Hello team,
I had paid rs 5299/- to "nownaukri.com" job search portal company on 09/12/2015, they promised me that their highly professional team will help to search job and will place me in national or international companies. However once i had paid money to them i could not get any expected and promised services by shekhar malhotra and team. They even not bother to refund my money when team is unable to appoint rm and could not search any job opportunity for my profile. They have taken money and keeping quit now.
(Shekhar malhotra and priya malhotra are the senior persons in the company and trap the candidates with their sweet talks and once money is paid they don't revert back).
They have team (Racket), keep calling every alternate day from their toll free numbers for jobopportunity, when approached to milind patil, bpo team anand, mohit, mansi who keeps you saying we have taken your complaints but never ever action is been taken by their management.
Instead, i keep getting calls from them again and again 'are you looking for job change' from nos.[protected] /[protected] and been harassed.
After lot of noise, on 25th mar'16, team promised me that i can expect refund of my paid fees by 10th april'16. However, till now i have not got any money even after nos. Of reminders, complaints on their single toll-free number :[protected]. They are asking consent from me that i will not complaints against anyone if i have to get refund. But i need to stop such fraudulent, money makers.

I would urge entire community to keep yourself alert from such company who takes money but don't fulfill service promise.

Just let you know that myself Vincent Pinto from Mumbai, like you guys cheated by Nownaukri people. Hence we must stop them immediately cheating our fellow poor candidates in future so let us act collectively so these rogues will be wiped out forever.

There is no point in contacting Nownaukri for refund, they are all well trained cheaters and crook's, they do not have any interest in listening our complains as their moto is cheating. Hence as advised by Delhi Chief Minister office to me, please file a formal complain with your nearest/local police station but make sure to mention all the concerned Nownaukri staff member names dealt with you in FIR, also telephone numbers used and their bankers Axis Bank.

Forward me the copy of FIR and complain copy from police station to my below email ID so we will submit bunch complain copies to Cyber Crime, Consumer Court, Delhi CM office and file a complain with Mumbai HC through NGO. Do not share any complain copies with NowNaukri office/staff.

After NowNaukri received from me around 92000 INR, they did'n call me for any job, I paid in 10/April/2016. Always sending email telling me we will call you but they don't care.

I received on call in Oct 2015 that your resume has been selected for TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE in one of company in DUBAI and they want to take your interview and for that first u have to register with nownaukri.com so I registered via online process and for that they have taken from me 17000/- INR total after one step again one new step.
Still more then 6 months crossed but I did not receive any communication from nownaukri.com and when i initiate to call they told me that WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR PROFILE.My no. is [protected]

On march 18th 2016 I have received a call from nownaukri stating that have some services that help me in finding suitable opportunities The sales guy gave a lot of details about the service but intentionally hid the fact that the service has an expiry of 1 month. This is an important fact as this could have an effect on the decision the customer is making to avail the service or not.

I paid the money 4199 for Dream Job Finder Middle level as i was not communicated that the relationship manager's service will expire within one month.
On the very next day, when i get a verification call, another person explained to me that the service has an expiry of 1 month . So i told him to cancel the service and refund the money.

As per the company policy I am eligible for a refund as i told the verification person to cancel the service within 24 hours of me making the payment.

I have made several calls, emails to them regarding this but no proper response.

As you can see from the attachments the service has not been activated till now.so i dont understand why they are not able to refund my money?

I am requesting here to cancel the service and fully refund my money.

I got a call from NowNaukri.com in the first week of March, 2016 saying that they're representing paid services section of Naukri.com and convinced me to register for a product cost around 6000 INR. I agreed to go for their product by trusting brand naukri.com and as a job aspirant but they forced me to buy 4 more products by saying that then only will get real benefit of the first product and altogether it cost me around 25, 000 INR. But so far i didn't received a single call from them on my purchased product service or status and i assume that i am cheated now.

I didn't get a chance to read their product review at first since i am hurry as a job aspirant and they misused it with their sales approach.

They used the following approach to sell the products to me.

