Hi,

I'm unable to clear dues (Rs.154) using the clear dues button nor add money to the wallet as both the screens just keep loading and don't proceed further.
I have tried logging out clearing cache and logging in again. i have tried removing and reinstalling the app. Nothing has worked. I need to clear the dues today as it is the due date. Could you advise if there is a UPI ID for my Ola Money wallet / post paid using...

I have already paid the ola money post paid due amount thrice but its still showing due.
I have paid more than 1500 for this.
Even after paying repeatedly it shows due and late fee keeps on adding.

I again paid 500 which is deducted from my account but not reflecting in ola account.
Please look after this matter
I can't pay every time for services i haven't availed....

Hello,

I used Ola postpaid without my knowledge and the due is 142rs and I am not able to make the payment.It is showing error and attached picture for your reference.I tried logging out, uninstalling and installing but still I am not able to make payment.

Please help and I will never use Ola again after this.

I am really fed up with this and let me know the fine if dues are not cleared on-time...

For the ride CRN [protected] on 22nd Dec. i have paid Rs 182/- to the driver and also the money 220/- is deducted from ola money postpaid... At the end of ride my phone got switched off and I was not aware of that the money paid through ola postpaid. And the driver didn't say about the payment.. And i have paid fair twice for this trip. Please refund the amount which got paid to driver 182 rupees.

Ola postpaid is providing postpaid money to their customers in partnership with aditya birla finance limited (Adfl). The loan amount is upto rs. 50000.00 provided by adfl but the postpaid limit provided by ola to its customers are far less. Ola has taken loan of rs. 50000.00 from adfl on my behalf but the postpaid limit that i have received was just rs. 500. I don't even know where the rest of amount being used. I even wrote mail to ola asking...

I was charged twice for my same OLA Ride.
I took OLA Ride on 11th August at 4:11 PM from Air India Road to Sanpada.
I paid money through my debit card on OLA App. My money got deducted from my account of Rs.227 but the status showed 'Payment Pending' in OLA App.
I went through its FAQs and support, it said, sometimes the status shows 'Payment Pending', but the status gets updated after sometime.
Next Day(12th August)...

Hi ola cabs,

On last three auto rides, we have paid the amounts as soon as we got down.
As we use ola cabs occasionally, we have no idea about ola postpaid services and i didn't even know about it and even driver didn't mentioned about the payment.
But now i'm getting text messages and emails from ola that clear your dues - 154/-.

I have already sent multiple mails to ola support teams - [protected]@zipcash.in,...

I took ola cab from hyderabad airport to yadigirogutta which is nearly 75kms outstation ride in midnight. And it shows me rs.1356/- which is ok.

I slept in between the ride from 12 am to 1:30 am. And when i woke up at the end of the trip, driver said it was rs.3969 which is rs.2700 more than the amount shows me while booking.

This is horrible and unfair. I contacted ola the same, still didnt get resolved my issue.br...

On 24th july 2019 i have made payment of 1, 046/- towards ola postpaid due via upi payment. The amount got deducted from my bank account, however the same is not reflecting as credited in ola. I am getting regular emails from ola regarding pending payment and the amount 1, 046/- is not credited back to my bank account as well.

I have sent an email regarding this to ola customer care as well but m yet to get any reply from them....

I was trying to transfer my ola money to bank its showing kyc desabled. I looged into ola blog site to complete kyc process and done. Still its showing kyc desabled and not available.
Why ola is doing these tipe of tricks to hold customer’s money?
Why you accepting money to add into ola money when you desable kyc and not available?
These is the reason why ola loosing most customer satisfaction!

I took an Ola cab ride on January 5 with my friend, and my friend paid the driver directly via Google Pay. The fare amount was ₹655, but my friend paid ₹700 to the driver (google pay screenshot added)

However, I have been receiving repeated reminders from Ola Money regarding a pending bill for the same ride. Despite trying to contact support through multiple channels for over a week, I have not received any resolution. I also raised a complaint by emailing [protected]@olacabs.com, but there has been no response. Additionally, I keep getting calls from Ola Money asking for payment.

I have attached proof of the payment made through Google Pay for your reference. Kindly address this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

Hi,
I hold SBI Ola credit card and use this card regularly as it has 7% cashback on ola rides and 1% cashback on all other spends.
Recently I checked I am not getting any reward in Ola Money wallet from ola sbi card. I enquired with SBI customer care and they confirmed crediting rewards in my ola wallet every month.
Could you please investigate this and resolve asap.

During my last travel by Ola, 11th July 2024 in Pune. I paid the money as soon as i got down.
Since then I am constantly getting SMS and email notification to pay 1000 Rs and interest getting added every 3-4 days.
Please resolve this issue.
I request ola please provide proper support and stop this harassment to your customer.

I transferred my money to Ola wallet and I can't use it anywhere.If KYC is disabled why the hell you all are accepting money transfers into the wallet. I'm student and every penny matter to us. Ola money is not providing any reasonable or effective solutions. I've seen many complaints about the same issue and none of them got resolved.

I took a ride in ola cab. I paid the amount to driver, but payment method was ola postpaid. After that I tried contacting ola support but first there was no response after that they said there is nothing they can do and asked me to pay amount.
I was getting regular almost 20 calls for repayments. Due to frustration, I paid the amount today. But calls are still coming.

I have an overdue ola money postpaid of Rs. 11221.i have been charged late fees of 560 within days time I have told them I will pay it as soon as I can also enquired if i can pay in emi since its month end going on still i am getting continuously calls since morning to evening during my office hours even Ola money has to understand the customer issue and also have been getting messages on WhatsApp which is leading to mental stress and harassment .Its really ridiculous.

The Ride amount was shown to be 688/- as per the driver. He requested me to pay the amount directly to him after the ride, and the entire amount was paid to him by paytm. The screenshot is attached.

After the ride I have been getting repeated messages and calls from Ola Postpaid to pay an amount of 500/- . Despite my telling them that I have not requested for this PostPaid service from Ola and also having already written to [protected]@olamoney.com, the calls and messages have continued.

This is undue harassment of customer for no reason and must stop immdtly.
