to go online and pay the money. I told him that I can not pay immediately and need time to go through. When searched on Google, came to this site and read all of these complaints. I really appreciate you all for coming forward and show their real face to others.

On 28th Jan, my husband, SRINIVASA RAO VADLAMANI, received a call from Ashok Bhatia from phone number [protected] saying calling from Nownaukri.com. The caller made use of the naukri.com portal while calling. He told that my husbands'resume is liked by three companies, TCS, Capgemini, Singapore and Honeywell, Hyderabad.Apparently he got the resume from naukri.com.He told that to process further, their services need to be taken. This would help my husband get any of three mentioned jobs. He did not tell the amount for the Service but kept on guiding my husband to make online payments through his website till it became Rs 15, 496. In middle of the call, he transferred the call to his colleague Sachin Sharma. After 5 minutes Priya Malhotra called to confirm about the payment. After the payment is done, my husband was told to submit his resume. Nownaukri people were not serious about the above 3 job interviews later.
Since my husband paid the money for the above 3 interviews and since Nownaukri is not serious about those interviews(which are presumably fake job offers),
My husband wants the transaction to be null and void and wants the money to be refunded.

I got a call from one Ashok Bhatia from[protected] claiming he has got my resume from www.naukri.com. He said that my resume is liked by TCS, Capgemini, Honeywell. he can arrange for a highly paying jobs and asked me to register with them. He then put me on to another person Sachin Sharma who then made me pay a sum of Rs. 15, 234/- towards registration & several resume services. They sent me a receipt for the same and told me that they would be scheduling the job interview in the next few days. I was asked to pay for Forwarding my resume Service, Live Interview Preparation Service, Education Verification Service, Past Employment Verification Service. When I asked my money back, it is a flat refusal

These people are cheater, initially they said me to pay RS 5500 for overseas job which is a one time payment, and assured me there after i don't have to pay anything.

after i paid the money they connected to another guy who again asked 4000 for some other purpose, these alarmed me.

I Would Request to consumer forum to please take action against these cheaters who trick us by hidden charges.

Initially when Nownaukri Manager Kumar & Kajal called me and assured me that my profile will be processed in one week and same I have put into the email same day and I have registered on 11 Jan.

After that there was no communication on till 11th Night considering their approach I have decided to cancel my registration and sent them an email to cancel my registration.
On 12th also I have not received any call from them so finally I have called them around 1.00 PM then Kajal assured me that I will get call from NowNaukari and forget about what they are saying I will manage your profile within one week.
After that I got call around 4.00 PM same day but after that there was no communication from them for 2 days so finally I have sent email to them saying what is the status of my profile they said you have not sent us profile although I have sent them same day on12th then I have told cleared informed them to cancel my registration immediately.
Now they are saying it will take 30 days to process my refund as per there policy and starting date will be 20th Jan not the 11th Jan.
A. If they have a process set for the profile then why they have given me false assurance that they will process my profile in one week
B. Why they have not assigned me Resource manager although I have paid everything
C. For cancellation also they are showing me there rules
Considering all these I think nownaukari should pay me my money as early as possible they can.

This is to bring to your notice Sir that there is a open cyber fraud cell being operated by a website named www.nownaukri.com which is pishing around and fooling around people with there hard earned money through fake job recruitment and looting people of there hard earned money and playing with the sentiments of people.
The representative personnels calling themselves HR representatives from big website portals like Naukri.com over a telephone call which I received from landine number +[protected] on 24th January 2016, 1830 Hrs . I Specify Sir they call themselves calling from Naukri.com a very famous job portal and delude people telling them regarding job openings in India and Overseas taking names of varrious famous companies like HAPPAG LLLOYD, COSCO, EVERGREEN SHIPPING for which they provided me a job reference in a Technical Profile and robbed me with although a small amount 5880 INR in the name of registration on there website to apply for job and resume forwarding. Later they pressed me to pay more amounts like 2400 INR and 1999 INR for resume writing and resume verification. These processes are generally normal if one applies for paid job profile writings in such big job portals like Naukri.com but generally it doesnt cost to such an expensive amount. I initially paid 5880 INR and when the HR representatives directed me to another web page to make further denominations mentioned above I started feeling dicy about the website and Googled the same to find out about the job portal. And not to my surprise I could see it is a fake portal operating very freely and like me there are 100's of people being robbed everyday through a cyber crime.
Convinced they are indulged in cyber crime I denied to pay them any more they kept pressing to do the process other wise money I paid is a waste which was definitely a tattics to make me pay more. I said I will file a complaint against you guys and he kept asking me to pay more. After a heated discussion to the HR representative he understood that I have figured out they they are fake he comitted that he will be processing in what ever I have paid, which made me really ceratain about there scam.