1. An agent called me saying he's from Naukri paid services and so discount is going on with their services.
2. Since i am hurry as a job aspirant, so i said that i am interested but need few days time.
3. But he said that the offer will valid for a single day and convinced me to take a product online then and there itself.
4. As soon as i bought the product, he said that he is passing the call to his senior recruiter.
5. The senior recruiter, he said that he has 40/50 clients with job requirements matching with my resume but i need to buy 2 products then only he can be my relationship manager and provide the service. I convinced with 2 points, 1: 40/50 clients with jobs matching my profile 2: because i already bought 1 product of them. Hence bought those 2 products.
6. As soon as i bought those 2 more products, he said that he is passing the phone to his senior manager.
7. The senior manager said that i have to buy 2 more products then only they can assure me 100% service where i don't have any other choice because here i bought 3 products already. So altogether bought 5 products at this level which cost me between 24000/25000 INR.
8. I thought it will end-up there, but i was surprised to know that the call is again passing to the person whom introduced me as relationship manager and again he started saying that i have to buy 1 more product and their i lost my control and said i can't. Then he said that believe him & his company as this is the last product i have to buy and with that 100% job service is guaranteed but i didn't agreed.
Results:
1. So far i didn't received a single call from them explaining the status of my purchased products and when i checked their refund policy in their website, understood that we have to claim in 24 hours otherwise cannot be refunded.
2. Now i am trying to understand that i lost my money but still shocked on that fact that it happened from a big player in the market: NAUKRI.COM.

And i would be happy if anyone can advise me on how to go further from this stage.

Dear sir,

on 20.10.15 i had received a phone call from one of their salesperson offering me their services as an employment consultant against a fee
of rs 5000.00 only.

but the manager who took over my online registration eventually managed
Rs 21, 500.00 from me. Since then, except for a few irrelevant phone calls I have received no services from them. Phone calls from my side now goes unattended . Their internal communication is so poor that they have inadvertently tried to bait me into another money extraction procedure.
i am completely dissatisfied and want a refund.

Recently I received a call from Mr Ashiv Sharma, +91 [protected] (Nownaukri.com agent). He brainwash me to pay 46000/- INR for job searching assistance and online banking I paid 46000 INR to that account and I received a payment acknowledgement copy from nownaukri.com date19/02/2016 After 12 hours I send an email request to cancel my registration and refund my 46000/- INR immediately. After that I call the nownaukri.com customer to enquire about the refund and they confirmed that my request is under process. But still now I didn’t receive my money and they changed their customer care number also.
If they didn’t reply me further to my enquiry, Im going to file the complaint against nownaukri.com through Minister Foreign Affairs Indian Embassy, Qatar

The telecaller chased me to take the subscription. I read the reviews online and when denied taking their subscription, made nasty comments over the call and dropped it like coward.

Firstly, they make an impression as if they are some high profile officer and take some movie name of Amitabh Bachchan. One guy named Vijay Chauhan called me and could not provide any details of jobs and asked me if I was in front of the internet for subscription. It is a fraud practice these guys are following to trap innocent people.

When I started asking more details and started challenging him, he trembled and made nasty comment and immediately dropped the call before I could respond.

I wish the entire company closes down as soon as possible.

My client ahmed bavais very gentleman and the nownaukri.com forced him phoneically to pay irs 59, 497 /against the job offer . It is very bad thing so now naukri will face the legally and they will climb the court staires as i have all types of evidence collected by my client and other suffurer. Refund amount as a figure. Please be noted that myself personally taken up nownaukri cheating/fraud job portal issue to delhi cm mr. Arvind kejriwal and haryana cm mr. Manohar lal office since they are registered in haryana and operating from delhi as well as from haryana also working with local cyber crime team as well as with local police authorities as directed by delhi cm office for further action. Please be assured that we are progressing on this matter hence we request/urge more and more people to come forward with the documents/testimonies/witnesses so we can close this fraud job portal which has been operated by well trained crook people such as puneet bhatia. I am also one of victim of this fraud company, I have paid near 40000/- INR against paid services in last year. But still not receive any services. Agents are calling me and say that our Executive work on this will get back soon.
When ever any call receive from this company the ask for pay some amount for documentation. so guys be careful from this company..

