I have registered the complaint regarding non refund of my fund amounting to Rs16497/- which I remitted in January 2016. After registering the complaint, somebody presumes to be from Nownaukri .com called me and advised me that he is going to transfer the amount to my account and sought the ATM card number. But so far I havenot received the amount. This firm is really cheating the public. I am registering suit against the firm for refund of my amount with interest and suit expenses which I incurred. I have read so many instances happened for the innocent public by offering unnecessary things. Anyhow I am sending the registered notice to the address seen in the site for refund of the amount as the initial step of the procedure. This type o[censored]nbelievable firms should be black listed by Government. For that I am sending the details to Hariyana Govt also.

According to my experience from the company, the company is rated less than 1 star

This complaint petition is being filed on behalf of Mr. Hitesh Chaturvedi, referred hereafter as Complainant, and is as follows :

1.0 That this complaint Petition is being filed under Sec.

2 (1)(b)(i) of the Consumer Protection Act.

2.0 That the opposite party is a Online business for women wear established in India.

Details Regarding the refund of Money for order number:


(Narration of the incident)

Honorable sir,

1. I have received a call from NowNaukri .com for getting me job, He was Mr. Abhay Sharma and Mr. Rajat, They have offered me to purchase an paid service for senior leval jobs and asked me to follow them on their websites, and I paid 5299 from Citi Credit card on date March 11. They have kept transferring the call (I guess there only2 people who were changing names) and asked me to pay for one more service. I denied to pay more as it was not conveyed to me earlier. They have disconnected the call that there is going to be verification call after this and your money will be refunded.

2. I received the invoice against my money and same is attached as copy. I got call from Shreya for verification and I said that Please refund the money and she agreed to the same. But the money was not refunded. I received one more call from the same number and I conveyed the same.

3. I searched for them in google and found they are into fraud business and many people have been duped by their tricks. I kept on sending mails but there is no reply.

4. The refund has not taken place till today.

5. Refund amount is 5299

6. We have attached all the copies of mail communication with NowNaukri.com

PRAYER

In view of the submissions contained in the preceding paragraphs, the complainant most respectfully prays to the Hon'ble Forum to direct the Opposite Party to :


(a) pay the value of the order, Rs. 5299..., along with interest ;

(b) pay a sum of Rs. 5, 000/- towards the physical strain and mental agony suffered by the complainant and his family members (compensation) ; and

(c) pay a sum of Rs. 1, 000/- towards cost of this petition (Cost);

for which act of kindness, the complainant shall, as is duty bound, ever pray.

someone he named sachin, told me your resume is short listed and forced me to complete the procedure, then he'll arrange some telephonic interview. and said me to open crome nownaukri resume broadcast, and while he not said any thing about further verification and other. so after paying 3499 for resume broadcast i refuse to pay further. because he was not told all information. he told me the company has 6-7 branches. when i ask for location of his branch he told he was from lucknow. i he failed to convince authentication. and i dont want any kind of service i want to to refund money.

after the above details the guy called back and when I asked him where is the job on which u collected the payments, said yes sire in 7 days, it i smore than that and he wanted me to verify an email which I did, till now nothing, common guys do something they have my mastercard number if they want to revert payment they should

After I have made complaint still I am receiveing Daily call from people stating nownaukri.
As of now no action has been taken. Please donot fall into the tra of this fake calls.

In the latest call i have received from Pooja who had connected to her recruiter. he was talking as his he is going to do the services for me and had apologised for the delay. Now the delay had been from their side for four months. Today he had stated what the charges that i have paid is valid only for one month. Now How can a validity is lost with out giving any service.