Through this mail sir my intention is not at all to recover my money, I am ok if that money is lost but Sir I would request you to kindly look into this cheating website and company and please bring justice to the people punishing such looters and taking hard steps against such people.

One more important thing Sir they use support of big bank portal as Axis Bank to make payment and receive payment. And other payment organizations like Payumoney for futher steps of payments are also used.

Similary sir there are thousand of links on google to direct you to consumer complaints against this deluding website and its operators and owners. They call from one landline number and keep forwarding to different departments to seek more payment. Even in the voice call I received my call was forwarded to 3 people, all of them calling themselves an HR. 1st HR calling informs the call being from Naukri.com and not nownaukri.com and explains about job options. 2nd HR (Senior subordinated) puts forward the job profile and seeks the payment for amount around 6000 indian rupees. And forwards the call to 3rd HR representative who deals with resume sections and seeks payment under that section. This is the stage where I figured out its a scam and opted out. This clearly indiacates there are large number of people operating this cell openly and freely.

Hence Sir commiting a open cyber crime with so much of freedom and without any fear of authorities is a shame to all o[censored]s and its my humble request to you to kindly take a strict action against this fraud company and prevent any more cheating and deceiving to common people. Please bring people to justice so that any such companies or looters understand that people of India cannot be cheated without any fear of Law.

This is Shashank, I got call from NowNaukri (Puneet bhatia and prateek) on 19th May, 2015 saying that there are several jobs available for me and asked me to pay intially an amount of Rs 5199/-, then later brain washed me to pay till amount reached 22, 693/- . I later checked the reviews and found its a fraud company. I immediately called their customer care and told to cancel the order and asked for refund. Then prateek of nownaukri told me that I will get refund in 2 months. Late when I tried to contact them after 2 months, they are not responding to my mail or phone. Please help me in getting my refund

I got a call from one Ashok Bhatia from[protected] claiming he has got my resume from www.naukri.com. He said that he can arrange for a highly paying jobs and asked me to register with them. He then put me on to another person Shekar Malhotra who then made me pay a sum of Rs.40, 000/- towards registration & several resume services. They sent me a receipt for the same and told me that they would be scheduling the job interview in the next few days. That was the last I heard from either of them. Mr. Bhatia also gave me his personal phone number [protected]. I tried contacting Bhatia on this number and the person who answered the phone claimed that he is not Bhatia. I strongly urge all persons looking for a job not to register with nownaukri.com as they happen to be a scam & fraud organization. I am now in the process of registering a formal police complaint at Delhi to see that they are punished and closed. I also urge all the candidates who lost money like the way I lost to register their complaint with the Delhi police. I am sure with a collective effort we can get justice from such unscrupulous companies.

One of the employee Mr. Vikram desayee called me and spoken with regarding my job, he SAID THE HE IS HAVING JOBS IN NISSAN RENAULT, MAHINDHRA AND BAJAJ which perfectly matches to my resume/CV. And he asked me to pay amount of rupees 8500 so that he will forward my resume/cv to the above mentioned companies for an interview this happened on 6/1/2016. But today the date is 25/1/2016, still now there's no response from him or his company side, THIS NOWNAUKRI COMPANY PLAYING GAMES WITH MY FUTURE. AND THESE GUYS DON'T KNOW THAT AM FROM A VERY POOR FAMILY. AND THESE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THE PAIN AND VALUE OF POOR PEOPLES MONEY. AM HAVING EVIDENCE OF AMOUNT PAID TO NOWNAUKRI, NOW AM GOING ATTEND SUICIDE, IF DIED THIS COMPANY IS ONLY THE RESPONSIBILE FOR MY DEATH.