I was contacted by executive of NowNaukri.com and promised lucrative jobs. I registered with them for senior position jobs and paid Rs.5, 299/- video Invoice ID NN 00119259 dated 5/12/2015. No gainful service has been provided by them though more than six months have elapsed. I am no more interested in their services and want my money back. I am taking up the case through your forum for early settlement failing which I may have no choice but to go to Cyber police.

I would like to bring to your notice that I have been thoroughly dis-satisfied with the services provided. They call it as services everytime and I dint see any services or follow-up or proofs provided yet. Everytime I see them very eager to fetch money from the candidates. They don't even want to listen to the candidate. I have paid a total of INR 1, 20, 000 so far. As am not at all satisfied with their services and since am not willing to continue with nownaukri I would need my money back. When told about my refund to the so called executives in nownaukri, they where forcing me to pay 45999 more so that they can refund the total amount of 176000 which really don't make sense in any way. This act clearly shows how eager they are to fetch the money from the desperate candidates. However when spoke to the customer care (Kapil Batra), I was told that they will refund the money within 90 days. Later I got a call from another executive (Shiva ([protected]) & another person - don't know the name ) and they were very harsh in saying that I wont be getting my refund back as they are still providing the services. To be very honest, I have never ever got a single service/proof from them. This was really disgusting and am thoroughly disappointed. Also, one more executive promised me that he would deactivate my profile in their system on March 2, 2016 but its very unfortunate to tell you that my profile is still in active mode.

I am very clear that I want to discontinue with nownaukri and expect my refund back at the earliest. Hence am kindly seeking your help & assistance in getting the above issue fixed asap.

This invoice was generated on line as per your representative who cheated me for a good job. I am a senior citizen and retired from a Public Sector Bank after serving 36 years. Next day, I requested to cancel the deal as this is mentioned in your invoice "no job guarantee by you". But you assured me that you have good jobs for me. After 2 or 3 days, you asked me for other package which cost around Rs. 6000.00 for which I denied to pay.

Now, I again requesting you to cancel the above invoice and refund the amount paid by me.

I haven't registered on their website. Yet they constantly harass me on the phone, They try to play on psyche of the individual to make them pay some random amount for helping to get a job. Instead of repeatedly telling them I am not interested their services, they keep calling at any time of the day including Friday.

They often begin their conversation with a very professional serious tone. This is always how the conversation begins

NowNaukri - Am I speaking to Mr XYZ??
Candidate - Yes
NowNaukri - How are you?

And they will without even bothering to listen to you will ask you to register for paid services.

I hope the authorities will take notice of this fraudulent company and close it and some folks have genuinely lost money.

I am NOOR ALI SHAIK diploma in Mechanical Engg. I have paid Rs 17000 against providing gulf jobs on December 2015. Mr. Akash Mukherjee & Mrs Akansha ( verification officer ) from now naukri .com called me several times regarding julf jobs and asked me to pay for gulf job.
Accordingly I paid Rs 17000. and told me they provide interview at the end of January 16 & modification my CV.But till date they have not done nothing.I called several times but their receptionist did not agree to talked to them.
Now I am requesting to refund my said amount ASAP without fail.

the payment has been done to do all the needful and get me the right profle as well as suitable opportunities and now its been more then two days and nothing at all ?? the numbers i have been gettign calls form are also out of service??
even my resume has not been uploaded yet and profile is 47% complete only . can some one please tell me why is this delay ??

Now naukri.com company has cheated me regarding giving opportunity in top company job and taken-Rs- 4900/-, but till date they have not given any opportunities and not pick my phone coll also.there fore i am decided now naukari.com company very very cheating company, .

On 17th March 2016, I received a call from [protected] saying that it is a call from NowNaukri.com. I was told that there were 3 opportunities for my profile. Mr. Aakash Mukerjee spoke with me on these opportunities and had made me pay an amount of INR. 1, 17, 121 for various services.

I am not interested in any of these services and want my amount paid through my credit card refunded back.
