I took an Ola cab ride on January 5 with my friend, and my friend paid the driver directly via Google Pay. The fare amount was ₹655, but my friend paid ₹700 to the driver (google pay screenshot added)
However, I have been receiving repeated reminders from Ola Money regarding a pending bill for the same ride. Despite trying to contact support through multiple channels for over a week, I have not received any resolution. I also raised a complaint by emailing [protected]@olacabs.com, but there has been no response. Additionally, I keep getting calls from Ola Money asking for payment.
I have attached proof of the payment made through Google Pay for your reference. Kindly address this issue and resolve it at the earliest.