Collected payment against facilitating good job apportunities in water & waste water treatment but gives very poor response inspite of getting full payment .promised to facilitate better job .mr Akash Mukharji having cell no [protected] in June 2016 Mr Akash asked for payment and assured complainant to provide good apportunities at nagpur for environment engineering field but didn't facilitate any apportunities till date. Hence it is warned to all the job seekers not to waste their valuable money and time on "NOW NAUKARI.COM"

Nownaukari.com has cheated me, they have taken rs 4199 from me against their one of the services and no revert after getting money no CIS form provided and no relationship officer assigned as promised, every time a call is coming they are doing an officer will be assigned to you and after that no revert, they are not refunding my money even if i asked for refund with 2 hour after the transaction made. please take this complain otherwise i would go leagal against you. thanks

Their boss recruitment head Mr Bhatia and Anil Kumar called me on my mobile [protected] and promised me a job in Singapore with International Rescue Committee paying USD 25, 000. They chased me on my mobile till I paid Rs 1, 80, 000. All the conversations can be traced on my mobile. They said that by Jan 20, they will get me the job otherwise I can complain with you.

I have all the receipts for the payments made on line.

Now when I check on their toll free number they say that resume broadcaster is pending approval from my side.

My father in law got a call from these so called job site. Poor man not knowing the tricky tantrums and paid 47000/-₹. When we interfered and told them to return the funds they want to talk! What are they our therapists? When we insisted to return the funds again No calls. We only need our fund back will see they return or we are going to the crime branch. Please let all o[censored]s who lost the money to these frauds join hands. The once who yet be caught on the trap beware. THEY ARE FAKE!

I want brought the following products from NowNaukri.com as I got a call from a person named Amit phone number[protected] and[protected] and the e-mail ID Kajal Budhiraja today January 19, 2016. I am writing this compain after 3 to 4 hours after the call/transaction. After I did the trasactions, I tried to reseach the company, and then I called Now naukri Customer Care:[protected], +91-[protected] and no one is picking the phone.

I had remitted Rs. 5299/-(online transfer) to this company 40 days back, based on the assurances given by them that, there are employment opportunities readily available at Overseas & my resume was already short-listed by one of the employers. With the pre-text of assured employment, they had forced me to remit the above amount within 2 hours of their discussion. 1) No one had called me from this organization till date 2) No mails/communications on status 3) No mail communication on employment news/opportunities 4) Even if you contact them, there will be no response from this company 5) Whenever, you send a mail to their customer care division, a routine mail will be sent, AS PER BELOW 7) Their HR dept had contacted me and assured me that my amount will be refunded to me.(Mr.AMAN MUKHERJEE -[protected])--When contacted again, no one lifts the phone-- -Nownaukri refund section no [protected] 8) Plenty of mails sent to them complaining about their poor services & asking for return of amount, no one will respond 9) No senior officials in this company will also bother about the customer's complaints. 10) Nownaukri is not a professionally managed company and it is a FRAUD COMPANY. DON'T GET TRAPPED BY FALSE PROMISES BY THIS COMPANY.

Dear Ombudsman, A job portal by the name NowNaukri.com is making money by luring with false promises and first thing they do is ask you to pay for instant services.They politely ask you to pay and once payment is made they will say that one would receive a verification call--which they never disclose before payment.Then verification call will happen after multiple reminders.They will send a form to fill and when you reply wuith detailspost that there will not be any response nfrom them. After multiple reminders through mail they have not responded.It s afraudulent portal and we demand instant action and compensation from this fraud company and cancellation of their registration. Applied online from Pune. Demand immediate action against the portal.

They call and ask you to immediately make payment otherwise they cannot generate reference ID. If you fall for it, they do not have any job opprtunities.

On october 30, 2015 i had received a call on my mobile from mr. akash mukerjee an employee of nownaukri.com, saying that they had got my resume from naukri.com & they have few hot job openings suiting my profile from the companies itc, p&g, amazon. he said that they have direct contact with these company recruiters & these openings shall get closed in a week. further he stated that these companies had reviewed my profile and are interested to interview me.
Mr. akash mukerjee later transferred the call to his senior mr. sachin sharma (recruiter, delhi regional manager) nownaukri.com who had brain washed & pressured me to make series of online payment for an amount of inr xx, xxx/- stating that this is required as per the companies requirement for profile completion & to provide return confirmation to the mentioned companies for interview.

It’s been more than 2 months now & i haven’t received any update from mr. sachin sharma or mr. akash mukerjee or any of the nownaukri team with respect to the mentioned job openings.

Further, i had been doing a daily following call (3 to 4 times) with nownaukri starting from 31 oct 2011 to till date to know the status of my payment for the shared job openings but haven’t received any response.

I had demand nownaukri to do complete refund of my amount. but no response.
